        웅성 특이적 SRY 및 ZFY 유전자를 이용한 쇠고기 성(性) 판별

        본 연구는 포유류의 Y-염색체상에 존재하는 SRY 및 ZFY의 웅성 특이적 성 결정 유전자를 이용하는 PCR 기법으로 쇠고기 성판별 기술을 개발하고자 수행하였다. 성 결정 유전자 영역의 특정 염기서열을 포함하는 primer를 각각 설계 합성하고 이들 primer를 이용하여 PCR증폭을 실시한 다음, 각각의 증폭산물을 1.5% agarose gel에 전기영동하여 웅성 특이적 DNA band의 증폭여부를 확인하였다. SRY 유전자에서 웅성개체 쇠고기는 1,348 bp 크기의 단편을 가진 DNA band가 검출되었으나, 자성개체의 경우 DNA band가 전혀 검출되지 않은 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한, ZFY 유전자에서 웅성개체의 쇠고기는 979 bp 크기의 단편을 가진 DNA band가 모두 검출되었으나, 자성개체의 쇠고기에서는 역시 DNA band가 전혀 검출되지 않았다. 즉, SRY 및 ZFY 유전자는 모두 숫소에서 유래한 쇠고기에서 웅성 특이적인 DNA band가 정확히 검출된 반면 암소에서 유래한 쇠고기에서는 웅성 특이적 DNA band가 전혀 검출되지 않았다. 또한 쇠고기 성 감별법을 도축 후 가공 유통판매단계에 실제 활용 가능성을 검증하고자 시중에 유통되고 있는 등심 및 갈비 포장육 350시료를 무작위 추출하여 성 판별을 실시한 결과 숫소가 252시료(72%) 그리고 암소가 98두(28%)로 조사되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 SRY 또는 ZFY의 웅성 특이적 성 결정 유전자를 이용하는 쇠고기 성 감별기술은 생산단계는 물론 도축 후 가공 유통 판매되고 있는 모든 쇠고기의 암수 성감별을 위한 유용한 DNA 표지인자로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The objective of this study was to develop a rapid and reliable method for the sex determination of beef using the PCR(polymerase chain reaction) technique. We have used two bovine sex determining genes, SRY and ZFY, on the Y-chromosome to identify the sex of Hanwoo and Holstein beet. We attempted to amplify 1,348 bp and 979 bp fragments from male and female genomic DNA corresponding to the SRY and ZFY genes, respectively, using male specific primers. The amplified PCR products were separated by electrophoresis in a 1.5% agarose gel to detect a male specific DNA band. When DNA from male beef was amplified with primers specific for the SRY gene, a DNA band of 1,348 bp was present in all of the male samples, but absent from all of the female samples. Also, when DNA from male beef was amplified with primers specific for the ZFY gene, a DNA band of 979 bp was observed in all of the male samples, but absent from all female samples. In conclusion, the bovine SRY and ZFY genes are typically found only in male beef. For the practical application of this method for the sexing of commercial beef at the processing and marketing stages after slaughter. a total of 350 beef samples collected randomly from local markets were analyzed for sex determination. The proportions of male and female samples were 252 (72%) and 98 (28%), respectively. Therefore. the SRY and ZFY genes. which are specific for the Y-chromosome, may be useful sex-diagnostic DNA markers to distinguish male meat from female meat.

        HMS를 이용한 대잠탐색 패턴분석을 위한 시뮬레이터 개발

        In the anti-submarine warfare, a search using HMS is used as a basic strategy. The importance of HMS operation strategy is increasing, but it is hard to develop effective anti-submarine search strategy due to reciprocal actions among sea environments, search patterns, sonar operational tactics, anti-submarine search strategy, etc. In this research, a simulator was invented so as to analyze anti-submarine search patterns used when an HMS-carrying ship searches for submarine in various anti-submarine search environments. The simulator reflects various factors that influence anti-submarine search, and with consideration of search patterns of anti-submarine ships as well as evasive movement of submarines, it can simulate various anti-submarine search operations such as a collaborative anti-submarine operation by a single or multiple forces. Also, the simulator will contribute to developing and improving systematic and efficient HMS operational tactics in anti-submarine warfare.

        HMS 운용방안에 관한 연구

        The Navy is in the process of developing a sonar-operation strategy to increase the effectiveness of underwater target searching capability. HMS is the basic strategy to detect underwater targets. The advantages of HMS is that, it has a short preparation time to operate and can be always used regardless of sea conditions and weather. However, it is difficult to effectively detect underwater targets due to the interaction between marine environments and sonar-operations. During the research, the effectiveness of the HMS system's underwater target searching capability was analyzed by integrating various search and defense patterns, and environment conditions into the simulation. In the simulation the ship search an evasive target within a set region. The simulation presented results for an effective searching and defense methods of underwater targets. These research results can be used as foundation for advancing and improving the sonar operational tactics.

        청소년의 스마트폰 중독이 공격성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 청소년들의 스마트폰 중독이 공격성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대구ㆍ경북에 소재한 청소년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수거한 자료는 SPSS 통계 분석 프로그램을 사용하여 이변량 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 청소년들의 스마트폰 중독이 공격성에 미치는 영향이 유의미 한 것으로 나타났다. 즉 청소년들의 스마트폰 과다 사용은 대인공격성 및 대물공격성 등이 높아질 수 있음을 의미한다. This study was conducted to investigate how adolescents' smart phone addiction affect agression. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do students enrolled in a survey. Correlation and regression analysis was performed by using SPSS program. The result of this study is that adolescents' smart phone addiction affect on agression significantly. It means that oversuse of smart phone can bring high aggression against person and things to adolescents.

        特定死因除去程度가 部分勞動力餘命에 미치는 延長效果에 관한 硏究

        This study was carried out to calculate working life expectancy and its potential gains according to the degree of reduction in the specific causes of death. It sought to ascertain what potential gains in labor force longevity might be reasonably achieved through efforts to reduce mortality from injuries and poisoning, diseases of circulatory system, neoplasms and the other causes of death. The data were drawn from the three sources such as "The 1982 Causes of Death Statistics," "Abridged Life Table for Korea 1978~'79" and "The 1982 Annual Report of Economically Active Population" issued by Economic Planning Board. Analytical tools used in this study were the cause-deleted life table and the Wolfbein Wool's working life table method. Partial life expectancy was adopted as an index of this study, This application will be widely used as a good demographic tool for analyzing the dynamics of labor force and causes of death. Some of the findings are summerized as follows. 1. Partial lite expectancies from initial age 15, 25, and 45 respectively to terminal age 65 are 44.86, 35.59 and 17.41 years in life expectancy itself, 37.08, 32.83 and 15.21 years in working life expectancy, 7.78, 2.76 and 2.20 years in inactive life years. 2. Potential gains in working expectancy from initial age 15, 25 and 45 to terminal age 65 by the complete elimination of the specific causes of death are 1.36, 0.94 and 0.27 years in injuries and poisoning, 0.88, 0.83 and 0.54 years in diseases of circulatory system, 0.56, 0.54 and 0.37 years in neoplasms, 1.13, 1.02 and 0.58 years in the other causes of death. The relationship between degree of reduction in causes of death and potential gains in working life years is in direct proportion. The prime orders of reduction effectiveness in age groups by the causes of death are injuries and poisoning in age 15-24, the other causes of death in age 25-49 and diseases of circulatory system in age 50 and over. 3. If it were possible to reduce 25%, 50% and 75% in mortality condition 1978~'79, the average length of working life would be 38.08, 39.13 and 40.17 years in age 15, and 33.68, 34.57 and 35.44 years in age 25, and 15.67, 16.14 and 16.63 years in age 45.

        우리나라 학교폭력관련 민간자격증 실태조사

        본 연구는 현재 우리나라 민간정보 서비스에 등록된 학교폭력관련 민간자격증의 실태를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 학교폭력관련 민간자격증 제도의 문제점을 도출하고 대안을 제시하였다. 현재 우리나라 민간정보서비스에 등록된 학교폭력관련 민간자격증은 총 239개로 나타났으며, 공인민간자격은 없고 모두 등록민간자격증이었다. 학교폭력관련 민간자격증과 관련된 문제점은 첫째, 학교폭력관련 민간자격 등록기관의 정체성 및 전문성의 문제, 둘째, 해당 자격증의 공신력 문제, 셋째, 해당자격증의 직무수행에 대한 문제, 넷째, 자격증 검정 과정의 문제, 마지막으로 사후관리문제가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대한 대안으로는 첫째, 실제 운영 실적이 없는 자격증 대상으로 자격증을 등록을 폐지하거나 개도 할 수 있도록 할 필요가 있고, 둘째, 학교폭력민간자격이 공인민간자격으로 등록되어 공신력을 확보할 수 있도록 정기적으로 기관 관계자들에게 교육을 제공 할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 자격검정 절차를 강화하여 기관의 전문성을 높여야 하며, 소비자가 해당 자격증에 대한 정보를 알 수 있도록 기관이 의무적으로 자격과정을 공개하도록 지도할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 자격증 운영기관에 대한 교육도 수시로 진행하여 기관이 체계적이고 전문적으로 자격증 과정을 운영 할 수 있도록 교육할 필요가 있다. This study was intended to analyze real situations of private certificates related to school violence registered with Korean Private Information Service and, on the basis of such analysis, it found problems in private certificate system related to school violence and proposed alternatives. At the present time, the total number of private certificates related to school violence registered with Korean Private Information Service was found to be 239, and there was no authorized private certificate, all of such certificates being private certificates registered. It was found the problems in private certificates related to school violence arose: first, in the identity and expertise of relevant private certificate registration agencies; second, in public confidence of relevant certificates; third, in job performance of the persons having relevant certificates; fourth, in the process of qualification examination; and lastly, in follow-up management. As alternatives to these problems, followings can be mentioned. First, it is necessary to ensure that, in case of a certificate which is not actually used or utilized, registration of such a certificate may be abrogated. Second, giving a regular education to related persons is needed so that the private certificates related to school violence may be registered as authorized private certificates and secure public confidence. Third, it is required that a process for qualification examination must be reinforced in order to enhance expertise of relevant agencies and it is required to instruct relevant agencies to compulsorily make public a process of obtaining qualification so that consumers can know information of relevant certificates. Lastly, an education for the agencies of managing certificates needs to be given so that such agencies may operate management of certificates systematically and specially.

        This paper deals with the Automatic Analysis of Continuous Beams with Variable Cross-Section. Based on the principle of superpositon and the method of consistent deformations, the governing differential equation is derived for the deflection and stress resultants of such continuous beam. The effects of variable load conditions, the end constraints on the deflection and the stress resultants are analyzed. It is expected that the results obtained herein can be used practically in the structural engineering.
