        한국인에서 8가지 ABO 대립유전자의 빈도 분석

        배경 : ABO 유전형분석은 ABO 불일치가 있는 경우와 법의학에서 유용한 수단이다. 최근에 다양한 ABO 대립유전자가 존재한다는 사실이 알려지면서 다수의 다형성을 분석할 수 있는 방법이필요하게 되었다. 저자들은 12쌍의 염기서열 특이 시발체를 이용한 중합효소연쇄반응(PCR-SSP)을도입하여 8개의ABO 대립유전자를 검출하고자 하였다.방법 : 비혈연관계에 있는 2명의 한국인의 말초혈액에서 핵산을 추출하였다. 261, 297, 467, 802, 803, 1059번 염기에 대한PCR-SSP를이용하여 각 검체마다 12가지의 중합효소연쇄반응을 실시했다. A1(Pro)와 A1(Leu) 및 O1과 O1v 대립유전자가 정확하게 구별되는지 평가하기 위해 직접염기서열분석을 시행했다.결과 : 모든 ABO 유전형이 ABO 표현형과 일치했으며, 염기서열분석 결과는 PCR-SSP 결과와 일치했다. A1, B, O, O1v 대립유전자의 빈도는 각각 27.25%, 19.82%, 27.25%, 25.68%이었다. 총 121개의 A1 대립유전자 중 A1(Pro)는 6개(4.96%), A1(Leu)는 115개(95.04%)였다. A2, O2, CisAB 대립유전자는 본연구에서 발견되지 않았다.

        Current Status of Robot-Assisted Laparoscopic Surgery in Pediatric Urology

        Laparoscopic procedures for urological diseases in children have been proven to be safeand effective. However, the availability of laparoscopic procedures is still partly limitedto experienced, high-volume centers because the procedures are technicallydemanding. The da Vinci robot system is being used for an increasing variety of reconstructiveprocedures because of the advantages of this approach, such as motionscaling, greater optical magnification, stereoscopic vision, increased instrument tipdexterity, and tremor filtration. Particularly in pediatric urologic surgery, where theoperational field is limited owing to the small abdominal cavity of children, robotic surgicaltechnology has its own strengths. Currently, robots are used to perform most surgeriesin children that can be performed laparoscopically. In this review, we aimed toprovide a comprehensive overview of the current role of robot-assisted laparoscopic surgeryin Pediatric Urology by analyzing the published data in this field. A growing bodyof evidence supports the view that robotic technology is technically feasible and safein pediatric urological surgery. Robotic technology provides additional benefits for performingreconstructive urologic surgery, such as in pyeloplasty, ureteral reimplantation,and enterocystoplasty procedures. The main limitations to robotic surgeryare its high purchase and maintenance costs and that the cost-effectiveness of thistechnology remains to be validated.

        I-fiber Stitching 공법을 적용한 복합재료 Single-lap Joint의 Stitching 패턴과 각도에 따른 정적 강도 연구

        Laminated composite materials have excellent in-plane properties, but are vulnerable in thickness directions, making it easy to delamination when bending and torsion loads are applied. Thickness directional reinforcement methods of composite materials that delay delamination include Z-pinning, Stitching, Tufting, etc., and typically Z-pinning and Stitching method are commonly used. The Z-pinning is reinforcement method by inserting metal or carbon pin in the thickness direction of prepreg, and the conventional stitching process is a method of reinforcing the mechanical properties in the thickness direction by intersecting the upper and lower fibers on the preform. In this paper, I-fiber stitching method, which complement and improve weakness of Z-pinning and Stitching method, was proposed, and the static strength of composite single-lap joints using I-fiber stitching process were evaluated. The single-lap joints were fabricated by a co-curing method using an autoclave vacuum bag process. The thickness of the composite adherend was fixed, and 5 types of specimens were manufactured with varying the stitching pattern (5×5, 7×7) and angle (0°, 45°). From the test, the failure load of the specimen reinforced by the Ifiber stitching process was increased by up to 143% compared to that of specimen without reinforcement. 적층복합재는 면내 방향의 물성은 우수하지만 두께 방향의 물성이 취약하여 굽힘, 비틀림하중이 가해질때 층간 분리(Delamination) 현상이 쉽게 나타난다. 층간 분리 현상을 지연하는 복합재의 두께 방향 물성 보강법으로는 Z-pinning, Stitching, Tufting 등이 있으며, 대표적으로 Z-pinning과 Stitching 공법을 많이 사용한다. Z-pinning 공법은 prepreg의 두께 방향으로 금속 핀이나 카본 핀을 적용하여 보강하는 공법이고, Stitching 공법은 프리폼에상부 및 하부 섬유를 교차시켜 두께방향으로 기계적 강도를 향상시키는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 Z-pinning과 Stitching 공법의 단점을 보완 및 개선한 I-fiber stitching 공법을 제안하였으며, 본 공법이 적용된 복합재 Single-lap joint의 정적 강도를 평가하였다. Single-lap joint 시편은 오토클레이브 진공백 공정을 사용하여 동시경화법으로 제작하였다. 복합재 시편 두께는 고정하였으며, Stitching 패턴(5×5, 7×7)과 삽입 각도(0°, 45°)를 변화시켜가며 총 5 종류의 시편을 제작하였다. 시험 결과, I-fiber stitching 공법을 적용한 시편의 파손하중은 보강하지 않은 시편의 파손하중 대비 최대 143% 증가하였다.

        목표달성기여도와 예상적용효과에 의한 시공단계 BIM 주요 업무 도출 - 공공부문 공동주택 건설사업 사례를 중심으로 -

        As a central part in smart construction, BIM has been rapidly spread in construction industry at large. However, the level of applying BIM in construction stage is still relatively lower than that in design stage due to unclear application method, inadequate design BIM model, technical faults of BIM itself, etc. Under these circumstances, public owners inevitably need to adjust the scope and pace in BIM application considering their internal support and capabilities of contractors. This study aims to suggest major BIM-applicable tasks during construction stage in the process of establishing gradual long-term and short-term introduction strategy for public apartment housing projects. Those major tasks were identified with the combination of the importance of tasks and the future benefits of BIM using IPA method. To do so, the degrees of contribution to achieving objectives in construction, current task execution, and communication requirement were investigated by internal site managers. On the other hand, the expected benefits and current level of using BIM were assessed by BIM experts. Among operational tasks by phases, design review, construction plan review, making as-built drawing, etc. were categorized as major tasks. In addition, progress control, regular meeting, master schedule development, work inspection, on-site quality check, etc. were also drawn as major tasks by management areas. The results of this study will provide the useful reference for owners concerned about the introduction of new technologies.

        Proteomic Profiling of Serum from Patients with Tuberculosis

        Background: Effective treatment and monitoring of tuberculosis (TB) requires biomarkers that can be easily evaluated in blood samples. The aim of this study was to analyze the serum proteome of patients with TB and to identify protein biomarkers for TB. Methods: Serum samples from 26 TB patients and 31 controls were analyzed by using nano-flow ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry in data-independent mode, and protein and peptide amounts were calculated by using a label-free quantitative approach. The generated data were analyzed by using principal component analysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis, a multivariate statistical method. Results: Of more than 500 proteins identified, alpha-1-antitrypsin was the most discrimina- tive, which was 4.4 times higher in TB patients than in controls. Peptides from alpha-1-an- titrypsin and antithrombin III increased in TB patients and showed a high variable impor- tance in the projection scores and coefficient in partial least square discriminant analysis. Conclusions: Sera from patients with TB had higher alpha-1-antitrypsin levels than sera from control participants. Alpha-1-antitrypsin levels may aid in the diagnosis of TB.
