        급속응고한 Al-Mg 합금의 미세조직 및 인장특성에 미치는 첨가원소의 영향

        N/A In order to study effects of Cu and lie on the microstructure and tensile properties of rapidly solidified Al-Mg alloys, Al-Mg-Cu-Be alloys have been rapidly solidified by inert gas atomization process. Microstructure of rapidly solidified Al-Mg-Cu-Be powders exhibited refinement and good dispersion of Be particles as increasing of solidification rate. Solidification rate of atomized powders was estimated to be about 5 × 10^(3n)C/s. Inert gas atomized Al-Mg-Cu-Be powders were hot-processed by vacuum hot pressing at 450℃ under 100 MPa and hot extruded with reduction ratio in area of 251 at 450℃. The extruded Al-Mg-Cu-Be. powders consisted of recrystallized fine A1 grains and homogeneously dispersed fine Be particles, and exhibited improved tensile properties with increase in Cu content. Al₂CuMg compounds precipitated in grain and grain boundaries of Al-Mg-Cu-Be alloys with aging heat treatment after solution treatment. Hardness and tensile properties were improved by increasing Cu content and Be addition. Compared with extruded Al-Mg-Cu powders, the extruded Al-Mg-Cu-Be powders exhibited finer recrystallized grains and improved tensile properties by dispersion hardening of Be and subgrain boundaries pinned by fine Be particles. After aging treatment, hardness and tensile properties were improved due to restricted precipitation by increasing of dislocation density around Be particles in matrix.

        VaRTM 공법에 의한 토목용 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재료의 제조 및 물성에 관한 연구

        A three-dimensional spacer knitted fabric (3D fabric) consisting of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibers and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) monofilaments (used for ground surfaces and pile yarn) with a ratio of 80% and 20% by volume, respectively, was produced in a Raschel machine with two needle bars. A 3D fiber-reinforced plastic (3D FRP), with cylindrical holes of 20 mm and 28 mm diameter was produced by the vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding (VaRTM) method, with a 3D fabric as a reinforcement and an unsaturated polyester resin as a matrix. Milled carbon fiber particles (CP), with a diameter of $100{\mu}m$, were added into the resin as sub-reinforcement. The mechanical properties of the obtained FRPs were investigated. The apparent space fraction of the prepared 3D FRP was estimated to be approximately 47.1% (which should be a light-weight structure) and the reinforcement-to-matrix weight ratio can reach approximately 60% or more. With regard to the tensile properties of the 3D FRP, tensile strength is higher in the wale of the fabric, while elongation is higher in the course. For 3D-CP/FRP produced with 0, 5, and 10 wt% in CP content, increasing the CP content in 3D FRP makes its decomposition temperature higher and increases its storage modulus to 10 times above the higher temperature range compared to glass transition. Flexural properties and abrasion resistance are improved as the CP content in FRPs increases.

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of Chuna treatment on patients as diagnosed cervical sprain caused by traffic accidents. Methods : The therapies which used in patients were acupunture-therapy, herbal medication, moxa-therapy, physical therapy, Chuna Treatment. After being treatment, We measured Visual Analog Scale (V.A.S), Cervical Range Of Movement (R.O.M) and Pain Disability Index (P.D.I). Results : After being treated by our methods, Patients` R.O.M, V.A.S and P.D.I score were improved in cases. Conclusions : These cases has demonstrated that Chuna Treatment is useful on cervical sprain.

        생애주기 6대 안전교육 중심 국민 테러예방안전대책 방안

        연구목적: 본 연구는 생애주기 6대 안전교육 중심 국민 테러예방안전대책 방안 연구를 모색하는데 연구의 필요성이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 생애주기 6대 안전교육과 테러 및 테러리즘, 안전 관련된 선행연구를 중심으로 문헌고찰 방법과 질문지를 이용한 질적연구방법을 적용하여 수행하였다. 질문지는 2021년 05월 01일 ∼ 06월 30 일까지 약 60일간 실시하였다. 생애주기 6대 안전교육 및 사회안전분야에서 종사경력 약 15년 이상의 대상으로 설정하였으며, 총 참가 인원은 10명이다. 결과: 생애주기 6대 안전교육 중심 국민 테러예방안전대책 방안 연구에 대한 전문가들의 의견을 중심으로 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전 국민 대상 테러사고안전행동요령 교육의 필요성에 대한 의견은 대부분 전 세계의 안전에 대한 위협이 증가하고 있고 특히, 테러에 대한 양상이 다변화하게 때문에 이제는 반드시 필요하다는 의견이다. 둘째, 생애주기 6대 안전교육에 테러안전 행동요령 교육 추가의 필요성에 대해서는 생애주기 6대 안전교육 전 분야에 테러안전교육 반영을 위한 재검토가 필요하다는 의견이 많았다. 세 번째, 테러안전 전문가와 전문교육기관 필요성에 대해서는 민간경력이 있는 테러안전교육 전문지도사와 민간 전문교육기관 설립이 필요하다는 의견이 많았다. 결론: 생애주기 6대 안전교육 중심 국민 테러예방안전대책 방안 연구결과는 테러에 대한 체계적인 교육을 위해 생애주기 6대 안전교육제도를 활용한 의무화가 필요하다는 것이 대부분의 의견이었다. Purpose: In this study is necessary to find ways to prevent terrorism among the six major life-cycle safety education-oriented measures. Method: In this study the literature review method and the qualitative research method using a questionnaire were applied, focusing on previous studies related to diplomatic missions in korea. The questionnaire was conducted for about 60 days from May 11 to June 30, 2021. Targeted over 15 years of experience in drones and social safety, the total number of participants is 10. Result: The conclusion drawn mainly by experts on research on safety measures against terrorism centered on safety education of the six major life cycles is as follows. First, most of the opinions on the need for education on safety behavior in terrorist accidents across the country are that threats to safety around the world are increasing and, in particular, aspects of terrorism are diversified. Second, there were many opinions that the need for additional safety education on terrorism safety behavior to the six life-cycle safety education should be reviewed to reflect terrorism safety education in all six life-cycle safety education areas. Third, there were many opinions on the need for terrorist safety experts and professional educational institutions that required the establishment of terrorist safety education instructors and private educational institutions with civilian experience. Conclusion: Most of the research results on measures to prevent terrorism focused on safety education in the six major life cycles were that it is necessary to make it mandatory to use the six major safety education systems for systematic education on terrorism.

        인산 에스테르계 난연제 BDPDH를 첨가한 CPE 고무재료의 난연성 및 내열성

        자동차 Oil cooler용 호스를 구성하는 고무재료의 내열 및 난연성을 향상시키기 위하여 인산 에스테르계 화합물을 내열 및 난연제로 하여 제조한 염소화 폴리에틸렌(CPE) 배합고무의 가황 특성, 물리적 성질, 내열성, 난연성 및 변량효과를 조사하였다. 호스용 고무재료는 기존의 ethyleneacrylate rubber(EAR)보다 화학적 내식성과 내한성이 우수하면서도 가격이 저렴한 CPE 고무재료를 사용하였으며, 난연제는 비할로겐 축합 인산 에스테르계인 N,N`-bis-(diphenylphosphoro) diaminohexane(BDPDH)를 합성하여 CPE 고무재료와 0~30 phr 범위에서 혼련하였다. 배합고무 시편의 경도, 인장강도, 신율, 인장응력 및 열적 특성을 측정한 결과, CPE 배합고무의 유동성, 난연성, 내열성이 향상되었음을 확인하였으며, 고무재료 규격을 초과하지 않는 범위 내에서 최대의 내열 및 난연 효과를 주는 BDPDH의 배합량은 20 phr로 나타났다. Phosphoric ester compound was employed as thermal resistant and flame retardant for chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) rubber material which is used to prepare automotive oil cooler hose. Cure characteristics, physical properties, thermal resistance, and flame retardation of CPE rubber compounds were investigated. CPE rubber which has excellent properties such as cold resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and is inexpensive in price than existing ethyleneacrylate rubber(EAR) was used to prepare a rubber compound useful for hose. A non--halogen flame retarding agent N,N`-bis- (disphenylphosphoro) diaminohexane(BDPDH), which is condensed phosphoric ester, was synthesized and it was mixed to CPE rubber material with the range of 0~30 phr. From the test results, rheological properties, heat resistance, and flame retardance of CPE rubber compounds were found out to be much increased. The optimum content of BDPDH to rubber which gives maximum effect on thermal resistance and flame retardation, within the range of tolerable specification for rubber materials, was determined to be 20 phr.

        낚시동호회의 동기분위기가 낚시대회 참여동기에 미치는 영향 - 개인주의 성향을 조절효과로 -

        여가활동을 참여하는 과정에서 한국문화 특성상 주변을 의식하거나 소속된 집단 분위기가 반영되는 경우가 많다. 낚시 동호회 회원들이 소속되어 있는 동호회의 주변 환경과 분위기는 지속적인 여가활동과 만족도에 영향을 주며 대회나 이벤트를 참여하는데 영향을 미친다. 하여 준거집단 형태의 집단 내 동기분위기가 대회 참여하는데 있어 영향을 주는지와 함께 구성원들의 개인주의 성향이 집단성향의 동호회 내에서 어떠한 영향관계가 있는지 알아보기 위해 연구를 하였다. 이를 통해 대회 참여 프로그램 개발과 참여 타겟층에 대한 이해를 하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 조사 대상은 민물루어낚시 동호회 회원, 스포츠피싱협회 소속의 프로 앵글러, 모바일 루어낚시 동호회 회원 등 총 355명으로, 조사분석은 SPSS ver.26이 사용하였다. 가설검증결과 동기 분위기는 숙련분위기와 경쟁분위기로 나타났고 대회 참여동기의 하위요인으로는사회교류동기, 기술습득동기, 외적지향 동기 등 3가지 요인으로 나타났다. 동호회내의 숙련분위기는 낚시대회 참가 하는데 있어, 사회교류동기, 기술습득 동기, 외적지향동기에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 성원들의 개인주의 성향이 낮을 때, 상호의존성과 집단주의 특성이 있는 동호회 내에서 낚시대회 참가 동기는 높아진다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. The influence of the motivational climate and environment continuously affects leisure activities and satisfaction, and also affects participation in fishing tournaments. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out whether the motivational climate within the group in the form of a reference group affects participation in the tournaments and what effect the individualistic propensity of the members has within the group-oriented club. The subjects of the survey were 355 members of online freshwater lure fishing club members, professional fishing anglers with the Sports Fishing Association, and mobile lure fishing club members. SPSS ver.26 was used for data analyses. As a result of hypothesis testing, it was found that three factors for participation motivation for the tournament are promotion of social exchange, acquisition of skill, and self fulfillment. It was also found that the motivational climate had an effect on the motivation for social exchange, skill acquisition motivation, and external orientation motivation in participating in fishing tournaments. When individualism was low, it was confirmed that the motivation to participate in fishing tournaments was high in the group with interdependence and collectivism.

        원형탈모증의 cyclosporine 병합치료

        N/A Background : Alopecia areata is a common dermatologic disorder and the course is so variable that some patients undergo spontaneous remission and others undergo total hair loss. There is no clearly superior therapy in the treatment of alopecia areata. The theory of autoimmune pathogenesis of alopecia areata suggests a potential therapeutic effect of cyclosporine. Objective : We evaluated the therapeutic effect of oral cyclosporine combined with other modalities in severe and refractory alopecia areata. Method : 28 patients(M:16, F:12) with severe or refractory alopecia areata were treated with oral cyclosporine 3-4 ㎎/㎏/day, oral prednisolone 5㎎/day, topical steroid and minoxidil for at least 3 months. Subjects were composed of 12 multifocal alopecia areata patients, 10 alopecia totalis patients, and 6 alopecia universalis patients. Blood pressure, CBC/DC, liver function test, BUN/Cr, Na/K/Cl, lipid series, and urinalysis were checked to avoid any side effects. Results : 1. Of the 28 patients, 20 patients(71%) showed new hair growth, 5 patients(18%) did not respond to therapy and 3 patients(11 %) were not available for follow up exams. 2. Mean time until new hair growth was 2.5 months. 3. Side effects occurred in 13 patients(47 % ), and they were as follows: 4 patients with hypertrichosis, 4 patients with gastrointestinal disturbances, 2 patients with abnormal urinalysis, and 3 patients with lipid series abnormality. 4. Three patients discontinued therapy due to side effects of 2 beause hypertrichosis and 1 because of abnormal urinalysis. Conclusion : Cyclosporine combination therapy is recommended in severe and refractory alopecia areata. Side effects were observed in 13 patients, but most of them were mild and transient. Severe side effects can be prevented by careful monitoring. Background : Recently, the prevalence of diabetes mellitus and its complications have been increased in Korea and they cause many socioeconomic losses in both patients and their families. But, there are neither sufficient medical assistance including concern of medical personnel nor social assistance in Korea nowadays. Objectives : In this study, we tried to reduce the risk of amputation and preserve the function of the foot by an early evaluation, proper treatment and consultation by dermatologists. Methods : We randomly chose 18 cases of diabetic foot ulcer and took care of them with proper and earlier debridement, dressing, antibiotics and cooporation with departments of internal medicine, especially endocrinology, nephrology and division of infectious disease. After healing of the ulcer, we recommended specially designed shoes and foot care products to prevent the recurrence of the foot problems. Results : The average duration of diabetes was 18 years and preexisting complications were neuropathy, nephropathy, vasculopathy and/or foot deformities. The precipitating factors of foot ulcer were burn, callus, fungal infection, bony deformity or trauma. Three cases underwent toe amputation and one case with severe vasculopathy was transferred to the vascular surgery. Average healing time was 14 weeks. Conclusion : Proper evaluation and management of diabetic foot ulcer patients with multidisciplinary approach should achieve good wound healing. Consequently, it can reduce the risk of amputation and improve the quality of life in the patient with diabetic foot ulcer. Among them, dermatologists who has a point of view of both a medical and surgical doctor may play a pivotal role in the management of diabetic foot ulcer.
