연령별 온라인시민참여에 관한 연구 - 인터넷이용능력의 영향을 중심으로 -

Recently, Online civic participation has become more important and has been considered as an alternative of representative democracy. However it is mostly activated by relatively young age group, so it is often criticized that it could not encompass all ages` participation. In this regard, this study tries to empirically analyze the age effect on online civic participation. Furthermore in the relation between age and level of online civic participation, internet literacy which has negative correlation on age could be the powerful factor on level of online civic participation, so it also analyze the effect of internet literacy with multiple regression model. Analysis results that people who have higher ages tend to participate less in online. However, the statistical significances of age variables disappear when internet literacy variable is added to each model. From the result, it can be concluded that the age effect exists in online participation, rather internet literacy is more powerful factor on level of online civic participation. Therefore this study give policy implication that if it is possible to enhance internet literacy level in higher age groups, the level of online civic participation in all ages might be improved.
브라질 초·중등학교 한국어 학습자 대상 교재 개발을 위한 기초 연구 - 한국어 채택교 교사와 학습자 요구 분석을 중심으로 -

This article aims to establish the basis for developing customized Korean textbooks, which will be used in Brazil by examining the state of Korean language education in Brazil and analyzing the needs of teachers and learners in schools adopting the Korean language as a foreign language subject. To this end, a survey was conducted for 20 teachers and 95 learners in Brazil regarding the Korean language curriculums used at their schools, satisfaction with the currently used Korean textbooks, and opinions about developing customized Korean language textbooks. Based on the needs analysis, the paper proposed to develop textbooks that reflect the needs of Brazilian high school students, are suitable for oral communication situations, lay the foundation well, and include much Korean cultural content.
