Fixed-mobile convergence services can be defined as the combination of previously separate fixed and mobile services, and networks and commercial practices. Examples of fixed-mobile convergence services include single voice-mail box, single number and unified messaging across fixed and mobile networks. Recently as more voice is transferred to mobile networks, convergence services between fixed and mobile become more important. In Korea convergence services are only starting to become established, and are likely to become an important part of any operator's offering. In this paper, we search the different levels of fixed-mobile convergence services and the trends and regulations for fixed-mobile convergence services in major countries. And at the same time, we also suggest the corresponding Marketing strategies by operators related to fixed-mobile convergence services.

1920년 ‘4월참변’ 후 일본의 통제와 블라디보스토크 조선인거류민회

This thesis examines the response of the influential Koreans in the Vladivostok Korean community to Japanese control after the “tragic April incident,” focusing on the Korean Residents' Association. It addresses the pro-Japanese problem of overseas influential Koreans, seeking to understand the types of the actions of them in relation to Japanese rule. The executive branch of the Korean Residents' Association responded in two ways to Japanese rule. The first involved active collaboration with Japan. The main active collaborators were the senior executives of the Korean Residents' Association, including the chairman and vice-chairman. The second response involved passive collaboration with Japan. Passive collaborators included mid-level executives and their associates. They pretended to obey Japan. In the end, Japan's policy of conciliation proved unsuccessful. It failed to achieve its intended effect in large part because the Bolsheviks again took the upper hand in the Russian Civil War. Although tourist parties and troupes were supported by Japan, some influential Koreans did not acted as Japan wished. Korean schools received educational support from Japan, seeking to avoid subjugation by the Japanese. Furthermore, the influential Koreans took advantage of Japan in order to protect the rights of Koreans under White Russian regime. Ironically, this revealed a contradiction in Japan's conciliatory policy, as it introduced some threats to Japan’s management regulations concerning overseas Koreans. 이 글의 목적은 1920년 ‘4월참변’ 후 일본의 통제에 대해 블라디보스토크 조선인거류민회의 집행부가 보인 대응양상을 살펴보는 것이다. 이 연구는 일본의 군사적 우위 속에서 해외 한인유력자가 일본의 통제에 보인 행동의 유형과 그 의미를 찾고자 했다. 이를 위해 조선인거류민회 집행부 내부에서 나타난 두 가지 행동양식의 차이와 일본의 회유정책의 실제 효과에 주목했다. 일본의 통제에 대해 조선인거류민회 집행부는 두 가지 대응 방식을 보였다. 첫 번째는 일본에 적극적으로 협력하는 것이었다. 이 대응은 주로 조선인거류민회의 회장급 임원에게 나타났다. 조선인거류민회의 회장급 임원은 일본의 회유정책을 수행하는 데에 앞장섰다. 두 번째는 일본에 대한 소극적 협력과 소극적 저항이었다. 주로 조선인거류민회에서 중견급 임원과 그 주변인물이 이러한 경향을 보였다. 이들은 일본에 면종복배했다. 조선인거류민회를 통한 일본의 회유정책은 한계를 드러냈다. 당시 연해주는 러시아 내전 중에서도 볼셰비키가 승기를 잡은 정세 속에 놓여있었기 때문에 일본의 회유정책은 그 의도한 효과가 빗나갈 가능성이 높았다. 블라디보스토크의 한인유력자는 관광단과 음악단을 통해 조선으로 갔지만 일본의 의도대로만 행동하지는 않았다. 교육영역에서는 일본의 통제와 한인사회의 자율성 사이에 긴장감이 유지됐다. 한인학교는 일본의 교육지원을 받았지만 일본에 예속되지 않으려는 움직임을 보여주었다. 한편 한인유력자는 러시아 한인의 권리보호를 위해 일본의 영향력을 활용했다. 그런데 이 과정에서 국적문제를 두고 해외한인에 관한 관리규정을 위협하는 사항도 있었기 때문에 일본의 회유정책은 모순에 빠지게 되었다.

대장암에서 세포자멸사 유발성 bcl-2 Family 유전자의 돌연변이 연구

Background : Several lines of evidence have indicated that the deregulation of apoptosis is involved in the mechanisms of cancer development, and somatic mutations of the apoptosisrelated genes have been reported in human cancers. Members of the bcl-2 family proteins regulate the intrinsic apoptosis pathway mainly in the mitochondria. The aim of this study was to explore whether the somatic mutation of the proapoptotic bcl-2 family genes, one of the mechanisms that prolong the survival of cancer cells, occurred in colorectal carcinomas. Methods : In the current study, to detect the somatic mutations in the DNA sequences encoding the bcl-2 homology 3 (BH3) domain of the human bak, bid, bik, bim, PUMA, bcl-rambo, bcl-G, and bmf genes in 98 colon adenocarcinomas, we used polymerase chain reaction (PCR), single strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP), and DNA sequencing. Results : The SSCP analysis detected no evidence of somatic mutations of the genes in the coding regions of the BH3 domain in the cancers. Conclusions : The data presented here indicate that the proapoptotic bcl-2 family genes, bak, bid, bik, bim, PUMA, bcl-rambo, bcl-G and bmf may not be somatically mutated in human colorectal carcinomas, and suggest that the colorectal cancers may not utilize mutational events of these proapoptotic bcl-2 family genes in the mechanisms for evading apoptosis.

쌀 알레르기가 동반된 아토피피부염 1례

저자들은 아토피피부염 환아에서 이유식의 시작과 함께 증상의 악화를 보여 쌀을 포함하는 다중 식품알레르기로 진단된 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Rice is a popular food all over the world. Rice is regarded as hypoallergenic and rice hypersensitivity is not common. We experienced a case of multiple food allergy including cow's milk, egg white, buckwheat, soybean and rice. The 8 month-old boy presenting with atopic dermatitis developed recurrent wheezing later. Laboratory findings showed a high serum level of total IgE (561 kU/L), and high levels of specific IgE to rice (11.0 kU/L), egg white (13.0 kU/L), cow's milk (5.73 kU/L), buckwheat (5.45 kU/L), and soybean (25.5 kU/L) using the immune-CAP system. Foods causing allergic reaction were absolutely eliminated and substituted with hypoallergic formula milk. Thereafter, his skin lesions began to improve, and 5 months later, he was tolerable to eat rice. However, he developed recurrent wheezing at the age of 23 months. At now 4 years, he is regularly followed up without any symptoms of food allegy.

1910년대 러시아 한인의 고본단 조직과 활동

1910년대 러시아 한인이 조직한 고본단은 라블류 토지개척사업과 한인신보 운영에 중추적 역할을 했다. 러시아 한인 자치단체인 권업회는 1910년대 러시아 국적을 취득한 신귀화자들의 경제적 지위 상승을 위해 고본단을 조직해 라블류 토지개척 사업을 전개했다. 이때 고본단에 신귀화자들이 주요 주주로 참여했다. 이 사업의 진행 경험은 블라디보스토크 신귀화자 세력에게 중요한 정치적 경험이 되었다. 러시아 2월혁명 이후 블라디보스토크의 신귀화자가 주축이 된 고본단은 한인신보 의 물적기반이 되어, ‘ 한인신보 그룹’의 일부로 활약했다. ‘ 한인신보 그룹’은 러시아 혁명기 러시아 한인사회 내 중개자·중재자로 활동하며 한인 망명자룰 지원하고, 비귀화자와 귀화자 간 권리 격차를 해소하기 위해 노력했다. 나아가, 러시아 국내외의 정세의 변화에 대응해 세력의 외연을 점차 확장시켰다. The Kobondan, organized by Koreans in Russia in the 1910s, played a pivotal role in the Lavlyu land development project and the Haninshinbo (Korean Newspaper). In the 1910s, the Kwonuphoe, an autonomous organization of Koreans in Russia, organized the Kobondan to improve the economic status of newly naturalized immigrants. At this time, the newly naturalized participated as the main shareholders. The experience of organizing this project was an important political experience for the newly naturalized immigrants in Vladivostok. After the February Revolution in Russia, Kobondan, led by Vladivostok’s newly naturalized immigrants, became the physical base of Haninshinbo, and served as part of the Haninshinbo Group. The group acted as an intermediary and mediator within the Korean community in Russia during the Russian Revolution, supporting Korean refugee and working to bridge the gap in rights between the non-naturalized and the naturalized. Furthermore, it gradually expanded its outreach in response to the changing political situation in Russia and abroad.

산업연관분석을 이용한 의료자동화 산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석

최근 인구의 고령화 추세 확대와 함께 건강 증진에 대한 인식고조 등으로 의료 산업에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이에 세계 각국에서는 의료산업의 중요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 추세에 맞춰 산업연관표를 이용하여 의료자동화 산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석을 통해 정책적 시사점을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 산업연관분석을 활용하여 의료자동화 산업의 생산유발효과와 부가가치유발효과, 그리고 전후방 연쇄효과를 통하여 경제적 파급효과를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 의료자동화 산업의 경제적 파급효과에 주목하여 의료자동화 산업이 우리나라 경제에 미치는 영향 등을 최초로 분석하였으며, 다양한 파급효과 도출을 통해 정부 정책 판단의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다.
