This study is concerned with determination of an optimal target value in a filling process. Complete inspection procedures are widely used to improve outgoing quality of products. In many cases, however, it may be impossible or noneconomical to measure the quality characteristic, performance variable, directly. In such cases, it is a common practice to select an easily measurable variable which is highly correlated with the performance variable and perform screening products for the variable. This study proposes a model to determine the target value and the inspection rule based on the screening variable. This, study deals with the cases in which rejected products would be scrapped and sold at a reduced price in secondary markets.

Renewable energy utilities such as solar, photovoltaic, and wind power are notably not only sustainable energy supplies but also environmentally friendly and reduce carbon emissions. Hybrid renewable energy systems consisting of renewable energy resources with conventional power generation, such as diesel generators, are increasing because of the instability of power generation from renewable energy resources. One of the most important issues in the hybrid system is finding the optimum size of the system components for the given load requirements with minimum economic costs, such as investment and operation. In this study, various sizes of hybrid renewable systems with photovoltaic, battery, and diesel generators were designed and compared in terms of technical, economic, and environmental effects. The HOMER program was used to model and simulate micro-grids based on a campus building group at Yeungnam University. Measured energy consumption data was input as energy load and simulated with a hybrid system consisting of diesel generators for the base load, photovoltaic for peak saving, and battery charges for peak load smoothing. The calculation results show that an optimized hybrid renewable energy system was possible by considering NPC, COE, and CO2 emissions in each case.

<삼국지> 동이전의 자료적 가치로는 ① 중국정사의 한국열전 중에서 처음으로 한국고대의 종교현상에 대해 언급한 것일 뿐만 아니라 ② 종교적 습속이 있었던 시기와 그것을 서술한 시기가 근접한 동시대적 자료라는 점, ③ 관련기사가 상대적으로 다양하다는 점을 지적하였다. 이 문제에 관한 우리측 자료인 <삼국사기>와 <삼국유사>가 12세기 이후에 나온 것임을 생각할 때, <삼국지> 동이전은 이러한 면에서 주목되는 자료가 아닐 수 없다. 다음으로 <삼국지> 동이전이 지니는 문제점을 살펴보고자 형, ① 종교적 습속의 현상적 측면의 기술에 그친 점 ② 기사가 너무 단편적이며 그나마 어디서 어디까지가 종교문제와 관련되는 것인지 애매할 때가 많다는 점, ③ 종교현상에 관한 용어가 음역인지 의역인지 불확실한 점, ④ 중국인의 주관적 임장이 개재된 서술이 있다는 점을 지적해 보았다. 마지막으로 <삼국지> 동이전을 이용함에 있어 유의해야할 사항으로 ① 각 종교적 습속이 그 시대에 대해 가지는 의미를 생각해야 한다는 점과 ② 그것이 어느 정도 보편성을 가진 것인가를 생각해야 한다는 점을 지적해 보았다. 자료의 성격 가치 한계에 대한 올바른 구명은 그 자료가 전하는 사실들의 구체적인 검토 위에서나 가능한 일이다. 그러나 여기서는 이러한 작업 없이 결론을 서두른 관계로 언급되어야 할 점들이 빠진 경우가 많으리라 믿는다.
C-Mn-Mo-Ni 압력 용기강 CGHAZ 의 베이나이트 상변태 거동 예측 모델링

A metallurgical model for the prediction of bainite transformation behaviors at coarsened grain heat affected zone(CGHAZ) was proposed. The isothermal transformation kinetics for the bainite which does not include incubation time was described by Johnson-Mehl-Avrami(JMA) equation and the $quot;ideal TTT$quot; diagram which depends only on the materials considered and characterizes the transformation independently of the experiment's condition was introduced to predict the onset of transformation during continuous cooling conditions. And effects of prior austenite grain size on kinetic parameters of JMA equation were examined by isothermal transformation experiments. It was observed that the reaction rate was accelerated by increasing the grain size. Coupling Scheil's rule of additivity, the model for predicting the volume fraction of bainite and hardness was developed. The reliability of the developed model was discussed by comparing the predicted data with measured one.
