온실에서 동양란인 심비디움 재배에 공생균의 효과에 관한 연구

The orchid symbiotic fungus (Tulsanella repens P-01; OSF) was cultured on the soil materials by solid culture and inoculated in the two varieties of GwanUm and SaGae of Cymbidium hybrids with the barks. The two varieties of the oriental orchid were measured after 12 months' cultivation under the conditions of greenhouse; fresh weight, numbers of bulb, and rate of dead bulb for an individual plant. The fresh weight of plants were measured to be different for the individual plant. The fresh weight of plants were measured to be different for the individual plants treated with the OSF or not, depending on the varieties, but the rates of dead bulb were significant, disregarding with the varieties. The roots of the plants treated were observed to be more health and heavier weight than those not treated. The bulbs of the plants not treated were measured to be dead at the rate of 20% for a year's cultivation. The roots of two varieties were also observed by naked eyes and by microscope; Several peletons were observed to be in the root cells in the individual plants treated with OSF, but not in the individual plants treated without the OSF. Further, the pathogenic fungal hyphae were observed to be in the roots under the dead bulbs of both varieties not treated; appessorium or hasutorium on the epidermal cells of root. The inoculation of OSF was speculated to stimulate the growth of plants by absorption of mineral nutrition and defense the invasions of soil pathogenic fungi for the cultivations of Cymbidium hybrids.

This study aims to achieve following purposes: first, to analyze the scores on the 2008 entrance examination for department of design, Hankyong National University; second, to evaluate the outcome of the newly reformed admission system; third, to find the unexpected problems raised by the new admission system and the solution to them. For these purposes, I used several different methodological approaches. First, trends in the college admission policy for the design school were investigated. Second, a survey of undergraduate students of our design school was conducted to find out the reason why they chose our university. Last, relationship between the performances on the entrance examination and the practical classes of the design school was analyzed. On the basis of these efforts, I proposed practical solutions for the potential problems of the new admission system including stereotypical drawing, poor drawing skill, and unbalanced gender ratio of the admitted applicants 본 연구는 다음과 같은 목적을 달성하고자 진행하였다. 첫째, 2008학년도 한경대학교 디자인학부 입시 결과의 기록이다. 둘째, 입시제도 개선 후 성과의 평가이다. 셋째, 실기 종목 개선 후에 나타난 새로운 문제점의 조망과 이에 대한 해결방안을 모색이다. 연구의 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디자인대학의 입시제도 변화 동향을 살펴보고, 높은 입시경쟁률을 나타낸 대학 및 학과의 특성을 살펴본다. 둘째, 학부생 설문조사를 실시하여 디자인학부의 내적 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 셋째, 입학 시 실기 성적 우수 그룹과 하위 그룹, 입학 시 수능 우수 그룹과 하위 그룹, 입학 시 학생부 우수 그룹과 하위그룹, “석고정물수채” 종목 그룹과 “발상과 표현”종목 그룹 학생들이 입학 후 학업성취도와의 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 위와 같은 조사 및 연구를 통하여 우리대학 디자인학부의 입시 결과를 기록, 평가하고자 한다. 아울러, 실기 입시 종목 변경 후에 나타난 문제점인 도식화된 그림, 소묘력 부족, 성비 불균형 심화 등에 대한 해결방안을 제안하고자 한다.
입시 경쟁률 제고를 위한 디자인학부 입시제도 개선에 관한 연구

The goal of this work is to increase competitiveness of the design school of Hankyung University through reforming the entrance examination system. To achieve this goal, I performed diverse analyses to find the best way for increasing applicant number and selecting competent applicant. First, relationship between scores on the entrance examination (including both the practical art talent test and the general cognitive ability test) and school performance during college life was assessed. Second, the design school admission system of the universities whose competition rate is higher than that of others was dissected. Third, a survey of undergraduate students of our design school was conducted to figure out the reason why they chose our university. On the basis of the results from these analyses, I'd like to propose an effective strategy improving the entrance examination system of the design school. First, choose the most popular practical art talent test for the entrance examination. Second, select 30% of students without practical examination. Last, stay at "Ga group" but choose different examination day from that of the other universities belonging to the same group.
