Velocity profile and its magnitude affect greatly to defrosting and demisting in the windshield. In this paper, the three dimensional flow analysis in the defrost nozzle which is geometrically complicated was performed to investigate and predict velocity profile of the nozzle outlet. The three dimensional Navier-Stokes code used in this case was validated by performing Of the generic A/C duct flow analysis successfully. The results of defrost nozzle flow analysis nearly coincided with experimental data. Based on the standard case, design factors were applied. Flow analysis was carried out with three different number of the guide vanes. The angle of the guide vane was applied to the nozzle outlet also. In the flow simulation inside the automotive, inlet velocity was provided by a exit velocity of the defrost nozzle. The investigation of the each case informed us which case could produce the best velocity profile to defrost. Through these procedure, the optimized design factor was found. Further more, this three dimensional incompressible code will be used to predict and compare with any kind of defrost nozzle flow.
전자의무기록으로부터 진료경로 추출을 위한 연관규칙마이닝 접근 방법

본 논문에서는 임상의들의 진료데이터를 토대로 진료경로를 동적으로 생성하는 방법을 기술한다. 각 진료단계에서 추출된 규칙들을 토대로 진료경로를 생성하는데, 이를 위해 전자의무기록으로 구성된 임상 데이터를 기반으로 연관규칙마이닝을 이용하여 진료단계별 규칙을 추출하였다. 신뢰성 있는 진료경로의 추출이 이루어지면 의료 서비스의 질을 높이고, 병원 경영의 효율성 증대에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

In this paper, we propose a design method which minimize the geometric volume of hypoid gears, considering the strength, durability, undercut, and other design constraints. We applied the developed design method to the design of the hypoid gear in the final drive of industrial vehicle, and obtained an optimal dimension which minimized the geometric volume of equivalent pitch cylinder of the hypoid gear. It can be expected from the result that the method would be used for highly reliable design of hypoid gears with minimum weight and compact volume.
입원환자를 대상으로한 근거기반 임상진료지침 추출에 관한 연구

진료데이터는 진료를 보면서 축척된 데이터로서 다양한 병명들에 대한 의사들의 진료행위를 추적해볼 수 있는 유용한 정보가 될 수 있으며, 진료에 재활용함으로써 환자들에 대한 진료행위를 표준화하는데 사용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 상황에서 환자를 진료한 근거자료인 진료데이터를 이용하여 병원에서 활용 가능한 임상진료데이터를 추출하기 위한 방법에 대한 연구를 진행하였다.

Diplophonia is generally defined as the perception of more than one fundamental frequency component in a voice. Its perceptual aspect has traditionally been used to evaluate diplophonia because the perceptions can be easily evaluated, but there are limitations in the validity of the reliability of the intra- and inter-raters, examination situation, and variation of voice sample. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to confirm the reliability and accuracy of auditory perceptual evaluation by comparing non-invasive indirect assessment methods (sound waveform and EGG analysis), and to identify their usefulness with diplophonia. A total of 28 diplophonic voices and 39 non-periodic voices were assessed. Three raters assessed the diplophonia by performing an auditory perception evaluation and identifying the quasi-periodic perturbations of the acoustic waveform and EGG. Among the three discrimination methods, intra- and inter-rater reliability, sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive likelihood ratio, and negative likelihood ratio were examined, and the McNemar test was performed to compare the discriminant agreement. The accuracy of the auditory perceptual evaluation (86.57%) was not significantly different from that of sound waveform acoustic (88.06%), but it was significantly different from that of EGG (83.33%). The reading time (6.02 s) for the auditory perceptual evaluation was significantly different from that for sound waveform analysis (30.15 s) and EGG analysis (16.41 s). In the discrimination of diplophonia, auditory perceptual evaluation has sufficient reliability and accuracy as compared to sound waveform and EGG. Since immediate feedback is possible, auditory perceptual evaluation is more convenient. Therefore, it can continue to be used as a tool to discriminate diplophonia in clinical practice.

In the present study, we investigated ability of recognition of auditory perception with regards to the quality of voice in postlingual CI adults and proposed a training program to improve within subject reliability. A prospective case-control study was conducted in adults with 7 postlingual deaf who received a CI surgery and 10 normal hearing controls. The pre and post test and training program included parameters of consensus auditory-perceptual evaluation of voice(CAPE-V) with pathological voice sample by using Alvin. In results of pre-post test for monitoring improvements of internal reliability for listeners via the training program, there was statistically significant difference in both test and group. There was statistically significant difference in internal reliability between pre-post test in the normal hearing group, the result was no significant in the CI group. The present study found that CI adults showed less ability in awareness of voice quality compared to normal hearing group. Also the training program improved pitch and loudness in CI adults.
약어와 두문자어의 모호성 해결을 통한 임상 의무기록의 정규화

임상 의무기록에 나타나는 많은 두문자어들은 기계적인 처리과정에서 의무기록의 모호성을 크게 증가시키기 때문에, 정보추출이나 텍스트 마이닝을 하기 전에 전처리 과정으로 의무기록이 정규화 되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 임상 의무기록 중 하나인 퇴원요약지에 사용된 약어와 두문자어들의 모호성을 제거하기 위한 정규화 시스템을 설계하고 구현했다. 정규화를 위해 문맥정보를 이용하여 의무기록의 종류와 기록내 위치정보를 파악하였고 이를 이용하여 약어와 두문자어의 의미를 학습하고 분류하였다. 본 연구에서 구현한 정규화 시스템은 실험에서 6가지 두문자어들이 가지는 16가지 의미들에 대해 94.7%의 정확률을 얻었다.
