        육군 차세대경계시스템의 효율적 운용방안 연구

        In this study, we discuss on the elements necessary for the successful introduction of "Advanced Surveillance System". The ROK.Army leads countless changes with「Defense Reform 2.0」. And introduction of scientific system is core discourse for the「Defense Reform 2.0」. The background of this change is the necessity of responding to the demands of the Revolution 4.0 and strengthening of the troops. So, the 「Defense Reform 2.0」 will transform the current personnel-based system to a high-tech based one. It is same for surveillance system. The paradigm of surveillance system is changed by introduction of "Scientific Surveillance System" and "Coastal Complex Surveillance System". However, the development of the operating system seems to be lagging behind that of the equipment. The introduction of "Scientific Surveillance System" and "Coastal Complex Surveillance System" change the surveillance operation from standing guard duty for one sector by two sentry to monitoring multiple sector by one CCTV control agent. But it is organized without considering the capacity of the agent that the number of screens monitored by one CCTV control agent. In this study, it was confirmed that the cause of the failure of surveillance operation is this problem in the last 5 years. Therefore, we can confirm that the development of the operating system-that is constructed by "Human resource", "Security regulations", "Security verification system"- is as important as the development of the equipment. so, we confirm the development direction of the operating system to efficiently operate the "Advanced Surveillance System".

        무도 전방낙법 동작 시 충격력 감소 요인의 운동역학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to provide basic quantitative data to minimize the impact occurring during forward breakfall by the comparative analysis of kinetic factors through 3D motion analysis and analysis of GRF of the forward breakfall of the martialarts targeting 10 skilled and 10 unskilled subjects. The following are the findings. First, the total time taken for forward breakfall of the martial arts showed 1.53±0.04 s for skilled, and 1.41±0.06 s for unskilled subjects. Second, forward breakfall of the martial arts operation showed significant left and right position of center of mass in P2, P3, and P4. In addition, the unskilled subjects showed larger forward and rearward position in P1, P2, P3, and P4, while the skilled subjects showed larger vertical position in P2. And the unskilled subjects showed faster forward and rear movement of center of mass in P2, P3, and P4, respectively. And unskilled subjects showed faster vertical velocity of center of mass in P2 and P3. Third, as for the upper extremity joint angle during forward breakfall, skilled subjects showed larger right shoulder joint angle in P4, and unskilled subjects showed larger left shoulder joint angle in P2 and P3. Unskilled subjects showed greater elbow joint angle both right and left side in P1 and P3, and skilled subjects demonstrated larger wrist joint angle both right and left side in P1. Fourth, the forward breakfall of the martial arts did not show any difference between left and right side in the GRF, but unskilled subjects proved a significantly greater forward and backward GRF in the secondary point of impact(E3) both right and left sides. The skilled subjects showed a significantly greater vertical GRF in the primary point of impact (E2), and unskilled subjects showed a larger vertical reaction force in the secondary point of impact (E3), respectively.

      • 차세대 해안경계시스템에 관한 연구

        The Korean military is preparing for successful manpower reduction using advanced science and technology, in addition to carrying out the initiative of the Defense Innovation 4.0. Accordingly, studies on core technologies related to defense reform have been conducted both internally and externally in the military, and the corresponding results have also been applied. Nevertheless, compared to the development of such technologies, it is considered necessary to have more preparation for the policies related to the operation of the newly introduced equipment. As for the placement of personnel and the organization of time in service (TIS) with respect to the operation of surveillance equipment, there has been a tendency to sustain the conventional practice. Therefore, this study intends to suggest the schemes for facilitating policy improvements in the operation of manpower and security regulations in the field of information for the purpose of introducing a successful next-generation coastal guard system. To do this, the approach of this study was focused on the policies for the operation of the guard system. This is in contrast to previous studies that centered on its equipment and technologies. In addition, how to efficiently operate the guard system was also studied in view of cognitive science by deriving the most efficient time for a person to execute surveillance through the monitor based on the previous studies.

      • 해양관광지 환경세 도입에 관한 연구

        최근 환경보존에 대한 국제적인 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 시류에 따라 ESG경영이 공공부문으로 확장된 SDGs의 성공적인 정책화는 개별 기업 뿐만이 아닌 자본시장과 한 국가의 성패를 가를 키워드로 부상하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 개별 국가에서도 환경과 관련된 다양한 정책을 시행하고 있다. 그 가운데 하나가 환경세를 도입하여 국가정책을 시행하는 것이다. 이와 관련하여 환경오염 행위를 직접 간섭하기보다는 경제적인 유인 원리를 통해서 간접적으로 생산자나 소비자의 행태에 영향을 주어 환경오염을 통제하는 환경세를 활용한 정책이 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라에서 시행되고 있는 해양관광지의 환경세의 실태를 파악하고, 정책의 실효성을 검토한다. 더불어 현재 시행되고 있는 제도의 한계점을 확인하여 개선점을 연구하였다. In recent years, many countries are committing to environmental conservation. Following this trend, successful policy implementation of SDGs with ESG management extended to the public sector is emerging as a keyword determining the success or failure of the capital market, countries, and individual companies. Accordingly, many countries are implementing various policies related to the environment. One of them is to implement national policies by introducing environmental taxes. These policies use environmental taxes to control pollution by indirectly influencing the behavior of producers or consumers through economic incentives rather than directly interfering with environmental pollution behavior. This study examines the status of environmental taxes in marine tourism sites in Korea, reviews the effectiveness of such policies, and suggests how to improve them by identifying limitations of the current system.

        남자 고등부 골프선수의 숙련수준에 따른 롱 아이언 스윙동작의 운동학적 비교분석

        The purpose of this study is to analysis the kinematic characteristics of golfers in a high school students when they swing with long-iron. The subjects are eight golfers who go to student golfers. We provided them with the scientific data required for their technical training and the basic data to from the injury. The conclusion of this study are as follows. First, During the operation of long- iron swing, the required time of skilled showed shorter than that of unskilled. It is observed that both groups showed statistically significant difference at P3. Second, For the displacement of CM(center of Mass) to vertical, the skilled moved short in both groups showed statistically significant difference in E2 and the unskilled moved short in both groups showed statistically significant difference in E3, E6 and E7. Third, For the displacement of CM velocity to horizontal, the unskilled showed higher speed than the skilled and both groups showed statistically significant difference in the E2. For the displacement of CM velocity to vertical, the skilled showed higher speed than the unskilled and both groups showed statistically significant difference in the E2, E3 and E6. Fourth, For the joint angle, both groups showed statistically significant difference at both the left shoulder joint, both elbow joint, both wrist joint. For the trunk incline angle, the skilled showed bigger angle than the unskilled. but both groups showed statistically non-significant difference.

        고등부 여자 육상 선수의 100 m 크라우칭 스타트 동작에 대한 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the kinematic factors crouching start movement of skilled and unskilled intended for female high school athletes. Conclusions are as follows. First, the total time is of the subjects showed rapid skilled showed a significant difference in P2 (p<.05). Second, horizontal displacement of the COM has showed a skilled moves away, it showed a significant difference in event 3 (p<.05). And showed a move away from the third period both skilled and unskilled, vertical displacement of the COM did not appear to show significant differences or lower is skilled in all the events. Third, horizontal velocity of the COM has showed rapid skilled in any event, event 2, event 3 and event 4 was significantly different from (p<.05). And the vertical velocity of the COM did not show a significant difference. Fourth, the angle of the joint of the right hip joint event 4, and the right knee showed a significant difference in joint events 4 (p<.05). And skilled has been shown to reduce the hip joint angle of the leg is moved relative to unskilled. Taken together, the vertical displacement of unskilled were low in order to improve the crouching start movement during horizontal velocity. And it is moved by the angle of the hip joint of the leg that is less likely to raise more training needed by dragging the thigh toward your chest. And it would require a study using EMG equipment with GRF to see the various kinetic factors.

        3차원 동작분석을 활용한 멀티미디어 수업이 티볼 배팅동작의 행동수정에 미치는 영향

        목적: 본 연구의 목적은 3차원 영상분석을 활용한 멀티미디어 수업이 티볼 배팅동작의 행동수정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 방법: 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 티볼을 배우고 있는 초등학교 5학년 남학생 5명을 선정하였다. 학생들은 멀티미디어 수업을 적용하였다. 3차원 영상분석을 통해 티 배팅동작의 소요시간, 신체중심변위, 앞발의 이동거리, 배팅속도, 정확성을 분석하였다. 결과: 본 연구는 3차원 동작분석을 활용하여 멀티미디어 수업을 제시하였으며, 이를 통해 티볼 배팅 동작의 행동수정이 이루어졌다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 멀티미디어 수업 전과 수업 후 소요시간은 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 멀티미디어 수업 전과 수업 후 신체중심 전·후변위는 이벤트 2에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 수업 전에 비해 수업 후 전 방향으로 짧은 이동을 보였다. 셋째, 멀티미디어 수업 전과 수업 후 앞발의 이동거리는 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았다. 넷째, 멀티미디어 수업 전과 수업 후 배팅속도는 수업 전 평균 21.39 m/s, 수업 후 평균 22.40 m/s의 속도를 보였다. 다섯째, 멀티미디어 수업 전과 수업 후 정확성은 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 수업 전에 비해 수업 후 정확성이 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구결과와 같이 행동수정 변인들의 통계적 유의차는 크게 나타나지 않았으나 소요시간, 신체중심변위, 앞발의 이동거리, 배팅속도의 작은 개선을 통해 정확성이 높아진 것을 볼 수 있었으며, 이러한 결과는 멀티미디어 수업이 행동수정개선에 긍정적인 효과가 있다는 것을 나타내는 것으로 볼 수 있다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out how the multimedia class model using 3D motion analysis affects the performance modification of T-ball betting motion. Methods: In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 5 male students in the 5th grade of elementary school who are learning T-ball were selected. and the students applied the multimedia class model. And through 3D motion analysis, the duration time for T-batting, COM(center of mass) displacement, moving distance of the forefoot, batting velocity, and accuracy were analyzed. And using the paired t-test of the SPSS 24.0 program, the difference between before and after class was verified. Results: This study presented a multimedia class model using 3D motion analysis, and through this, performance modification of T-ball betting motion was made. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was no significant difference between the time required before and after the multimedia class. Second, the anterior and posterior displacement of the COM before and after the multimedia class showed a significant difference in Event 2, and showed a shorter forward movement after the class than before the class. Third, there was no significant difference in the movement distance of the forefoot before and after the multimedia class. Fourth, the average betting velocity before and after the multimedia class was 21.39 m/s before class and 22.40 m/s after class. Fifth, there was a significant difference between the accuracy before and after the multimedia class, and the accuracy after class was higher than before the class. Conclusion: As in the results of this study, there was no significant difference in the statistical significance of the performance modification variables. But it was found that the accuracy was improved through small improvements in the duration time, COM displacement, forefoot movement distance, and batting velocity. In other words, it can be seen that there is a positive effect on performance modification.

        청소년의 가방착용 보행 시 가방무게가 근골격계 건강위험요인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of bag weight on musculoskeletal health risk factors in middle school boys. And the following conclusions were obtained. First, the flexion angle of the neck was significantly different (f=7.695, p=.002), and 5% of the results showed lower flexion angle than 10% and 15%. Second, the trunk tilt angles were significantly different (f=10.155, p=.001), and 5% and 10% of post-test results showed lower trunk tilt angle than 15%. Third, the maximum impact force showed a significant difference (f=30.459, p=.000). In addition, 5% of the post-test results showed lower impact force than 10% and 15%, and 10% showed lower impact force than 15%. Fourth, there was no significant difference in MLSI(medial-lateral stability index). Fifth, APSI (anterior-posterior stability index) showed significant difference (f=3.828, p=.034) and 5% was more stable than 15%. As the weight of bags worn by youths increased to 5%, 10%, and 15% of their weight, they had a negative effect on musculoskeletal health risk factors such as neck, trunk, impact, and stability. Therefore, you should be educated about the risks of wearing heavy bags and how to carry bags.

        여자 펜싱 선수의 에뻬 경기 팡트 동작에 대한 운동역학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to through the kinetics analysis on the fente motion in fencing, provide the basic data by which a training method can be found to improve the fencing techniques for the beginners and players. To do so, this study chose 7 woman fencer as test objects and recorded their motions to analyze time consumed, the velocity of blade, the angles of a joint and ground reaction force. First, the total duration time came out to be 0.56±0.11s. The shortest duration time occurred in phase 2, from the moment the knee of the front feet stretches and until the foot touches the ground. Second, COM position stretched in forward direction and vertical displacement gradually moved lower. Third, COM velocity appeared moving the fastest to all direction at the moment the knee joint stretches. Fourth, in terms of the angle of the upper extremity joints, the moment when the blade pokes the effective surface, the shoulder angle of the hand holding the blade stretched elbow joints at maximum. Fifth, in terms of the angle of lower limb joints, when the blade pokes the effective surface, it bends hip and knee joints the greatest. Six, speed of the point of the blade was fastest when the knee joints stretched. Seven, ground reaction force was at maximum when the front feet is lifted from the ground until it falls. It shows the power of control at the moment of poking.
