성인애착과 대인관계문제의 관계에서자비불안과 정서조절의 매개효과

본 연구는 성인애착과 대인관계문제의 관계에서 자비불안과 정서조절의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 대한민국에 거주하는 20~50대 성인 남녀 400명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시한 후, 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인애착(애착불안, 애착회피)에서 자비불안(타인을 향한 자비불안, 타인에게서 받는 자비불안, 자기자비불안)으로 향하는 경로의 직접효과는 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 둘째, 성인애착은 자비불안과 정서적 단절을 이중으로 매개하여 대인관계문제에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 정서적 반응은 성인애착과 자비불안, 그리고 대인관계문제 사이를 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 애착불안은 자기자비불안을 부분매개하여 대인관계문제에 영향을 미쳤으며, 애착회피는 자기자비불안을 완전매개하여 대인관계문제와 관계하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of fear of compassion and emotional regulation in the relationship between adult attachment and interpersonal relationships. For this, an online survey targeting 400 adults in their 20s to 50s living in Korea was conducted, and data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. First, the direct effect of the paths from adult attachment (attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance) to fear of compassion (fear of compassion toward others, fear of compassion from others, fear of self-compassion) was statistically significant. Second, the double mediating effect of fear of compassion and emotional cutoff between adult attachment and interpersonal relationships was statistically significant, while the mediating effect of emotional reactivity was not. Third, attachment anxiety partly mediated fear of self-attachment and influenced interpersonal relationships, and attachment avoidance fully mediated the relationship between fear of self-attachment and interpersonal relationships.

제페토 메타버스를 활용한 진로탐색 미술프로그램에 관한 연구

In this study, we developed a career exploration art program using ZEPETO, and verified its effectiveness through pre- and post-questionnaire tests and post-interview analysis. The art program was conducted over seven sessions targeting four students from middle school. The criteria for analysis were career identity and career maturity, and the results were as follows: first, the program was effective in improving the career identity and career maturity of the learner. Notably, within the sub-factors of career identity, significant changes were found in independence, self-existence, and goal orientation. Similarly, among the sub-factors, significant changes were found in planning, information search, and rational decision-making. Second, as a result of interview analysis, the visualization of realistic and specific job space through ZEPETO provided students a high level of satisfaction and was an educational catalyst that stimulated their careers and dreams. This had a positive effect on the career identity and career maturity of students owing to the raised interest in careers or specifying career goals. 본 연구는 메타버스 중 하나인 제페토를 활용하여 중학교 진로탐색 미술프로그램 개발을 제안하였으며 그 효과성을 사전·사후 설문지 검사와 사후 인터뷰 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 미술프로그램은 중학생 4명을 대상으로 7차시에 걸쳐 진행했으며, 분석 준거로는 진로정체감과 진로성숙도이며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제페토를 활용한 진로 탐색 미술 프로그램은 학습자들의 진로정체감과 진로성숙도 점수 향상에 효과가 있었다. 진로정체감 하위요인 중에서는 독립성과 자기존재의식, 목표 지향성에서 유의미한 변화가 나타났다. 진로성숙도 하위요인 중에서는 계획성, 정보탐색, 합리적 의사결정에서 유의미한 변화가 나타났다. 둘째, 인터뷰 분석 결과 제페토를 통한 사실적이고 구체적인 직업 공간의 시각화는 학생들에게 높은 만족감을 주었고, 진로와 꿈을 자극하는 교육적 촉매제였다. 이는 진로에 대한 관심을 갖게 하거나 진로에 대한 목표를 구체화하여 학생들의 진로정체감과 진로성숙도에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다.

적극적 스트레스 대처가 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향: 정서조절과 충동성의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship among active stress coping, emotion regulation, impulsivity and internet addiction. We surveyed university students and analyzed the data from a total of 506 university students. The data were analyzed using correlation analysis and structural equation modeling. The results were as follows: First, active stress coping and emotion regulation have a negative correlation with internet addiction. impulsivity has a positive correlation with internet addiction. Second, it was found that emotion regulation and impulsivity mediated fully and sequentially the relationship between active stress coping and internet addiction. The limitation of this study was also discussed along with suggestions for future research. 본 연구는 적극적 스트레스 대처가 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향을 정서조절과 충동성이 매개하는지를 검증하기 위해 진행하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 506명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 변인들 간의 상관 분석과 경로분석을 통한 연구모형과 경쟁모형의 적합도를 비교하는 방식으로 진행되었다. 모형검증에 사용된 연구모형은 적극적 스트레스 대처가 정서조절과 충동성을 각각 완전매개하여 인터넷 중독에 부적 영향을 미치고, 정서조절과 충동성을 순차적으로 이중매개하여 인터넷 중독에 부적 영향을 준다는 것이다. 상관분석 결과, 적극적 스트레스 대처와 정서조절은 인터넷 중독과 부적 상관이 있었고, 충동성은 인터넷 중독과 정적 상관이 있었다. 모형검증 결과, 연구모형이 경쟁모형보다 더 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 적극적 스트레스 대처가 정서조절과 충동성을 완전매개하거나 순차적인 이중매개 경로를 통해 인터넷 중독에 부적 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 연구결과는 스트레스에 대한 부적절한 대처로 인터넷 중독 문제를 가지고 있는 대학생들에게 정서조절 능력을 향상시키고 충동성을 감소시키는 개입이 효과적일 수 있음을 시사한다.

대학생의 자기자비가 대인관계에 미치는 영향: 탈중심화와 정서조절의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between self-compassion and interpersonal relationships among Korean college students, especially the mediating effects of decentering and interpersonal relationships. Data was collected from 599 college students(male : 301, female : 298). The data were analyzed correlation analysis and using structural equation modeling. The results were as follows: First, self-compassion, decentering and emotion control have a positive correlation with interpersonal relationships. Self-compassion, decentering, emotion control have a positive correlation each other. Second, self-compassion directly influenced decentering, emotion control, interpersonal relationships. Emotion control mediated partially the relationship between self-compassion and interpersonal relationships. Decentering and emotion control mediated sequentially the relationship between self-compassion and interpersonal relationships. These results suggest that self-compassion, decentering and emotion control may contribute to enhancement of interpersonal relationships. The implications and limitation of this study were also discussed together with suggestions for future research. 본 연구는 자기자비가 대인관계에 미치는 과정을 통합적 접근으로 탐색하기 위해 진행하였다. 이를 위해 인지적 측면으로 탈중심화, 정서적 측면으로 정서조절을 설정하여 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 설문조사는 서울, 경기도, 강원도에 위치한 3개 대학교 학생 599명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 변인들 간의 상관 분석과 경로분석을 통한 연구모형과 경쟁모형의 적합도를 비교하는 방식으로 진행되었다. 모형검증에 사용된 연구모형은 자기자비가 대인관계에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만, 탈중심화와 정서조절을 매개하여 대인관계에 영향을 준다는 부분매개모형이다. 상관분석 결과, 자기자비, 탈중심화, 정서조절은 대인관계와 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였으며, 서로 간에도 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 모형검증 결과, 연구모형이 경쟁모형보다 더 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로, 자기자비는 탈중심화, 정서조절, 대인관계 각각에 모두 직접적인 영향을 미쳤고, 정서조절은 자기자비가 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 매개하였다. 그리고 탈중심화와 정서조절은 자기자비가 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 순차적으로 매개하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점, 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

뉴미디어를 활용한 다양한 사회운동방식에 대한 고찰

연일 계속된 미국산 쇠고기 수입 반대 촛불집회는 뉴미디어를 활용한 다양한 사회운동방식 이 동원되고 조직화된 양상을 띠었다. 즉 휴대전화와 인터넷, 와이브로, 인터넷카페를 빼놓고는 설명될 수 없을 정도로 뉴미디어가 시민들의 참여에 결정적인 영향을 미쳤다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 이에 본 연구는 이번 촛불문화제를 통해 드러난 다양한 사회운동에 주목, 운동의 효과와 의미를 논의하고자 한다. 특히 실시간 인터넷중계 등 이번 촛불집회에서 주목을 끈 보도방식이 시민저널리즘 측면에서 어떤 가능성을 가지고 있는지 분석했다. 이를 위해 사례분석과 인터뷰를 주요 연구방법으로 사용했다. 사례분석은 이번 집회와 관련해 언론에 보도됐던 내용을 토대로 인터넷카페 등을 중심으로 진행했다. 인터뷰는 집회 현장을 실시간으로 중계해 주목을 끌었던 오마이TV, 칼라TV, 615TV 종사자들을 만나 진행했다. 이러한 진보매체 종사자들과 1인 미디어 운영자들은 실시간 방송의 이점으로 현장 상황을 아무런 가감 없이 그대로 전달할 수 있다는 것을 꼽았다. 또한 주류 미디어와 달리 시민들의 목소리를 많이 담을 수 있다는 것도 이점이었다. 있는 그대로의 현장 모습을 대중들에게 전달하려는 진보적 대안매체와 1인 미디어들의 활약은 와이브로의 확산과 더불어 앞으로 더욱 많아질 것으로 기대된다. The candle rally against the import of American beef which lasted for a long time was full of various types of social movement. That is, new media including mobile phone, Internet, Internet cafes played an important role in mobilizing people around the rally. Thus, this research focuses on the meaning and effect of these kinds of movement. In particular, it analyzed the possibility of real time broadcasting through the Internet as civic journalism, which received much attention in the rally. For this, this research used case study and interview as main research method. Case study focused on Internet cafes based on the media coverage of the rally. Interviews were conducted with workers at OhmyTV, Color TV, and 615TV. These workers at progressive media emphasized on the scene coverage as the advantage of real time delivery. Transmitting many citizens' voices was another advantage. It is expected that personal media and progressive media which try to show the scent as it is will play an important role in the future journalism with the expansion of Wibro.
