      • 최저비용 중온아스팔트용 첨가제 개발과 특성

        중온아스팔트는 이산화탄소 발생 저감을 목표로 한 친환경공법으로서 활성화 될 것으로 기대되었다. 그러나 직접비의 상승과 일부 중온 아스팔트의 성능 저하가 발생하여 기대만큼 활성화 되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 이러한 점을 고려하여 일반아스팔트와 동일한 가격 성능이 기대되는 중온아스팔트 개발하기 위하여 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 중온 아스팔트를 활성화하기 위하여 일반 아스팔트와 동등한 비용으로 포장공사에 적용할 수 있는 중온 아스팔트를 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 동등함 의의미는 일반 아스팔트 대비 5%의 직접 비용 상승을 의미한다. 5%의 상승은 중온 아스팔트의 환경적 장점과 에너지 저감으로 인한 간접비용을 고려했을 때 경쟁력 있는 것으로 산출되었다(이현종 등, 도로학회지, 2011). 현재 판매되고 있는 일반 아스팔트 혼합물은 표층이 M/T당 평균 83,000원, 기층이 70,000 원, 중간층이 76,000원으로 가격이 형성되어 있다(한국물가정보, 2013.07). 한편 중온아스팔트 혼합물은 표층이 M/T당 평균 93,670원, 기층이 79,000원, 중간층이 88,000원으로 약 12%의 비용 상승이 발생 하는 것으로 조사 되었다. 첨가제 투입으로 인한 비용 상승을 최소로 하기 위하여 중온 첨가제 제조는 첨가제가 아스팔트 바인더 내에 혼입되어 아스팔트 바인더와 골재간의 마찰을 최소화하고 혼합작업시 아스팔트와 골재면의 미끄럼 작용을 활성 할 수 있는 화학 약품과 보조 첨가제를 변경하여 시편을 제작하였다. 이렇게 제조된 중온 첨 가제는 100℃에서 13mm 밀입도 혼합물에 혼합하여 시편을 제조하여 다짐하고 130℃로 다짐한 일반아스 팔트 혼합물과 각종 성능을 비교하는 방법으로 화학 성분과 보조 첨가제의 최적 배합을 발견하였다. 다짐 은 다짐의 영향을 최소화하기 위하여 50회로 다짐하였다. 개발 수행 중인 중온첨가제의 성능을 바인더 중 량의 3, 6, 9%로 변화시켜 시편을 제조하여 밀도, 간접인장강도시험, 마샬안정도시험, 수분민감도시험을 실시하였으며 휠트래킹시험기를 이용한 동적안정도시험을 하여 소성변형저항성을 평가하였다. 시험결과 밀도와 수분민감도는 증가하였으며 동적안정도가 감소하였으나 감소량이 소성변형에 저항성 있는 것으로 판단되어 본 연구로부터 개발된 최저비용의 첨가제가 중온첨가제로 사용될 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한 편, 첨가제량은 6%가 최적 함량으로 발견되었다. 본 연구는 한정된 조건과 실내시험으로 발견된 사항으로 성공적으로 현장에서 사용되기 위해서는 개발된 중온첨가제외 비교 분석, 현장시험을 통한 추적조사를 실시함으로써 성공적으로 현장에 적용될 것이다.

        Currently, the Korean pavement thickness research program, kprp, is unable to calculate the pavement thickness considering the vehicle specificity of the road only used by compact car. To review the thickness of the concrete pavement for the compact car-only road in the tunnel section by considering the case of application of the thickness of the pavement for similar projects, the problems in calculating the thickness of the existing compact car-only road, and the pavement structure design.

        하중-변위 곡선의 접선 보정이 휨 에너지 및 휨 강성에 미치는 영향 연구

        The displacement (d) is used when calculating the flexural energy and flexural stiffness, and is obtained through tangential correction of the load-displacement curve by flexural beam test. However, the reason for performing tangential correction and the method is not specified in the Japanese and domestic methods and standards. This paper is introduced how to set the tangential correction on load-displacement curve and is conducted to effect of the change of the tangential correction method on the flexural energy and the flexural stiffness. The tangential correction of the load-displacement curve is set by specifying two points at the position before the rise of the load behaves like a linear (case I) and by adjusting the interval between the two points specified when the rise of the load starts to behave like a linear (cases II and III). As the result of analysis, it wasconfirmed that the displacement (d) was different according to the setting the two points, so that the flexural energy and flexural stiffness were different. Therefore, it is necessary to correct the load in order to reduce the human error in the analysis process of the flexural beam test.

      • 사료 내 Carnitine 및 Taurine의 첨가에 의한 산란계의 생산성 및 계란 내 이행에 관한 연구

        In an effort to meet the growing demands of health conscious consumers, the layer industry is developing new value-enhanced eggs. Nutritionally enhanced eggs are produced by laying hens fed diets with modified feed contents. Altering the levels of nutrients of layer feed produces eggs with enhanced nutrients contents. The nutrient fortified chicken eggs currently available include eggs with modified beneficial fatty acids, fat-soluble vitamins and essential minerals. Two experiments were conducted to develop dietary regimes for transference of dietary bioactive substances into chicken egg by supplementing carnitine and taurine into laying hen feeds. In Exp. 1, the dietary effect of synthetic carnitine with different levels on its transfer into eggs. A total of 120 Hy-Line Brown layers (50 week of age) were divided into four treatment groups and fed commercial diet or experimental diets containing synthetic carnitine(0.04%, 0.1% and 0.2%) for 6 weeks. Egg production and egg mass in the groups fed the diet containing 0.1% synthetic carnitine were significantly increased more than those of control (p<0.05). No significant differences in eggshell qualities and egg yolk cholesterol content were observed among the groups. The triacylglycerol contents of egg yolks in groups fed the diets containing carnitine were reduced as compared to that of control, but not significantly. The carnitine contents of egg yolk were linearly increased as dietary carnitine levels increased. The sensory characteristics of eggs were not influenced by the dietary treatments. Exp. 2 was conducted using 150 Hy-Line Brown layers (50 week of age) to evaluate the dietary effect of various supplemental levels from squid liver powder (SLP) and synthetic taurine on their transfer into eggs. The layers were divided into five treatment groups and fed commercial diet or experimental diets containing 2% SLP, 2% SLP+0.02% synthetic taurine, 0.04% synthetic taurine or 0.2% synthetic taurine for 6 weeks. The egg weights in groups fed diets containing SLP or synthetic taurine tended to be reduced. No significant differences in eggshell qualities were observed among the groups. Egg production and egg mass in the groups fed diets containing SLP and synthetic taurine, except T2 group, were significantly increased as compared with those of control (p<0.05). The contents of taurine in the groups fed diet containing synthetic taurine above 0.04% were significantly increased compared to the control group. No significant differences were observed among the groups in egg cholesterol. But, the triacylglycerol contents of egg yolks in the groups fed the diet containing taurine tended to be reduced compared to the control. The sensory characteristics of eggs were not influenced by the dietary treatments. In conclusion, the contents of synthetic carnitine and taurine of egg yolk were linearly increased as dietary their dietary levels were increased. The use of synthetic taurine in layer diets was more effective for increasing the taurine contents of egg than natural taurine source.

      • 건설 신입사원의 안전교육 전후 변화 연구

        This study aims to figure out the effective methods for reducing industrial accidents through establishing safety culture ultimately among new employees in the construction industry. It is reported that the new staffs, especially those who are working less than a year have accounted for a large portion of accidents such as falls and collapse at the construction site. Amid this situation, the preventive measures to lower the rates of industrial accidents should be urgently needed. In this regard, the newly hired staffs were given a form of survey to analyze the interaction with safety consciousness, safety training, safety procedures and safety actions in establishing safety culture. The results of the survey demonstrated the efficiency of the safety culture training in that the new workers showed more positive attitude towards safety awareness after they took a safety culture training than before they did. The output throughout this study verifies that safety consciousness, safety knowledge, safety training, safety procedures and safety actions are intimately connected to one another and these factors have a positive influence on the new staffs' attitude and awareness of safety culture at the job site. Thus, the implication of this study suggests the safety culture training, which is included with safety consciousness, safety knowledge, safety procedures and safety actions should be a possible measure to instill safety consciousness and raise safety awareness for the new employees. Then, it is expected that effective safety culture training ultimately lead to the spread of the new safety culture in the construction field.
