As the desire for healthcare increases due to the ageing population and the well-being boom, interest in fitness isincreasing. People go to the fitness center to exercise, but many people do not know how to exercise, so they often makethe order of exercise and the exercise posture wrong. This not only reduces the effectiveness of the exercise, but alsoincreases the risk of injury. This paper describes the development process of fitness system using smart mirror. Thissystem allows people to follow the motion by themselves in front of the smart mirror, and if the exercise posture goeswrong, in real time it checks and corrects for the wrong point. By using this system, people will be able to exercise bythemselves in the right posture without the help of a trainer. Also, as a result, people will be able to exercise at any timethey want without the constraint of time commitment with a trainer and the cost will be reduced. 인구 고령화와 웰빙 열풍으로 인해 건강관리 욕구가 증가하면서 피트니스에 대한 관심은 점점 더 높아지고 있다. 사람들은운동을 하기 위해 헬스장을 가지만, 많은 이들이 운동하는 방법을 몰라 운동 순서나 운동 자세를 틀리게 하는 경우가 많다. 이러면 운동 효과도 미비할 뿐만 아니라 부상의 위험도 커진다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 거울 앞에서 영상을 보며 혼자서 운동을 따라 할 수 있고 운동 자세가 잘못되었을 경우 실시간으로 틀린 곳을 확인시켜주는 스마트 거울을 활용한 피트니스 시스템의 개발 내용에 대해 기술한다. 이 시스템을 사용함으로써 사람들은 혼자서도 트레이너의 도움 없이 바른 자세로 운동을할 수 있게 될 것이며, 이로 인해 그룹 또는 개인 트레이너를 기다려야 하는 시간이나 비용의 제약에 얽매이지 않고 운동을할 수 있게 될 것이다.

Premature rupture of the membrances (PROM) is one of the most complicatons of pregnancy and a cause of perinatal mortality and morbidity as well as a cauese of maternal morbidity A total of 339 deliceries at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Kang Nam General Hosptial from Aug 1983 to Jan 1984 were studied They wee deviede into two groups; One was a group 1 who received pelvic examination weekly from 37 weeks` gestation to delivery the other was a group 2 who didn`t receive pelvic examination The result of clinical analysis of two group are as follows: 1) The incidence of PROM in total dilivery was 15% 2) The highest incidence of PROM was in the nulliparous women and the age group of third decade 3) The incidence of PROM in Group 1 who were examined weekly was 19.6% which was asignificant increase compared to the incidence of Group 2, 7.7% 4) The Primary Cesarean section rate of Group 1 was 17.1% and that of Group 2 was 10.0% 5) The overall cesarean section rate of the PROM group(15.6%) was found to be more than twice that of remaining intact membrane group(6.9%) 6) This study suggests that pelvic examinations before term may be a significant contributing factor to the occerrence of PROM Therefore it would seem prudent to recommend that no pelvic examinations be done routinely in the in the third trimester unless a vaild medical indication exists to examine the cervix,
Adhesion Behavior of Electroplated ABS

Electroplating of metals on polymer materials is one of the best decorative processes for achieving low cost and light weight. However, low interfacial adhesion often limits practical utilization due to the potential peel-off behavior of metal layers. The interface between the metal layers and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) substrate and its peeling mechanism are investigated as a function of etching time. Sa, the arithmetic average roughness of the unit area, and Sdr, the interfacial area ratio, are adopted instead of linear roughness, Ra, to quantify the surface profile. As the etching time increases, both Sa and Sdr for the etched ABS and corresponding metal side increase. The failure mode changes from adhesive to cohesive as the etching time increases, and the peel-off strength of the electroplated ABS exhibits a dependence on the tensile strength of the substrate. The peel-off strength of the electroplated ABS specimens increases to 8.46 N/cm after 30 min of etching time, but the interface degrades, forming inner voids. The Sdr ratio (Sdr, polymer/Sdr, plating) is proposed as a surface parameter to predict the peel-off strength of electroplated ABS and represents a new attempt to quantitatively correlate the interfacial morphology with the adhesion strength.
