This paper presents the synthesis and analysis process for the development of the suspension and steering system of GF-100, a F-125 mini-formula machine developed by Kookmin University. Major design factors were extracted by applying sensitivity analysis to kinemato static analysis results. Then, kinematics and compliance were analyzed using ADAMS/Car. The dynamics of a full vehicle model was also simulated with mass properties obtained from CATIA.solid models. Analysis results were fed back to design phase, and modification of the current design was performed iteratively.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare lower limb isokinetic muscular strength of <23㎏/m2 and >23㎏/m2 population at the same height and muscle mass. For this purpose, 20 subject(10 <23㎏/m2, 10 >23㎏/m2) were selected. The result were as following. The peak torque, average power, total work, maximal voluntary isometric contraction(MVIC) in time of flexion and extension 60°/S, 180°/S no significant difference, In conclusion the muscle mass seems to be a function of underlying muscle strength and contributing variables of isokinetic lower limb flexion and extension strength in men who are >23㎏/m2 are not body fat.
남자대학생의 심폐체력과 아디포넥틴이 비만지표와 인슐린 저항성 지표에 미치는 영향

In this cross-sectional study, we investigate the effects of cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) and serum adi-ponectin on the predisposition to insulin resistance syndrome in college male students. Following an overnight fast, body composition and CRF were measured with a standardized protocol. CRF was measured as the maximum volume of minute oxygen consumption during a graded treadmill exercise. Results were presented as means and standard deviations. Bivariate correlations were calculated for measured variables. one-way ANOVA followed by LSD post-hoc tests were used to compare any group differences in the measured variables between subgroups based on CRF and serum adiponectin levels. Pearson correlations showed that serum adiponectin was negatively related to body fatness and insulin resistance such as BMI, percent body fat, waist circumference, insulin, and HOMA-IR, respectively, but positively to cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF). CRF-based subgroup analyses showed significant differences in body fatness, insulin resistance markers, and serum adiponectin in a dose-dependent manner among LOW-, MOD-, and HIGH-CRF subgroups. In particular, the CRF-dependent differences in insulin resistance were found in those with 〈median values of adiponectin but not in those with〉 median values of adiponectin. The current findings of the study suggest that both low adiponectin and low CRF levels contribute to clustering of insulin resistance markers, and serum adiponectin level and CRF level on insulin resistance risk factors are complementary to the insulin resistance risk factors in college male students.
펄스전류 활성 소결에 의한 나노구조 Al2TiO5 화합물 제조 및 기계적 특성

Nano powders of Al2O3 and TiO2 compounds made by high energy ball milling were pulsed current activated sintered for studying their sintering behaviors and mechanical properties. The advantage of this process is that it allows very quick densification to near theoretical density and inhibition of grain growth. Nano-structured Al2TiO5 with small amount of Al2O3 and TiO2 was formed by sintering at 1300℃ for 5 minute, in which average grain size was about 96 nm. Hardness and fracture toughness of the nano-structured Al2TiO5 compound with a small amount of Al2O3 and TiO2 were 602 kg/mm2 and 2.6 MPa.m1/2, respectively.

바이오 센서에 있어서 감지막의 형성은 감도, 감지시간, 저장 및 운용 안정성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 인자이다. 바이오 설계의 감지막은 효소를 박막에 고정화한 형태로서 막 재료로는 고분자 물질이 많이 쓰이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수용성 감광성 고분자 기질로서 polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) 및 Polyvinylpyrrolidinone(PVP) 두가지를 사용하였다. PVA matrix에 감광성를 부여하기 위해서는 stibazolium(SbQ)기를 도입, PVA에 polymer reaction을 통해 감광성 PVA-SbQ를 합성하였으며 이를 이용한 막 형성 실험으로 부터 spin coating은 2500-3000rpm, 진공 건조는 상온에서 30분. UV 조사 시간은 20-30초, 물에서의 현상시간은 20-30초가 최적 조건으로 얻어졌다. 한편 PVP를 matrix로 사용한 경우는 4,4'-diazidostibene-2,2'-disulfonic acid sodium salt(DAST)를 sensitizer를 사용하여 가교화 반웅을 시켰으며 막 형성 과정을 PVA-SbQ계와 상호 비교 조사하였다. Fabrication of biosensor membrane is responsible for the sensitivity, response time, storage and operational stability of biosensor. In the biosensor the enzyme are immobilized in a thin film to increse response time and sensitivity. Usually polymers are imployed as thin film materials. In the study Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) Polyvinylpyrrolidinone(PVP) were used as base water soluble polymer.PVA matrix polymer was modified with stibazolium(SbQ) group by olymer reaction to provide photosensitivity to UV light. PVA-SbQ polymer prepared by this eaction was tested in the lithographic process to generate thin film of fine pattern. he optimum conditions were : spin coating speed of 2500-3000 rpm, vaccum drying of 30 min at oom temperature as prebake, UV irradiation of 20-30sec, and developing time of 20-30 sec in the water. PVP matrix polymer was crosslinked by using 4,4'-diazidostibene-2,2'-disulfonic acid sodium salt(DAST) as photosensitive additive and their lithographic process condition and film property were compared with PVA-SbQ system.
내열성 Polyesterimide의 합성 및 물성 연구

Pyromellitic dianhydride(PDA)와 4-aminophenol(AMP)의 이미드화 반응을 통하여 양말단에 phenolic OH기를 갖는 bisphenolbisimide형 단량체를 합성하였다. 합성된 bisphenolbisimide 단량체를 terephthaloyl chloride 혹은 aliphatic acid dichloride와 반응하여 polyesterimide들을 얻었다. 종합반응은 용액중합 및 계면중합 반응을 사용하였으며 용액중합 반응이 수율을 향상시킴을 알았다, 생성된 polyesterimide들은 FT-IR, NMR을 사용하여 구조를 확인하였으며 DSC 및 TGA로 역적 성질을 측정한 결과 Tm=401℃, 최대분해온도가 500℃ 이상의 고내열성을 나타냄을 확인하였다. Bisphenolbisimide type monomer with phenolic OH group at both ends were synthesized through the imidzation reaction of pyromellitic dianhydride(PDA) and 4-aminophenol(AMP). Bisphenolbisimide monomer was reacted with terephthaloyl chloride of aliphatic acid dichlorides to give polyesterimides. Polymerization reactions were conducted by solution and interfacial polymerization method, the former with higher polymer yield. The structure of polyesterimides were characterized by FT-IR and NMR, Polyesterimides showed high termal stability with Tm=401℃ and maximum decompositon temperature of over 500℃.
현가장치 함수 모델에 의한 On-Center Handling 해석

This paper presents a modeling method to predict on-center behavior of automobile using computer simulation. Functional suspension model was used to derive full vehicle dynamic model for efficient simulation. The functional suspension model is able to model the kinematic and compliance characteristics more accurately than existent lumped parameter vehicle dynamics models. A nonlinear steering system model was developed for rack-and-pinion steering system. Included in the model are friction, stiffness and damping characteristics of steering system and nonlinear boost curve shape. The simulation results of on-center handling for the full vehicle model with the steering system shows a good correlation with the test results. This demonstrates the validity of the vehicle and steering models and the effectiveness of the modeling method to predict the on-center handling characteristics of the vehicle.
