Background and Objectives : This study evaluated the efficacy of combination therapy of proton pump inhibitor (PPI) and steroid inhaler (SI), with or without botulinum toxin injection (BTX) for contact granuloma. Subjects and Methods : Fourteen contact granuloma patients were enrolled in this study. Combination therapy of PPI and SI were used for the first line treatment. When combination therapy was not effective, BTX was performed as the second method. Treatment results were recorded as responsible or non-responsible. Farwell grade, size, history of voice abuse, gender, and reflux finding score (RFS) were compared between responsible group and non-responsible group. Results : Initial response rate was 28.6% after treatment of PPI and SI. BTX was performed on three un-responsible patients. After BTX injection, three patients had complete remission of granuloma. Final response rate was 50.0%. Un-responsible group had significantly higher RFS than responsible group. Conclusion : The efficacy of PPI and SI was limited for contact granuloma in this study. Botulium toxin injection was recommended in early phase when PPI and SI did not effective for contact granuloma. Prospective studies evaluating the effects of PPI and SI are warranted.

Purpose Purpose of this study is to know relative relation between Calcium scoring and prevalence rate of Ischemic heart disease, therefore it was divide the dangerous degree, using calcified material Risk classified list in Calcium scoring test. Materials and Methods Chest CT( Cardiac a) underwent from November, 2006 January, 2007. T-score at Calcium scoring examination did 214 (36.58 %) who Test more than 0.1 by target except young child patient, Calcium scoring is a patient who was 0 that have been ever enforced heart and Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI) among 585 patient that is prescribed Chest CT(Cardiac A). Target patient man 115 people (53.7 %), average age 63.2 and woman 99 people(46.3 %), average age 65.8. T-score value that score is gotten by Calcium scoring scan classify, (1)group when it is below 100, 100 to 400 (2)group, and 400 to 1000 (3)group, and more than 1000 to (4)group. And analyzed by back to front about relation of Calcium scoring and ischemic heart disease divides and examined by each LM, LAD, LCX, RCA and compares interpretation sequence with each Coronary arteries T-score value after post enhancement CT scan and find Coronary artery stenosis or Perfusion Defect. Results Calcium score appeared highest by 23,110.5 in LAD and ranged in RCA (18, 996.4), LCX (7, 360.6), LM (3, 412.3) order. Also, when was expose in LAD as Stenosis position distribution chart calcium score’s result, RCA, LCX, LM order and it is 36.6% when is (4)group perfusion defect probability (4)group, and it is 26.3% when is (3)group, it is when is 10% (2)group, it is when is 5.2% (1)group. Conclusion When the Calcium score and ischemic heart disease that analyze data on the basis of diagnostic results, it could know that possibility is high to cause ischemic heart disease, if calcium score was high. Considering these results, position of abnormality or other details information was not agree correctly, It is Calcium scoring scan not only screening test, but also meaning of independent test.
학교평생교육 관점에서 바라본 오산시 혁신교육지구 사업 운영사례와 시사점

최근 들어 공교육 위기를 극복하기 위한 방편으로 학교교육은 폐쇄적 관행을 넘어 지역사회에 손을 내밀고 있다. 혁신교육 운동철학에 바탕을 둔 혁신교육지구 사업은 그 대표적 실천사례이다. 본 연구는 학교평생교육의 관점에서 오산시의 혁신교육지구 사업 운영사례를 조망하고, 해당 사례가 평생교육 영역에 주는 과제와 시사점을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 연구자는 오산시 혁신교육지구 사업담당자들과의 면담과 관련 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 오산시가 참여, 운영하고 있는 혁신교육지구 사업내용의 많은 부분이 학교의 비정규교육과정을 포함한 학교-지역사회구성원을 대상으로 평생학습기회를 제공하기 위한 프로그램으로 구성되어 있었으며, 운영방식 또한 지역사회 인적, 물적 자원의 적극적인 연계를 통해 지역교육공동체를 구축해 나가고 있는 등 학교 평생교육이 지향하는 바와 많은 부분에서 일치하고 있는 특징적 모습을 보였다. 오산시의 사례를 통해 본 연구자는 혁신교육지구 사업을 학교평생교육 활성화를 위한 마중물이라는 인식의 필요성, 혁신교육지구 사업을 포함한 혁신교육 운동에 평생학습도시를 비롯한 지역평생교육 활동 주체들의 적극적 관심과 참여를 통한 학교-지역사회, 학교교육-평생교육의 경계 허물기, 마지막으로 학교평생교육 개념의 확장과 관련 법령의 재정비라는 평생교육영역의 새로운 과제를 도출하였다. This study examined Osan City s cases of innovative education district project operation from the perspective of school lifelong education, and explored the issues and implications on lifelong education. To this end the researcher collected and analyzed interviews and related data from the project managers of Osan City s Innovation Education District. As a result, many of the innovative education district projects that Osan City has participated in and its orientation of operating system was characteristically consistent with school and lifelong education. The case of Osan City suggests that major regional lifelong entities including lifelong learning cities should recognize that the innovative education district project is a precursor for revitalizing school lifelong education, and should actively participate in the innovative education district projects for breaking the boundaries of school-community and school-lifelong education. Finally, it needs to expand the concept of school lifelong education, and rearrange related laws for school lifelong education.
버니어 지연단을 이용한 26ps, 8비트 게이티드 링 오실레이터 시간-디지털 변환기의 설계

본 논문에서는 디지털 위상고정루프(All-digital PLL)를 구성하는 핵심 블록인 시간-디지털 변환기(Time-to-Digital Converter)를 제안하고 구현하였다. 본 연구에서는 게이티드 링 오실레이터 시간-디지털 변환기(GRO-TDC)의 기본 구조에 버니어 지연단(VDL)을 이용하여 다중 위상을 얻음으로써 보다 높은 해상도를 얻을 수 있는 구조를 제안하였다. 게이티드 링 오실레이터(GRO)는 총 7개의 지연셀을 사용하였고, 버니어 지연단(VDL) 3단을 이용하여 총 21개의 다중 위상을 사용하여 시간-디지털 변환기(TDC)를 설계하였다. 제안한 회로는 0.13㎛ 1P-6M CMOS 공정을 사용하여 설계 및 구현하였다. 측정결과, 제안한 시간-디지털 변환기(TDC)의 최대 입력 주파수는 100㎒이고, 해상도는 26㎰로 측정되었으며, 출력은 8-비트이며, 검출이 가능한 최대 위상 차이는 5㎱의 위상 차이까지 검출이 가능하였다. 전력 소비는 측정된 Enable 신호의 크기에 따라 최소 8.4㎽에서 최대 12.7㎽로 측정되었다. This paper presents a Time-to-Digital Converter which is a key block of an All-Digital Phase Locked Loop. In this work, a Vernier Delay Line is added in a conventional Gated Ring Oscillator, so it could get multi-phases and a high resolution. The Gated Ring Oscillator uses 7 unit delay cell, the Vernier Delay Line is used each delay cell. So proposed Time-to-Digital Converter uses total 21 phases. This Time-to-Digital Converter circuit is designed and laid out in 0.13㎛ 1P-6M CMOS technology. The proposed Time-to-Digital Converter achieves 26㎰ resolution, maximum input signal frequency is 100㎒ and the digital output of proposed Time-to-Digital Converter are 8-bits. The proposed TDC detect 5㎱ phase difference between Start and Stop signal. A power consumption is 8.4∼12.7㎽ depending on Enable signal width.

We investigated the operating characteristics of a flux-lock type superconducting fault current limiters according to the number of the serial connection each the superconducting element at the additive polarity winding of a transformer. This SFCL consists of two coils wound in parallel on the same iron core, and the secondary coil is connected to the elements in series. Operating characteristics can be controlled by adjusting the inductances and the winding directions of the coils. It turns ratio between the primary and the secondary coils is 63:21. The analysis of voltage, current, and resistance in serial connection each element was performed to increase the applied voltage of flux-lock type SFCL. When the applied voltage was 200/√3[V<SUB>rms</SUB>] with three elements connected in seres, the peak value of the line current increased up to 26,24[A]. On the other hands, resistive SFCL increased up to 36.35[A], under the same conditions. This enabled the flux-lock type SFCL to be easy to increase the capacity of power system.
