파워반도체용 Cu/Sn/Ag와 Ni/Sn/Ag 천이액상접합 최적 공정 조건과 전단강도

Transient Liquid Phase Bonding (TLPB) is one of the promising processes for interconnecting power semiconductors, which are usually used at high temperature. However, the TLPB process parameters needed to ensure robust interconnection have not been systematically studied. In this study, TLPB was conducted with various bonding temperatures and times. Sandwich structures made of Cu/Sn/Cu, Ag/Sn/Ag, and Ni/Sn/Ni were processed at 250 and 280 ℃ for 1, 2, and 3 h, respectively. The microstructure of the interconnections was analyzed with scanning emission microscopy equipped with energy dispersive spectroscopy. Then dissimilar metalized Cu/Sn/Ag and Ni/Sn/Ag sandwich structures processed at 280 ℃ for 1, 2, and 3 h. The fracture surface of Cu/Sn/Ag consisted of Ag3Sn with shear bands, and the shear strength was 30 MPa on average. The fracture surface of Ni/Sn/Ag consisted of Ni3Sn4 and Ag3Sn with shear bands, and the shear strength was 31 MPa on average. The minimum bonding time for reliable interconnection was 1 and 2 h for Cu/ Sn/Ag and Ni/Sn/Ag, respectively.

첨단과학기술군 육성과 국방 연구개발 역량 강화를 위해 다양한 국방기술 연구개발사업이 수행되고 있다. 그중 핵심기술 연구개발사업은 향후 소요군에서 필요한 무기체계와 가장 밀접하게 연관이 있는 사업으로 사업의 목적과 예산의규모를 고려할 때 중요한 사업이라 할 수 있다. 하지만 기술로드맵에서 식별된 핵심기술과 선행연구에서 식별된 핵심기술이 일치하지 않아 무기체계 연구개발사업에 지연이 발생하여 무기체계의 적기 전력화에 지장을 주는 요소가 식별되었다. 또한, 상향식 과제기획의 경우 2022년 공모된 418개의 과제 중 공모대상기술에 부합하지 않는 공모과제수가 293건이었다. 이는 기술로드맵에서 도출한 공모대상기술이 주요 과제제기기관인 산학연의 기술수요를 제대로 반영하지 않고 있음을 나타낸다. 핵심기술 연구개발사업 예산의 경우, 기존 핵심기술 과제기획 절차에 따라 미기획 과제에 대한 예산 요구를 수행하여 예산의 불확실성을 내포하고 있다. 이처럼 현재 핵심기술 연구개발사업은 무기체계 적용성과 예산의 체계성측면에서 개선할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해, 국가연구개발사업에서 활용되고 있는 기술수요조사를 현 핵심기술 사업기획 체계에 접목하여 기술 로드맵을 고도화하는 기술수요 융합형 핵심기술 과제기획 방안을 제시하였다. 이에 따라 기존 기술 로드맵에서는 식별하지 못하였던 핵심기술을 식별하고 로드맵에 반영하여 무기체계 적용성을 제고할 수 있고, 기존 상‧ 하향식 과제기획에서 발생하였던 미기획 과제를 방지함으로써 예산 요구의 체계성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

AHP를 활용한 노후 공동주택의 재건축과 리모델링의 사업선택결정에 관한 연구

1970년대 중반 이후 건립된 노후 공동주택 단지들에 대한 재정비 사업의 일환으로 재개발과 리모델링이 도입되었고 각 사업의 활성화를 위한 정부의 정책도 지속적으로 변화해왔다. 하지만 정책의 빈번한 변화는 사업 방식을 선택하는데 있어서 사업 주체간의 갈등과 대립을 야기 시켰고 이러한 사업 초기 단계부터의 갈등은 사업의 전체적인 진행에 차질을 주었다. 따라서 이러한 갈등을 해결하기 위하여 재건축과 리모델링의 장단점을 고려한 합리적인 사업 선택 모델 구축이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 재건축과 리모델링의 사업을 선택함에 있어서 어떠한 요소들이 얼마나 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 알아보기 위하여 두 사업에 대한 비교 분석을 통해 사업 선택 요소를 도출하였고 전문가들을 통한 적정성 검증으로 4개 분야 26항목의 선택요소들을 최종 선별하였다. 이후 AHP 기법을 이용하여 각 선택 요소가 재건축과 리모델링 사업선택에 미치는 상대적 중요도 및 영향값을 분석하여 우선순위를 도출하였다. 이처럼 재건축과 리모델링의 사업선택 요소에 대한 영향력 분석을 통해 얻은 결론을 바탕으로 여러 사례검증을 통한 연구를 지속적으로 진행하여 소유자들간의 갈등을 해결하고 사업을 합리적인 방향으로 선택 할 수 있기를 기대한다. Reconstruction and remodeling have been introduced as a part of renewal (redevelopment) projects for old apartments built after the mid-1970's and government policies for revitalizing each project has been changed continually. However, the frequent changes of the policies have caused conflicts among business entities in selecting business methods. The conflicts from their early stages have made serious problems in the entire business process. Therefore, this study deduced factors of business selection by applying comparison analysis between the two business projects on how certain factors have an influence on selecting reconstruction and remodeling business projects. Based on the analysis, four categories and 26 factors were finally selected. After then, the priority of each selection factor was deduced through the AHP method used for analysis of relative importance and impact values regarding to the business selection. It is expected to resolve conflicts among owners and select rational directions for reconstruction and remodeling business, based on the conclusion through analysis of influence on selection factors.

사회적 ‧ 감성적 학습 (SEL) : 평화 교육의 현장성 확보를 위한 모색

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is a process for learning life skills, such as one's view on oneself and relationship with others. In dealing with oneself, SEL helps us recognize our emotions and manage those feelings. In dealing with other people, SEL helps us develop our empathy for others, and maintain positive relationships. SEL also focuses on dealing with various situations in a constructive and ethical manner." The social and emotional competencies (Self-Awareness, Social Awareness, Self-Management, Relationship Skills, Responsible Decision Making) help to prevent the violence in school as well as they promote the academic achievements of the students. In the area of educational psychology the works of Howard Gardner (Frames of Mind, 1983) and Daniel Goleman (Emotional Intelligence, 1995) have influenced the development of SEL in its theory. In recent decades, SEL has been developed in hundreds of models which take use of SEL in their concrete situations. Among them the most successful examples can be said to be “Resolving Conflict Creatively Program” and the “New Haven Social Development Program.” Both cases show that SEL have achieved successful cases to make a peaceable(peaceful) classroom, and the most effective manuals to prevent violences in school. Furthermore, a series of curriculum has been set up for the long term peace education. If we want to adapt the SEL to the Korean context we should be careful about this: SEL is cannot be misunderstood as a mere emotional skill just for the better academic achievement nor misused as a implicit tactics for controlling the minds of people in capitalistic purpose. SEL is not designed to completely replace the entire system of peace education, but to compensate for the wholeness of that, producing the practical fields and opportunities in which students learn the values of peace in dynamic interactions.
