메타버스 내 상표의 실시에 관한 연구

현실과 가상세계를 넘나들 수 있어 새로운 경제활동 공간으로 자리잡아갈 신세대 공간인 메타버스는 차후 우리에게 선택이 아닌 필수 공간이 될 것이며, 이제 우리에게 익숙한 가상현실의 세계로 다가오고 있다. 초고속의 인터넷과 최적화된 모바일 환경, 그리고 컴퓨터 정보장치의 고성능화로 인해 종래의 한계를 가졌던 가상현실의 구현이 가능하게 되었으며, 머지않아 메타버스 세계는 현실세계의 경제활동과 문화예술활동을 뛰어 넘을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이러한 메타버스의 발전전망과 영향력에 대해 파악한 엔터테인먼트와 세계 유명 패션 기업들은 장소와 시간에 제약이 없으며 인터넷을 자유자재로 다루는 신세대를 공략할 수 있다는 메타버스의 장점을 활용하여 활동범위를 메타버스까지로 확장하고 있다. 한편, 산업 활동은 지식재산 중에서도 상표권과 매우 밀접한 관계를 가지며, 메타버스 공간에까지 산업 활동이 확장되어가고 있는 현재, 메타버스 내에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 상표권 관련 분쟁에 대한 논의는 필수불가결이다. 하지만, 아직까지 메타버스 내 상표권 실시 관련 부작용 또는 연관된 법률에 대한 검토가 이루어지고 있지 않아 상표권과 관련하여 혼란이 생길 수 있다는 우려가 제기되고 있다. 이에 지식재산권에 비추어보아 메타버스 공간에서의 상표권 사용과 관련하여 메타버스 공간에서 사진 또는 그림 등으로 구현되는 물품의 표현 또는 거래 등으로 사용되는 물품을 지정상품으로 보아야하는지에 대하여 면밀히 검토해본다. Metaverse, a new generation of space that will become a new economic activity space because it can cross the real and virtual worlds, will become a must-have space, not an option for us in the future, and is now approaching a world of virtual reality that we are familiar with. The high-speed Internet, optimized mobile environment, and high performance of computer information devices have made it possible to realize virtual reality, which has limitations in the past, and the Metaverse world is expected to surpass the real world's economic and cultural and artistic activities. Entertainment and world-renowned fashion companies, who have grasped the development prospects and influence of Metaverse, are expanding their scope of activity to Metaverse by taking advantage of Metaverse' advantage of targeting the new generation that freely handles the Internet. On the other hand, industrial activities are very closely related to trademark rights among intellectual property, and as industrial activities are expanding to Metaverse spaces, discussions on various trademark disputes that may arise within Metaversees are indispensable. However, concerns have been raised that confusion may arise regarding trademark rights as side effects or related laws related to the implementation of trademark rights in Metaversees have not yet been reviewed. In light of intellectual property rights, we examine closely whether goods used as expressions or transactions of goods implemented in photographs or pictures in Metaverse spaces should be regarded as designated products in relation to the use of trademark rights in Metaverse spaces.

Die stumme Kattrin ist die alternative Figur des Stucks. Gegenfigur zur Courage ist Kattrin auch dadurch, daB ihre Entwicklung den umgekehrten Weg nimmt wie die ihrer Mutter, Diese beiden gegetilaufigen, aber gelegentlich sich treffenden Bewegungen sind ein wichtiges Moment der Handlungsfugung. Kattrin hat die wahre Mutterlebe, ihr Widerstandgeist 1fiBt sich ihren Protest gegen die Ungerechtigkeit zur Tat werden, Und sie opfert sich, um die Stadt Halle zu retten. Sie and Mutter Courage rind keine realistischen Figuren, sondern parabolische Figuren, Durch sie gibt Brecht dem Publikum die Lehre mit Benutzung von den epischen Methoden. 대학생의 영적 안녕과생활 스트레스, 우울, 및 자아존중감

This study aims to investigate the relations of spirituality to life stress, self-esteem, and depression among Korean college students, in order to provide valuable information about the importance of consideringclients' spirituality. The participants were 384 Korean college students (191 males and 193 females) whose ages ranged from 18 to 29 (M = 20.89, SD = 1.94). The psychological tests used in this research included: the Korean version of the Spiritual Well-Being Scale, the Life Stress Scale for College Students, Rosenberg's Self-Esteem Scale, and Zung's Self-Rating Depression Scale. The results indicated that female students showed higher spiritual well-being than male students, and students who belong to the religious group are more likely to show religious well-being. Correlational analyses revealed that existential well-being has negative relation to life stress, whereas both religious well-being and existential well-being have positive relations to self-esteem and negative to depression. The more accountability of spiritual well-being for psychological health was found in religious students. The spiritual well-being accounted for approximately 26% of the variances in depression. These findings suggest a bio-psycho-social-spiritual model with which mental health practitioners can better understand clients' mental disorder or psychological health by considering their religiosity and spiritual well-being.

알코올의 사교성 향상 및 긴장완화 기대와 대학생의 생활 스트레스 및 주관적 웰빙

Objectives: This study aims to investigate the relations of alcohol expectancy for social facilitation and tension reduction with life stresses and subjective well-being to provide useful information for intervention of drinking problem. Methods: The participants were 384 college students (189 males and 195 females) living in Seoul and suburbs, whose ages ranged from 18 to 31, and average was 21.79 (SD=2.05). Psychological testings were used to measure Alcohol Expectancy Questionnaire, Life Stresses Scale for college students, Emotion Frequency Test, Satisfaction with Life Scale, and Subjective Happiness Scale. Results: There was no significant gender difference in alcohol expectancy for social facilitation and tension reduction. Beside, they were likely to drink with alcohol expectancy for social facilitation than with expectancy for tension reduction. Alcohol expectancy for social facilitation as well as expectancy for tension reduction, more closely correlated with life stresses than subjective well-being. Stresses with future career accounted most variance of alcohol expectancy for social facilitation, and financial stresses was also significant predictor, while financial stresses accounted most variance of alcohol expectancy for tension reduction, and stresses with family and academic works were also significant predictor for it. Conclusion: The present study suggests that life stresses are more closely related to alcohol expectancies than subjective well-being. Among life stresses of college students, stresses with future career, financial problem, family, and academic works were critical factors for alcohol expectancies. It was discussed with previous studies and suggested the information for further studies, prevention and intervention of problem drinking.

人事考課 制度에 關한 硏究 : 軍將校 勤務評定을 中心으로 A focus on the army officer's efficiency

1. Introduction and purpose Management is defined as getting something done through people. It is through people that military organization do, achieves its purpose effectively. Organization's efficiency and performance depend on how the members of the organization work. The merit rating is to appraise the ability and the job performance of subordinates. Presonnel manager uses it as a tool to seize member's potentials systematically, has them develop their abilities and efficienies, and makes the organization accomplish its goal. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is firstly to find out the problems which are abstscles in the merit rating system of officers in the army. To discover the obstacle facts, I gathered the overall data from the system itself to personnel management, and analyzed them statically. Secondiy, this thesis provides improvements which will help the goal of the army with the better merit rating system. 2. Methodology For the purpose of this study, this paper made questionnaire and distributed them to 195 officer who works front parts of battle ared. They were sampled randomly who were ranking from captain to colonel. This study analyzed the answers. When the answer were not sufficient, the lack of this result was satisfied with the personnel manager of the Army Headquarters and each troop. The content of questions consists of five section: rating system, rating attitude, Each section has eight factors and each factor has three question. As a result, there are 24 question in the questionnaire. The answer were statistically computed by the weighted five score scaling method. The analysis result shows us following problems: First, small group had leniency, lacked in propriety of forced distribution method; second, it cannot appraise systematically because rating factors are same for company officer; third, the appraiser has unfair attitude toward merit rating such as rating by a seniority, rating by a personnel consideration; Fourth, the lacks of appraiser in studying whole merit rating system do not apply it to actual situation; Fifth, it does not motivate the members of practical unit does not use the result of merit rating. To solve the problems described the above, this paper suggests some improvements as follows: First, the appraiser should classify the merit rating the same format; Second, coordination committee should be established in next appraiser's upper commanding unit and his mistake or error should be corrected; third, a lot of seminars on merit rating system should be help in school and practical unit. It is concluded that if personnel if manager replenish the current merit rating system, they can appraise the members fairly and equitably, and make the organization accomplished effectively.

Learning by hypothesis verification, which is suitable for applying already learned concepts, is not appropriate for this subject for learning scientific concepts. 2. The procedure outlined in the textbook, therefore, should be changed, as it suggests learning by hypothesis verification. 3. The analysis of this study result showed that it is recommended to reorganize the textbook so that the experimental subject can be learned by discovery.
