The purpose of this research is to introduce biblical counseling based on biblical aspect which is a model of church counseling toward highly increased mental disorder today. The research method is historically based on understanding of mental disorders and interpretation. Secondly, this article introduces the coping method and error that the modern-counseling culture and Psychiatry use and criticism from antipsychiatry toward them. Through this process, the modern Biblical counseling states a question if this matches to essence of church. Therefore, this research states that see mental disorder as a problem of human suffering, and biblical counseling should be used as a tool of ministry to change those who need more than psychiatry counseling and those who need spiritual change. The goal of the study is to convey the idea that biblical counseling is a treatment of spirit than psychological stability or physical treatment through spectrum of mental disorder, and demand awareness of love and promise of Christ through approach to mental disorders using biblical approach.

본 연구에서는 세종기지 주변의 지리정보 시스템 구축을 위하여 정확한 정밀좌표를 취득하고자 GPS 상대측위를 실시하였다. 한편, 이제까지 항공사진 및 영상분석에 의해서만 실시되었던 마리안 소만의 빙벽의 변위/후퇴양상을 GPS 측량에 의해 정량적 분석을 제시하여 향후 남극에서 이루어지는 지리정보시스템 연구의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. Korea established a King Sejong Station in King George Island in 1988. With the establishment of a station, various researches such as geology, biology, geophysics and meteorites have been conducted. Surveying and mapping has been performed since 1990, however, the results had a large errors due to old GPS instrument and autonomous positioning with SA. In this study new GPS surveying was tried using a state-of-the-art GPS instrument and relative positioning.

Forward modelling of ground penetrating radar (GPR) data is implemented using a new finite element ray tracing technique. The method is different from conventional ray tracing techniques in that the radar cross section of buried targets, the effective area of the receiving antenna, and the attenuation along the raypath are computed. The forward models are used to understand radar signatures measured across various ground structures which are important in detecting engineering hazards at construction sites, void spaces beneath simulated road beds, as well as a learning tool to avoid pitfalls in radargram interpretation. Forward modelling of radar data also can be used in predicting possible structures present at cultural property sites.

Global warming melts polar ice, changes ocean currents, creates variation of local climate, and inundates low-altitude regions resulting in disasters to mankind. Accordingly, developed countries including U.S.A. and U.K. spend great amounts of efforts and money to plan and manage research activities on polar ice which is regarded as a key indicator of climate change. The proposed research aims to provide basic information for chasing and monitoring the melting phenomena of polar ice through multiple GPS to enhance the GPS quality.
