This paper is aimed to design for Vocational Education and Training Program of Mobile Software and System Engineer. Job analysis was performed by the experts of education and related field though Developing A Curriculum(DACUM). A Vocational Education and Training Program of Mobile Software and System Engineer was designed and policy suggestions are made for the substantiality and activity to the government. This study is performed expert interview and job analysis.The results are presented the summaries of job definitions, job models, areas of vocation activities, curriculum for education and training. This paper analyzes Kazuo Ishiguro’s The Buried Giant (2015) by using key terms coined by the French philosopher Emmanuel Levinas such as; totality, infinity, exteriority, the face of the Other, hospitality, and the responsible subject. The title of the novel under scrutiny is symbolic of the powerful eruption of dormant hatred leading to an unthinkable and unspeakable massacre. I focus on exploring the common ground shared by the novelist Ishiguro and the philosopher Levinas, highlighting their quests for an ethics based on respect for others and denunciation of totalitarian thought. I draw attention to the protagonist Axl who questions and challenges the validity of totality; namely, the totalitarian power wielded by King Arthur. Clearly, he is at odds with King Arthur who breaches the peace pact with the Saxons. This act of betrayal invites a future backlash from the Saxons. Then I analyze Beatrice, Axl’s beloved wife, who refuses to perceive the strange woman as a “demon” or a “leper”. This hospitable attitude opens up an ethical dimension and serves as an antidote to discrimination and hatred, to war and violence. Ishiguro’s diagnosis of and solution to the culture of hatred and war are quite relevant to the world we live in today. Reading The Buried Giant through the lens of Emmanuel Levinas is both refreshing and rewarding because of that relevance.

주권론의 관점에서 파악한 칸트와 헤겔의 국제정치론

The difference in Kant and Hegel's theories of international politics comes from setting up different major agent in international politics. Kant sets the monarchy sovereign state a major agent in international politics, while Hegel sets state as the power organization the major agent in international politics. but The operating principle of a monarchy sovereign state is the monarchy’s will, but the operating principle of state as the power organization is its own existence. Differences in operating principle of a state also cause differences in the development of international politics. Kant and Hegel both acknowledge that international politics is conflicted. but Kant puts forward a prescriptive measure that A monarchy sovereign state can form a peace federation through the determination of monarchy’s will, while Hegel describes that relations between state as power organization are fundamentally conflicted and each state has the power to declare war and mobilize the army to resolve these conflict. 칸트와 헤겔의 국제정치론의 차이는 국제정치의 주요행위자를 다르게 설정하면서 나타나는 것이다. 칸트는 국제정치의 주요행위자를 군주주권국가로 설정하는 반면, 헤겔은 권력기구로서의 국가를 국제정치의 주요행위자로 설정한다. 칸트와 헤겔은 모두 국제정치가 긴장상태임을 인정한다. 그러나 칸트는 군주의 의지의 결단을 통해 국가들 간의 평화연맹이 성립될 수 있다는 처방적인 조치를 내놓는다. 반면, 헤겔은 권력기구로서 국가들 간의 관계는 근본적으로 긴장에 처해 있으며, 각국가는 이러한 긴장을 해소하기 위해 전쟁을 선포하고 군대를 동원할 권능을 지니고 있음을 서술한다.

<천지왕본풀이>의 신화적 의미 : 수명장자징치담과 천지왕의 결연을 중심으로

한국 창세서사시는 북부지역, 동해안지역, 경기지역, 그리고 제주도지역에 분포되어 있는 일반신서사시이다. 기존의 연구 성과들에서 그 신화적 의미를 고찰한 결과가 이 서사시의 성격을 구체적으로 드러내고 있다. 그런데 수명장자징치담은 창세서사시의 다른 신화소에 비해 집중적인 검토가 이루어지지 못한 아쉬움이 있다. 김헌선이 &#985172;한국의 창세신화&#985173;에서 이 부분의 양상을 정리하고 그 편차를 확인한 후, 천지개벽 신화소와 수명장자징치 신화소가 상호 배타적인 면모를 드러내는 점에 의문을 가졌다.

참깨$\cdot$시들음병균(Fusarium oxysporum)의 배양여액이 참깨의 종자발아 및 유묘기의 생육에 미치는 영향

1) 강력한 위조독소(Wilt toxin)인 Fusaric acid를 생성하는 것으로 알려진 참깨$\cdot$시들음병균(Fusarium oxysporum f. vasinfectum)의 배양여액이 참깨의 종자발아 및 발아후의 유식물의 생육에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 이 시험연구에 착수하였다. 2) Fusarium oxysporum f. vasinfectum의 5종의 계통의 배양여액은 모두 참깨종자의 발아를 억제하고 종자의 흑변, 괴사를 초래한다. 3) 공시균의 어떤 계통의 배양여액에 대한 참깨종자의 발아반응에 있어서의 품종간 차이는 없다. 4) 공시균의 5종의 계통의 배양여액이 참깨종자의 발아를 억제하는 독성에는 뚜렷한 차이가 있다. 5) 공시균의 5종의 계통의 배양여액을 첨가한 육묘상에서는 발아후의 참깨유식물의 뿌리나 줄기의 신장이 다 같이 억제되며 조직은 흑변, 괴사하게 된다. 그러나 배양여액을 $10\%$ 첨가한 육묘상에서는 줄기의 신장생장 약간 촉진되는 경향이 있다. 6) 공시균의 배양여액을 $1\%$ 내지 $1\%$ 첨가한 Knop Solution에 본엽이 생기지 않은 참깨 유식물을 배양하면 참깨의 뿌리나 줄기의 신장생장이 억제되고 제2본엽이 전개할 때까지에 줄기나 잎자루나 연화, 흑변, 괴사하며 제1본엽에는 맥간에 염갈색반문이 형성되고 제2본엽은 권축, 흑변, 괴사하며 특히 제2본엽에 나타나는 병상은 포장에서 나타나는 참깨의 잎의 위조병징과 흡사하다. 7) 공시균의 5종의 계통간에 나타나는 배양여액의 독성의 차이는 공시균의 각계통자체의 기생에 의한 병원성의 차이와 일치하지 않는다 1) The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effects of culture filtrates of Fusarium oxysporum f. vasinfectum which is known to produce fusaric acid (wilt toxin) on the germination of sesame seeds and the growth of sesame seedlings. 2) Culture filtrates of Fusarium oxysporum 1. vasinfectum used in this study strongly or weakly inhibited the germination and bring about necrosis accompanying black discoloration of sesame seeds. 3) Varietal difference of sesame in the germination response on the culture filtrates of Fnsarium oxysporum f. vasinfectum is not shown in this study. 4) This study reveals that differential five strains of Fnsarium oxysoprum f. vasinfectum used in this study differ greatly in the toxicity of culture filtrates inhibiting the germination of sesame seeds. 5) In the seedling bed added with culture filtrates of Fnsarium oxysporum f. vasinfectum, the growth of shoot as well as root system of sesame seedlings are notably inhibited and necrotic black discoloration appear on both shoot and root system. But in the seedling beds added with weaker concentration of culture filtrates $/(10\%)$ the growth of shoot is slightly promoted. 6) In culture of sesame seedlings with Knop's solution containing 1 to 3 per cent culture filtrates, the growth of shoot as well as root system are slightly retarded" and till the time of development of the third leaves the whole stem and leaf petiole tissue are weakened so that they become thread like accompanying brown discoloration, interveinal light brown area appear in the second leaves, and the third leaves curl from both sides towards the middle with necrotic brown discoloration, especially symptoms of injury on the third leaves are nearly similar that of the leaves of wilted sesame in the field. 7) A pararell relationship is not found between toxicity of culture filtrates and pathogenicity of five differential strains of Fnsarium oxysporum f. vasinfectum used in this study.

Fe-Al-Mn 합금의 저온기계적 성질과 용접에 따른 기계적 성질

In this work Fe-Al-Mn alloys of different phase structure of γ-single phase and mixed phase of α+ γhave been studied. By decreasing the test temperature, elongation was increased in most of the tested samples. However, elongation of the alloys containing more than 25% α-phase decreased at -196℃. Increase of elongation at low temperature may be interpreted with TRIP phenomena. The samples of y-single phase and she mixed structure of γ-5% αphase have shown very low decrease of impact energy with decreasing test temperature. Their low temperature impact toughness are superior to the conventional 304 stainless steel. The impact energy of the samples containing more than 25% α-phase decreased quite a large amount with decreasing test temperature. Weldability of all the alloys was not so good by arc welding. By decreasing the test temperature the strength of the welded materials increased and elongation has decreased.

슈티르너의 ‘변신’(Metamorphose) 비판의 의미

This thesis focuses on the story of Stirner’s criticism of‘Metamorphoses’. The abstract notion of “human” is merely aMetamorphoses of the supreme essence of “god”. At thistime, the supreme essence is the idea that individuals mustserve. Therefore, various transformations strengthen theenslavement of individuals. Because the self does not controloneself, but rather the other controls the individual. In thissituation, Stirner advocates ‘unique one’. Unique one is notreduced to the essence. The existence of the unique onepursues the value of ‘ownness’. ownness is respectingself-determination. Thus, Stirner's only one can be said tobe the reinforcement of autonomy. Metamorphoses criticismis essentialism criticism. Because essentialism suppressesautonomy. What is the purpose of the criticism of the objecttransformed into various essences? It is to exempt theindividual from the crap of universality. Transforming into various essences is nothing but a replacement of the ruler. Because there is only a change in the ‘form’ of domination. In this context, the criticism of Metamorphoses is in contactwith the restoration of autonomy suppressed by universality. Just as Marx finds ghosts in goods, Stirner finds ghosts in“Metamorphose.” Therefore, we can understand Stirner’scritique of objectivity through the eyes of Marx’s value formanalysis. For Stirner, the ghostly object of universal reason is“human.” At this time, the abstract notion of “human”becomes the ideal that the individual must realize. However,Hegel sees it as history that humans live as tools ofidealized ideas. Contrary to this, Stirner wants to live withhis own history, not as an instrument of ideas. Because,according to Stirner, the existence of a person does notrealize the ideal of human beings, which is a ghostly object,but expresses himself. Living as an instrument of ideas isessentialist history. This philosophy of history is dominatedby the logic of identity that identifies differences. Theunique one who is the equality of inequality seeks toownness. Ownness can be seen as an effort to restore theexistence of autonomy, difference, specificity, anduniqueness against objectivity transformed into variousessences. 이 논문은 슈티르너의 ‘변신’(Metamorphose) 비판을 주제로 한다. 추상적 ‘인간’이란 관념은 ‘신’이라는 최고의 본질에 대한 변신일 뿐이다. 최고의 본질은 개인들이 섬겨야 하는 관념이다. 따라서 다양한 변신은 개인들의 노예근성을 강화한다. 왜냐하면 자아가 자신을 통제하는 것이 아니라,오히려 타자가 개인을 통제하기 때문이다. 이러한 상황에서 슈티르너는 ‘유일자’를 내세운다. 유일자는 본질로 환원되지 않는다. 유일자라는 존재는‘나다움’이라는 가치를 추구한다. 나다움은 자기 결정을 존중하는 것이다. 따라서 슈티르너의 유일자는 자율성의 강화라고 할 수 있다. 변신 비판은본질주의 비판이다. 왜냐하면 본질주의는 자율성을 억압하기 때문이다. 다양한 본질로 변신한 대상에 대한 비판의 목적은 무엇인가? 그것은 개인을보편성이라는 허섭스레기로부터 면제하기 위한 것이다. 다양한 본질로 변신한다는 것은 지배자의 교체에 불과하다. 왜냐하면 지배자의 ‘형태’ 변화만있을 뿐이기 때문이다. 이러한 맥락에서 변신 비판은 보편성에 억눌린 자율성의 회복과 맞닿아 있다. 맑스가 상품에서 유령을 발견하듯이 슈티르너는 ‘변신’에서 유령을 발견한다. 따라서 맑스의 가치 형태 분석의 눈으로 슈티르너의 대상성 비판을이해할 수 있다. 슈티르너에게 보편적 이성이라는 유령적 대상성은 ‘인간’이다. 이때 ‘인간’이란 추상적 관념은 개별자가 실현해야 하는 이상이 된다. 그러나 헤겔은 인간이 이상화된 관념의 도구로 살아가는 것을 역사라고 본다. 이와 달리 슈티르너에게 관념의 도구로 살아가는 것이 아니라 자신의역사로 살아가는 것이 중요하다. 왜냐하면, 슈티르너에 따르면, 사람이 존재한다는 것은 유령 같은 대상성인 인간이라는 이상을 실현하는 것이 아니라 자기 자신을 표현하는 것이기 때문이다. 관념의 도구로 살아가는 것은본질주의 역사이다. 이러한 역사 철학에는 차이를 동일화하는 동일성의 논리가 지배한다. 비동등성의 동등성인 유일자는 나다움을 추구한다. 나다움은 다양한 본질로 변신한 대상성에 대항하여 자율성, 차이, 특이성, 유일성이라는 존재로 회복하기 위한 노력이라고 볼 수 있다.

직무체계에 따른 포장분야 교육과정과 자격시험의 관련성 분석 연구

The goal of this study is to prepare a measure to operate and link the educational curriculums in packaging sector to qualification test. In more detail, this study is aimed at first, preparing a skills framework on the packaging sector, and second, preparing a measure to operate the qualification test that is linked to the packaging educational curriculums. Also, we studied documents, consulted the expert group for this study. As a basic direction for preparing a measure to link the educational curriculums in packaging sector to qualification test, we can develop a skills framework in the packaging sector, and based on the skills framework, the national skill standards can be developed by each area of skill. And based on that, we will be able to develop and operate the education and training courses and utilize them in qualification test. 이 연구는 포장분야 교육과정과 자격시험의 연계 운영방안을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적인 연구 목적은 첫째, 포장분야에 대한 직무체계를 마련하고, 둘째, 포장분야 교육과정과 연계한 자격시험 운영방안을 마련하고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 문헌연구, 전문가 협의회 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 포장 산업의 교육과정과 자격시험 연계 및 운영방안 마련의 기본방향은 포장 분야의 직무체계(Skills Framework)를 개발하고, 직무체계에 근거하여 직무분야별 국가직무능력표준은 개발하고, 이에 근거하여 교육과정을 개발․운영하고 자격시험에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
