The pump safety related to the functions in nuclear power plants must be designed to meet load conditions considering seismic requirements. In order to satisfy both structural integrity and operability of these pumps, the initial step in the seismic qualification is to establish the resonant frequencies of the structure. Applications we made to the design of the vertical and horizontal type pump. Computational results are analyzed with respect to the dynamic characteristics and are compared to the expected design requirements.

In this paper, the Load Current Observer Design for 3-phase Voltage Type PWM Converter with DC Moter Load. The sinusoidal input current and unity input power factor are realised based on the estimated source voltage performed by the Load Current Observer using actual currents and DC link voltage.

저비용항공사 서비스품질에 대한 소비자평가

2011년 상반기 10명 가운데 4명은 국내선을 탈 때 저비용항공을 이용한 것으로 나타났다. 국내선 분담률은 2010년 상반기(34.4%) 대비 6.6%포인트 증가한 41%를 달성하는 등 저비용항공사를 이용하는 이용객들이 증가하고 있다(연합뉴스, 2011). 이에 저비용항공사 이용자를 대상으로 저비용항공사의 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 속성은 어떤 것들이 있고 그 속성들 중에서 전반적 만족도에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 속성들은 무엇인지 연구함으로써 저비용항공사 이용 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 찾아보고자 한다. 저비용항공사의 전반적 만족도라는 종속변수에 대한 영향요인으로 인적서비스, 물적서비스, 시스템적서비스 등 3가지를 선행 연구결과를 바탕으로 구성했다. 각 변수에 대한 데이터는 2008년 11월부터 2009년 5월까지 국내 취항 4개 저비용항공사(에어부산, 이스타항공, 제주에어, 진에어)를 이용한 경험이 있는 이용자를 조사대상으로 400명(항공사별 각 100명)에게 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 수집하였다. 연구결과 저비용항공사의 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스품질은 인적서비스, 물적서비스, 시스템적서비스 등 3가지로 세부적으로 살펴보면 인적서비스 부문에서는 기내승무원 대처능력, 고객접점에서의 응대(신속성, 친절성), 물적서비스 부문에서는 기내쾌적성, 최신항공기 운항, 시스템적서비스 부문에서는 신속한 탑승 수속, 수화물처리 정확성·신속성, 예약·발권서비스 변경 용이성, 운항 안전성이 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이상의 결과를 종합할 때 본 연구는 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시한다. 첫째, 저비용항공사를 이용하는 승객들은 항공기의 안전성과 같이 안전에 관계된 품질에 상당히 민감한 것으로 나타나, 저비용항공사 업계는 항공기안전에 대한 소비자의 부정적인 인식을 제거하기 위한 노력이 더 있어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 저비용항공사 업계는 다른 저비용항공사와 경쟁과 소비자만족을 달성하기 위해 강점으로 내세울 수 있는 독특한 서비스 개발을 통해 소비자에게 대처하는 노력이 필요할 것이다. According to Yonhapnews(2011), Four out of ten of flight passengers took flights offered by domestic low-cost carriers in the first half on 2011. The percentage of people traveling on low-cost carriers increased 6.6 percent from 34.4% percent in the same period last year to 41% in the first half on 2011. Therefore, this study focuses on which factors are most influential to consumer satisfaction levels for LCC, as well as ways to raise consumer satisfaction. The authors examined the consumer evaluation about the service quality factors of each LCC depending on Socioeconomic-Demographic Variables. The respondents were 400 consumers from November, 2008 to May, 2009 who have experienced 4 LCC(Airbusan, Eastarjet, Jejuair, and Jinair) services. The study results show that the factors influencing consumer satisfaction for LCC were Human service, Physical service and Systematic service. More specifically, Human service consisted factors such as ability to handle of flight attendants and response of Moment of Truth(Speed, Kindness), Physical service was comprised of factors such as Comfort Indexes on the plane and the newest aircraft operation. In terms of Systematic service, consumers were influenced by quick boarding procedures, speed and accuracy for baggage handling, easy accessibility for ticket reservation and ticketing and the flight safety. The article provides potential explanations and implications for the LCC service that the effort of LCC is necessary to remove consumers’ negative cognitions of safety on LCC, to focus on service quality levels to raise consumer satisfaction and to compete against other LCC in a domestic market.

초음파 진동을 이용한 마이크로 패턴의 성형특성 고찰

본 연구에서는 초음파 진동을 이용한 고분자 필름 표면에 마이크로 패턴을 성형 공정에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 상기 공정에서 성형 조건이 따른 마이크로 패턴의 전사성에 대해 미치는 영향을 고찰하기 위해 성형하중 및 성형깊이 를 변화시켜가며 고분자 필름상에 전사되는 패턴의 높이 비교를 수행하였고, 이를 토대로 성형하중과 성형깊이 변화가 패턴의 성형특성에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 실험 결과 성형하중과 성형깊이가 증가할수록 패턴의 전사성이 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

When the vector control, which does not need a speed signal from a mechanical speed sensor, it is possible to reduce the cost of the control equipment and to improve the control performance in many industrial application.<br/> This paper describes a rotor speed identification method of induction motor based on the theory of flux model reference adaptive system. The estimator execute the rotor speed identification so that the vector control of the induction motor may be achieved The improved auxiliary variable of the two model are introduced to perform accurate rotor speed estimation simulation result show the validity of the proposed control method.

說林 - ‘지안 신고구려비’ 발견의 의의와 문제점

2012년 7월, 中國 吉林省 集安에서 새로운 고구려비가 발견되었다. 『中國文物報』에 실린 〈지안고구려비〉 조사개요 전문을 번역 소개하고 그 발견 의의와 몇 가지 문제점을 지적하였다. 이 글에 따르면 〈지안고구려비〉는 화강암으로 만든 170㎝ 크기의 兩面 석비로 앞면에 218자의 문자가 새겨져 있으며, 뒷면은 훼손이 심하여 읽을 수 없다고 한다. 비문은 대체로 고구려 건국시조인 鄒牟王의 건국신화와 守墓人(묘지기)에 관한 기사로 구성되어 있다. 그 내용 중 일부가 광개토태왕비문과 같아 학계의 주목을 끌고 있으며, 건립시기도 광개토태왕대로 보고 있다. 그러나 비문의 표현을 자세히 검토해보면 태왕비는 사실 위주의 소박한 문체인데 비하여 〈지안고구려비〉는 태왕비의 어귀를 그대로 옮긴 부분도 있으나 고답적인 한어 고문체를 사용하고 있어 태왕비문이 원형일 가능성이 높다. 따라서 이 비석의 건립 시기를 광개토태왕대로 보는 것은 재고를 요한다. 보다 폭넓은 가능성을 열어두는 것이 좋을 듯하다. 새로 발견된 〈지안고구려비〉는 태왕비문에 없는 제사와 수묘제도에 대한 새로운 기록들이 보이는 동시에 여러 가지 의문점을 갖고 있다. 실물을 보지 못한 채 비석의 진위나 건립 년대를 추정하는 것은 한계가 있다. 이 비석이 당대 사료로 평가받기 위해서는 빠른 시일 내에 비석의 실물이 공개되고 한·중 양국 학자가 공동으로 참여하여 보다 객관적인 검토가 이루어져야 할 것이다. In July of 2012, a stele monument of Koguryo was newly discovered in Jian, Jilin province, China. The survey summary of Jian-Koguryo-bi(集安高句麗碑), published in Zhongguowenwubao, is translated and introduced, and the meanings and some matters of its discovery were pointed out. According to the summary, Jian-Koguryo-bi is made of granite, 170cm high, and has inscriptions on two sides that are the front and the back. The front side has the inscription of 218 characters; and the back side is illegible due to severe demage. The inscription includes mainly the legend of the King Chumo(鄒牟) who was the founding father of Koguryo and the records of the Grave-keepers. The fact that some parts of it are the same as the parts of the inscription of Kwanggaetotaewang-bi(廣開土太王碑) attracts the academia’s attention; thus it is assumed that the memorial stone was built during the Great King Kwanggaeto’s reign. However, when the inscription is carefully analysed, while the inscription of Kwanggaetotaewang-bi was written of facts within plain style, that of Jian-Koguryo-bi, though some parts of it are the mere copy of Kwanggaetotaewangbi, used the old Chinese writing style. It increases the possibility that the inscription of Kwanggaetotaewang-bi is the original form of that of Jian-Koguryo-bi. Therefore, it must be reconsidered that the time of the memorial stone’s establishment was within the Great King Kwanggaeto’s reign. It can be better to allow wider probability. The inscription of the newly found Jian-Koguryo-bi shows the new records about gravekeeping systems, which is not included in that of Kwanggaetotaewang-bi, and raises various questions. To estimate the year of the memorial stone establishment without examining the real object is limited. In order for the memorial stone to be evaluated as a historic record of the time, the real memorial stone should be open to the public as soon as possible, and the objective examination in which Korean and Chinese scholars participate together should be conducted.

This case report describes a successful orthodontic treatment of a 26-year-old male patient with skeletal Class III and complete unilateral cleft lip and palate (CLP) on left side showed malformed microdontia on upper left lateral incisor and upper midline deviation to left side. To solve skeletal discrepancy, mandibular setback surgery and upper teeth extraction was performed. In order to easily correct the upper midline shifting, the 1st premolar was extracted on right side, while the lateral incisor was extracted on left side. In addition, to induce periodontal tissue regeneration, the left lateral incisor was extracted using forced eruption. After orthodontic treatment, the patient achieved improved facial profile and periodontal tissue on CLP area with favorable occlusion.
