        키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 유아 사회적 유능감 국내 연구 동향 분석

        Objectives TThe purpose of this study is to identify research trends related to social competence of early childhood through keyword network analysis. Methods For a total of 440 social competence of early childhood-related papers published in Korea from 2000 to 2021, the frequency was calculated using the Excel 2016 program, and network centrality analysis was performed using the UCINET 6 program. In addition, frequency analysis was conducted based on the research method and research topic of the paper to be studied. Results First, the publication of social competence-related studies from 2000 to 2010 was low at the beginning, but the number increased explosively from 2011. Second, In both the first and second periods, Quantitative research was conducted the most in research related to social competence of young children, and research on the subject of exploring the relationship between related variables was conducted the most. Third, in the keyword frequency analysis, 2011 was divided into the first half and the second half. In the first half, young children’s temperament, mothers' parenting attitude, young children’s emotional intelligence, and in the second half, young children’s emotional intelligence, young children’s emotion regulation ability, young children’s self-regulation were the most frequent. Third, as a result of analyzing the centrality of the keyword network by dividing it into the first half and the second half based on 2011, the centrality of the connection was in the order of young children’s temperament, mothers' parenting attitude, young children’s emotional intelligence in the first half, mothers' parenting attitude, young children’s self-esteem, young children’s emotional intelligence in the second half. appear. Proximity centrality showed that in the first half of the year, young children’s temperament, mothers' parenting attitude, young children’s emotional intelligence, and in the latter period, young children’s self-esteem, teacher-child relationship, young children’s emotional intelligence were in that order. In the analysis of mediation centrality, young children’s temperament, young children’s emotional intelligence, mothers' parenting attitude in the first half were found in the order of young children’s self-esteem, teacher-child relationship, young children’s emotional intelligence in the latter period. In the prestige centrality analysis, young children’s temperament, mothers' parenting attitude, young children’s problem behavior problem behavior, mother's depression, and marital conflict were found in the first half of the year, followed by mothers' parenting attitude, young children’s self-regulation, and young children’s self-esteem in the later stages. Conclusions These results are significant in that they reviewed research trends related to the subject at a time when child abuse-related research is rapidly increasing, drew implications for future research directions. 목적 본 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 유아기 사회적 유능감 관련 국내 연구 동향을 파악하고자 하는데 있다. 방법 국내에서 2000년부터 2021년까지 발간된 총 440편의 사회적 유능감 관련 논문을 대상으로, Excel 2016 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도를 산출하고, UCINET 6 프로그램을 활용하여 네트워크 중심성 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고, 연구 대상 논문의 연구 방법및 연구 주제를 준거로 빈도 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 사회적 유능감 관련 연구는 2000년부터 2010년까지 전기에는 발간이 저조했으나, 2011년부터는 그 수가 폭발적으로증가하였다. 둘째, 유아의 사회적 유능감과 관련된 연구는 1기와 2기 모두 양적 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌으며, 관련 변인 간의 관계탐색을 주제로 한 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌다. 셋째, 키워드 빈도분석에서는 2011년을 기준으로 전기와 후기로 구분하여 전기에는 유아기질, 어머니양육태도, 유아정서지능이 가장 빈번하게 출현했고, 후기에는 유아정서지능, 유아정서조절능력, 유아자기조절능력이 가장 빈번하게 출현했다 셋째, 연결중심성은 전기에 유아기질, 어머니양육태도, 유아정서지능, 후기에는 어머니양육태도, 유아자아존중감, 유아정서지능 순으로 나타났다. 근접중심성은 전기에 유아기질, 어머니양육태도, 유아정서지능, 후기에는 유아자아존중감, 교사-유아관계, 유아정서지능 순으로 나타났다. 매개중심성분석은 전기에 유아기질, 유아정서지능, 어머니양육태도, 후기에는 유아자아존중감, 교사-유아관게, 유아정서지능 순으로 나타났다. 위세중심성 분석은 유아기질, 어머니양육태도, 유아문제행동, 후기에는 어머니양육태도, 유아정서조절능력, 유아자아존중감 순으로 나타났다. 결론 이러한 결과는 유아기 사회적 유능감 연구가 급증하는 현 시점에서 해당 주제와 관련된 연구 동향을 검토하고 향후 진행될 연구의 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

        직급별 감사투입시간이 초도감사 회계품질에 미치는 영향

        This study analyzes the effect of rank-specific audit hours on initial audit quality by using the newly disclosed rank-specific audit hours data according to the amendment of the ‘Act on External Audit of Corporations’ in May 2014. In this paper, we propose additional evidence on the initial audit quality debate with the perspective of rank-specific audit hours. From 2014 to 2017, audit hours were collected and classified as partner CPA, registered CPA and trainee accountant. Audit quality was measured by the modified Jones model discretionary accruals(Dechow et al. 1995) and the performance matched discretionary accruals(Kothari et al. 2005). With the criteria of non-financial listed companies and December year end, our final sample is 3,108 observations. The multiple regression results are as follows. First, rank-specific audit hours and total audit hours showed negative significant correlation with discretionary accruals. In other words, the increase of audit hours leads to the increase of audit quality. Second, when the initial audit, audit hours of partner CPA and trainee accountants were not significantly related with discretionary accruals. However, there was a significant positive relation between discretionary accruals and audit hours of registered CPA. It means that the registered CPA is lack of understanding about initial auditing. Or it may be due to the economic interests with initial client. According to the literature, there is no consistent conclusion about initial audit quality. So, this study contribute to the literature with additional factors on initial audit quality by examining the effect of audit hours on initial audit quality and the effect of rank-specific audit hours on audit quality. Also, this study suggest meaningful results of the initial audit quality under auditor designation system. 본 연구는 2014년 5월 「주식회사의 외부감사에 관한 법률」의 개정에 따라 감사보고서에 새로 공시되는 직급별 감사시간을 이용하여 직급별 감사시간이 초도감사 회계품질에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한다. 이를 통해 감사인지정제에 대한 논의가 본격적으로 진행되고 있는 시점에서 감사인지정제 확대 시 예상되는 초도감사 품질논쟁에 대한 추가적 증거를 제시하고자 한다. 연구기간은 2014년부터 2017년으로 감사보고서의 ‘외부감사 실시내용’에 제시된 감사업무 담당 회계사의 직급별로 담당이사, 등록회계사, 수습회계사로 구분하여 수집하였고, 감사품질을 수정Jones 모형(Dechow et al. 1995)과 성과대응모형(Kothari et al. 2005)으로 측정하였다. 12월 결산월의 비금융 상장기업 3,108개로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직급별 감사시간 및 총 감사시간은 재량적 발생액과 음(-)의 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 즉, 감사인의 감사투입시간 증대가 감사품질의 증대로 이어짐을 의미한다. 둘째, 초도감사 시 담당이사, 수습회계사의 투입시간은 재량적 발생액과 유의한 관련이 없었다. 그러나 등록회계사는 제한적이지만 재량적 발생액과 유의한 양(+)의 관계가 나타났다. 등록회계사의 감사투입시간이 증가함에 따라 재량적 발생액이 증가한다는 결과는 등록회계사가 초도감사를 수행할 때 피감사회사에 대한 이해가 부족하거나, 계속감사 계약의 유인 등으로 인한 경제적 이해관계가 원인일 수 있다. 선행연구에서 초도감사 품질에 대해 일관적인 결론을 내리지 못한 상태에서 본 연구는 감사시간이 초도감사 품질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 직급별 감사시간이 초도감사 품질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 이를 통해 초도감사 품질에 영향을 미치는 원인에 대한 추가적인 증거를 제시하였다는데 공헌점이 있다.

        The Effects of Clinical Practice Stress and Resilience on Nursing Students’ Academic Burnout

        The high degree of academic burnout experienced during academic life indicates that job skill levels during the first year following graduation are low, and the correlation with turnover intention is high. We investigated the effects of clinical practice stress and resilience on nursing students’ burnout, and searched for factors that can prevent or control burnout. We recruited a convenience sample of 202 nursing students. Academic burnout, general characteristics, clinical practice stress, and resilience were assessed via self-reported questionnaires. The mean total score of academic burnout was 44.0 points; exhaustion was the highest at 18.5 points, inefficacy was 15.9 points, and cynicism was 9.6 points. High levels of clinical practice stress affected academic burnout (β=0.194, p=0.003), while high resilience was a factor that lowered the degree of academic burnout (β=-0.449, p<0.001). Based on our results, factors affecting students’ experiences of academic burnout were clinical practice stress and resilience. We therefore propose the implementation of a new curriculum aimed at increasing satisfaction with the major, reducing clinical practice stress, and increasing resilience, including an efficient peer mentoring program for clinical practice.

        간호대학생의 학업탄력성과 대인관계유능성이 행복감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of academic resilience and interpersonal competence on the happiness of nursing students. A descriptive design was used to study 158 nursing students in nursing school through convenience sampling. IBM SPSS ver. 23.0 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA) was used to analyze data for descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, Tukey post hoc test, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regressions. The results showed that the level of nursing students' happiness was lower than that of college students in other majors, but academic resilience and interpersonal competence among nursing students were relatively high. Nursing students' happiness was positively correlated with academic resilience and interpersonal competence. The factors affecting happiness were academic resilience (${\beta}=0.459$, p<0.001), satisfaction with major (${\beta}=0.272$, p=0.006), perceived subjective health status (${\beta}=0.223$, p=0.013), and interpersonal competence (${\beta}=0.185$, p=0.003). Explained variance for happiness was 56.4%, and academic resilience was the most influential factor in the happiness of nursing students. Nursing students are caring human beings and should be able to pursue a happy life; therefore, it is necessary to improve satisfaction levels with the nursing major, guide students to excel in their academic achievement, prepare health education programs, and design curriculum that inspires confidence in interpersonal relationships.

        간호대학생의 비판적 사고능력에 영향을 미치는 개인요인과 학교요인

        The purpose of this study was to investigate factors associated with the critical thinking ability of nursing students at the individual and school levels. The study adopted a descriptive design and recruited 465 nursing students from four nursing schools from November 2014 to September 2015 through convenience sampling. The Clinical Critical Thinking Skill Test was used to measure critical thinking ability, and the data were analyzed with the SAS ver. 9.4 program (SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA) for descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, and multi-level model. The results showed that clinical practicum experience (β=-0.72, p=0.025), taking critical thinking courses (β=0.63, p=0.010), and taking simulation courses (β =0.56, p=0.035) improved critical thinking ability in the individual level model. In the school level model, the interaction effect between the years of clinical practice done by the student and the presence of full-time clinical instructors was significant (β=1.29, p=0.011). These results suggest that critical thinking ability improves with the more years of clinical practice individual nursing students have, and this improvement is greater with the presence of full-time clinical instructors in the school. Therefore, it is recommended that nursing students undergo critical thinking and simulation courses to develop their critical thinking ability, and dedicated clinical instructors in nursing schools should play a vital role.

      • 병원약사의 직업 및 직무만족도와 영향요인에 대한 문헌고찰

        OBJECTIVE: To examine the degree of job satisfaction among hospital pharmacists and its influencing factors through systematic review of prior studies. METHODS. Databases were searched, including EMBASE, MEDLINE, RISS, and KISS to conduct systematic literature review. The search terms were hospital, pharmacist, pharmacy, job, career, and satisfaction. RESULTS. The included studies were published from 1995 to October 2016. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria to the retrieved 559 studies, a total of 12 studies were included for the final analysis. Nine studies were cross-sectional studies and 3 studies were prospective studies. Studies measured job satisfaction level using selfadministered survey. The questionnaire developed by Barnett and Kimberlin (1996) was the most common tool used from the included studies. In the study using 5-point Likert-type scale, the average job satisfaction level of hospital pharmacists was 3.18. It was 2.47 based on 4-point scale and 60.2 based on 100-point scale. Job satisfaction of hospital pharmacists was similar or lower as compared with other health care professionals such as clinicians and nurses. Factors associated with job satisfaction of hospital pharmacists were clinical activities, additional prescribing authorization, and interpersonal interaction. In Korea, a positive relationship between professionalism and job satisfaction was found. Also, task importance and repetition affected job satisfaction level. CONCLUSION According to the study results, the satisfaction level of hospital pharmacists is around the medium level. Effective strategy should be developed to improve job satisfaction based on the findings of the influencing factors to hospital pharmacists’ job satisfaction.

        2015 개정 초등 통합교과 주제별 교과서를 활용한 주제중심 통합수업 실행연구

        This study aims to research on a theme using the Thematic Textbook for 2015 revised Elementary Integrated Subject-matters. In this study, theme-based integrated curriculum implementation was studied to find changes in the classroom in teachers, students, classes and classrooms, and discussed the results. As a result, the change in the form of classes, or theme-based integrated learning, in this study, not only changed teachers and students, but also fundamentally changed the attitudes of teachers and students. First, teacher became a teacher who constantly reflected on themselves and makes up a student-centered class. Second, the students became active and voluntary learners and immersed in the class. Also the students learned by working together with their friends. Third, class became lively and dynamic. Also it became a changeable and improvised class. Fourth, classrooms became full of students' current concerns. And their seats were assigned for better interaction and cooperation. 본 연구는 2015 개정 주제별 교과서를 사용하여 주제중심 통합수업의 실행 과정을 탐구한 실행연구이다. 실행한 결과 주제별 통합수업의 실행은 수업 형태의 변화를 가져왔을 뿐만 아니라 수업에 참여하는 교사와 학생의 태도를 근본적으로 바꾸어 놓았다. 먼저 교사는 ‘교사로서의 나’에 대해 지속적으로 성찰하고 반성하게 되었고 학생 중심으로, 학생이 주도하는 수업을 구성하기 위해 노력하게 되었다. 둘째, 학생은 수업 태도가 자발적ㆍ능동적으로 변화하면서 수업에 몰입하게 되고, 그 곳에서 친구들과 서로 협력하며 함께 배우는 방법을 깨달아 갔다. 셋째, 수업은 훨씬 활기차고 역동적이며, 즉흥적으로 변화하였다. 넷째, 교실 환경은 학생들의 현재 관심사를 반영하는 모습으로 변화하였고, 교사­학생, 학생­학생이 상호작용과 협력할 수 있는 장소로 변화하였다.

        Development of examination objectives based on nursing competency for the Korean Nursing Licensing Examination: a validity study

        Purpose This study aimed to develop the examination objectives based on nursing competency of the Korean Nursing Licensing Examination. Methods This is a validity study to develop the examination objectives based on nursing competency. Data were collected in December 2021. We reviewed the literature related to changing nurse roles and on the learning objectives for the Korea Medical Licensing Examination and other health personnel licensing examinations. Thereafter, we created a draft of the nursing problems list for examination objectives based on the literature review, and the content validity was evaluated by experts. A final draft of the examination objectives is presented and discussed. Results A total of 4 domains, 12 classes, and 85 nursing problems for the Korean Nursing Licensing Examination were developed. They included the essentials of objectives, related factors, evaluation goals, related activity statements, related clients, related settings, and specific outcomes. Conclusion This study developed a draft of the examination objectives based on clinical competency that were related to the clinical situations of nurses and comprised appropriate test items for the licensing examination. Above results may be able to provide fundamental data for item development that reflects future nursing practices.
