산재근로자의 원직장복귀와 장해등급 및 경증 장해에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the return to work, classified list of personal damage, and mild personal damage among workers who experienced an industrial accident. We conducted a stepwise regression analysis on the data of 2000 workers who experienced an accident to analyze the 1st Workers’ Compensation Insurance Panel of the Labor Welfare Research Institute. As a result, the financial status of individuals and their households, status of support from the affiliated company, status of working environment with the affiliated company, and status of negative impact on life due to industrial accident were related to the return to work. The variables of health and quality of life were strongly related to the classified list of personal damage. The compensation for industrial accident services was related to the degree of personal damage. Therefore, there are necessary control variables relating to finances, variables relating to working environment to improve the return to work. Additionally, it is important to improve the variables of health and quality of life to alleviate the classified list of personal damage. On the other hand, it is important to provide early rehabilitation services to reduce mild personal damage.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the published the literature of experimental study type regarding Physical therapy intervention for Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease. We investigated by MEDLINE, Cochrane Library, EMBASE. Result show that number of published of literature of randomized controlled trial study type regarding Physical therapy intervention for CMT disease was one article. We confirmed that there was need to effort the establishment the system with systematic study and recognize the need of Physical therapy o intervention for improving of muscle strength of Dorsi-flexion and balance in the CMT disease.
요통 환자의 효과적인 관리를 위한 STarT Back Screening Tool에 대한 체계적 고찰 : 신뢰도 및 타당도와 효과성 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to analyze on Reliability, Validity and Effectiveness in published the literature regarding STarT Back Screening Tool for low back pain. We investigated by database of Medline, Embase, CINAHL, PsycINFO, AMED, Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science. The One selected efficacy study of the STarT Back Screening Tool showed significant improvement in disability. And the 20 selected reliability and validity studies of the STarT Back Screening Tool version showed moderate significance, but some low significance in construct validity.
성인에서 간접방식을 통한 실측 안정시대사량의 특성 및 안정시대사량 실측치와 예측치의 비교

[INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of measured resting metabolic rate, to compare and analyze the predicted RMR and the measured RMR and to provide useful data for the evaluation of RMR. [METHOD] The significance for the differences between male and female and the differences between the measured results and predicted results of RMR were tested by paired t-test. Correlation of measured data was obtained by Pearson correlation coefficient. [RESULT] Oxygen uptake(O2), O2 per weight(WT), carbon dioxide production(CO2), RMR, and RMR per WT were significantly higher in male(p< .05) and there was no statistically significant difference in respiratory quotient(RQ). There was a significant positive correlation between O2, O2 per WT, CO2 and RMR(p< .01), but there was a lower positive correlation between O2 per WT and RMR than O2 and CO2.. However, there was a significant negative correlation between RQ and RMR(p< .05). There was a significant positive correlation between measured RMR and predicted RMR(p< .01), but there was a significantly lower correlation in predicted RMR than measured RMR(p< .05). [CONCLUSION] O2 per WT and RQ should be considered in the evaluation of measured RMR through indirect methods and the widely used four formulas of predicted RMR have limits to measure Korean RMR. [서론] 본 연구는 성인을 대상으로 간접방식에 의한 실측 안정시대사량의 특성을 알아내고 예측 안정시대사량과 실측 안정시대사량을 비교 분석함으로써 안정시대사량의 평가에 유용한 자료를 제공하려는데 목적을 두었다. [방법] 건강한 성인 82명을 대상으로 신장, 체중, 실측 안정시대사량과 예측 안정시대사량을 측정하였고 자료처리는 남녀별 차이와 안정시대사량의 실측치와 예측치의 차이에 대한 유의성은 paired t-test를 이용하였으며 측정 자료간의 상호 관련성 분석은 Pearson의 상관계수를 사용하였다. [결론] 안정시 산소섭취량, 체중당 산소섭취량, 이산화탄소배출량, 안정시대사량, 체중당 안정시대사량 모두 남성에서 유의하게 높게 나타났지만(p<.05) 안정시 호흡률은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 안정시 산소섭취량과, 체중당 산소섭취량, 이산화탄소배출량은 안정시대사량과 유의한 양의 상관관계(p<.01)를 보였지만 안정시 체중당 산소섭취량은 산소섭취량, 이산화탄소배출량 보다 낮은 양의 상관성을 보였고 안정시 호흡률은 안정시대사량과 유의한 음의 상관관계(p<.05)를 보였다. 실측 안정시대사량과 예측 안정시대사량과의 상관관계는 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계(p<.01)를 보였지만 예측 안정시대사량은 실측 안정시대사량 보다 모두 유의하게 낮게 나타났다(p<.05). [결론] 이상의 결과에 의하면 간접방식의 실측 안정시대사량 평가시 체중당 산소섭취량과 호흡률을 고려하여 평가해야 할 필요가 있을 것으로 보이며, 널리 사용되는 4개의 예측 안정시대사량 공식방법으로 한국인의 안정시대사량 측정은 한계가 있을 것으로 보인다.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate of the foot plantar pressure and usability after gait training using the ExoAtlet wearable exoskeleton robot in an incomplete spinal cord injury (SCI) patient. Design: A case studyMethods: Six participants with an asymmetry in motor and sensory function completed the gait training using ExoAtlet wearable exoskeleton robot for 15 sessions, five per weeks, 4weeks. They were divided into two groups (low and high strength group) and group differences were evaluated about session at stating of gait, gait distance at final session and foot plantar pressures and useability after training. Results: Low strength group was faster than high strength group on adaptation of robot gait. And high strength group increased faster than low strength group on the gait distance during training. In standing and gait, weaker leg was higher than stronger leg on mean foot plantar pressure in low strength group. And stronger leg was higher than weaker leg on foot plantar pressure in high strength group. The length of the anterior-posterior trajectory of the center of pressure during gait was similar in low strength group, but different in high strength group. useability was positive about ExoAtlet wearable exoskeleton gait after training. Conclusions: ExoAtlet wearable exoskeleton robot gait training was positive about improving gait in all participants regardless of differences in severity of symptoms and gait abnormalities.

Objectives : Previous studies have shown that the amount of melittin, the main active ingredient in bee venom pharmacopuncture, tends to decrease substantially with time during pharmacopuncture manufacture. This study aimed to assess whether the stability of bee venom pharmacopuncture improved with pharmacopuncture additives. Methods : Components were measured using high performance liquid chromatography. Acute toxicity and antigenicity tests by subcutaneous and venous routes were conducted at Korea Pharmaceutical Test & Research Institute and mortality, adverse reactions, and body weight changes were assessed. Results : Stability tests using additives revealed that bee venom without additives was most stable. Bee venom pharmacopuncture without additives was further tested for toxicity in subcutaneous and venous administration in mice and no changes pertaining to toxicity were found over the testing period. Conclusions : Bee venom pharmacopuncture without additives was found to be most stable, and further, it did not show toxicity or antigenicity in subcutaneous and venous administration in mice.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of an intensive rehabilitation program on the pain, range of motion (ROM), muscle strength, function, quality of life (QoL), and depression of patients with traumatic rotator cuff injury caused by an industrial accident. Methods: Seventeen patients with traumatic rotator cuff injury caused by an industrial accident participated in this study. The 12-week treatment included 30 min of manual therapy and 30 min of exercise therapy twice a day, five times a week. The outcomes were measured for evaluating the pain, ROM, muscle strength, function, QoL, and depression before the commencement of the program and after 4, 8, and 12 weeks. Results: According to the time of applying the intensive rehabilitation program, the pain (p<0.01), ROM (p<0.01), muscle strength (p<0.01), function (p<0.01), and depression (p<0.05) significantly improved with time. However, QoL was not statistically significant. Conclusion: This study confirmed the excellent effect of an intensive rehabilitation program on the pain, ROM, muscle strength, function, and depression of patients with traumatic rotator cuff injury caused by an industrial accident. However, this study was limited by the absence of a control group. This pilot study highlights the need for more extensive research with a larger sample.
