      • 조음조절 프로그램에 의한 청각장애학생의 /ㅅ/산출 개선

        The purpose of this study is to examine the improvement effect of articulation of the fricative consonant /s/(ㅅ), when applying athe Aritculation Modification Program (AMP) to hearing disordered students. Three hearing disordered students were selected for this study by the consonant picture and Korean Articulation Sentence tests. They have no defect in their emotion, behavior and sight. This program applied the miltiple baseline design across subjects to examine the improvement effect of articulation of fricative consonant /s/(ㅅ). Also I designed this program with an advanced pre-test and post-test in order to research the improvement difference of articulation by articulation position and language unit. It was executed 32 session over three months, four sessions a week, one session taking forty minutes. The results according to the study sbuject are as follow; First, as result of AMP, articulation of all students was developed after applying this program. Second, as result of AMP, articulation in fore-word was one-hundred percent efficiency and articulation in middle-word was 97.7 % efficiency by position. Third, as result of AMP, articulation in the word reached 98.7% efficiency, in phrase 97.7 % efficiency, in the sentence 97.7% efficiency and in the story was 98.3% efficiency by language unit.         The concurrent use of drugs can increase clinical effects, but also increase toxicity or side effects. The Ministry of Health and Welfare announced for . The objectives of this study were estimate the prescribing patterns of contraindication of concurrent use and age-limited drugs in Seoul National University Hospital(SNUH) after an announcement. Out of the outpatient prescriptions in SNUH from January to September 2004, those contraindicated were chosen for the study. The number of prescribing contraindicated drug combinations and age-limited drugs were 513 and 116 cases, respectively. The most prescripted drugs were amitriptyline-selegiline in the contraindication of concurrent use, and topiramate in the age-limited drugs. The rate of contraindication of prescriptions was highest in the department of neurology, rheumatology following. The prescribing of contraindicated drug combinations was relatively decreased, compared with age-limited drugs. This study suggests that investigation about presciption of contraindicated drugs should be continued for avoiding negative drug interaction.

      • 산업체 자동화의 고용 및 임금 효과: 대기업과 중소기업의 비교

        This study examines the influence of automation of manufacturer and service firms on the labor market in Korea, that is, the incremental employment rate and wage. I also examine the moderating role of firm type. I use the Workplace Panel Survey data from 2005 to 2015 gathered by Korea Labor Institute. This research finds the differential effects of employments and wages between large enterprises and SMEs. Incremental ratio of automation decrease the rate of employments in average on SMEs for a year. The ratio of automation increases the rate of employments on large-sized enterprises. The incremental ratio of executives is increased by the automation ratio on the large-sized enterprises, but the ratio of manager is decreased, and the ratio of non-manager is increased by the automation ratio on SMEs. The incremental ratio of automation increase the wages on SMEs, but the ration of automation decreases it on the large-sized enterprises.

        컴퓨터 집적 영상에서의 정교한 요소 영상 추출 및 전처리 방법

        In this paper, we propose accurate lattice extraction of elemental image array and pre-processing methods in computational integral imaging. Pre-processing methods remove distortions and noises of the image. Such distortions occurred in pickup systems are rotational errors. Distortions will degrade the resolution of reconstructed images. To overcome this problem, we propose our methods for extraction of elemental image array and pre-processing methods. Also, we describe that distortions affect the high quality reconstruction. Optical and computational experiments indicate that reconstructed images applied our methods is better than reconstructed images unapplied our methods. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 집적 영상에서의 정교한 요소 영상 추출 및 전처리 기술에 대해 제안한다. 전처리 기술은 영상 복원 과정 전에 영상의 왜곡 및 잡음을 제거하는 기술이다. 픽업 과정에서 발생된 왜곡 및 잡음은 주로 회전 왜곡으로, 복원된 영상의 화질을 저하시킨다. 이 문제점을 극복하기 위해서 요소 영상 추출 및 전처리 방법을 제안하고, 이를 통하여 왜곡 및 잡음이 영상 복원 과정에 미치는 영향에 대해서 설명하였다. 광학 및 컴퓨터 실험을 통하여 교정 전, 후의 복원 영상의 특성을 비교하였다.

        반도체 광증폭기의 상호 이득 변조를 이용한 2.5 Gbps 다채널 가변형 파장변환기

        본 논문에서는 파장 분할 다중화 방식 광통신에의 적용을 목적으로 하는 다채널 가변형 파장 변환기(Wavelnength Convertor)를 구성하여 이의 성능을 분석하였다. 파장 변환기는 반도체 광증폭기(SOA : Semiconductor Optical Amplifier)의 상호 이득 변조(XGM : Cross Gain Modulation) 특성을 이용한 파장 변환 방식이 이용되었다. 2.5 Gbps 광통신 기반 100 CHz의 채널 간격을 갖는 다채널 신호들에 대한 파장 변환 성능을 측정, 분석하였다. 본 파장 변환기의 상호 이득 변조 성능을 측정한 결과, 소광비(Extinction Ratio)와 비트 오류율(BER : Bit Error Rate) 등의 검증에서 2.5 Gbps 기반의 파장 분할 다중화 방식 광통신에 사용하기에 충분한 성능을 보였으며, 이를 통해 최근 개발된 상호 위상 변조 방식(XPM Cross Phase Modulation)의 다채널 파장 변환기와 비교해 상대적으로 간단한 구조를 가지고 제작 및 변조 효율에 우위를 보이는 파장 변환기로서 대체될 수 있음을 밝힌다. A new structure of tunable wavelength converter based on XCM in SOA was tried and analyzed. This converter used single SOA and had very simple structure. In this paper, results were experimentally obtained and demonstrated. Pump signal was generated with NRZ $(PRBS\;2^{31}-1)$ and data rate 2.5 Gbps. WDM multi conveted signals showed more than 8.3 dB extinction ratio. For BER performance, all these converted signals had within 5.0 dB power penalty compared with the pump signal. With these results, we showed that this converter was suitable for 2.5 Gbps WDM multi-channel wavelength converting.

        Temperature Distribution Measurement of Au Micro- Heater in Microfluidic Channel using IR Microscope

        The temperature control and measurement of micro-heater in microfluidic devices are very essential in various application fields suchas gas sensors, flow sensors and bio-sensors. In this study, the temperature of a micro-heater was measured while applying voltagesto micro-heaters with 100 μm width in microfluidic devices using infrared microscope. The Au micro-heater was fabricated onto asapphire substrate with good infrared transmission. In order to measure the temperature of Au micro-heater from the back side ofsapphire substrate using infrared microscope, the adhesion layer was not used during e-beam evaporation. To overcome the pooradhesion force between sapphire substrate and Au thin-film, thermal annealing was carried out at 400oC. This measurement methodenables us directly to measure the IR emissivity of Au micro-heater in aqueous media without infrared diffraction, absolution andreflection. Based on the calibration curve, we could measure the real temperature of Au micro-heater with 100 μm width atatmospheric environment and in aqueous media. Consequently, we could measure the temperature range at atmosphere and in DIwater. The companion computational fluid dynamics simulation studies showed that the measured temperature of Au micro-heater wasin accordance with the simulated results within 5 K in average sense.
