디자인 서비스 협력(Collaboration) 모델 연구 - 디자인 서비스 사례를 중심으로

Even though the importance of design has continuously highlighted, many companies still recognize design as a additional factor to the management. This shows the same in design service. Therefore, several design services introduced in this case will help companies to enhance their competitiveness. In this section, I considered what design service collaboration model of the hospital, the office environments, etc, combining in various fields is and what effect it has. Though there are limits, Return on Design Investment, measurement of changes in consumer behavior and the proposal of design service industry measurement as the method of design service measurement will promote companies to introduce design service as important factors. In addition to these efforts, to settle design service, companies & the government (policy) should indicate and spread design service collaboration model. Although this study has significance, it has several limitations. First, this study is focused on several cases and proposals of companies & the government (policy). Second, in the near future, this study needs to be supplemented by analyzing what effects design service provides through combing various systems of design service evaluation and sample companies.
한국과 협력을 통한 베트남 디자인 산업 및 교육 발전 정책 제언

This study looked into the current state of design industry and education in Vietnam which has a steady growth rate of 6 ~ 7% per year among emerging countries. We also examined the need for government-led design policy and the direction of design development in the future in Vietnam. The growth of the Vietnamese design market gives the two countries the opportunity to win-win in terms of creating a new market for Korean design firms and providing creative design for Vietnam companies. In particular, Vietnam has become a blue ocean because of the recent political difficulties with China. Now the Korean design companies have experienced difficulties for entering in the Chinese markets. In 1970, our government established the Korea Design and Packaging Center (now the Korea Institute of Design Promotion) and launched a strong government-led design policy. Like South Korea has increased the competitiveness of SMEs with government-led design policies, it is time for Vietnam to take government-led design policies, not by the market-led one. Since 2010 the Korea Institute of Design Promotion has held various design seminars and workshops in Vietnam, emphasizing the impact of design on the competitiveness of SMEs. Nevertheless the development of the design industry and education in Vietnam is still very limited. I would like to take a look at the status of Vietnamese design industry and education before expressing my view on the direction of Vietnamese design development. In succession, proposal for Vietnam to achieve visible design development within the next 10 years are as follows. First, In the short term, the Vietnam-Korea Design Cooperation Center will be established by the Korea Institute of Design Promotion in cooperation with the Vietnam Trade and Investment Promotion Agency(Vietrade). Based on this, Korean design firms will support the design development or improvement of Vietnamese companies as experts. Second, based on this design center, it will be able to acquire excellent design manpower in Vietnam in the mid and long term and to connect it with industry. As Korea has grown rapidly through design policy for the past 40 years, the success of Vietnam`s design policy also can be attributed to the government`s strong design drive. Third, Korea will help systematic design education in Vietnam and contribute to nurture excellent designers through it. As a result, if we contribute to design development of Vietnam by promoting cooperation between Korea and Vietnam and through design education and design support, not only the expansion of design market in Vietnam but also the mutual friendship promotion case will affect the whole industry greater than expected.
사상인(四象人)의 형태학적(形態學的) 도식화(圖式化)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

The definitions of Four Constitution (Tae-Yang-In, So-Yang-In, Tae-Eum-In, So-Eum-In) in Four-Beginning-Theory (四端論) and Distribution-Theory (擴充論) were morphologically diagrammatized. the method of measuring the five parts came from the diagrams. The five parts are the followings; Top-Line is the distance between Rt. & Lt.Shoulders. Bosom-Line is the horizontal distance passing through the Rt. & Lt.nipples. Stomach-Line is the horizontal distance passing through the Rt. & Lt. acupuncture point Bool-Yong (不容穴). Navel-Line is the horizontal distance passing through the navel. Bottom-Line is the distance between the Rt.& Lt. anterior superior iliac spines. According to it, 311 people were measured in the clinic. Through the measured numerical values, to find out the objective propriety of the morphological diagrammings and the discriminating ability of Four Constitutions by the method of measuring the five, the author tried this study and got the following results. 1. On the ground of the Internal Organs-Theory (臟腑論), the definitions of Four Constitutions were classified and diagrammatized step by step and it was possible to draw the morphological graphs satisfying the reasonable condition objectively. 2. It was found that the graphings by Mean, Standard Deviation and 95% Confidence Interval for mean of the numerical values of five measured parts and the morphological diagrammings of the definitions in Four-Beginning Theory and Distribution-Theory drove to the same figures. 3. Through the method of the Analysis of variance and the Discriminant Analysis, it was discovered that the measured numerical values of five parts could distinguish the Four Constitutions. 4. Tae-Yang-In has the longest Top-Line and the shortest Bottom-Line. The Mean head of Confidence Interval from Top to Bottom is downwardly decreased at the rate of 3.7, 1.5, 1.8, 3.4. 5. So-Yang-In has the longest Top-Line and the shortest Bottom-Line. The Mean head of confidence Interval from Top to Bottom is downwardly decreased at the rate of 2.3, 1.5, 1.5, 1.1. 6. Tae-Eum-In has the longest Navel-Line. The Mean head of Confidence Interval from Navel to Top is upwardly decreased at the rate of 0.5, 0.4, 2.5 and downwardly decreased at the rate of 2.7 between Navel and Bottom. 7. So-Eum-In has the longest Bottom-Line. The Mean head of Confidence Interval from Bottom to Top is upwardly decreased at the rate of 1.1, 1.1, 1.8, 2.3. From the above findings, it was possible to draw the morphological graphings satisfying the objectively reasonable conditions in the definitions of Four-Beginning-Theory and Distribution-Theory and it was proved that the results of the Positive Analysis, carried with the measured numerical values of five parts from the diagramming, could show the objective propriety of the morphological graphings and the discerning ability of Four Constitutions by the method of measuring the five parts.

Stereolithography(SL) technology utilizes layered manufacturing(LM) process, which fabricates 3D physical models by stacking 2D layers. Hence, 3D physical model can be manufactured without geometric restrictions. However, part deformation occurs by stacking the layers in overhanging area. Support structure is used to prevent the deformation. After finishing build process, the support is removed from the part. But support removal burrs remain on the surface of the part so that the surface quality becomes poor. As a result, the required cost and time increase in the post processing stage. Therefore, minimization of support contact area (SCA) is required. In this paper, a computation methodology of the SCA is presented as a preparatory research related with SCA minimization in stereolithography. The STL file is directly used to compute the SCA of the 3D model including free formed surface. By several examples, it is demonstrated that the proposed methodology can be effective.

Rapid Prototyping (RP) processed parts are mainly fabricated by layered manufacturing (LM) process. Thus, high complex physical model can be easily fabricated, compared with the previous NC technology. However, steps called as stair step effect occur on the slope-sided surface of the part due to the LM process. The effect is crucial to surface quality of the RP parts and depends on surface angle. Hence, prediction of the surface roughness distribution by the change of surface angle for a part to be processed is essentially required on the process planning stage of the RP. This paper focuses on investigating the characteristics of surface roughness distribution of the part fabricated by FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) which is dealt with major technology with SL (stereolithography) in RP. Especially, the basis of indeterminate and atypical distribution on inclined surface angle close to horizontal plane is examined.

In this study, we examined how companies used social networks formed as a new culture through design. We saw features and implications of case study through successful case study as a research method. Design case studies for companies using social networks propose the need for social networking systems that are suitable for Koreans. Until now, Korea has been pursuing a government-led design policy. Our nation has many designers who have graduated from school, but some still lack creativity and global competitiveness. Also, many companies still recognize design as a means of improving appearance, but don't invest in design. In addition, the increase in the number of students who have graduated from colleges and taken unstable, temporary jobs, along with the increase of unemployed students who have graduated from universities, tell us that overall unemployment growth and the competence reduction of designers is likely. Of course, the government supports several policies for ‘self-employed’ companies, but founders have difficulties with preparing their businesses, and are exposed to risks associated with running their own business. To solve these problems, the government provides limited help to companies that have some problems. Therefore, in design, we should consider ‘self-employed’ as a company that can contribute designers’ role changes and boost creative items for business. If this system is built successfully, it will influence the ‘self-employed’ company of other departments as a best practice. We should consider the building of the ‘self-employed’ company as follows : Openness, Diversity, Networkability, Selectivity. But, this project must be handed over to the private sector after the government builds this social networking system.
