        안전취약계층을 위한 재난정보 및 대피지원 모델 실증

        연구목적: 대부분의 재난정보 시스템은 비장애인 중심이므로 재난대처능력이 상대적으로 취약한 장애인·노인·어린이 등 안전취약계층을 고려한 재난정보 전달 체계는 부족한 것이 현실이다. 장애인과 노인의 안전취약특성을 고려하여 재난정보 전달 및 대피지원 서비스를 구축하는데 IoT 기반의 통합관제 기술을 활용하는 서비스 제공을 통해서 정보화의 사각지대를 해소하고 장애인·노인의 재난 대응을 위한 맞춤형 재난정보 서비스를 구축하여 안전취약계층의 안전성을 향상시키는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 핵심이 되는 모델은 재난경보 전파 모델과 대피지원 모델이며, 장애인과 노인의 재난 상황 발생 시 행동특성을 반영하여 개발하였다. 재난정보 전파 모델은 IoT 기술을 이용하여 수집된 재난상황을 전파하며, 대피지원 모델은 지구자기장 기반의 측위기술을 활용하여 사용자의 실내위치를 파악하고 실내 대피경로 데이터를 기반으로 한 경로안내 등 안전취약계층의 행동특성을 반영한 맞춤형 서비스 제공을 통해 안전하게 대피할 수 있도록 도움을 주게 된다. 연구결과: 시범모델 실증은 실제 사용자를 대상으로 개발된 서비스를 사용해보도록하여 사용자 입장에서 대피경로 안내의 적합성, 서비스의 만족도 등 실내위치 정확도에 대한 효율성 등 정성적인 평가를 도출하였다. 결론: 모델 실증을 위하여 모바일 앱 안전취약계층을 위한 재난정보와 대피지원 서비스를 구축하였다. 재난상황을 화재상황으로 한정하여 장애우와 관련 분야 전문가를 통해 실증하였다. 재난정보전달과 대피지원의 적절성에서 "만족" 평가를 받았으며 시범모델의 특성상 기능 만족도와 사용자 UI는 "보통"으로 평가되었다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서 제시된 재난정보 및 대피지원 서비스는 안전취약계층에게 재난대피 골드타임을 놓치지 않고 보다 신속한 재난대피를 지원하는 것으로 평가되었다. Purpose: Since most disaster information systems are centered on non-disabled people, the reality is that there is a lack of disaster information delivery systems for the vulnerable, such as the disabled, the elderly, and children, who are relatively vulnerable to disasters. The purpose of the service is to improve the safety of the disabled and the elderly by eliminating blind spots of informatization and establishing customized disaster information services to respond to disasters through IoT-based integrated control technology. Method: The model at the core of this study is the disaster alert propagation model and evacuation support model, and it shall be developed by reflecting the behavioral characteristics of the disabled and the elderly in the event of a disaster. The disaster alert propagation model spreads disaster situations collected using IoT technology, and the evacuation support model uses geomagnetic field-based measuring technology to identify the user's indoor location and help the disabled and the elderly evacuate safely. Results: Demonstration model demonstration resulted in an efficient qualitative evaluation of indoor location accuracy, such as the suitability of evacuation route guidance and satisfaction of services from the user's perspective. Conclusion: Disaster information and evacuation support services were established for the safety vulnerable groups of mobile app for model verification. The disaster situation was demonstrated through experts in the related fields and the disabled by limiting it to the fire situation. It was evaluated as "satisfaction" in the adequacy of disaster information delivery and evacuation support, and its functional satisfaction and user UI were evaluated as "normal" due to the nature of the pilot model. Through this, the disaster information and evacuation support services presented in this study were evaluated to support the safety vulnerable groups to a faster disaster evacuation without missing the golden time of disaster evacuation.

        사회구성주의와 수업 연구의 방법론적 탐색 : A Methodological Investigation

        교사와 학생 혹은 학생과 학생간에 주고받는 상호작용은 교육에 있어서 매우 중요한 관심의 대상 가운데 하나로 간주되어왔다. 특히 교육 연구에서도 사회구성주의 논의가 널리 다루어지게 됨에 따라 교육적 장면에서의 상호작용에 대한 관심은 더욱 부각되기 시작하였다. 이 글에서는 수업에서 교사와 학생이 공유하는 상호작용 혹은 학생과 학생 사이에 일어나는 상호작용 현상에 대해 어떻게 접근해 나갈 것인가 하는 연구 방법론에 관해 논의하기로 한다. 특히, 이 글에서는 사회적 상호작용을 드러내는 다양한 접근 가운데에서 민속방법론과 대화 분석에 대해 소개하기로 한다. 이 글은 최근에 논의되고 있는 사회 구성주의에 대해 우리의 이해를 보다 심화시키면서, 아울러 이러한 관점이 학교 수업에서 일어나는 사회적 상호작용에 대한 우리의 이해에 기여할 수 있는 바가 무엇인지 탐색하고자 하는 의도에서 출발하였다. This study elucidates social constructivism as a Possibility of methodological perspective on classroom lessons. In educational studies, social constructivism has been treated as a professional discourse with which researchers prescribe classroom lesson method. Meanwhile, the contingent and social nature of construction of meaning in pedagogical settings tend to be neglected. This is noticeable when we take a close look at the way that interaction is treated in pedagogical situation. Instead, this study rehabilitates the notion of interaction as everyday practice, with introducing a methodological perspective of social constructivism. The perspective this study suggests is ethnomethodology and conversation analysis, which provide a usable tool with which we understand the nature of pedagogical, interactional practice in the everyday life world. This study shows how individuals interactionally construct knowledge and meaning through classroom lessons, and search for its implication to supplement the constructivist discourse in education.

        동해 심해저 연체동물 군집구조 특성 및 군집구조와 환경요인과의 상관성

        Study on characteristics of the molluscan community structure and relationship between the structure and environmental variables in the abyssal plain of the East Sea was carried out for 5 years, starting from 2009 until the end of 2015 except 2010 and 2011. The water depth at the study site is approximately 1,600 m at minimum, and maximum depth of 2,000 m and a total of 16 molluscan species including Aplacophora, Gastropoda and Bivalvia were observed. Species with the highest biomass was Thyasira tokunagai, followed by Yoldiella philippiana which were observed at 9 sampling stations every year. Among 4 sampling stations having various depths (1,600/ 1,700/ 1,800/ 2,000 m), the highest diversity for species was observed at water depths of 1,600 m and 1,700 m, but found the lowest at 1,800 m. Both abundance and biomass were found to be negative correlations with water depth (p < 0.05), however, showed a positive correlation with the concentrations of organic matters (p < 0.01, p < 0.05). However, it is interesting to note that both Thyasira tokunagai (biomass, 82.6%; abundance, 44.1%) and Yoldiella philippiana (biomass, 15.9%; abundance, 4.7%) did not show distinctive correlations with water depth as well as concentrations of organic matters (p > 0.05). Therefore, it could be concluded that community structure of both Thyasira tokunagai and Yoldiella philippiana did not appear to be affected by water depth and concentrations of organic matters but geographical characteristics.

        청소년 태권도선수들의 스마트폰 중독과 훈련태도 및 운동몰입의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among smartphone addiction, training attitude, and exercise commitment of adolescent taekwondo athletes. For this purpose, data of 320 youth taekwondo players living in seoul, gyeonggi-do, incheon and were collected. the collected data, 309 copies of data were used as the final valid sample, except for 11 copies in which missing values for response responses occurred. For the processing of the collected data, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural model analysis were performed using the AMOS 23.0 program, and the following results were derived. First, Smartphone addiction was found to had a negative (-) effect on training attitude. Second, Smartphone addiction did not appear to had a statistically significant effect on exercise commitment. Third, Training attitude was found to had a positive (+) effect on exercise commitment. Fourth, Smartphone addiction was found to had a negative (-) effect on exercise commitment by mediating training attitude.

        水原城 訪花隨柳亭 圈域의 立地와 空間構成 特性에 關한 硏究

        This paper aims to discuss the characteristics of location and spatial organization specific of the neighbor on rear Bangwhawsurujung in Suwon castle. To do this, we studied in two ways.; analysis of the present conditions and photographing, research materials about the form of physical structure and review of his-torical documents. The result of analysis in the sight of the location and spatial structure was good matched. At the beginning, the neighbor on rear Bangwhasurujung had spaces for the military affairs a function in Suwon castle but after 1794, shows transitional pattern that the King Jungjo and Soldiers relaxation space were added. The spatial organization specific of the neighbor on rear Bangwhasurujung was divided yuong-hyun and kakru. In the neighbor on rear Bangwhasurujung was imported borrowed scenery of surrounding landscape and while placed arranging various constituent elements of small-scale building, decorated walls, small-scale island and stone-draining in trying to formalize the landscape. The result of this study, the political and social, technical phenomena which constitute the physical construction pattern affected the locational property and the spatial organization of to neighbor on rear Bangwhawsurujung.

        교과내용으로서의 실천적 지식에 대한 이해와 오해 : 과학과 실험 수업의 경우의 관점의 시사 A reconsideration of demonstration of lessons in science classrooms

        본교육과정 지식을 선정하는 데 있어서 관련 교과가 지향하는 사회 직업 세계의 실천적 지식을 우위에 두어야 한다는 것은 교육과정이론에서 오랫동안 제기되어온 문제이다. 이러한 논의는 활동 중심 교과나 탐구식 수업을 강조하게 되는 배경으로 작용해 왔고, 이는 최근 구성주의 논의에서 더욱 두드러지게 나타난다. 한편, 활동 중심 교과의 활성화에 따라 어떻게 탐구식 수업을 설계하고 실행해 옳기냐 하는 것은 교육 연구에서뿐만 아니라 현장 교사들에게도 가정 널리 인지된 관심사 가운데 하나이다. 이러한 관심사는 학생들로 하여금 질문을 가지고 출발하여 결과에 이르는 과정으로서의 활동을 하도록 하는 실제적인 문제와 관련된다. 그러나 교과 내용을 그 교과가 지향하는 실천적 지식에 맞게 가르친다는 것이 무엇인가에 관한 처방과 논의는 지속적으로 제기되어 왔으며, 이는 거꾸로 생각하면 탐구식 수업이 현실적으로 정착되기가 쉽지 않다는 점을 반증한다고 할 수도 있다. 이러한 난점이 왜 생기는지 알아보기 위해 이 논문에서는 과학 교과의 경우를 중심으로 실제 초등학교 과학과 수업 가운데 일상적으로 흔히 관찰할 수 있는 간단한 예와 함께 살펴보기로 한다. Teaching of practical knowledge is one of the most enduring claims for the authentic teaching method, and for teachers it remains as a practical matter of classroom lessons. The practical matter for teachers has to do with decision-making in the course of instruction concerning when the teaching for authentic learning would be. While educational studies have been comprehending practical knowledge that should be identified as the contents of school subjects, they find their pedagogical suggestions of practical knowledge as coherently supported repertoire for educational reform. This study pursues such problematic in demonstrations in science classroom lessons. In the science education field, an emphasis on the teaching of procedural knowledge brings into fore a mode of inquiry style learning, which has been supported by various theoretical backgrounds. While such a style of teaching has been coherently recommended in various forms of teaching model on the one hand, one the other hand a question which reflects a difficulty in implementing such a style of teaching seems to be never dismissed. One of the dissolutions of such a puzzle is to reconsider the social dimension of classroom lessons. When we take the social dimension in which classroom lessons are demonstrated into consideration, we can find a different view of teaching of inquiry learning. This study begins by closely examining the nature of the demonstration of lessons, which shows that the demonstration is not a demonstration of inquiry in which students watch and await unexpected outcomes, but a demonstration of lessons in which its interactional production shapes what participants see, talk about, hear, and thus what they do next. For the teacher, the task is to keep attuning what happens into what is supposed to teach. For students, the task is to find a coherence between what happens and what has been expected. Such a task is not so much discovery of conceptual principle nor objective phenomena as a discovery of the next step in the course of practical actions. Such a procedure of interactional production works as curriculum activity for teacher and students alike. The close description of the field shows the teaching of "learning by doing" in the mundane classroom practices.

        Report on Unknown Form, hitherto, of the Genus Octopus from Eastern Coast of Korea

        A specimen of the unknown form of Octopus species was collected from Onsan, Kyungsangnam-do, eastern coast of Korea on 20th June 2004 with a bottom trawl. The specimen distinguished from the other Octopus species reported hitherto by its extremely short 2nd pair of arm and hectocotilization of the right 4th arm. It may be described, therefore, as new species, but only one specimen was collected unfortunately. A new name will be deferred, consequently, until more specimens will be available in the future.

        학교 수업의 진정성에 관한 일고

        이 연구는 오늘날 학교교육에서 흔히 제기되는 교육의 진정성 문제가 학교 밖 생활세계에서 경험하는 교육과의 괴리에서 비롯된다고 보고, 학교교육과 학교 밖 생활세계에서의 교육의 특징을 대비시켜 살펴보았다. 교육과정, 교사·학생의 역할, 평가의 차원에서의 각각의 특징을 학교안 교육과정(課程)과 학교밖 교육 과정(過程), 제도적 역할의 수행과 상호 의존적 관계의 실천, 학습결과에 대한 평가와 수행으로서의 평가라는 차원으로 정리하였다. 결론에서는 이러한 분리가 학교교육이 관료화, 전문화되면서 비롯된 것으로 보고 학교교육이 생활세계에서의 교육적 경험을 회복하기 위해 공동체주의를 추구할 필요가 있다는 점을 제기하였다. 교육의 형식성과 무형식성의 비교를 통해 교육에 내재된 사회성과 전인성에 관해 재고함에 따라 홀리스틱 교육을 바라보는 관점에 대해 하나의 시사점을 제시해 줄 것이다. In so far as schooling learning is concerned, it is argued that authenticity in education has been problematic. The issue goes on an interest of whether real learning is really taking place. This study adopts a dramaturgical metaphor to illuminate the hypocrisy of false appearances, e.g., 'mock participation in the classroom' and the staged contrivance of social affairs of classroom events. It rests on the underlying contrast between the formal interaction of moving through classroom lessons and the substantive engagement in the acquisition of knowledge and skills. This study finds a way to discuss about the authenticity in the organizational features of schooling, comparing with the characteristics which informal learning in the life world demonstrates. It sketched aspects of curriculum, role of teaching, and evaluation in the perspective of such comparisons. This study discusses about the of formal curriculum and learning curriculum, role of teaching, learning, evaluation. It is argued that the organizationally framed interaction order of classroom instruction could achieve the authenticity from pursuing the Gemeinshaft.
