Increase of Vδ2+ T Cells That Robustly Produce IL-17A in Advanced Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Tissues

Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is a chronic dilation of the aorta with a tendency to enlarge and eventually rupture, which constitutes a major cause of cardiovascular mortality. Although T-cell infiltrates have been observed in AAA, the cellular, phenotypic, and functional characteristics of these tissue-infiltrating T cells are not fully understood. Here, we investigated the proportional changes of T-cell subsets—including CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, and γδ T cells—and their effector functions in AAAs. We found that Vδ2+ T cells were presented at a higher frequency in aortic aneurysmal tissue compared to normal aortic tissue and PBMCs from patients with AAA. In contrast, no differences were observed in the frequencies of CD4+, CD8+, and Vδ1+ T cells. Moreover, we observed that the Vδ2+ T cells from AAA tissue displayed immunophenotypes indicative of CCR5+ non-exhausted effector memory cells, with a decreased proportion of CD16+ cells. Finally, we found that these Vδ2+ T cells were the main source of IL-17A in abdominal aortic aneurysmal tissue. In conclusion, our results suggest that increased Vδ2+ T cells that robustly produce IL-17A in aortic aneurysmal tissue may contribute to AAA pathogenesis and progression.
시기별 Wiring 처리가 ‘신고’ 배의 과실품질 및 수체 내 탄수화물과 무기성분에 미치는 영향

This study was initiated to find possibility of substitute of gibberellin acid and to prevent negative girdling effect such as slow growth of ‘Niitaka’ (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) trees, a major pear cultivar, at harvest and at 60-, 90-, and 120-d after storage. Seasonal wiring with 3.0-mm-diameter were applied on the main branch at 70, 80, 90, 110, and 130 days after full bloom (DAF) to compare the fruit quality and storability. Fruit weight and sugar contents were the greatly increased by the wiring treatment at 110 DAF, with the lowest values observed for the wiring at 70 DAF. All the wiring treatments reduced fruit acidity but did not affect fruit firmness. a-value on fruit skin was the highest for wiring at 110 DAF and 130 DAF, advancing fruit ripening. The lowest fruit weight loss was occurred at wiring at 110 DAF. a-value on fruit skin was the highest for wiring at 90 DAF and 110 DAF. Wiring at 80 DAF the most increased floral bud diameter, resulting in the lowest L:D ratio of 1.74 observed. As for the mineral nutrients concentrations of floral buds, the concentration of K (0.63%) and Mg (0.31%) were the highest after 80 DAF wiring treatment, whereas Ca and P concentrations did not differ among treatment plots. The leaf K concentrations was the highest in the 130-day wiring treatment (0.76%) and in the control plot (0.78%), whereas there was no significant difference in the concentrations of either Ca or P among treatment plots. Short periods of wiring increased foliar Mg concentrations. In floral buds, carbohydrates showed a tendency for accumulating at a lower concentrations (7.75%) after 70 DAF wiring treatment, which was a relatively short treatment period. On the other hand, the carbohydrate concentrations in leaves showed a tendency for accumulating at lower concentrations after 130 DAF wiring treatment (2.51%), which is a long treatment period, and in the control plot (2.43%). Wiring increased the size and sugar content of fruits, and influenced fruit storability. For the wiring treatment period was delayed, the carbohydrate concentration in flower buds showed curvilinear correlation and the negative correlation with the carbohydrate in leaf tissue.
(초)소형위성의 New Space 대응 및 산업화 전략

본 논문에서는 (초)소형위성의 뉴스페이스 특징 및 대응방안을 소개하고, 국내기술을 활용한 우리나라의 우주산업화 전략을 제시한다. 최근 스타링크를 포함하여 전세계적으로 개발되는 (초)소형위성들은 저비용 및 경량의 군집위성 특징을 가지고 있으므로, COTS(Commercial Off-The-Shelf) 부품 사용 및 위성 중량, 형상, 대량생산 등을 고려하고 군집운용을 준비해야 한다. 특히 다중위성 운용시 주파수 간섭을 고려하여 MIMO(Multi Input Multi Output) 기술 개발 및 정부 차원의 주파수 확보를 위한 준비와 노력이 필요하다. 삼성전자와 SK하이닉스의 상용급 메모리 중에서 내방사선성이 좋은 메모리와 중소기업의 고신뢰성 패키징 및 우주환경시험 기술을 이용하는 우주급 메모리 분야는 우주산업화 전략으로 가능성이 있다. In this paper, the New Space characteristics and response of micro & small satellite, and space industrialization strategy using domestic technologies are described. Recently, micro & small satellites are developed worldwide, including Starlink, having the characteristics of low-cost, light-weight and satellite constellation. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare for the constellation operation by considering the use of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) parts, satellite weight, shape and mass production. In particular, it is necessary to develop Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) technology in consideration of the frequency interference during constellation operation, and to prepare and make efforts to secure frequencies in the government. Among the commercial-grade memories of Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, the space-grade memory field using radiation tolerant memory and the high reliable packaging and space environment test technology has potential as a space industrialization strategy.
마이크로프로세서를 이용한 인터넷 원격감시제어 시스템에 관한 연구

Serial communications such as RS-232C or RS-485 have been used to control and monitor the industrial plants for a long in cooperating with a computer or microprocessor. In recent years a great deal of effort has been made to achieve these control and monitoring through Internet network. This paper proposes a microprocessor system to implement remote control and monitoring system through Internet network. The proposed system uses NE2000 compatible NIC for data link and physical layer to access Internet network The microprocessor employed in the system plays a role of interfacing NE2000 compatible NIC interpreting protocols above link layer, controlling and monitoring industrial plants simultaneously. This paper also shows MMI and experimental results which control and monitor two power plants on the computer monitor with a mouse remotely to verify the proposed.

본 논문에서는 저궤도 위성용으로 개발된 고성능 탑재컴퓨터에 대한 열진공 시험 결과를 나타내었다. 이를 위해서 열해석 결과를 바탕으로 인증레벨의 환경시험 규격과 주기를 선정하고 세부 시험 절차를 수립 하였다. 진공 환경에서 탑재컴퓨터의 성능을 검증하기 위해서 GPS 수신기와 포맷터를 포함한 지상시험지원장비가 이용 되었다. 예상되는 궤도 상의 온도보다 가혹한 조건에서 수행된 열진공시험에서 탑재컴퓨터의 정상 동작을 확인 하였다. This paper describes the thermal vacuum test results of HPOBC(High Performance On-Board Computer) developed for low earth orbit. Based on the thermal analysis, the specification and cycle of thermal vacuum test for qualification level are established. The electrical ground support equipment(EGSE) including GPS receiver and formatter are used to verify the performance of HPOBC in the vacuum environment. The performance of HPOBC is confirmed in the thermal vacuum environment harsher than expected orbit.
