This experiment was conducted to investigate the changes in freshness parameters and determine the optimal UV-B irradiation conditions for each storage period for Heuktari, an oyster mushroom cultivar, grown under LED lightNo significant changes were observed in the CO<sub>2</sub> and O<sub>2</sub> content until day 12 of storage; however, after day 15, the CO<sub>2</sub>/O<sub>2</sub> ratios were higher in the UV-treated groups than in the untreated groups. No color difference was observed between the UV-treated and untreated groups. In all UV-treated groups, hardness decreased over time; however, the group irradiated for 15 minutes showed higher hardness values than those of the untreated group. The UV-irradiated group showed higher ergosterol content than did the untreated group, and scanning electron microscopy revealed that mushroom cell wall destruction increased with increased UV treatment time. Overall, these findings confirmed that UV-B irradiation increased the ergosterol content of Heuktari but decreased its freshness and negatively impacted other storage characteristics.

In this study, we investigated the microbial community of oyster mushrooms at different growth stages at the species level. Gram-positive bacteria were predominant in the presterilized medium. On the other hand, Gram-negative bacteria were predominant in the culture-completed medium, post-harvest medium, and fruiting bodies. In addition, Pseudomonas tolaasii, which is known to cause disease in mushrooms, was confirmed in the cultured medium, post-harvest medium, and fruiting bodies, and it was determined that the mycelium culture stage was contaminated, and the reason why no disease occurred was Sphingobacterium psychroaquaticum. It was confirmed that this was because the growth of Pseudomonas tolaasii was suppressed by producing a component called tolacin. As a result of confirming the diversity of microorganisms, it was confirmed that the presterilization medium contains a variety of microorganisms compared to other growth stages, and the diversity decreases in the order of culture completion medium, fruiting body, and post-harvest medium. showed a trend. As a result of microbial similarity analysis, it was confirmed that the cultured medium and the post-harvest medium showed similar microbial communities, and in the case of fruiting bodies, there were some similarities but overall differences.

Spread Fit (SFIT) Ti-Base System was developed to overcome complications of conventional implant prosthesis system. This system uses a specific locking mechanism between the abutment and prosthesis instead of cement or screws, providing easy retrievability and no possibility of biological complications. This case report introduces clinical experience with a 3 - month follow-up of implant fixed prosthesis fabricated with SFIT Ti - Base System on a right maxillary posterior edentulous site. No biological complications or loss of retention was observed during the observation time. SFIT Ti-Base System is expected to be used in various clinical cases in the future

This paper is described the program algorithm which can easily estimate dynamics of test support system by using mathematica tool based on the finite element method. We can determine the geometry, dimensions of the test support system, through tool stated in this paper for a certain test conditions. As a result of computer simulation and manufactured test support system's experiment in oder to verify suggested program, the dynamics of the test support system was well correspondent each other.

본 연구는 도시조직적인 관점에서 중세의 대표적인 도시인 이탈리아 시에나의 역사적 배경과 함께 시민자치도시로서 어떻게 도시조직이 형성되었으며, 도시조직의 핵으로서 시에나 캄포광장이 주변 도시조직과 어떤 관계를 가지고 그들의 공동체를 형성하고 강화하고 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시에나의 도시 조직은 세 개의 공동체가 연합하는 과정에서 형성되었으며, 가로는 도시의 축을 형성하며, 도시의 중심에 위치한 캄포광장의 접근과 연결을 용이하게 한다. 둘째, 필지는 가로와 광장에 대한 이중적 방향성을 바탕으로 시민자치사회가 추구한 가치를 상징적으로 반영하고 있다. 셋째, 건축물들은 폐쇄적 구조와 함께 도시 내에서 일관성을 확보하고 있으며, 시청사는 수직적인 요소로서 상징성을 강화하고 있다. 이를 통해 시에나의 도시 조직들은 밀접한 상호 관계를 통해 동질성을 확보하고 있으며, 광장이 도시의 중심인 핵으로서 당시 시민들의 삶을 담아내는 일상적인 장소이자 공동체를 상징하는 공간으로서 통합과 단결을 위해 철저히 계획된 시민광장의 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 분석된다. The purpose of this study examines that the Siena in Italy, is a representative city of the medieval, is how can be formed as the citizen municipal with the historical background of the Siena in the aspect of organized city and that the Siena Piazza del Campo is how to have any relationship with the surrounding Urban tissue, how to form and reinforce their communities as the nucleus of the Urban tissue. By the analysis, first of all, the Siena’s Urban tissue was formed in the process of combining three communities. The street formed the axis of the city and facilitated the access and connection with the Piazza del Campo located the center of the city. Second, the site has been reflected symbolically the value pursuing the autonomous civil society based on the dual direction about the street and the square. Third, the buildings have had the consistency in the city with the closed structure and the city hall has reinforced the symbolism as the vertical element. As a result, the Siena’s Urban tissue's have had the homogeneity through the close interrelationship. Also, we know that the square as the nucleus of the center of the city, that is the ordinary place encompassing the lives of the citizens at that time and is the space symbolizing the community.
