        ‘홍이슬’ 포도의 상품성 기준과 적정 착과량

        The purpose of this study is to suggest indicators and proper standards to forecast the sensory quality of ‘Hongisul’ grape. Further, this study determines the optimum fruit load of ‘Hongisul’ grape reflecting consumer preference. Among several quality attributes, identified through instrumental and sensory evaluation, soluble solid-acid ratio was the most useful indicator of consumer preference for ‘Hongisul’ grapes. The ideal soluble solid-acid ratio for marketable grapes was found to be higher than 86.3. Analysis on the effects of fruit load control on fruit quality revealed a negative correlation where the latter increased as the former decreased. This trend is common for all grape species. The field with a fruit load of 1,400 ㎏ㆍ10 a<SUP>-1</SUP> exhibited a soluble solid-acid ratio of less than 86.3, uneven coloring and slow softening texture at the mature stage. However, fruit quality proved excellent in the field with a fruit load of 1,200 ㎏ㆍ10 a<SUP>-1</SUP> or less. It is therefore proposed that fruit load should be controlled to 1,200 ㎏ㆍ10 a<SUP>-1</SUP> or less when growing ‘Hongisul’ grapes to produce high quality grapes. We believe that this result can be used as a standard in judging harvest time and evaluating fruit quality.

        ‘한아름’의 Gibberellin 처리에 따른 생육기별 해부학적 구조와 과실품질

        This study was carried out to understand the physiological characteristics of early-matured ‘Hanareum’ (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) pears through anatomical structure and fruit characteristics and also the changes according to gibberellin (GA) treatment. The pericarp at full bloom consists of outer epidermis, hypodermis, parenchyma cell, and inner epidermis from the exterior and five types of vascular bundle tissues. Cork cell layer was formed at 70 days after full bloom (DAFB) in non-treated fruits and formed at 60 DAFB in GA treated fruits. Cell division period was from full bloom (FB) to 40 DAFB and then fruit enlargement was accomplished by the cell growth. Comparison of the fruit enlargement and fruit structure development by GA treatment or non-treatment showed that cell division of ‘Hanaerum’ fruits did not affect the GA treatment but fruit enlargement was affected cell growth. Fruit stalk of GA treatment fruits was larger than non-treated fruits from 40 DAFB which correspond to the period of the stop of cell division and ‘Hanareum’ was regarded GA treatment expedite of vascular bundle tissue growth and relatively increased nutrient transport to fruit. In addition to, average fruit quality between the non-treatment and GA treatment showed that fruit weight was higher in fruits treated by GA but firmness was lower and probably was effected fruit storing in ‘Hanareum’ pear.

        ‘만풍배’의 생육기별 해부학적 구조와 과실품질

        This study was carried out to understand the physiological characteristics of ‘Manpungbae’ (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) pears through the seasonal changes of pericarp structure and anatomical differences between bagging and non-bagging treatment, and also fruit quality and peel coloration characteristics at the harvest time. The pericarp at full bloom was consists of outer epidermis, hypodermis, parenchyma cell, and inner epidermis from the exterior. The cell layers from the outer epidermis to vascular bundle increased rapidly 7-10 layers to 18-26 layers from full bloom (FB) to 77 days after full bloom (DAFB) and did not change significantly until maturity. Thus, the cell division period of ‘Manpungbae’ pear was until 77 DAFB and during this period, the thickness from hypodermis to vascular bundle increased from 73.1 μm to 195 μm in this period. Stone cells were formed from seven to 21 DAFB and stone cell clusters were formed around 49 DAFB. The cork cell layer was formed between 49 and 77 DAFB. ‘Manpungbae’ fruit pericarp was consists of 4.5 layers of the cork cell layers and seven layers of hypodermis which has the tannin at harvest time (161 DAFB). Comparison of the fruit enlargement and fruit structure development by bagging or non-bagging showed that ‘Manpungbae’ fruits without bagging had more than three cork cell layer than those with bagging at maturity. The size of stone cell clusters were varied in two treatments. Fruit weight was higher in the non-bagging treatment but there was no difference in soluble solid contents (SSC) between two treatments. The weight of the ‘Manpunbae’ fruit was distributed from 301 g to more 900 g and the average fruit weight was 677.2 g at harvest time, and fruits in the range of 551-800 g accounted for 71.6% of total production. The SSC, acidity and SSC/acidity ratio was 10.2-12.1 °Brix, 0.10-1.24% and 9.76-14.31 respectively, and the SSC was higher in bigger fruit which had a very higher positive correlation with a fruit weight. However, the fruit firmness tended to be lower with fruit size which had a very higher negative correlation with the fruit weight and SSC. The cork cell layer numbers between yellowish brown and green pericarp were not different significantly, in 3.8 and 3.5 respectively.

        멀티빔 음향측심기의 기울임 시스템을 이용한 계측영역 확대

        본 연구에서는 멀티빔 음향측심기 조사 각도의 물리적 한계 및 수면 및 수중의 장애물로 인하여 발생되는 음영 구역을 축소하고, 수직 구조물에 대한 계측 범위 확대를 위하여 트랜스듀서를 기울인 상태로 측량하는 기법을 적용하고 기술의 적 정성을 평가하였다. 경남 마산 동호항에서 실시한 실해역 시험을 통해 트랜스듀서를 특정 각도(25°)로 기울여 측량한 결과, 기존 방식의 측심 결과와의 차이가 국제 수로측량 기준 상의 특등급 허용오차를 넘지 않았다. 총 조사대상 구역 114,961㎡ 의 수면적 중, 일반적인 조사방식으로는 60,895㎡로 53% 계측되었으나,제안한 기울임 방식을 적용하여 85,933㎡를 계측 할 수 있었다. 이는 전체 조사면적의 약 75%로,동일조건의 장애물이 존재함에도 불구하고 기존 방식보다 약 22% 수평면 적을 더 조사한 효과를 얻었다. 수직면에 대한 조사 대상구역 7,421㎡ 중,일반적인 계측방식으로는 1,046㎡로 전체 조사 면적의 약 14%가 조사되었으나,제안한 기울임 방식으로 조사하여 총 4,450㎡,대상면적의 60% 정도의 수직면이 계측되 었다. 또한,기울임 측량의 성능 평가를 위하여 선형 반사판을 고안하고,측심기를 검교정하고,트랜스듀서의 기울임 자체를 검교정하는 방안을 제시하였다. The paper presents implementation & evaluation of survey method with tilted transducer of Multi Beam Echo Sounder (MBES) to increase horizontal & vertical coverage over obstructed port environments with limited physical properties of MBES. Proposed method (25˚ titled transducer) have some discrepancy of bathymetric profiles between normal and tilting method, but we proved average difference is less than IHO Special Order requirements with survey data at port of Dong Ho Port, Masan, Korea. For horizontal mapping coverage of total survey area (114,961㎡), normal method covered 53%, 60,895㎡ of total area but tilting method covered 75%, 85.933㎡. It is 22% efficient than normal method with similar environments.For vertical mapping coverage of total vertical structure face (7,421㎡), normal method covered 14%,1,046㎡, pro posed methods covered 60%, 4,450㎡. And we adapt longitudal steel bar to validate MBES results, and provide calibration method with titled transducer of MBES.

        '흑보석' 포도의 GA<sub>3</sub>와 Thidiazuron(TDZ) 처리에 따른 과육 연화 지연 및 과실특성

        본 연구는 $GA_3$와 TDZ 처리에 따른 '흑보석' 포도의 품질 특성변화와 과실 연화 지연을 위한 생장조절제의 효과를 구명하기 위하여 실시하였다. 최종생산량은 저농도 $GA_3$ 단용처리에서 목표생산량 대비 88.3%로 낮았으나 TDZ를 2차에 혼용함으로써 최종생산량은 회복되었다. 착색을 기준으로 수확하였을 때 만개 후 100일까지의 수확률은 $GA_3$ 단용처리시 낮은 수확률을 보였으며 TDZ를 혼용할 경우 상쇄되었고 특히 2차에 혼용할 경우 효과적이었다. 반면에 생장조절제 처리시 가용성 고형물 함량은 만개 후 90일 이후에는 큰 변화가 없었으며 산 함량은 만개 후 90일부터 급격히 감소되어 당도와 산도를 기준으로 할 경우 오히려 무처리구에 비해 일찍 성숙기에 도달하였다. 경도는 $GA_3$와 TDZ 처리에 의해 활발한 세포비대와 세포분열로 과피가 두꺼워지고 밀도가 증가함에 따라 무처리구에 비해 만개 후 최종 수확시까지 높게 유지되었으며 특히 1, 2차 $GA_3$ $2.5mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ + TDZ $2.5mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ 처리구에서 연화가 지연되어 과실의 품질을 개선할 수 있을 것으로 생각되었다. 무핵과실은 TDZ를 혼용시에도 가장 높은 무핵률이 65.5%에 불과하여 무핵유기가 어려웠으며 열과발생은 모든 처리구에서 0.0-0.9%로 거의 발생하지 않았다. 따라서 '흑보석' 포도는 1, 2차 $GA_3$ $2.5mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ + TDZ $2.5mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$로 처리하여 경도가 급격히 낮아지기 전인 만개 후 100일 이전에 수확하는 것이 적절할 것으로 생각되었다. This research was conducted to investigate effect the plant growth regulators (PGRs) on the characteristics of fruit and flesh softening, using GA3 and thidiazuron (TDZ) treatments in 'Heukboseok' grapes. The total yield obtained under PGR treatment was 88.3% lower than the target production when a single treatment with $GA_3$ of low concentrations was used, but the expected yield was recovered by combined treatment with TDZ and $GA_3$. When harvested on the basis of color, the harvest rate up to 100 days after full bloom (DAFB) was low with the $GA_3$ single treatment, but was increased by the addition of TDZ, with the second TDZ mixed treatment being particularly effective. The soluble solids content in the PGR-treated samples demonstrated no significant changes after 90 DAFB, while the acidity content decreased rapidly starting from 90 DAFB. Measured on the basis of sugar and acidity content, maturity was reached much earlier in treated fruit than in the non-treated fruit. Firmness was maintained at a higher level until the final harvest time after PGR treatment compared to untreated grapes according to epidermis thickness and flesh density increase to activity cell division and expansion by $GA_3$ and TDZ. In particular, the fruit quality was improved based on the delay of softening in primary and secondary treatments of $25mg{\cdot}L^{-1}\;GA_3+2.5mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ TDZ. The production of seedless fruit was difficult, even with the inclusion of TDZ, reaching the highest seedless rate of only 65.5%. Fruit cracking was rare, occurring at a rate of about 0.0~0.9% in all treatments. Accordingly, 'Heukboseok' grapes should be harvested within 100 days after full bloom (DBFB) before a rapid decrease of firmness, conferred by primary and secondary treatments with $25mg{\cdot}L^{-1}\;GA_3+2.5mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ TDZ.
