뷰티 전공 대학생의 뷰티 창업가 정신 및 사회적 자본이 창업 효능감 및 창업 의지에 미치는 영향

With the influence of development in the fourth industry and the Covid 19 pandemic, as anxiety on future job has been increasing, more attention has been paid on entrepreneurship of beauty shop that is considered as one of promising areas. Therefore, this study investigated the effects beauty entrepreneurship and social capital had on entrepreneurial self efficacy and entrepreneurial(beauty shops) intention in college students who majored in beauty and experienced beauty entrepreneurial program, aiming to provide basic data for beauty entrepreneurship and give help with the development of strategy on beauty entrepreneurship. For the aims, this study surveyed the subjects and to analyze the data collected, with the use of SPSS 26.0. A frequency test, it conducted an exploratory factor analysis, a correlations analysis and a multi-regression analysis to understand relationships between variables. The results are presented: First, as a result of analyzing the effects beauty entrepreneurship had on entrepreneurial self efficacy, it was discovered that innovativeness and risk sensitivity had positive effects on self-confidence, self-controlled efficacy, task challenging mind while initiative did not have significant effect on entrepreneurial self efficacy. Second, as a result of analyzing the effects social capital had on entrepreneurial self efficacy, it was discovered that only self-confidence in social capital norms had significant effects on it while self-controlled efficacy in reliability, self-confidence, self-control sense and task challenging mind in network had positive effects on it. Third, as a result of analyzing the effects beauty entrepreneurship had on entrepreneurial intention, it was discovered that task challenging mind had positive effects on it. Therefore, for enhancement of entrepreneurial intention in college students majoring in beauty, it is suggested that the diverse entrepreneurial education programs should be developed to encourage students to be innovative and sensitive to risk and give positive effects on entrepreneurial self efficacy. With the support of the program, it is expected that the students can have less anxiety on entrepreneurship and better results from entrepreneurship. 최근 4차산업과 코로나 팬더믹의 영향으로 미래 직업에 대한 불안감이 증대되면서 유망 분야로 인식되고 있는뷰티샵 창업에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 뷰티 전공 대학생 역시 다양한 창업 관련 활동들을 통해 창업을 앞당기려고 하는 의지를 보이는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 뷰티 창업 관련 프로그램을경험한 대학생들을 대상으로 뷰티 창업가 정신 및 사회적 자본이 창업 효능감에 미치는 영향을 검증하고후속하여 창업 효능감이 창업(뷰티샵) 의지에 미치는영향 관계를 검증함으로써 뷰티 전공 대학생들의 뷰티창업 의지에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고 대학생 창업에대한 전략을 모색하는 데 도움이 되고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 설문조사를 실시하였으며 자료 분석은 SPSS 26.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였고, 변수간의 관계성 분석을위한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 그 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 뷰티 창업가 정신이 창업 효능감에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 혁신성과 위험감수성 차원은 창업효능감인 자신감, 자기조절 효능감, 과업 도전감에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으나 진취성 차원은 창업 효능감에유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 사회적 자본이 창업 효능감에 미치는 영향을검증한 결과 사회적 자본의 규범 차원은 자신감 요인만유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 신뢰 차원에서는 자기조절 효능감 차원, 네트워크 차원은 자신감, 자기조절감, 과업도전감에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업 효능감이 창업(뷰티샵) 의지에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 창업 효능감의 과업 도전감이 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 뷰티 전공 대학생의 창업 의지를 높이기 위해서는 뷰티 창업가 정신의 혁신성과 위험감수성을 높여 창업 효능감에 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있는 다양한창업 교육 프로그램 개발과 지원이 필요하며 뷰티 전공 대학생들이 대학 기간 중 창업을 위한 경력 개발을통해 창업의 두려움을 낮추고 창업 역량을 높일 수 있는 실질적인 전략적 모색이 필요할 것으로 보여진다.

기업특성 및 사외이사 특징이 기업의 부정행위에 미치는 영향 : 중국상장기업을 중심으로

Purpose - Our study examines the determinant factors of corporate financial fraud and whether the characteristics of outside directors tend to decrease the fraud in China. Design/methodology/approach - The data come from the enforcement actions of the Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). The multiple regression analysis were hired in order to analyze the data. Findings - Firms that have smaller size, higher debt ratio, or lower return of assets are associated with the incidence of fraud. However, the firms that have a high proportion of outside directors on the board or whose outside directors have a high compensation are less likely to engage in fraud. Our results show that outside directors monitor the actions of managers and thus help deter fraudulent acts. On the other hand, fraud is more associated with the local outside directors rather than outside directors who are from other locations. Since local outside directors tend to be more related with managers of firms, they can lose their independence. Research implications or Originality - Our findings have implications for the design of appropriate outside directors systems for China-listed firms. Moreover, our results imply that recruiting outside directors from other regions can improve the expertise and independence of outside directors in China. Our study contributes to provide more useful information about investors’ investment decisions or management oversight and regulators decisions on audit activities by disclosing information relating to the characteristics of outside directors.

高浜虚子『朝鮮』- 虚子の写生文観を中心に -

본고는『朝鮮』의 저자인 교시(虛子)가, 초출시(初出時)의『朝鮮』중 많은 부분을 삭제·개정했던 문제에 대해, 그 삭제에 관한 작가의 의도와 예술적인 이유에 관해 고찰했다. 교시(虛子)의 소설이론에 의하면, 작가가 주체적인 입장에서 사물을 적극적으로 묘출(描出)하기 위해 “주관”이 중시되어, 그 “주관”을공고케 하기 위한 목적으로 확실한 객관적 사생(寫生)과 그 기법(技法)이 중요시되었다. 하지만 미에키치(三重吉)의 “부산에 있던 아이의 묘사 같은 지나친 강조 표현은 거꾸로 소설전반의 예술적 가치를 잃게하다” 는 평가에 의해, 교시(虛子)가 예술성의 저해를 우려한 결과, 주인공을 비롯한 등장인물의 이력이나 내면에 대한 묘사를 거의 삭제해야 했을 가능성이 있다. 따라서 교시(虛子)의 객관사생(客觀寫生) 에 대한 개념과 의도 뿐만 아니라 교시(虛子) 자신이 가지는 “주관”이 무엇인지를 정확히 파악하기 위해, 앞으로 한층 더 정밀한 고찰이 필요하다. In this report, I put emphasis on investigating why such an enormous revision and deletion was done from original novel "Chosen", investigating as well as the author Kyosi’s own intention to do it. As for his theory of writing novels, for more positive expression of the subject, the author’s “subjectivity” as well as technique, was regarded as greatly important, for the accuracy of the objective description. However, guessing one possibility that Miekichi’s review that such a excessive emphasis as Pusan’s scene, just like the conversation between the Korean boy and Japanese merchant couple, is a big impediment to artistry, had a great influence on Kyosi to delete his original sentences, especially the history and internal description of characters. Therefore, more correct investigating what was Kyosi’s own “subjectivity” and his conception of the objective description, will be very important problem to be elucidated.

The catalytic converter reduces the emissions of unburned hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and oxides of nitrogen. Overall catalytic converter efficiency is influenced by how the flow distributes across the substrate inlet face, even if the inlet gases are well mixed. Highly non-uniform substrate inlet flow may provide incomplete HC, CO, and NOx conversion because the converter chemistry only uses a portion of the available catalyst surface area. Engine operating air-fuel ratio is maintained close to stoichiometric through the use of an oxygen sensor which provides a voltage signal dependent on the oxygen concentration in the exhaust gas stream. So, it’s important to find the optimal oxygen sensor location for the AFIM (airfuel ratio imbalance monitor) system which requires the oxygen sensor to see exhaust gases from cylinder evenly. This study recognizes the dual roles of gas mixing and flow uniformity in determining HC, CO and NOx conversion in the substrate. Also, it predicts the AFIM performance for the specified oxygen sensor type and location using 3D CFD analysis. As a result, this approach is used to optimize the manifold runner and converter inlet design through the analysis.

政治小説における語りについて

In this article, we investigate how Chosen is depicted in Tokai, Sanjis Kajin no Kiwa and Hattoris The Donghak Party, which were political novels in the early Meiji era.. First, even if it is not portrayed negatively, North Korea desperately needs Japanese intervention, and the problem presented by the political novel is that it instills this way of thinking in readers. Second, especially in political novels, the evaluation of novels is directly related to the popular acceptance of the displayed political opinions, and the motivation and significance of writers political novels must be based on this premise. There is a significant contradiction between Shiba Shiros words, Readers Criticism Ha Sekansul Niarasarnari and his act of writing political novels. Third, political novels that advocate free civil rights in Korea tend to easily raise national prestige and turn into national power novels when they cross borders. Shiba Shiro went out with Kim Ok-kyun and Park Young-hyo, Hattori discussed the Donghak Party, and Shiba and Yosano Tetsugan crossed the border to participate in the massacre. Thus, it can be said that the problem of political fiction is that it strongly urges writers and readers to experience the practice of political beliefs through novels and eventually to take action.

성인진입기 대학생의 학업적 실패내성과 삶 만족도의 관계에서 그릿(Grit)과 진로적응성의 매개효과

The purpose of the present study was to analyze the mediating effects of grit and career adaptability in the relationship between failure tolerance and life satisfaction among university students in emerging adulthood. For this purpose, data was collected using self-reported questionnaires from 255 university students, and the SPSS PROCESS macro program was used to test the mediating effects. The results showed that grit and career adaptability was significant as a mediator. In addition, failure tolerance has a directive positive effect on life satisfaction, and the serial multiple mediation of grit and career adaptability in the relationship between failure tolerance and life satisfaction was found. The findings of this study are meaningful in that it structurally confirms the importance of a growing experience of failure for university students who are struggling with various challenges for career exploration and employment. 본 연구는 성인진입기 대학생의 실패내성과 삶 만족도의 관계에서 그릿과 진로적응성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 대학생 255명으로부터 자기보고식 설문을 수집하였으며 PROCESS macro를 사용하여 이중매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 실패내성과 삶 만족도의 관계에서 그릿과 진로적응성 각각의 단순매개 및 순차적 이중매개효과가 모두 유의하였다. 즉, 실패에 대한 건설적인 대처경향인 실패내성은 삶 만족도를 직접적으로 예측할 수 있으며, 그릿과 진로적응성이라는 비인지적 심리자원의 발달을 촉진함으로써 삶 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는, 진로 탐색과 취업을 위해 다양한 도전을 지속하는 시기를 보내는 대학생들에게 실패에 대한 성장적 경험의 중요성을 구조적으로 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

明治時代の「妾の法的地位」について

新律綱領では、妾の地位は飛躍的に高まり、妻同樣の配偶者と法的にも公認され保護されるものとなり、戶籍に關連しない事實上の娶妾も法律上の効力が認められ、その子は庶子として認知される限り法律の保護を受けた。しかし、司法卿江藤新平や森有礼(ありのり)は、明治7(1875)年から8年にかけ「妻妾論」を『明六雜誌』に發表して廢妾論の急先鋒となり、福澤諭吉(1835~1901)も「男女同數論」を『明六雜誌』に投稿し、廢妾論を支援した。 事實においては、國家的利益が前面に押し出され、廢妾が實現していった。1876(明9)年は、ちょうど司法省において民法編纂が開始された時期であり、6月15日の『東京日日新聞』雜報欄には、民法編纂の基本原理についての記事の中に、「妾は從前ノ二親等タルヲ止メ法律上ニ妾ト云フ者ヲ公認セラルル(ママ)事」(十一年民法には妾は公認されていないので、明らかに「公認セザル事」の誤植である)という一項を見出すことができる。1876(明9)年の論議では、民法との關連で妾制度が論じられるようになるのである。 そもそも、妾を公認した新律綱領は、加害者と被害者との身分關係を科刑の重要な基準とする明淸律を基準としているが、治罪法に關する規則や手續きは普遍的な歐米の制度に倣って制定されており、故に兩者の矛盾が深刻化して新律綱領の全面改訂が不可欠となった政府は、歐米の制度を範とした法律を制定する必要にも迫られた。娶妾制度の存廢は、こうして問われることになったのである。

『断腸亭日乗』と江戸浅草

It has writing of "Bokto-Kitan" for reasons of the maximum that a load style came to go to the well of the ball for a while. If only a brothel fronted with a sham sake shop said, Asakusa was the mother"s body of the well of the ball originally. In sorrow of the death of father, it is the load style which wished that I want to move in Asakusa in the case of the residence sale. In a load style, it was the quite natural course that went to the well of the ball which a part of Asakusa moved to in its entirety. The load style was going to describe the village of the equinoctial week to float rootlessly in a dream in "Bokto-Kitan" which assumed the well of the ball the stage, but there was not the art which granted it only literarily, and it was Asakusa that arrived last without throwing away an ideal on the equinoctial week in the still visionary distance after all. It will be from such a reason that it is said that a load-like "diary" comes over from Asakusa and returns to Asakusa. After having written "Bokto-Kitan" where a load style assumes the well of the ball the stage again, this point is the inevitability that you had to write the novel which assumed Asakusa the stage again. Asakusa described in "Danchotei Nichijo diary" shows the trace which such an inevitability is formed, and it may be said that "the heart-ripping episode bower diary" is a document having an important meaning at the point.
