지식인과 歷史認識 - 『萬歲前』 분석 -

This paper attempts to analyze the issue of an author's historical perception expressed in his works. Sangsup Yom, an author, lets readers go along Inhwa Lee, a protagonist, returning to homeland in his work 『Mansaejeon』, in which readers can easily identify the author's recognition in a process of tracing the work. Inhwa Lee, who can scarcely forbear from his homeland colonized by Japan, faces hardly the reality in that two groups, shabby pro-Japanese group and shaky Chosun populace, are unstably mixed up. He gets very confused by those mystical behavior and has a question how these people have a potentially great energy such an explosive 3.1 movements. Sangsup Yom, an author, maybe regards the 3.1 movements as a failed populace movement. The denial of historical view is deduced from his denial of nationality and it goes nearly to end up as a pro-Japanese himself. This process can be traced by Injik Lee's and Kwangsu Lee's cases, although Sangsup Yom's case is not the exactly same as theirs. The national consciousness showed in the beginning of his works, maybe acts as a final support to prevent Sangsup Yom from the extreme corruption; a traitorous author such as Injik Lee and Kwangsu Lee. We understand that Sangsup Yom tries later to reconstruct his national consciousness according to his works, 『Samdea』 and 『Muhwakwa』. Anyway, by means of historical perception, we acknowledge that 『Mansaejeon』 can be specified in a limited work written in the critical period before the author's historical view has not been matured.

양생(養生)의 관점에서 아이의 몸을 마주한 유아교사들의 이야기-『팬데믹 시대에 읽는 동의보감 강의』를 읽고

본 연구는 코로나19 속에서 아이의 건강에 관심이 많은 유아교사들과 『팬데믹 시대에 읽는 동의보감 강의』를 함께 읽으면서 삶의 리듬을 스스로 조율해나가는 양생의 관점으로 아의 몸을 어떻게 바라보는지 그들의 이야기를 들어보았다. 이를 위해 생태유아교육 관련 강의를 수강하거나 생태유아교육을 실천하는 기관에서 근무한 교사 6명을 연구참여자로 선정하여, 2022년 4월부터 5월까지 총 5회의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 온라인 줌(Zoom)으로 진행하였다. 연구결과, 유아교사들은 아이의 ‘몸’이 우주 만물과 맞닿은 기운으로 태어나 자연과 인간, 생명과 무생물이 서로 얽히면서 자생력을 키워가는 원초적인 ‘몸’으로 인식하였다. 그러나 부모의 소유물이 되어 시간의 리듬을 제한당하고 공간의 자유가 차단된 부자연스러운 아이의 ‘몸’도 발견하게 되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 아이의 ‘몸’에서 소외되었던 마음을 살피고 조금 불편한 생활도 기꺼이 감수하면서 하루의 질서를 변주할 수 있도록 돕는 것이 균형과 조율을 찾아가는 양생의 실천임을 깨닫게 되었다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 아이의 ‘몸’의 건강한 삶을 위해 예비유아교사교육에서 아이의 ‘몸’과 양생에 관한 내용을 살펴보고 교사모임을 통해 서로의 경험을 나누는 것이 필요하며, 유아교육과정과 일과를 운영할 때 아이의 ‘몸’을 고려하여 균형 있게 조율하는 양생의 실천이 중요함을 시사하였다.

?萬歲前?論

필자는 만세전의 주인공 이인화의 인식적 흐름에 주목했다. 이것은 작가의 그것과 같을 수도 있고 다를 수도 있다. 이인화는 소학교시절 소박한 민족의식과 함께 새로운 세계에 대한 동경을 함께 가지고 있었다. 여기에 조혼에서 오는 숨막힘으로부터의 탈출의지가 덧붙여져 동경유학길에 오른다. 동경은 제국주의의 심장이다. 여기에서 이인화는 평화와 자유를 만끽하며 마비되어 간다. 이때 아내의 위독함을 알리는 전보가 날아들고 그는 망설임 끝에 먼 귀국길에 오른다.그 귀국길은 동경에서 출발하여 나고야-고베-하관-부산-김천-대전을 거쳐 경성까지 이어지는 먼 여정이다. 길 위에서 주인공은 비애, 절망, 체념, 분노 등을 겪게 되고 아내의 장례를 치른 다음 동경을 향해 떠나가면서 끝난다.이 소설은 현실적 중압을 외면한 채 향락과 비애에 빠져 스스로를 소모하는 한 식민지 지식인 청년의 고백이다. 아울러 식민지 민중들의 삶을 당대 어느 작품보다도 치밀하게 형상화하고 있는 소설임과 동시에 오욕으로 얼룩진 한국 현대사의 자화상이기도 하다. 만세전은 이처럼 다양한 측면을 가지고 있다.작가는 주인공 이인화의 인식과 행적을 통해 특정한 한 시대의 상황에 대해 비교적 정확한 인식에 도달한다. 그러나 그 현상의 근본 원인에 대한 고찰이라든지, 모순을 넘어서려는 의지의 표출에는 한계를 드러내고 있다. 이런 의미에서만세전은 1920년대 리얼리즘 소설의 훌륭한 성과임과 동시에 한계로 지적될 수 있을 것이다. 혈액투석 환자의 빈혈관리에서 Erythropoietin 반응에 영향을 미치는 인자

Objective: Although recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) has revolutionized the treatment of anemia in chronic kidney disease (CKD) receiving hemodialysis (HD) with no need of blood transfusion, some patients have a blunted or appear to be resistant to rhEPO. There is a controversy in the causes of rhEPO resistance in maintenance HD patients with anemia. This study is to examine current anemia treatment outcomes and the factors influencing the rhEPO responsiveness in HD patient with CKD. Methods: The clinical parameters or factors relating to erythrompoietin treatment outcomes and erythropoietin responsiveness were collected from the HD patients in two large dialysis centers for three months. The collected paramenters included serum iron, total iron biding capacity (TIBC), transferrin saturation rate, ferritin, albumin, intact PTH, C-reactive protein (CRP), nPCR and medications such as an angiotensin converting enzyme inhbitor, an angiotension II receptor blocker and an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor (HMG-CoA RI). The data were analyzed to examine the degree of acheiveing the anemia treatment goal and factors relating to ERI. Results: Among total 111 patients, 42 (42.3%) and 47 (37.8%) patients achieved the target Hct and Hb based on the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Services (HIRA) reimbursement criteria. In the higher ERI group (upper quartile), the patients had higher CRP levels (0.5 mg/dl) (p=0.0096), and lower TIBC score (<240 μg/dl) (p=0.0027), and less patients were taking HMG-CoA RI (p=0.0019). Male patients (p=0.0204), patients with high TIBC score (R2=0.084, p=0.0021) and patients taking HMG-CoA RI (p=0.0052) required to administer less dose of rhEPO meaning higher erythropoietin responsiveness. Conclusion: Less than 50% of CKD patients were achieving the goals of anemia by erythropoietin administration in large hospitals in Korea even though the goals were lower than those of NKF-K/DOQI practice guideline. The factors influencing ERI were sex, TIBC and HMG-CoA RI administration status, and neither an ACEI nor an ARB did not influence ERI.

이인직의 「혈의 누」연구

신소설의 주요작품이 발표되던 시기는 조선이 식민지로 전락한 시기와 맞물린다. 신소설 작가들이 당대를 어떻게 인식했으며, 작품 속에 어떻게 수용했는지 살필 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 이인직 소설의 출발점이자 정치와 소설의 관계에 가장 완미한 균형 감각을 지닌 작품으로 평가되고 있는 「혈의 누」를 분석했다. 출생 이후 관비유학생으로 도일할 때까지 이인직의 생애에 대해 밝혀진 바가 거의 없다. 그런 이인직이 「 都新聞」에 조선을 폄하하는 기사를 싣고, 러일전쟁에 일본군 통역관으로 종군하고, 친일성향의「혈의 누」를 발표하고, 한일합방의 막후 교섭자로 암약했던 것이다. 그의 친일의 동인은 무엇인가? 이를 위해 필자는 20세기 초 일본의 실상을 추정해 볼 수 있는 19세기 후반의 기록물과 그에 대한 연구에 주목했다. 그리고 일본이 세계사 무대에 등장하는 영일동맹과 러일전쟁에 대한 연구에 주목했다. 또한 명치 정부의 대 조선정책인 정한론과 그것의 변종인 ‘조선보호론’에 주목했다. The age that main works of sinsosul(new novel) were published were gear with the age that Chosun downfall to a colony. What do the writers of sinsosul thought of those days and how recepted into their works. For this I analyze 『Hyeoluinu』. This work is the point of departure of Lee-injik’s novel and are estimated that have a good balance literature and politics. There is nothing Lee-injik’s life from birth to go to Japan. Such Lee-injik wrote articles that disparage his nation. And he followed the army as an official interpreter for Japan army at Russia-Japan war 1904. And he published a pro-Japanese novel 『Hyeoluinu』. And he was active behind scenes as a negotiator for union of Chosun and Japan. What is an inducement of his pro-Japanese. For this I pay attention to the latter half of 19c’s document and study for this, and an alliance England-Japan and Russia-Japan war 1904, and ‘junghanron’ and ‘chosunbohoron’(a controversy of protect chosun).

When the Korean study the Chinese phonetics, it is always aroused some difficulties and biased errors in generality and regularity. As it is believed, analyzing these difficulties and biased errors could administer to the efficiency of the teaching Chinese in Korea. This article mainly discusses the biased errors in studying the Chinese phonetics, and points out the reasons that form the biased errors.
