Paclitaxel is an effective antineoplastic drug for various cancers especially ovarian and breast cancer. This study is to find the optimum condition for the preparation of nanoemulsions and to improve the stability and loading amount of paclitaxel in nanoemulsions. Nanoemulsions were prepared by modified spontaneous emulsification solvent diffusion method. It was composed of phosphatidylcholine:cholesterol:1,2-Distearoyl-sn-Glycero-3-Phosphoethanolamine-N-[Methoxy(Polyethylene glycol)-2000]:paclitxel at a weight ratio of 5:3:1:1 and the Tween 80 as a surfactant. The particle size and the shape of nanoemulsions were measured by particle analyzer and SEM, respectively. The loading amount of paclitaxel in nanoemulsion was measured by UV-visible spectroscopy at 227 nm. The particle sizes were 80∼120 nm and the loading efficiency of palitaxel was 8∼39%. The optimum conditions for the preparation of nanoemulsions were 8% w/w phospholipid, 16% w/v Tween 80 and 2% w/w paclitaxel, respectively.

The purpose of this study is to find the effects of marina facilities on the life of residents in Kyeogin Area. Especially, Jeonkog Marina Harbor, which is located in Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi Province was chosen as the research district. The period of time for this research was from June to August in 2009. The inn-depth interview and participant observation were used to for the research metohds. The results of this study is as follows: First, The effect to local residents by marina facilities in Kyeongin area is developing infrastructure on transportations and urban renewal due to its invigoration. Second, Media reports related to local characterization produce more tourists, it makes both revive local economy and improve its image. Third, continuous events and development related to facilities bring frequent gathering within residents, and the frequent discussions strengthen the community spirit. 본 연구는 경인지역 마리나 시설에 따른 지역주민의 삶의 변화를 고찰하기 위하여 경기도 화성시 서신면 전곡항을 연구지역으로 설정하였다. 연구방법으로는 질적 연구방법인 참여관찰과 심층면담을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구방법을 통해 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 마리나 시설 활성화와 관련된 행사로 인해 지역의 교통, 도시정비 등 지역인프라가 구축되고 있다. 둘째, 마리나 시설로 인한 지역의 이미지 제고는 마리나 시설이 지역 특성화되어 이와 관련된 보도가 증가하고 이로 인해 관광객 유입이 활발해지고, 지역경제가 활성화 되는 등 지역 이미지가 제고되고 있다 셋째, 마리나 시설 개발로 인한 주민의 공동체의식은 마리나 시설과 관련된 지속적인 행사와 개발로 인해 주민 모임 회수가 많아지고, 이에 따라 주민들의 의견이 활발해지는 현상으로 지역주민의 공동체의식은 더욱 강화되고 있다.

Nowadays, people have many chances to get leisure time per higher standard of living as the improvement in economy. Although under this social phenomenon, people easily experience lack of equipment, institution or programs. Since this is not a minor problem anymore, government and other social communities gather to solve problem due to improve people’s quality of life. Especially, government and social communities mostly work in the center of the golf business which is the most value added sports. During this process, they face on several problems often like environmental matter or need get consent from the regional residents. Set these problems as a background, the objective of this research was to study on the community spirit of the regional resident according to the construction of golf course. The research use questionnaire papers to target residents (105 men, 115 women) of Kyungki-Do Yoeju-Kun Kanam-Myun and select elicited problems from the research papers, then narrate specific cases through depth interview. The reason for the choose combined research method is the research handle social problem, so it is hard to present specifically not considering with many variables beside regional characteristics through the questionnaire paper. Through process of this research methods, the results of this study could be summarized as follows: First, there was difference on the community spirit of residence per negative and positive opinions regarding golf club construction. That is, majority of people whom in positive side of the problem had weaker community spirit, on the other hand, negative side people had stronger community spirit. Second, according to two opposite opinions, psychological expectation of the golf course was in difference. That is, resident who agreed to build golf course had big expectation on the golf course, in opposition resident whom disagreed on golf course construction had less expectation.
가상위상영상을 이용한 잡음 및 변이에 강한 암호화 시스템

본 논문에서는 위상 변조된 가상 영상을 이용하여 암호화 수준을 향상시키고 퓨리에 영역에서 잡음이나 변이에 강한 복호화 방법을 제안하였다. 암호화된 영상은 원 영상이 아닌 위상 변조된 가상 영상과 무작위 위상 영상을 곱하여 퓨리에 변환하여 만든다. 따라서 허가되지 않은 사용자가 암호화된 영상을 분석함으로써 있을 수 있는 복제 가능성을 원 영상의 어떤 정보도 포함하지 않은 가상 영상을 사용함으로써 배제할 수 있다. 복호화 과정은 암호화된 영상과 제안한 위상 대응 규칙으로 만들어진 퓨리에 복호화 키를 간섭시킨 후 퓨리에 역변환하여 간단히 원 영상을 재생하고 컴퓨터 모의 실험을 통하여 제안한 방법의 암호화된 영상과 복호화 키 영상에 잡음이나 영상의 절단, 변이가 발생하더라도 원 영상의 복원이 가능함을 확인하였다. In this paper, we propose an improved image encryption and the shift-tolerance method in the Fourier space using a virtual phase image. The encrypted image is obtained by the Fourier transform of the product of a phase-encoded virtual image, not an original image, and a random phase image. Therefore, even if unauthorized users analyze the encrypted image, we can prevent the possibility of counterfeiting from unauthorized people using virtual image which dose not contain any information from the original image. The decryption technique is simply performed by inverse Fourier transform of the interference pattern between the encrypted image and the Fourier decrypting key, made of proposed phase assignment rule, in frequency domain. We demonstrate the robustness to noise, to data loss and shift of the encrypted image or the Fourier decryption key in the proposed technique.
결합 변환 상관기를 이용한 잡음 및 변이에 강한 암호화 시스템

본 논문에서는 가상 위상 영상과 정확한 광축 정렬이 필요 없는 결합 변환 상관기를 이용하여 잡음이나 변이에 강한 복호화 방법을 제안하였다. 암호화된 영상은 원 영상을 속이기 위한 위상 변조된 가상 영상과 무작위 위상 영상을 곱하여 퓨리에 변환하여 만든다. 따라서 허가되지 않은 사용자가 암호화된 영상을 분석함으로써 있을 수 있는 복제 가능성을 원 영상의 어떤 정보도 포함하지 않은 가상 영상을 사용함으로써 배제할 수 있다 결합 변환 상관기를 이용한 제안한 복호화 방법이 암호화된 영상에 잡음이나 절단, 변이에 대해서 강한 특성을 가짐을 확인하였다. In this paper, we propose the shift and noise tolerance method using a virtual phase image and a joint transform correlator (JTC) architecture that can alleviate the need for an accurate optical axis alignment. An encrypted image is obtained by the Fourier transform of the product of a phase- encoded virtual image to camouflage the original one and a random phase image. Therefore, even if unauthorized users analyze the encrypted image, we can prevent the possibility of counterfeiting from unauthorized people using virtual image which dose not contain any information from the original image. We demonstrate the robustness to noise, to data loss and to shift of the encrypted image using a JTC in the proposed description technique.
