        연속 2 단계 교반조 효소 반응장치의 최적화에 관한 연구

        For production of 6-aminopenicillanic acid by enzymatic hydrolysis of benzylpenicillin, two-stage continuous stirred tank enzyme reactor system was evaluated. Using proper mathematical model of the reaction kinetics and kinetic constants of soluble and immobilized forms of penicillin amidohydrolase, the reactor system was simulated with an aid of a computer and a set of optimum operating conditions was found. In comparison with the single stage system, the productivity of the two-stage enzyme reactor system was 50% higher than that of the single stage system under the same operating conditions. For the industrial applications, the reactor system using immobilized penicillin amidohydrolase was found to be far more advantageous in terms of productivity than that using soluble enzyme because of the reduced inhibitory effect of the product, 6-aminopenicillanic acid, on the immobilized enzyme as compared to the same effect on the soluble enzyme.

        고속도로 줄눈 콘크리트 포장의 평탄성 모델 개발

        Roughness is the most important factor to maintain the road performance, and affects greatly on the design life in Jointed Plain Concrete pavements. Also, the factors the evaluate pavement's commonality is the three method such as functionality, safety and structural performance. In evaluating function of road, representative factors is the roughness, which has been used to determine maintenance time as key standard. As research for roughness is absence in pavement design. Applied roughness-model had a low-reliability in Korea. Therefore, it is needed to develop reliable model in road roughness. In this research, uniform specific is applied to distribute them after selecting the concrete pavements. Concrete pavement is divided by sections of 238. Total length of this sections has 281km and account for 16% of total road length in korean concrete pavements for selected sections. Considering the korean roughness-model, the evaluation of roughness is performed for the freezing index, average annual rainfall, condition for the base, the amount of traffic as well as spalling(%), cracking(%), age(year) at the selected section at the selected section. Also, additional sections is selected to evaluate various age which affects on the roughness. As a result of the analysis, it showed that spalling(%), cracking(%), age(year), and the condition of the base affected road roughness. When the correlation with the road roughness was analyzed, the reliable model for road roughness was proposed, and the ratio that can explain road roughness was R2-68.8% and P value-0 which is statistically meaningful. 평탄성은 도로 공용성을 확보하기 위한 중요한 인자이며, 줄눈콘크리트 포장에서 수명에 큰 영향을 미친다. 포장의 공용성을 평가하는 요소로는 크게 기능성 평가, 안정성 평가 및 구조적 성능 평가가 있다. 기능성 평가 가운데 가장 대표적인 평탄성은 유지보수를 위한 중요한 기준으로 이용되고 있으나 체계적인 연구를 통해 포장 설계시에 적용하기 위한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 신뢰성 있는 평탄성 모델의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 국내 콘크리트포장의 노선별 총 연장 280.93km를 일정기준으로 나누어 238개의 섹션으로 선별하였다. 또한, 현재 국내 평탄성 모델에서 고려하고 있는 영향인자인 스폴링, 균열, 재령뿐만 아니라 동결지수, 연평균강수량, 기층조건, 교통량 등에 대한 검토가 이루어졌으며, 재령의 다양화를 위하여 추가적인 노선을 선별하여 평탄성에 영향을 미치는 인자들에 대한 분석이 이루어졌다. 분석결과는 스폴링(%), 균열(%), 재령(년), 기층이 평탄성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 평탄성과의 상관관계를 분석 한 결과 신뢰성 있는 평탄성 모델이 도출되었으며, 평탄성를 설명할 수 있는 비율은 68.8%로 나타나 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 판단된다.본 연구에서는 소입경 골재노출콘크리트포장의 시험시공을 실시하여 초기 공용성을 평가하였으며, 이를 통하여 적정 강도, 저소음 및 적정 미끄럼저항을 확보함을 확인하였다.

        Analysis of Research Trends in Korean Pronunciation Education Using Topic Modeling: Focusing on Research in Korea

        This study is an analysis of research trends on Korean pronunciation education studies from 1986 to October 2021. To this end, a total of 943 studies were collected, classified before and after, and text data were converted as of 2011. And this data was analyzed by extracting major topics using topic modeling techniques. As a result of the analysis, before 2011, most of the studies on pronunciation errors and textbook development targeting English, Japanese and Chinese learners were conducted. However, after that, the research was focused on the learners of Asia, and it was subdivided into studies on plosives, liquids, and short vowels. Accordingly, as a future task of pronunciation education research, it is necessary to expand research on pronunciation education for each learning stage as well as research on learners for each language region. Also, educational research on fricatives, affricates, and nasals, which have been relatively under-researched, and educational research on phonological rule phenomena should be conducted more actively.

        영지식 증명을 이용한 가입기간이 정해진 서비스에서 이동 통신 기기간 인증 기법

        이동 통신 기술이 발달함에 따라 통신 기기간의 메시지 교환이 가능한 서비스가 생겨나고, 그 사용 횟수가 폭발적으로 늘고 있다. 기기간의 통신을 위해서는 통신 기기간의 서비스 구성원이라는 인증이 선행되어야 한다. 하지만, 기존 인증 기술은 Trusted party와 같은 제 삼자와의 통신이 수반되는데, 이로 인하여 대역폭이 낭비되거나, 기지국 범위 밖의 이동 통신 기기는 기기간 통신에 참여할 수 없다는 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제 삼자의 개입이 없는 새로운 이동 통신 기기간 인증 기법을 소개할 것이다. 제안된 기술에 대하여, 서비스의 가입 여부 및 서비스 가입 시간을 모두 검증해야 하므로, 이를 가능하게 하는 새로운 영지식 증명 기법을 개발하여 적용할 것이다. 또한, 이 영지식 증명 기법은 인증정보를 암호화된 그대로 검증하기 때문에 증명 하고자 하는 기기의 프라이버시가 보장이 되며, 질의-응답 방식을 사용하기 때문에 다른 기기의 인증 메시지를 재사용하는 공격으로부터 보호할 수 있다. As the mobile communication technology is developed, the services for communication between the mobile devices are provided, and the amount of usage is increasing tremendously. For the device-to-device communication, the device should be verified if it is a service member. The existing verification schemes include interactions with the third party, while this may cause the problems that the bandwidth is dissipated and the devices which are out of the communication range of the base station cannot communicate with other devices. To solve such problems, we propose a new scheme for verification between mobile devices without interaction of third party. For the proposed scheme, we develop and employ a new zero-knowledge proof protocol, which verifies the device's membership and its expiration time. Furthermore, the scheme guarantees privacy of the mobile device since it checks the encrypted verification message without decrypting, and protects replaying attack since it uses challenge-response method.

        큰 망막색소상피박리를 동반한 혈관신생 : 안저혈관조영 소견에 따른 분류

        Purpose: To differentiate serous pigment epithelial detachment (PED) according to angiographic features in elderly Korean patients. Methods: The fluorescein and indocyanine green angiograms of 72 eyes of 67 consecutive patients with a serous PED of at least 1 disc diameter were evaluated retrospectively Results: Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) and typical choroidal neovascularization (CNV) associated with PEDs were identified in 18 eyes (25%) and 19 eyes (26.4%), respectively. In 10 eyes (13.9%), it could not be determined whether the exact type of neovascularzation was PCV or CNV. Pure serous PEDs were identified in 7 eyes (10%). The remaining 18 eyes (25%) of 13 patients were classified as retinal angiomatous proliferation (RAP) associated with PED, based on the angiographic findings of anastomosis of the retinal vasculature with neovascular lesion, as well as clinical features such as diffuse soft drusen, extrafoveal location, preretinal or superficial retinal hemorrhage, and bilateral tendency. Conclusions: In Asian patients with neovascularized, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), the incidence of PCV is known to be high, whereas the incidence of RAP is very low. However, the results of this study suggest that RAP is as common as PCV and CNV in a subset group of neovascularized AMD that is accompanied by serous PED.

        국내에서의 생분해성고분자소재 생산에 관한 기술개발은 아직도 초기실험실적 개발단계로 평가되고 있다. 산업계에서는 태평양화학(주) 및 고려합성 등에서 연구개발 보고가 이루어진 바 있는데 고려합섬의 경우 미생물을 이용한 발효법으로 PHB생산 기술을 확보 현재 산업화를 위한 scale-up 연구를 진행시키고 있다고 하나 자세한 기술내용은 알려져 있지 않다. 현재 과기원, 서울대, 경북대 등에서 PHB 생산관련 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며 실험실적 결과도 매우 양호한 것으로 알려지고 있다.

        가토에서 트리암시놀론이 증식유리체망막병증과 간세포 성장인자의 농도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: To investigate the intravitreal level change of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in a rabbit model of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) and the effect of triamcinolone on PVR and intravitreal HGF concentration. Methods: Experimental PVR was induced in 21 New Zealand white rabbits by performing a scleral laceration, followed by repair and intravitreal injection of 0.1 ml of autologous blood. Seven eyes (group A) were injected with a high -dose of triamcinolone (5 mg), 7 eyes (group B) with a low -dose of triamcinolone (1 mg), and 7 control eyes (group C) with only balanced salts solution (BSS), respectively. Intravitreal HGF levels were measured by ELISA test taken at 0, 3, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after PVR induction. PVR grade was determined by serial indirect ophthalmoscopic examination at different time points mentioned. Results: Elevated HGF levels were found in the vitreous peaking at 7 days after PVR -inducton in all 3 groups. The differences in HGF levels of treated groups A and B, and the control group C were statistically significant (p<0.001). The differences of PVR grades among the 3 groups were not statistically significant. However, gross and microscopic examinations of the control group C showed that proliferations and morphologic changes of retinal pigment epithelial cells were more prominent than in the treated groups. Conclusions: The intravitreal level of HGF varied with time in the rabbit PVR model. Also, our results suggest that intravitreal triamcinolone suppresses the expression of intravitreal HGF in the rabbit PVR model.
