Tire noise is divided into a road noise(structure-borne noise) and a pattern noise(air-borne noise). Whilst the road noise is caused by the structural vibration of the components on the transfer path from tire to car body, the pattern noise is generated by the air-pumping between tire and road. In this paper, a practical method to estimate the pattern noise inside a passenger car is proposed. The method is developed based on the sound intensity and airborne source quantification. Sound intensity is used for identifying the noise sources of tire. Airborne source quantification is used for estimating the sound pressure level generated by each noise source of a tire. In order to apply the airborne source quantification to the estimation of the sound pressure, the volume velocity of each source should be obtained. It is obtained by using metrics inverse method. The proposed method is successfully applied to the evaluation of the interior noises generated by four types of tires with different pattern each other.

The morphological and ecological characteristics of Russula eburneoareolata Hongo is reported first time in Korea. The fungus was collected from the mixed forest of Fagaceae in the Gyeryongsan Mountain National Park. The pileus is champagne to ivory, convex then expanded and depressed in the center afterward, and 4 to 9 cm broad. Stipe is 3 to 6 cm long, 12 to 20mm thick and tapering below. Spores are 7-8 × 6-7 μm, subspherical oval and warty with some connecting lines. Basidia are about 35-40 × 10-11 μm and four-spore bearing type.
Induction of Extracellular Polyphenol Oxidase from Two White-rot Fungi

리그닌과 관련된 대표적인 페놀화합물인 ferulic acid, vanillic acid 및 gallic acid와 단백질합성저해항생제인 cycloheximide와 puromycine 중에서 Lentinus edodes JA01 경우는 gallic acid가 Pleurotus ostreatus는 ferulic acid가 각각 가장 효과적인 inducer였다. gallic acid는 2.0mM에서, ferulic acid는 1.0mM에서 induction이 가장 잘 되었다. Inducer의 처리시기는 접종후 L. edodes는 2일후에, 그리고 P. ostreatus는 3일후에 최고의 활성을 나타내었다. 또한 polyphenol oxidase activity는 균주의 생장곡선에 대체적으로 비례하여 증가하였으나, P. ostreatus 경우는 대수기에서 최고의 활성을 나타내고 그 이후 감소하였다. Among the representative phenolic compounds in relation to lignin derivatives and protein synthesis inhibitors, the most effective inducer for the extracellular polyphenol oxidase (PO) of Lentinus edodes JA01 was gallic acid and ferulic acid for Pleurotus ostreatus. Optimum concentration of these inducers was 2.0 mM and 1.0 mM, respectively. Addition of gallic acid after two days culture had the best effect on production of PO enzyme of L. edodes JA01 and for P. ostreatus, and addition of ferulic acid after three days culture had the best effect. Also, in case of L. edodes JA01, polyphenol oxidase activity was parallel to growth curve, whereas the maximum enzyme activity of P. ostreatus was shown at exponential growth phase and declined thereafter.

Organ preservation surgery and minimally invasive surgery have been developed during the past 20 years with major focus on transoral laser surgery, endoscopic surgery, and robotic surgery. Two major robotic surgeries in head and neck area are transoral robotic surgery (TORS) and robotic thyroidectomy. Transoral robotic surgery is a safe and efficacious method of surgical treatment of oropharyngeal. hypopharyngeal and laryngeal neoplasm. Advantages of the technique include adequate ability to visualize and manipulate lesions with two hands. TORS can provide magnified three dimensional views and overcome the limitation resulting from the "line of sight" which hinders transoral laser procedure. The swallowing function following transoral robotic surgery show superior and patients were able to retain or rapidly regain swallowing function in the majority of cases. Recently, robotic thyroidectomy has also been developed to overcome the [imitation of endoscopic thyroidectomy. Robotic thyroidectomy by a gasless unilateral axillo-breast or axillary approach using a da Vinci S Surgical Robot is a feasible and cosmetically excellent procedure. It can be a promising alternative to endoscopic thyroidectomy or conventional open thyroidectomy.
아토바스타틴의 새로운 약물 적응증 탐색을 위한 비정형 데이터 분석

Objectives: In recent years, there has been an increased need for a way to extract desired information from multiple medical literatures at once. This study was conducted to confirm the usefulness of unstructured data analysis using previously published medical literatures to search for new indications. Methods: The new indications were searched through text mining, network analysis, and topic modeling analysis using 5,057 articles of atorvastatin, a treatment for hyperlipidemia, from 1990 to 2017. Results: The extracted keywords was 273. In the frequency of text mining and network analysis, the existing indications of atorvastatin were extracted in top level. The novel indications by Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) were atrial fibrillation, heart failure, breast cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, combined hyperlipidemia, arrhythmias, multiple sclerosis, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, contrast-induced acute kidney injury and prostate cancer. Conclusions: Unstructured data analysis for discovering new indications from massive medical literature is expected to be used in drug repositioning industries.

Objectives : This study was carried out to moniter microbial flora on freeze-dried herbal powder and identify isolated bacteria. Methods : We measured the total number of bacteria and fungi in 29 herbal powder which had made according to the guideline of KFDA. For the identification, we observed microscopic properties and carried out polymerase chain reaction(PCR). The purified DNA was analyzed by DNA sequencer. Results : Among the 29 herbal powders, the fungi were detected only one sample as unacceptable range of total aerobic bacteria. Isolated bacteria were identified as Bacillus cereus, B. subtilis, B. megaterium, B. licheniformis, Erwinia tasmaniensis, E. amylovora, and Pantoea agglomerans by 16S rDNA analysis. E. tasmaniensis was observed 20 herbal samples. Conclusions : According to above results, further studies for the effective sterilization of low herbal materials should be needed.
