        시각장애학생, 이료교사, 안마사 간 안마업의 문제점과 발전방안에 관한 비교 연구

        This study was to analyze the perception of students with visual impairments, Iryo teachers, masseurs about problems of massage occupation and its method of improvement. The subjects of this study included 272 students with visual impairments, 111 Iryo teachers in 12 schools for the blind nationwide and 367 masseurs. To identify differences among groups and background variables, cross analysis and analysis of frequency per questions were used. The conclusions drawn from this research are as follows:First, As for the problems of massage occupation, students with visual impairments and Iryo teachers thought that massage occupation is a good job, and masseurs thought that massage occupation is a average job. However, students don’t want to be a masseur, because that massage occupation laid on depression, but Iryo teachers and masseurs think that students want to go to university or want to work in other occupations. As for the prevalence of illegal sighted massage shops, students had high awareness of the deficiency of masseurs’ with visual impairments abilities, Iryo teachers had high awareness of the deficiency of public relation and masseurs had high awareness of the deficiency of new enterprise model. also, as for the causes of depression of masseurs’ with visual impairments massage shops, students had highest perception about prevalence of the illegal sighted massage shops, Iryo teachers had highest perception about deficiency of the copying method in illegal massage markets, masseurs had highest perception about deficiency of the foundation of academy and institutions. Second, as for the new massage institutions, every group responded positively about Health Keeper and Massage Voucher. And every group thinks that the incomes of these institutions is most important. In addition, every group responded positively about health-care school-based enterprise, students and Iryo teachers had high perception about the successful possibility’s level is high, but masseurs had average perception of that. Third, as for the improvement method of massage occupation, concerning about massage certification, students wanted to be received massage certification after finishing Iryo curriculum in high school. But teachers and masseurs wanted to be separated two kinds of massage certification through the national test or the three-years professional department of Iryo course in the school for the blind. To continue the massage occupation is only for the masseurs with visual impairments, students had high awareness of the reinforce of Iryo education and the improvement of masseurs’ abilities. But teachers and masseurs had high awareness of the supplement of laws and institutions. In addition, as for the improvement of massage institutions, students had high perception of foundation of the professional research center, and Iryo teachers had high perception of introducing various foreign massage curriculum in the school for the blind. and also, masseurs had high perception about regulation of illegal massage shops and permission of using acupuncture level3. 본 연구는 시각장애학생, 이료교사, 안마사 간 안마업의 문제점과 발전방안에 관한 인식을 비교하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시각장애인 안마업의 문제점에 있어, 학생과 교사는 안마업이 좋은 직업, 안마사는 보통이라고 인식하고 있었으며, 이료와 관련된 진로를 선택하지 않는 이유에 대해 학생은 전망이 밝지 않아서, 교사와 안마사는 학생들이 대학 진학이나 다른 분야에 종사하고 싶어서라는 응답이 가장 높게 나타났다. 그리고 불법 마사지 업소의 성행에 대해 학생은 시각장애인 안마사의 실력 부족, 교사는 홍보 부족, 안마사는 새로운 경영 모델 도입의 미비에 대해 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 안마업 쇠퇴 원인에 대해 학생은 불법 마사지 업소의 성행, 교사는 새로운 안마시장 개방에 대한 대응책 미비, 안마사는 학문적ㆍ정책적 기반의 토대 미비에 대해 높게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 새로운 안마업 제도에 있어, 세 집단 모두 헬스키퍼 제도와 안마바우처 제도에 대해 긍정적이라는 응답이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 두 제도에 대해 수익성 문제를 가장 높게 인식하고 있었다. 그리고 보건안마 학교기업의 설치ㆍ운영에 대해 세 집단 모두 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었으며, 그 성공 가능성에 대해 학생과 교사는 매우 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었고, 안마사는 매우 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 시각장애인 안마업 발전 방안에 있어, 학생은 안마사 자격증을 현재와 같이 취득하기를 원하고 있었으나, 교사와 안마사는 자격증 이원화를 원하고 있었다. 그리고 안마업의 유보직 유지를 위해 학생은 이료교육의 강화와 안마사의 실력 향상, 교사와 안마사는 법과 제도의 보완에 대해 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 안마업의 발전 방안에 대해 학생은 안마업 연구기관 설립, 교사는 외국의 다양한 안마 관련 기술의 도입과 적용, 안마사는 불법 마사지 업소의 단속 및 3호침 이하의 침 시술 허용과 같은 법과 제도의 마련에 대해 높게 인식하고 있었다.

        Load sharing and distributed on the gear flank of wind turbine planetary gearbox

        In the design of wind turbine gearboxes, the most important objective is to improve the durability to guarantee a service life of morethan 20 years. Planetary gearsets, commonly used in wind turbine gearboxes, should have good load distribution and load sharing amonggears to improve the durability. This work investigates how the optimal helix modification influence both the load distribution over thegear tooth flank and the planet load sharing. A whole system model is developed to analyze a wind turbine gearbox (WTG) that consistsof planetary gearsets. The model includes the nonlinear mesh stiffness of gears and the nonlinear stiffness of bearings as well as the flexibilitiesof the housing, planet carriers, and ring gears. The results presented state that if the optimal helix modification is applied, the edgeloading of gear tooth ends will disappear and the contact pattern will improve significantly. This is why the face load factor will decreaseand the gear safety factor will increase. However, the mesh load factor is decreased slightly after helix modification. This means that thehelix modification is not directly related to the mesh load factor.

        A Basic Study to Measure the Effectiveness of the Korean Green Building Certification System in Terms of Sustainability

        Humanity is facing a number of serious issues associated with increased energy consumption and environmental pollution. Various studies/guidelines concerning sustainable building construction have suggested solutions to these disastrous problems, including: net-zero energy buildings, the green building certification system, and others. Sustainability pursues three expected effects: environmental, social, and economic merits. Korean Green Building Council (K-GBC) has also announced the Korean Green Building Certification System (K-GBCS) since 2003 based on sustainability. Some positive social and environmental aspects of the K-GBCS have already been reported. However, it is somewhat difficult to verify its economic merits, which are crucial to ensuring the validity of the K-GBCS. This research aims to verify the economic merits of the eco-friendly Korean-style condominiums accredited by K-GBCS. Following this, the expected economic effectiveness of K-GBCS will be examined in terms of sustainability. The underlying assumption is that the potential economic effect should reflect the actual economic merits, and should reflect the value of the housing in particular. According to the analysis of the variance, it can be concluded the value of green certified buildings is statistically higher than the value of non-certified buildings. Furthermore, it was also observed that this tendency was more dominant in Gyeonggi Province than in the City of Seoul. This may be caused by one of the variables: the proximity to downtown. In future studies, this variable should be studied in greater detail.

      • 레이저 표면경화공정에서 신경회로망을 이용한 경화층깊이 추정

        An on-line measurement of the workpiece hardened depth in laser surface hardening processes is very much difficult to achieve, since the hardening process occurs in depth wise direction. In this paper, the hardened depth is estimated using a multilayered neural network. Input data of the neural network are the surface temperatures at arbitrary chosen five surface points, laser power and traveling speed of laser beam torch. To simulate the actual hardening process, a finite difference method(FDM) is used to model the process. Since this model yields the calculation results of the temperature distribution around the workpiece volume in the vicinity of the laser torch, this model is used to obtain the network's training data and laser to evaluate the performance of the neural network estimator. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can be used to estimate the hardened depth with reasonable accuracy.
