In situ 미니에멀젼중합에 의한 실리카/폴리스타이렌 복합체 나노입자의 합성과 특성

In situ 미니에멀젼 중합으로 실리카/폴리스타이렌 하이브리드 나노복합체를 만들기 위하여 9-데세노 산을 실리카 표면 개질제로 처음 도입하였다. 복합체는 나노크기의 잘 분산된 실리카를 함유하고 있었다. 실리카의 표면 개질 및 폴리스타이렌의 합성 등은 FTIR로 확인하였고 생성 라텍스 중에 존재하는 실리카의 양은 TGA 분석으로 확인하였다. 생성된 하이브리드는 실리카의 양 증가에 따라 유리전이온도가 상승하였다. SEM과 TEM으로 확인한 결과 하이브리드 복합체는 평균 직경이 55 nm 정도로 나타났다. 복합체내의 실리카의 존재는 EDS와 연결된 TEM 등으로 확인되었다. New coupling agent or surface modified agent (9-decenoic acid) was used to enhance the compatibility between silica and polystyrene in silica/polystyrene hybrid nanocomposite, synthesized by in situ miniemulsion polymerization. Composites contain well dispersed nanosize silica particles. Related tests and analyses confirmed the success of synthesis. Functionalization of silica by 9-decenoic acid and silica on the polystyrene was confirmed by FTIR. TGA showed presence and amount of silica in final latex. The glass transition temperature of the hybrid nanocomposite was increased with the silica amount. SEM and TEM analysis showed the spherical morphology of PS and composite with an average diameter of 55 nm. The presence of silica within composite was confirmed by EDS attached to the existing TEM.
감귤류의 Ascorbate 및 Phenolic 획분이 N-nitrosodimethylamine의 생성에 미치는 영향

감귤류 (자몽, 레몬, 금귤, 밀감 및 오렌지)를 착즙하여 얻은 쥬스를 sep-pak C_18 cartridge를 사용하여 ascorbate 및 phenolic 획분으로 분리한 다음 pH를 달리한 in vitro 반응계에서 아질산염 소거 및 N-nitrosodimenthylamine(NDMA) 생성억제 효과를 분석하였다. 감귤류 쥬스 ascorbate 획분의 아질산염 소거능은 5ml 첨가시 pH 2.5 에서 79.9 ~ 98.6%, pH 4.2에서 48.5 ~ 86.3%였으나, pH6.0에서는 35.2% 이하였다. Phenolic 획분은 ascorbate 획분에 비해 높은 소거능을 보였으며 특히 pH6.0 에서는 ascorbate 획분에 비해 2배 이상의 높은 소거능을 나타내었다. NDMA 생성억제 효과는 phenolic 획분의 첨가시에 월등히 뛰어나 pH 2.5의 반응용액에 금귤, 밀감 및 오렌지쥬스의 phenolic 획분을 첨가했을 때 92.8% 이상이었으나, ascorbate 획분이 첨가된 경우에는 NDMA 생성 억제 효과를 거의 나타내지 못하였다. 따라서 감귤류 쥬스의 NDMA 생성억제와 관련된 주된 인자는 phenol 화합물인 것으로 사료된다. Five citrus juices were separated into a ascorbate and phenolic portion using sep-pak C_18 catridge, respectively, in order to elucidate the nitrite scavenging effect and N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) formation in model system. the nitrite scavenging effect of ascorbate portion from citrus juices, in the different pH, when added with 5ml were 79.9 ~ 98.6% under the condition of pH 2.5, 48.5 ~ 86.3% at pH 4.2 and lower than 35.2% at pH 6.0. The nitrite scavenging effect was excellent phenolic portion rather than ascorbate portion. Particularly, the effect was more 2 times than ascorbate portion under the reaction condition of pH 6.0. When added the phenolic portion in the reaction mixture, NDMA formation was inhibited 92.8% or more in kum quat, mandarin orange and sweet orange juices. But the ascorbate portion was a negative response of the inhibition of NDMA formation. The inhibition on NDMA formation in citrus juice may be due to phenolic compounds were reacted.

Dance as an artistic expression has incessantly been handed down in pursuit of ingenuous truth since the ancient time. We can identify the essence of the dance with the realistic mimesis. In this thesis I intend to investigate the theoretical criteria of the imnitative character and function of dance. To recognize the dance phenomena it is presupposed that the expression techniquse extrinsically or intrisically bear the imitative character and function. It is said that art is a sort of merger whether it takes an objective modality or not by the use of internal conscious ness and techniques. In the courses of searching for truth, the objective aspect is acquired through reality and the subjective aspect is acquired through image. The merger of both aspects confirms that the essence and phenomena of dance are recognized in the realistic minesis. The primal and fundamental property of mimesis creates desirable works of dance. The property accepts the internal and natural mimesis. The affirmative attitude toward the theory of mimesis contributes to the creativity of excellent works of dance.

Liposomes of pSV-β-Galactosidase vector plasmid DNA with various lipid composition were prepared by the thin-gilm method. Size distribution, shape and the efficiency of plasmid DNA encapsulation were investigated. Effect of sonication time on the plasmid DNA entrapment in liposomes and stability at 4℃ were also examined Sizes of neutral liposomes were about 100-200 nm and above 1㎛, and those of cationic liposomes were about 400-600 nm and above 1㎛. Shapes of liposomes entrapped plasmid DNA were spherical. Proper sonication time for better entrapment was below 15 minutes and stability at 4℃ was decreased rapidly after 1day. Plasmid DNA entrapments of complex liposomes of various lipids were higher than those of liposomes made from one sort of lipid. Plasmid DNA entrapments of cationic liposomes were higher than those of neutral liposomes.
