영유아권리존중 프로그램이 교사의 심리적 안녕감과 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 영유아권리존중 프로그램을 개발하여 교사의 심리적 안녕감과 영유아권리존중 보육실행에미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경북 G시에 위치한 G어린이집(실험집단 10명)과 T어린이집(비교집단 9명)에 재직중인 보육교사 19명이었다. 실험집단의 교사들은 12주간에 걸쳐 영유아권리존중 프로그램을 실시하였다, 비교집단의 경우에는 별도의 프로그램 없이 표준보육과정에 따른 수업을 진행하였다. 영유아권리존중 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 실시 전, 후에 심리적 안녕감과 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 대한 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하였고, 사전검사에대해 독립표본 t-test를 실시하여 동질성 검증을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영유아권리존중프로그램은 교사의 심리적 안녕감을 향상시키는 데 효과가 있었으며, 하위영역인 자아수용성, 긍정적 대인관계, 자율성, 환경에 대한 통제력, 삶의 목적, 개인적 성장 향상에도 효과적임이 검증되었다. 둘째, 영유아권리존중 프로그램은 영유아권리존중 보육실행 수준에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 하위영역인 하루일과 존중과아동 최선의 이익 향상에도 효과적임이 검증되었다. 따라서 교사의 심리적 안녕감을 도모하고, 더 나은영유아권리존중 보육실행을 위해 교육기관 및 구성원의 요구와 특성에 적합한 영유아권리존중 프로그램을제공하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study attempted to investigate the effect of teachers' psychological well-being and respect for infant rights on childcare implementation by developing a program for respecting infant rights. The subjects of this study were 19 childcare teachers working at G Daycare Center (10 experimental groups) and T Daycare Center (9 comparative groups) located in G city, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The teachers in the experimental group conducted a respect for infant rights program for 12 weeks, and in the case of the comparative group, classes according to the standard childcare course were conducted without a separate program. In order to verify the effectiveness of the infant rights respect program, tests on psychological well-being and respect for infant rights were conducted before and after the implementation. The SPSS 22.0 program was used for statistical processing of the collected data, and homogeneity was verified by performing an independent sample t-test for the pre-test. The results of this study are as follows. First, the infant rights respect program was effective in improving the psychological well-being of teachers, and it was verified that it was effective in improving the sub-areas of self-acceptance, positive interpersonal relationships, autonomy, control over the environment, purpose of life, and personal growth. Second, the respect for infant rights program had a positive effect on the level of infant rights respect child care implementation, and it was proven to be effective in improving the best interests of children as well as respecting the sub-areas of one day. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a variety of infant rights respect programs suitable for the needs and characteristics of educational institutions and members to promote teachers' psychological well-being and to better implement respect for infant rights childcare.

영유아권리존중 보육실행 프로그램이 교사민감성, 교사효능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 영유아권리존중 보육실행 프로그램을 개발하여 교사와 대상 영유아에게 적용하여 교사민감성, 교사효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 경북 G시에 위치한 G어린이집(실험집단 9명)과 S어린이집(비교집단 10명)에 재직중인 보육교사 19명을 연구대상으로 하여, 실험집단의 경우 12주간에 걸쳐 영유아권리존중 보육실행 프로그램을 실시하였다, 비교집단의 경우에는 표준보육과정에 따른 수업이 진행되었다. 영유아권리존중 보육실행 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 활동 전, 후에 교사민감성, 교사효능감 척도를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계처리하였다. 대상의 동질성 검증을 위해 사전검사의 내용을 독립표본 t-test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영유아권리존중 보육실행 프로그램은 교사민감성을 향상시키는 데 효과가 있음을 알 수 있으며, 하위영역인 적절성, 정확성, 즉시성, 일관성, 융통성 향상에도 효과적임이 검증되었다. 둘째, 영유아권리존중 보육실행 프로그램은 교사의 효능감을 향상시키는 데 효과가 있음을 알 수 있으며, 하위영역인 일반적 효능감과 개인적 효능감 향상에도 효과적임이 검증되었다. 따라서 교사민감성, 교사효능감 향상을 위해 영유아교육기관 및 구성원의 특성에 적합한 영유아권리존중 보육실행 프로그램의 개발과 이를 실시할 수 있는 환경을 제공해 줄 필요가 있다. The primary objective of this study is to analyze the impact of the “respect for Infant rights” childcare implementation program on teachers' sensitivity and efficacy. A 12-week infant rights-respecting childcare program for teachers working for daycare centers was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the Infant rights-respecting childcare implementation program. A teacher's sensitivity measurement tool and a teacher efficacy scale were used to measure the effectiveness before and after the activity. This study used 19 childcare teachers in two daycare centers in Gyeonsanbuk-do, South Korea. It consists of 9 experimental groups working at G daycare center and 10 comparative groups at S daycare center. The collected data was statistically processed using the SPSS 22.0 program. To verify the homogeneity of the subject, an independent sample t-test was conducted on the contents of the pre-test. This study found two significant findings from the statistical analysis. First, the results showed that the infant rights-respecting childcare implementation program is significantly effective in improving teachers’ sensitivity, and it has also been proven to be effective in improving the sub-areas: appropriateness, accuracy, immediacy, consistency, and flexibility. Second, the study found that the infant rights-respecting childcare implementation program is significantly important in improving teachers’ efficacy. Therefore, it is necessary to provide appropriate childcare implementation programs for respect for toddler’s rights with consideration of the characteristics of infant education institutions, teachers, and environments to implement in Childcare facilities.

생태 협동 놀이가 유아의 또래 상호작용과 놀이성에 미치는 영향

This study investigated the effects of ecological cooperative play activities on children’s peer interactions and playability. We studied 24 in total with 12 from each daycare center and S Daycare Center was taken as the experimental group and Y Daycare Center as the comparative group in D city. In the case of the experimental group, ecological cooperative play activities were conducted in the forest twice a week for eight weeks. The comparative group performed ecological experiences and activities suitable for the Nuri-curriculum but did not apply the activities that were organized separately. Peer interaction tests and playability scales were conducted before and after the activities, to verify the educational effects of ecological cooperative play activities on children. The collected data were statistically processed using SPSS 22.0, and the differences between the groups were compared and analyzed using t-test. The results of this study were as follows. First, ecological cooperative play activities improved young children’s peer interactions; they were effective in promoting play interactions, and reducing play collapse and play breaks. Second, ecological cooperative play activities improved playability among infants and raised their level of physical spontaneity, cognitive spontaneity, expression of pleasure, and sense of humor. The results indicate the necessity of developing and applying various ecological cooperative play activities to enhance peer interaction and playability in infancy, and to provide infant with an early childhood education environment and various media that can apply and implement them. 본 연구는 생태 협동 놀이 활동이 유아의 또래 상호작용과 놀이성에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. D시에 소재한 S어린이집(실험집단 12명)과 Y어린이집(비교집단 12명)에 재원중인 3세 유아 24명을 연구대상으로 하여, 실험집단의 경우 주 2회씩 8주 동안 16회기에 걸쳐생태 협동 놀이 활동을 숲에서 실시하였고, 비교집단은 누리과정에 맞는 생태체험 및 활동을 하였으나 따로 구성한 활동을 적용하지는 않았다. 생태 협동 놀이 활동의 교육적 효과를 검증하기위하여 활동 전․후에 또래 상호작용 검사와 놀이성 척도를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계처리하고, 집단 간 차이를 t-검증으로 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생태 협동 놀이 활동은 유아의 또래 상호작용 향상에 긍정적인영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 하위변인인 놀이 상호작용을 증진하고, 놀이 붕괴 및 놀이단절을 감소시키는 데도 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 생태 협동 놀이 활동을 한 결과, 유아의 놀이성 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 하위변인인 신체적 자발성, 인지적 자발성, 즐거움의 표현, 유머 감각의 수준을 올려 주었다. 따라서 유아기에 또래 상호작용및 놀이성을 증진시킬 수 있도록 다양한 생태 협동 놀이 활동을 개발하고, 이를 적용하고 실시할 수 있는 유아교육환경과 다양한 매체를 구성 및 지원해 줄 필요가 있다.
