It is necessary for National Geographic Information Clearinghouse to provide service of more various geographic information utilizing the private sector investment and creative mind in production and circulation of geographic information. In this study, we suggested participation method that the private sector cooperates with the public. The shape of participation that the private sector participates to National Geographic Information Clearinghouse must become method that the private sector cooperates together with the public than concept of under private management that entrust some function to the private sector. On the assumption that the private sector can have complementary relationship to the public, in this study, we suggested participation method by role division of the public and the private sector. Through the role division by each forte can grow up, the importance of cooperation between the public and the private sector will be increased. If the role division will be achieved, participation effect of the public and the private sector can be maximized.

Dioxygen adsorption and activation on metal-ligand systems are the key elements for biological oxidative metabolisms and also catalyst design for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). We show, through first-principles calculations, that similar dioxygen adducts can form on metal-free n-type doped hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) nanostructures. The density of electron donors determines the charge state of dioxygen, either in superoxo and peroxo, which exactly correlates with the ‘end-on’ and ‘side-on’ configurations, respectively. Activated O2 in the superoxo state shows a better catalytic performance possibly mediating the direct four-electron reduction. The formation of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is practically eliminated, and thus we suggest that a surface coated with the n-type doped h-BN can be the basis for an ORR catalyst with increased stability.

As the information technology advances, e-commerce, based on the internet, is threatened to be hacked. The National Geographic Information Clearinghouse promotes geographical information transactions via net thanks to ways; electronic settlement, download and the like. Hence, It is requisite to strengthen the security system of the National Geographic Information Clearinghouse so that transmissions of geographical information could work reliably.<BR> This study takes a general view on fundamental requirements and analyzes security circumstances in terms of network security, user verification and data protection. To reinforce the system of security, this study suggests to introduce web security solutions, organize security task-forces and expand instruction.<BR> These processes are expected to allow geographical data to be delivered in safety, and then have effects on the utilization of National Geographic Information Clearinghouse and the amelioration of national circumstances.
한국의 기업문화가 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 커뮤니케이션을 매개한 다차원 분석

본 연구에서는 기업문화가 기업의 실질적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 특히 기업의 성과를 기업 생활에서 느끼는 직무만족, 조직몰입과 같은 조직유효성과 더불어, 기업의 핵심적인 성과인 재무성과(매출액) 을 동시에 분석하였다. 여기에 더해 기업문화와 기업성과 사이를 매개하는 커뮤니케이션의 역할을 파악하였다. 모든분석은 개인과 기업이라는 두 수준을 각각 고려하여 분석하였다. 분석에 활용된 자료는 한국직업능력개발원에서 조사하고 있는 인적자본기업패널(Human Capital Corporate Panel: HCCP)을 활용하였으며, 339개의 기업에 속해 있는9,997명의 구성원들이 분석의 대상이었다. 기업문화와 기업성과 간의 관련성은 개인수준에서 전반적으로 혁신형, 관계형, 과업형인 경우에 직무만족과 조직몰입이 높다는 결과를 보였으며, 위계적일수록 만족과 몰입이 저해되는 결과를얻었다. 또한, 기업이 혁신적, 위계적 문화를 지닐 경우 재무성과가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 기업문화와성과 사이의 커뮤니케이션의 매개효과를 확인하였는데, 즉 커뮤니케이션은 거의 모든 기업문화와 깊은 관련성을 맺으며, 문화와 성과 사이의 중요한 매개변수로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적 결과와 함의는 본 논문에서 논의되었다. The purpose of this study is to establish the corporate culture type of Korean companies as well as the individual level and to understand how the corporate culture affects the corporate performance. In particular, this study analyzed both the organizational effectiveness such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and financial performance, which are known to be the core performance of the company. In addition, this study has identified the role of communication that mediates between corporate cultures and corporate performance. The entire analysis is based on multi-level analysis, which considers both levels of corporate and individual. The data used in the analysis came from the Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) surveyed by the Korea Vocational Training Center. In total, 9,997 respondents across 339 companies in South Korea were analyzed. The relationship between corporate culture and corporate performance showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment were high in the case of innovation, relational, and task type at the individual level, and the hierarchical resulted in lower satisfaction and commitment. In addition, financial performance is higher when companies have an innovative and hierarchical culture. Lastly, the mediating effect of communication between corporate culture and performance was confirmed. In other words, communication was found to be deeply related to almost all corporate cultures and to act as an important parameter between culture and performance. Concrete results and implications of the results are discussed in this study.
