Remarks on the Double Weighted A_P-Condition

The Case of one weighted A_p-Condition was defined by B. Muckenhoupt. But he did not consider double weighted A_1 and A_∞ condition. Muckenhoupt had shown that A_∞=∪ A_p A_p p<∞. In this paper, we consider double weighted A_1 and A_∞ condition for some special case by Jensen's inequality and Muckenhoupt results.

The standing crop and net production were estimated in Moojaechi on Mt. Jungjok. By using the decay model of organic carbon, absolute year of bog peat was calculated. Pollen analysis to bog peat revealed vegetational history and climate change around Moojaechi. The time required for amount of the accumulated peat in the bog was estimated in terms of the balance of the accumulation and decay of organic carbon of the deposit peat. Absolute year of the peat surveyed in this study was about 314 years. Pollen of Pinus was predominant in all the pollen zone, Geamineae and Cyperaceae increased in lower pollen zone while Pinus in upper pollen zone. This showes that climate of the past was probably more humid than that of present. In addition, middle pollen zone showed warming trend which is suggested by high pollen concentration of Quercus, Juglans, Carpinus and Corylus. It suggests that overall environment and vegetation were changed from warmer and more humid to dry condition in Moojaechi and it is considered as the course of boggy ground formation by retrogressive successions.

연산기와 메모리 재사용을 이용한효율적인 DVB-S2 규격의 LDPC 복호기 구조

Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) code는 최근 그 우수한 성능으로 인하여 4세대 무선 이동 통신용 채널 코딩으로 주목받고 있다. 또한 유럽 디지털 위성 방송 규격인 DVB-S2는 LDPC 코드를 채널 코딩방식으로 채택하였다. 본 논문에서는 인코더와 디코더 양쪽 모두 효율적으로 하드웨어 구현이 가능한 hybrid H-matrix 구조를 이용한 DVB-S2 LDPC 복호기 구조를 제안한다. Hybrid H-matrix는 semi-random 방식과 partly parallel 방식을 결합하여 부호기와 복호기를 동시에 효율적으로 구현할 수 있다. 제안된 복호기 구조에서는 다양한 코드율에 사용되는 Variable Node processor Unit (VNU)을 재사용하기 위한 새로운 VNU와 최적화된 블록 메모리 배치 방법을 이용하였다. 제안된 구조를 이용하여 코드율 1/2의 DVB-S2 LDPC 복호기를 설계하였고 그 결과를 기존의 복호기와 비교하였다. Low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes are recently emerged due to its excellent performance. The standard for European high definition satellite digital video broadcast, DVB-S2 has adopted LDPC codes as a channel coding scheme. This paper proposes a DVB-S2 LDPC decoder architecture using a hybrid parity check matrix which is efficient in hardware implementation for both decoders and encoders. The hybrid H-matrices are constructed so that both the semi-random technique and the partly parallel structure can be applied to design encoders and decoders. Using the hybrid H-matrix scheme, the architecture of LDPC decoder for DVB-S2 can be very practical and efficient. In addition, we show a new Variable Node processor Unit (VNU) architecture to reuse the VNU for various code rates and optimized block memory placement to reuse. We design a DVB-S2 LDPC decoder of code rate 1/2 usng the proposed architecture. We estimate the performance of the DVB-S2 LDPC decoder and compare it with other decoders.
중·저온형 SOFC를 위한 Ni-YSZ 연료극 지지체형 단전지 미세구조와 전기적 특성

One of the main issues of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs) is to reduce the operating temperature to 750 C or less. It has advantages of improving the life of component parts and the long-term stability of a system, so the production cost could be decreased. In order to achieve that, the ohmic and polarization loss of a single cell should be minimized first. This paper presents to fabricate anode- supported single cells with controlling microstructure as a function of particle size and volume of graphite and NiO-YSZ weight ratio. By means of optimizing the manufactural condition through microstructure analysis and performance evaluation, the single cell which had NiO-YSZ=6:4, graphite volume of 24% and graphite size of 75 μm as the anode composition showed a distinguished power density of 510 mW/cm2 at 650oC and 810 mW/cm2 at 700oC, respectively.
팔당호 연안대 초지생태계에서 낙엽 구성성분의 유실률 V. Ca, Mg, Na

This investigation was carried out to reveal the removal rates of Ca, Mg and Na among the constituents of the litters in Phragmites communis Miscanthus sacchariflorus, Typha augustata and Scirpus tabernaemontani ecosystems in the lake Paldangho. The removal constants of Ca, Mg and Na were determined by the mathematical model and the time required to decay to any percentage of each constituent was calculated by using this model. The results obtained in this study can he abstracted as follows; The removal constants of Ca, Mg and Na of the litters were 0.91, 0.86 and 0.71 in Phragmites communis, 0.64, 0.62, and 0.50 in Miscanthus sacchariflorus, 0.66, 0.28, and 0.56 in Typha angustata and 0.40, 0.55 and 0.63 in Scirpus tabernaemontani, respectively. These values of each constituent in Phragmites communis are the highest among the compared species and in each species, Ca among the studied constituent is higher than the others. The half times of Ca, Mg and Na required for the removal or accumulation of the litters on the grassland floor were 0.76, 0.80 and 0.98 years in Phragmites communis, 1.08, 1.12 and 1.39 years in Miscanthus sacehariflorus 1.05, 2.47 and 1.24 years in Typha angustata and 1.73, 1.26 and 1.10 years in Scirpus tabernaemontani, respectively.
