Income replacement rates which shows the ratio of pension amount relative to pre-retirement income is useful as an index to assess the pension benefit level. A lot of studies that use the income replacement rates have been carried out to evaluate the pension benefit level or the income required for post-retirement and income replacement rates was measured by dividing the amount of pension at the time of retirement or during the specific period of retirement with pre-retirement gross income in most advanced researches. But, the pension benefit level could be underestimated when calculating income replacement rates based on gross income because pensioners pay for less income tax than workers or do not pay for social insurance or pension premium. The case of calculating income replacement rates based on the amount of pension at the time of retirement or during the specific period of retirement could be overestimated because the real value of pension falls down as time of benefit passes by, that is, the pensione s get highly-aged. So, in this study, the average annuity income for the life-time was evaluated based on the disposable income that applies taxes, social insurance and pension premium by improving the way of calculating income replacement rates. As the results of analysis, in case of joining national pension, retirement pension and individual annuity each for 20 years, lifetime income replacement rates based on disposable income was estimated as 50.7% for male and 52.4% for female. And pension premium required for maintaining the same level of consumption before or after retirement was estimated as 26% for male and 28% for female. This means that it is possible to consume 54.0%(male) and 54.6%(female) in comparison with gross income.

Objective: Although recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) has revolutionized the treatment of anemia in chronic kidney disease (CKD) receiving hemodialysis (HD) with no need of blood transfusion, some patients have a blunted or appear to be resistant to rhEPO. There is a controversy in the causes of rhEPO resistance in maintenance HD patients with anemia. This study is to examine current anemia treatment outcomes and the factors influencing the rhEPO responsiveness in HD patient with CKD. Methods: The clinical parameters or factors relating to erythrompoietin treatment outcomes and erythropoietin responsiveness were collected from the HD patients in two large dialysis centers for three months. The collected paramenters included serum iron, total iron biding capacity (TIBC), transferrin saturation rate, ferritin, albumin, intact PTH, C-reactive protein (CRP), nPCR and medications such as an angiotensin converting enzyme inhbitor, an angiotension II receptor blocker and an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor (HMG-CoA RI). The data were analyzed to examine the degree of acheiveing the anemia treatment goal and factors relating to ERI. Results: Among total 111 patients, 42 (42.3%) and 47 (37.8%) patients achieved the target Hct and Hb based on the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Services (HIRA) reimbursement criteria. In the higher ERI group (upper quartile), the patients had higher CRP levels (0.5 mg/dl) (p=0.0096), and lower TIBC score (<240 μg/dl) (p=0.0027), and less patients were taking HMG-CoA RI (p=0.0019). Male patients (p=0.0204), patients with high TIBC score (R2=0.084, p=0.0021) and patients taking HMG-CoA RI (p=0.0052) required to administer less dose of rhEPO meaning higher erythropoietin responsiveness. Conclusion: Less than 50% of CKD patients were achieving the goals of anemia by erythropoietin administration in large hospitals in Korea even though the goals were lower than those of NKF-K/DOQI practice guideline. The factors influencing ERI were sex, TIBC and HMG-CoA RI administration status, and neither an ACEI nor an ARB did not influence ERI.

지수연동형 보험상품(EIA: Equity-indexed annuities)은 주식시장의 수익률과 연계하여 보험상품의 수익률이 결정되며 주식시장의 수익률이 낮은 경우에도 최소보장 수익률이 제공되는 상품이다 EIA의 수익률은 주가 수익률에 일정 비율을 곱하고 이 값과 최소보장수익률과 비교하여 높은 값을 수익률로 정의한다. 여기서 주가수익률에 곱하는 일정비율을 참여율(Participation rate)이라고 부른다. 본 논문에서는 수익률을 결정하는 주가지수와 일정수준을 넘는 여부를 결정하는 주가지수를 다른 지수로 사용하는 Outside Barrier가 내재된 보험 상품을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 Outside Barrier조건의 결정을 계약기간 전체가 아닌 계약기간의 일부분으로 선정한 것이 특징이다. 이러한 수익률 구조를 반영하는 가격 공식을 기댓값 계산을 통하여 유도하고 수치해석 기법을 이용하여 최소보장이율, Rebate, barrier 수준, 주가 변동성, 상관계수 및 관측기간 등의 변수가 참여율의 결정 에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is certification of conflicting consciousness of moderns in novels. The subject of novels are Yoon heunggil's 「Keimeumbam」, Im chulwoo's 「Keudeuluisaebuik」, Kong jiyoung's 「Mukeuunkabang」. Yoon's novel describes husband's consciousness of freedom and uneasiness and wife's consciousness of uniformity. Im's novel describes heroine's consciousness of freedom and confusion through her dream and illusion. Kong's novel describes hero's deviation from suppression and revolution from deviation. Through upward these works certificate double psychology of moderns 본 논문은 자유와 일탈, 순응과 복종이라는 현대인들의 상반된 의식 상태가 소설 속에서 어떻게 형상화되어있는지를 확인하는 것이 목적이다. 그 대상 작품으로 윤흥길의 「그믐밤」, 임철우의 「그들의 새벽」, 공지영의 「무거운 가방」 등 세 작품을 선정했다. 윤흥길의 작품에서는 평범한 회사원인 남편의 자유롭고자 하는 의지와 그럼으로써 발생되는 불안으로부터 벗어나고자 하는 아내의 획일 지향이 현대인들의 보편적 인식으로 형상화되어 있다. 임철우의 작품에서는 주인공 그녀의 환상과 꿈을 통해 폭력적 억압으로부터 자유롭고자 하는 의지와 그럼으로써 지불해야 하는 대가로써 혼란과 분열을 그리고 있다. 공지영의 작품에서는 주인공 ‘그’가 세속적 욕망에 사로잡혀있는 아내로부터 벗어나고자 하는 의지와 그럼에도 불구하고 현재 자신의 조건으로 회귀하는 상반된 행동을 통해 현대인들의 이중적 심리를 확인할 수 있다.

ꡔJang-kil sanꡕis a biography of a failure revolutionist of the latter period of cho sun dynasty. Basically personality of history study and history novel is a subjunctive question to history. I examine roughly the latter period of 17 century. After Tow War (Im-jin and Byung-ja) all controversial point of cho sun dynasty were came out. But although serious damage, the ruling classes continued. It is a particular example of world political history. Rebellion of Jang-kil san was clearing up account of cho sun dynasty. But this revolution failed, ultimately cho sun dynasty was perished by imperialism japan. cho sun dynasty downfalled a colony of japan, and was confronted the tragic division of the Korean peinsula at 1945. It is an apex of the tragedy of Korea modern history. Old military regime was collapsed and new military regime appeared on the stage in 1980s. ꡔJang-kil sanꡕwas written in this contradict period. I think that this novel has a meaning of a subjuntive question to history. 소설 張吉山은 조선 후기 실패한 한 혁명가의 일대기다. 필자는 歷史硏究와 歷史小說의 기본속성을 역사에 대한 가정법적 질문으로 본다. 물론 역사연구와 역사소설은 방법론상의 차이가 엄존하지만, 역사상의 인물이나 사건에 대한 단순한 회상이나 재연의 차원을 넘어선 것이다. 필자는 개략적이나마 조선 후기에 해당하는 17세기 후반을 규명해보았다. 임병양란을 거치면서 조선사회는 모든 국면의 문제점이 속속 드러난 상태였다. 비록 지배세력은 심각한 타격을 입었지만 붕괴되지 않은 채 지속되었다. 이것은 세계 정치사상 매우 특이한 예다. 국가에 있어서 멸망의 청산 과정이 반드시 부정적인 것만은 아니다. 기존의 구태를 벗어나 새로운 힘과 사고방식으로 무장한 제 3 세력에 의해 긍정적인 방향으로 발전할 수도 있는 것이다. 역대 왕조의 교체가 그것을 증언한다. 모든 반란이 그러하듯 ‘장길산의 난’은 이미 존재력을 상실한 국가의 청산 작업일 수도 있었던 것이다. 그러나 결과적으로 실패했고 조선은 타성으로 지속되다가 20세기 초 제국주의 일본에 의해 멸망했다. 타민족에 의한 식민지 상황은 이후 민족분단이라는 결정적 모순으로 마무리 되었고, 이는 한국 현대사의 비극의 정점으로 되었다. 소설 장길산이 쓰여지던 1980년대 한국은 오랜 군사정권의 갑작스러운 붕괴와 새로운 군부독재의 등장이라는 악순환의 한 가운데 있었다. 소설 장길산은 그 모순의 시대를 증언하는 역사에 대한 가정법적 질문이다.

생존기간을 고려한 생애소득대체율의 추정

Replacement rates which shows the ratio of retirement income relative to preretirement income is used for a valuable evaluation measures while discussing social security benefit levels or the adequacy of retirement income. However, replacement rates has been only used for an index for evaluating benefit level at the time of retirement or specific retirement period in advanced research projects. This article analyzes how much the uncertainty of survival has an influence on retirement income, and shows replacement rates in conformity with the period of survival as an index. The researchers named this index lifetime income replacement rates. Analysis based on this index shows both life replacement income rates of 38.3% in men's case and of 41.1% in women's case while enrolled for 20years in three pension plans - national pension, retirement pension and individual annuity.

필자는 만세전의 주인공 이인화의 인식적 흐름에 주목했다. 이것은 작가의 그것과 같을 수도 있고 다를 수도 있다. 이인화는 소학교시절 소박한 민족의식과 함께 새로운 세계에 대한 동경을 함께 가지고 있었다. 여기에 조혼에서 오는 숨막힘으로부터의 탈출의지가 덧붙여져 동경유학길에 오른다. 동경은 제국주의의 심장이다. 여기에서 이인화는 평화와 자유를 만끽하며 마비되어 간다. 이때 아내의 위독함을 알리는 전보가 날아들고 그는 망설임 끝에 먼 귀국길에 오른다.그 귀국길은 동경에서 출발하여 나고야-고베-하관-부산-김천-대전을 거쳐 경성까지 이어지는 먼 여정이다. 길 위에서 주인공은 비애, 절망, 체념, 분노 등을 겪게 되고 아내의 장례를 치른 다음 동경을 향해 떠나가면서 끝난다.이 소설은 현실적 중압을 외면한 채 향락과 비애에 빠져 스스로를 소모하는 한 식민지 지식인 청년의 고백이다. 아울러 식민지 민중들의 삶을 당대 어느 작품보다도 치밀하게 형상화하고 있는 소설임과 동시에 오욕으로 얼룩진 한국 현대사의 자화상이기도 하다. 만세전은 이처럼 다양한 측면을 가지고 있다.작가는 주인공 이인화의 인식과 행적을 통해 특정한 한 시대의 상황에 대해 비교적 정확한 인식에 도달한다. 그러나 그 현상의 근본 원인에 대한 고찰이라든지, 모순을 넘어서려는 의지의 표출에는 한계를 드러내고 있다. 이런 의미에서만세전은 1920년대 리얼리즘 소설의 훌륭한 성과임과 동시에 한계로 지적될 수 있을 것이다.
