(Rubiaceae) has been used as tonic, warming, sex impulse and anti-inflammatory agents.Two known anthraquinones, rubiadin-1-methyl ether (I) and rubiadin (II) were isolated from root of M. officinalis. Their struc-I in eighteen M. officinalis were evaluated byHPLC-PDA. Beyond the target of scientific researches, meditation is now one ofthe main tools for palliative and integrative medicine in Westem society. Despite theof valuable heritages of meditation in Korea, meditation is not considered to have clinical implications as in Westem medical society. It is partly due to the fact that while the mysterious aspect of meditation has been emphasized, a large number of scientific researches on meditation had not been known to Korean medical society. The authors reviewed several studies that examined the clinical effect of meditation and speculated its possibility as a method of clinical intervention.

한약의 수치에 관한 연구(제 7보) : 치자의 수치에 의한 성분변화 및 생리활성 On the Constituents and Biological Activities of Gardeniae Fructus by Processing

We have conducted to characterize the physico-chemical change and pharmacological transformation of traditional herbal medicines by means of processing. Processed Gardeniae Fructus was prepared by healing of fruit of Gaidenia jasminoides(GF) for 30-50 minute in the roster designed for herb processing. The contents of drying Boss, water extract, diluted ethanol extract, ether extract and geniposide in non-processed GF and processed GF were examined. The contents of drying loss, water extract and geniposide in processed GF showed a decrease as compared with those of non-processed GF. however the contents of dilute ethanol and ether extract showed a increase as compared with those of non-processed GF. The rate of decrease/increase of those index were in proportion to heating time. And, biological activities of methanol extract of non-pro-cessed GF and processed GF were investigated. DPPH scavenging effects and inhibitory effect of xanthune oxidase and hemolysis of processed GF exhibited more effective than those of non-processed GF in vitro. Accelerating effect of large intestinal transport and purgative action of non-processed GF were discriminated by processing of GF. Methanol extracts of non-processed GF and processed GF showed the protective effects against the hepatotoxicity induced by α-naphthylisothiocyanate in rats. These results suggested that the transformation of biological actives of GF by means of processing may be due to the physico-chemical change of the constituents in GF by heating.

This study intends to find a solution through the activation of community business as a business as a business model of the creation of real satisfaction for the region’s residence. In this study focuses on finding out how community building project, which is recently emerging as a new paradigm of regional development. In the past, we have lived community units, but nowadays many communities have been destroyed by the capitalization and the urbanization even in the rural area. This report studies essential elements needed for successful 'Rural Community Business' through case studies of 'Dandelion Village' in Gyoengsangnamdo. In order to do so, we analyzed this villages according to a theoretical 'Sustainable Community Business Model.' We constructed successful business model of 'Rural Community Business' based on six groups - 'Community Leader,' 'Teamwork,' 'Sustainable Population Influx,' 'Sustainable Voluntary Participations of Community Members,' and 'Sustainable Networking.'

재고 이론을 이용한 실시간 검색 엔진 색인 최신성 최적화 모형

최신 정보를 신속히 획득하고자 하는 웹검색 엔진 사용자들의 급격한 증가로 인해, 정보가 생성됨과 동시에 발견될 수 있도록 하는 실시간 검색 엔진이 주목받고 있다. 많은 웹 정보 제공 주체들이 피드 (feed)를 이용하여 실시간 정보를 배포함에 따라, 많은 실시간 검색 엔진들이 피드를 통해 웹 정보를 색인하고 있다. 따라서, 실시간 검색 엔진에 있어 색인 최신성 (index freshness)은 가장 중요한 과제이다. 색인 최신성은 정보의 생성에서부터 수집까지 발생하는 정보 수집 지연과 획득된 정보가 색인될 때까지 발생하는 색인 지연에 따라 결정된다. 특히, 색인 지연은 제한된 색인 속도에 의해 발생된다. 최근, 정보 수집 지연 문제는 실시간 정보 배포 프로토콜들의 광범위한 사용을 통해 효과적 개선될 수 있을 것으로 전망된다. 반면, 색인 지연 문제는 실시간 정보의 대포적인 증가로 인해서 해결하기에 매우 어려운 문제가 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 색인 지연 축소를 통한 색인 최신성 극대화 모형을 연구하고자 한다.

Effect of Neck Rotating Directions on the Muscle Activity of Upper and Lower Trapezius during Shoulder External Rotation

Purpose: This study examined the effects of the directions of neck rotation on the muscle activity of the upper trapezius and lower trapezius while rotating a shoulder externally. Methods: Twenty-five healthy males participated in this study. The subjects were asked to rotate their shoulder externally with 90° shoulder abduction and 90° elbow flexion in three different neck rotations (neutral, ipsilateral, and contralateral) in the prone position. The muscle activities of the upper and lower trapezius were measured using surface electromyography. One way repeated measures ANOVA was used to compare the muscle activity of the upper and lower trapezius depending on the different neck turning directions. Results: In the upper trapezius, turning the neck in the ipsilateral direction while turning a shoulder externally decreased the muscle activity significantly, but the muscle activity was increased significantly by turning the neck in the contralateral direction. On the other hand, in the lower trapezius, turning the neck in the ipsilateral direction increased the muscle activity significantly, but the muscle activity was decreased significantly by turning the neck in the contralateral direction decreased it significantly. Conclusion: When someone has an imbalance of shoulder function, turning the neck in the ipsilateral direction while turning the shoulder externally in the prone position is effective in decreasing the activity of the upper trapezius and increasing the activity of the lower trapezius. Therefore, these results could be used as basic evidence for researching patients with shoulder problems.

Effects of Agroculture-English Integrate Education Program on College Students’ Agro-entrepreneurial intention - With a focus on G University Case

The Purpose of this study was to develop integrate education program and method for college students, We run English education program and Farming activities half and half; such as endangered plant surveys, gardening, mulching, visiting university attached farm, and local tourism farm for 4 weeks. The results of this study are as follows: First, Agro-entrepreneurial intention is more likely to be found in the English & Farming activity participants, and Male students than English&culture activity participants, and female students respectively. In the context of the effectiveness of the English Learning Program, students with poor English learning usefulness have strong desire to build up their own business, whereas those with higher English learning suitability are more likely to have a strong desire to start farming. In terms of entrepreneurship, the tendency toward entrepreneurship, risk sensitivity. and in terms of self – efficacy, The bigger the confidence, the greater the will to start an agricultural business. The results supported that The English education program with farming activities has a significant and positive influence on Agro-entrepreneurial intention in college students.

The Effects of Agriculture as a Family Business on Agriculture College Students’ Agro-entrepreneurship

The Purpose of this study was to develop Agro-entrepreneurial education program for agriculture college students, In order to investigate the relationship between the types of agricultural starup business and the entrepreneurial intention, we surveyed 224 Agriculture college students in the 3rd and 4th grades using a questionnaire. The results of this study are as follows: First, college students majoring in agriculture have very low interest in establishing agricultural business. Second, there is a difference in the perception of agricultural entrepreneurship between agriculture college students who are engaged in farming as family business and those who do not. agriculture college students who are engaged in farming as family business (Successive Students). The effect of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurship was different by family business for successive students, initiative and challenge spirit had a significant impact on the agro-entrepreneurial intention. otherwise, non successive students have impacted by innovation and social responsibility. Third, in terms of entrepreneurship, the lower the challenge spirit, the greater the willingness to start an agriculture business. The results supported that for agriculture college students, in order to educate individual customized farming management, it is necessary to confirm whether or not agriculture is a family business.

졸겔법으로 제조된 MO-$SiO_2$(M=Zn,Sn,In,Ag,Ni)의 구조특성

졸겔법에 의해 제조된$ MO-SiO_2$(M=Zn, Sn, In, Ag, Ni)이성분계 실리카 겔에서 금속이온의 종류에 따른 실리카 구조의 변화를 XRD, FT-lR, $^{29}$Si-NMR로 분석하였다. XRD peak을 관찰한 결과 $Ag-SiO_2$겔에서 $AgNO_3$의 부분적인 재결정화가 나타났지만, 첨가된 금속이온과 실리카 매트릭스의 결합에 의한 결정상은 관찰되지 않았다. FT-IR 분석결과 첨가되는 금속이온 중 Zn, Sn, In은 부분적으로 Si-O-M의 결합형태를 이루어 Si-O-Si 대칭 진동에 의한 흡수 peak의 위치를 변화시켰다. $^{29}$Si-NMR 관찰에 의해 Zn, Sn, In등의 금속이온은 실리카의 저온 졸겔 반응에 영향을 미치지 않고 불완전한 네트워크를 갖는 선형적 실리카 구조 내에서 비가교 산소와 결합하며 존재하였다. Ag, Ni는 실리카 네트워크가 형성되는 과정에서 실리카 형성을 위한 졸겔반응의 촉매로서 작용하여, 이러한 금속이온이 첨가된 실리카 네트워크는 보다 치밀한 구조적 특성을 나타내었다. $MO-SiO_2$ (M = Zn, Sn, In, Ag, Ni) binary silica gels were synthesized by sol-gel method and their structural change with the kind of metal ions was characterized by XRD, FT- IR and $^{29}$Si-NMR. Although X-ray analysis showed partial recrystallization of $AgNO_3$ in $Ag-SiO_2$gel, crystalline phase formed by the bonding between metal ion and the silica matrix didn't appear in all $MO-SiO_2$ gels. The FT-IR analysis showed that Zn, Sn and in partially formed Si-O-M bonding in silica matrix and made an shift of absorption peak to by Si-O-Si symmetrical vibration. In addition, $^{29}Si-NMR$ studies showed that Zn, Sn and In didn't affect sol-gel process of silica and were linked with non-bridging oxygen of the linear silica structure, which formed imperfect network because of low temperature sol-gel process. Ag and Ni make a role of catalysis on sol-gel process, resulting in densifying the silica network structure.
