Preparation of Silicon Oxide Thin Film using Hydrofluorosilicic Acid

Typical metal oxide thin films having optical and electrical properties are widely used as inorganic functional materials. Liquid phase deposition(LPD) method, a new low temperature process, has been developed for the several advantages of no vacuum system, low cost, high throughput, and low processing temperature(<$50^{\circ}C$). Silica powder was added to 40wt% hydrofluoro-silicic acid($H_2$SiF\ulcorner) to obtain an immersing solution of silica-saturated hydrofluorosilicic acid solution. Boric acid solution was continuously added in the range from 0 to 0.05M to prepare supersaturated hydrofluorosilicic acid solution. LPD $SiL_2$film was formed with the variation of added amount of $H_2$O. The SiO$_2$thin film could be prepared from hydrofluorosilicic acid by LPD method. The thickness of LPD $_SiO2$film was influenced by the boric acid concentration and added amount of $H_2$O. Silicon in thin film existed as SiF\ulcorner by Raman spectrum.

This study aims to investigate the effect of biorhythm to work performance. In order to do this, the data are collected from the manufacturing factory which produce a sportware, and the statistical test are made to testify the relationship between the number of defective items and the biorhythm chart of the workers. The number of defective items which made in the peak day, usual day, and critical day on the worker's biorythm chart are compared with each other, and the statistical test are made to see if there are difference between them, and the correlation analysis are made to see if there is any correlation between the work performance and the biorhythm chart. The result of the statistical test shows that the biorythm of the worker gives an effect to his work performance with a correlation.

Vanadium oxide catalyst supported on TiO2-ZrO2 has been prepared by adding Ti(OH)4-Zr(OH)4 powder to an aqueous solution of ammonium metavanadate followed by drying and calcining at high temperatures. The char-acterization ofthe prepared catalysts was performed using solid-state 51V NMR and FTIR.In thecase ofcalci-nation temperature at 773 K, vanadium oxide was in a highly dispersed state for the samples containing low loading V2O5 below 25 wt %, but for samplescontaining high loading V2O5 equal to or above 25 wt %, vana-dium oxidewas well crystallized due to the V2O5 loading exceeding the formation of monolayer on the surface of TiO2-ZrO2.The ZrV2O7 compound was formed through the reactionof V2O5 and ZrO2 at 773-973 K, where-as the V3Ti6O17 compound was formedthrough the reaction of V2O5 and TiO2 at 973-1073 K. The V3Ti6O17 compound decomposed to V2O5 and TiO2 at 1173 K, which were confirmed by FTIR and 51V NMR.
설사환자에서 Campylobacter jejuni의 분리 및 항생제 감수성 특성

2005년 1월부터 2006년 10월까지 설사환자의 분변 882건에서 27주의 C. jejuni가 분리되어 3.1%의 분리율을 보였으며, 계절별로는 7월에 가장 높은 9주(11.7%)가 분리되었으며, 분리균주 모두는 catalase 양성, hippuric acid를 가수분해하였다. heat-stable antigen을 이용한 PHA법으로 확인한 혈청형은 HS2형이 18.5%로 가장 많이 분리되었으며 Hs1/44형과 HS2l형 이 각각 11.1%, HS4 complex와 HSl9형 이 각각 7.4%,그리고 HSl8형이 3.7%였으며, 40.7%인 11주는 본 실험방법으로 혈청형을 확인할 수 없었다. 항생제에 대한 내성정도는 cephalothin에는 100%의 내성률을 erythromycin과 imipenem에는 0%의 내성률을 나타내어 분리균주 모두 감수성이었다. 항생제별로는 trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole 63.0%, tetracycline 51.9%, ciprofloxacin 37.0%, ampicillin과 nalidixic acid 33.3%, gentamycin 25.9%, clindamycin 7.4%, chlorarmphenicol 3.7%의 순으로 내성률을 보였다. ln this study we isolated 27 isolates of Campylobacter jejuni from stool samples of 882 diarrheal patients. The seasonal distribution of patients was highest at July (11.7%). All the isolates of C. jejuni hydrolyzing sodium hippurate were serotyped on basis of heat-stable antigens, and identified with the use of passive hemagglutination assay. A total of 59.3% among 27 C. jejuni isolates were identified into 6 different serotypes, which serotype HS2, HSl/44, and HS2l were dominant. Antibiotics resistant rates of C. jejuni isolates were shown to be 100%, 63.0%, 51.9%, 37.0%, 33.3%, 25.9% and 7.4% to cephalothin, trimethoprim- sulfamethoxazole, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, ampicillin, gentamycin and clindamycin, respectively. All isolates were sensitive to the erythromycin and imipenem.
코이어를 이용한 배추 육묘용 상토의 최적 물리성 기준 설정

This experiment was carried out to investigate optimum physical conditions of coir-based substrates for the growth of chinese cabbage plug seedlings. Coir substrates prepared by blending coir with vermiculite, perlite, rice hull and zeolite at various ratios were used for growing chinese cabbage plug seedlings. The physical and chemical properties of the coir substrate were analyzed by the CEN (European committee for standardization) method. Fresh and dry weights, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, root length and T/R ratio (dry shoot weight to dry root weight ratio) were measured at 35 days after sowing. The CRZ 8 (coir:rice hull:zeolite = 8:1.9:0.1) and CVSZ 5 (coir:vermiculite:zeolite = 5:4:1) substrates showed high potential for production of chinese cabbage plug seedlings considering high plant growth and low T/R ratio. The ranges of total pore space, water volume, air volume, easily available water content, and water buffering capacity of the coir substrate that showed for good growth of plug seedlings were in the range of 88~94%, 51~71%, 21~43%, 12~33%, and 5~11%, respectively.
