This study was undertaken in order to determine the relationship among a health locus of control. self-esteem. perceived health status. and health promoting behavior in order to determine factors affecting health promoting lifestyle in college students. The subject were 137 students of one university in Kyungsan. The analysis of data was done with a mean. percentage. Pearson correlation coefficient. and Stepwise multiple regression with an SAS program. The result of this study ware as follows: 1. Performance in health-promoting behavior was significantly correlated with self-efficacy and self-esteem 2. Performance in self-achievement was significantly correlated with self-efficacy, self-esteem, and perceived health status. Performance in health responsibility was significantly correlated with self-efficacy and self-esteem Performance in exercise was significantly correlated with self-efficacy and perceived health status. Performance in nutrition was significantly correlated with self-efficacy. self-esteem. and perceived health status. Performance in interpersonal support was significantly correlated with self-efficacy. internal locus of control. and self-esteem Performance in stress management was significantly correlated with self-efficacy, self-esteem. and perceived health status. 3. Self-efficacy was the highest factor predicting health promoting lifestyles. 4. Self-efficacy was the highest factor predicting self-achievement. health responsibility. exercise. nutrition. and stress management. Self-esteem was the highest factor predicting interpersonal support. From this research findings, we need to develop health promoting program and health education focusing on exercise, health responsibility for college students.

WEB 기반 지능형 전자침 시스템 구현

The electronic acupuncture has the advantage of treating the patient with acupuncture by simultaneously analyzing the patient's physical condition and treatment condition. In this paper, it is proposed and developed an electronic acupuncture algorithm embedded in a multi pad. Especially, it is implemented the control algorithm using the optimal electronic dipstick calculation, sensing pad and DSP system for the patient's body condition. Moreover, in this paper, it is developed SW and HW prototypes that can receive personal information by patient and can receive multi-array type electronc needle guiding procedure based on WEB. 전자 침은 환자의 신체 상태 및 치료 상태를 동시에 분석함으로써 환자를 침술 기법으로 치료할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 다중 패드에 내장 된 전자 바늘 알고리즘을 제안하고 개발 하였다. 특별히, 환자의 건강 상태에 맞는 최적의 전자침 강도 자동 계산, 감지 패드 및 DSP 시스템을 사용한 전자침 제어 알고리즘을 구현 하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 본 논문에서는 환자의 개인 생체신호 정보를 수신 할 수 있는 SW 및 HW 시제품을 개발하여서, WEB 기반에서 멀티 ARRAY형 전지침 시술을 받을 수 있는 SW 및 HW 시제품을 개발 하였다.

Park Il-lo(朴仁老, 1561-1642) has attracted wide attention as a writer who adorned the beginning of the poetry history in the late Choson dynasty. The poetry of the early Choson dynasty mostly eulogized the notional world of Neo-confucianism, while especially Nuhangsa, out of Park Il-lo's works, has been valued as showing a new aspect. The main reason researchers have noted the work of Nuhangsa is that its realistic description based on experience, not on the notion, granted realism to the work. Therefore, the work of Nuhangsa has been analyzed through the economic situation of the Choson society since the Japanese Invasion of the Choson dynasty in 1592, and through the Park Il-lo's prescription on a social stratum such Jaejisajok(the local Yangban literati) or Hyangban(the local literati-scholars). It is because the same point can apply in that the poverty described in the work, whether considered as his own experience or as the reflection of the social reality in those days, revealed the needs of the times when the reality overwhelmed the notion. On the contrary, this study analyzed the work 〈Nuhangsa〉 on the base of Park Il-lo' awareness on the notion of Neo-Confucianism, especially on one of its main themes, 'Anbinnakdo', which means the state of being content amid poverty and taking pleasure in acting in an honest way. That is why there was no social indication of moving away from the notion of Neo-Confucianism in the 16th and 17th centuries. Another reason for such analysis can be that Park Il-lo himself did not prescribe his own life as the fulfillment of the notion of Neo-Confucianism. Therefore, this standpoint of the study will expect to give a familiar but fresh point of view to understand the work 〈Nuhangsa〉.

본 연구는 평생학습사회 지향의 한 방법으로 기업에서의 학습조직 구축 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 통해, 성공적인 학습조직을 위해 어떤 구성요소를 가져야 하며, 어떤 단계를 마련하여 학습조직을 구축해야 하는지 등에 관하여 논하였으며 이는 향후 학습조직을 도입하고 실행하려는 조직들에게 실질적인 도움을 주기 위함이다. 올바른 학습조직의 구축은 조직의 환경대응역량과 성공의 길로 안내할 뿐만 아니라 개인의 역량개발, 적응력 향상, 행동역량을 증대시킬 수 있고 나아가 국가 사회적으로는 평생학습사회를 구현하는 단초가 될 수 있다. 이러한 전 과정을 통해 학습조직 활동이 체계적으로 이루어질 수 있으며 나아가 전 사회적으로 평생학습사회를 구현하는 기초가 되리라 확신한다. The purpose of this study is how to create learning organization with one method of the lifelong learning society intention. This study proposed four basic elements to set up learning organization and planned the phase for a learning organization construction. Construction of proper learning organization on route of environment confrontation ability and success of system guidance, as well as ability development and adaptation power improvement of the individual, it will be able to augment conduct ability. Through the whole process, The foundation which socially embodies the lifelong learning society believes firmly will become.

대중과 역사의 소통의 장으로서의 여성사 박물관-수잔 B. 안소니 박물관과 여권운동의 성지 세네카 폴즈를 중심으로-

본 논문은 여성참정권 투쟁을 위해 헌신한 두 인물, 수잔 B. 안소니(Susan B. Anthony)와 엘리자베스 캐디 스탠튼(Elizabeth Cady Stanton)을 기리는 박물관과 집, 여권운동의 성지로 거듭난 세네카 폴즈(Seneca Falls) 지역을 살펴보고자 한다. 본 논문에서 두 여성참정권 운동가의 집과 박물관을 살펴보고자 한 이유는 국내에서 추진되고 있던 여성사 박물관의 건립 계획 때문이었다. 여성사 박물관 건립은 기존 박물관이 역사 속에서 여성의 모습을 온전히 담아내지 못하는 한계를 드러냄에 따라 과거의 여성들의 삶을 복원하여 진정한 모습을 재구성할 필요성 때문에 제기되었다. 미국은 여성관련 전시관 혹은 박물관을 13개 보유한 최다 보유국이며 이미 오래전부터 이러한 전시관과 박물관을 운영해 왔기 때문에 운영의 경험과 정보가 축적되어 있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이들 박물관의 운영의 묘를 배우기 위해 여러 개의 여성사 박물관 중 여권투쟁의 상징인 수잔 B. 안소니 박물관 겸 집과 세네카 폴즈의 미국 여성 명예의 전당과 엘리자베스 캐디 스탠튼의 집을 살펴보고자 한다. 이들 박물관은 여성이 충분히 조명되지 않는 상황에서 여성의 참정권 운동을 이끈 걸출한 두 인물을 그들의 삶의 현장에서 생생하게 재현하였다는 점에서 여타 박물관과 차별화 된다고 할 수 있고, 박물관의 건립 과정자체가 여성의 역사의 단면을 보여주기 때문이다. 두 여성참정권 운동가를 기리기 위한 작업이 국가 차원이 아니라 민간차원에서 시작되었고, 그것이 국가 차원의 지원으로 발전되거나 페미니스트 사가들이나 보존주의자들의 수 십년간의 투쟁으로 인해 여성의 권리 국립공원이 만들어지고 복원사업이 시작되었기 때문이다. 또한 이들 박물관은 단순히 보여주기 위한 박물관이라기보다 미래의 세대에게 영감을 불어 넣고 비전을 갖도록 하는 교육장의 역할을 하고 있으며, 대중에게 역사의 의미를 반추할 수 있는 공간을 제공하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 수잔 B. 안소니의 여권투쟁의 삶을 조명하고 수잔 B. 안소니 박물관 겸 집이 그녀의 투쟁과정을 어떻게 녹여내고 있는지 살펴볼 것이며, 다음은 여권투쟁의 한 획을 그은 또 다른 투쟁가 엘리자베스 캐디 스탠튼의 삶과 여권선언문을 발표하여 여권운동의 성지가 된 세네카 폴즈에 있는 미국 여성 명예의 전당과 스탠튼의 집을 살펴보도록 하겠다. This paper examines lifelong struggle of Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton to gain voting rights for women and equal rights for all, and their museums which commemorate their life and works, and Seneca Falls which was reborn as sacred place of woman`s suffrage movement. The reason this paper tries to illuminate these two great women, their museums and places is because of on going plan to build National Women`s Museum in Korea. As America has numerous women`s museums it is presumed that American women`s museums have accumulated managing skills and experiences. In order to learn how to operate women`s museums successfully, this paper focuses on National Susan B. Anthony Museum & House and Elizabeth Cady Stanton`s House which symbolize woman`s suffrage movement, and National Women`s Hall of Fame which was built for commemorating first Women`s Rights Convention at Seneca Falls. It is important to consider that restoration and construction were pursued by voluntary people raising money. Susan B. Anthony House was purchased and converted into museum as a memorial to Susan B. Anthony`s life and work by Rochester Women`s Club as early as in 1945 when she was not even properly illuminated in the textbook, and National Women`s Hall of Fame was also created by Seneca Falls residents in order to continue to honor and preserve the rich history of women`s achievements. However, it took decades of struggle to restore Elizabeth Cady Stanton`s House and to make Seneca Falls Women`s Rights National Historic site. Their struggle and non governmental pursuance coincide with struggle of woman`s suffrage movement and show some aspect of women`s historic past. However, these two tireless campaigners for women`s rights were revived in their houses and to be able to be connected to visitors. These museums not only share the story of these two lifelong activists but also keep their vision alive and inspire and challenge individuals to make a positive difference in their lives and communities as a learning center. Therefore, this paper illuminates firstly life and work of Susan B. Anthony and the process of restoring Susan B. Anthony`s Museum & House and secondly life and work of Elizabeth Cady Stanton and her house. With knowledge of their life and work it would make the present visitors to appreciate meaning of museums and artifacts and to connect them to history vividly. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the core competency support program in parenting role on sense of competence in parenting, parent-child communication, and parental role satisfaction in parents of adolescents. Methods: The study was a quasi-experimental design. Participants for the study were parents of adolescents, 12 in the experimental group and 12 in the control group. Data were analyzed using Fisher`s exact test and Mann-Whitney U test with the SPSS/WIN 14.0 program. Results: Scores for sense of competence in parenting of participants in the core competency support program in parenting role were not significantly different from those in the control group. Participants in the core competency support program in parenting role had higher parent-child communication, which were significantly different from those in the control group. Participants in the core competency support program in parenting role had higher parental role satisfaction, which were significantly different from those in the control group. Conclusion: The core competency support program in parenting role was effective in increasing parent-child communication and parental role satisfaction for parents of adolescents. Therefore, this approach is recommended as a strategy for parents of adolescents.
