        사서(四書)에 나타난 유교의 사회복지사상

        우리가 흔히 말하는 사회복지는 자본주의적 사회복지이다. 이 사회복지는 사회문제에 사후적으로 대처하면서 오히려 새로운 문제를 만들어 내기도 했다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해서는 사회복지에 대한 질적인 재검토가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이를 위한 기초 작업으로서 우리는 유효의 사회복지 사상을 살펴보고자 한다. 현대적인 사회복지가 국민의 권리인 것과 달리 유교 사상 안의 사회복지는 군주의 시혜이며 그 목적은 지배의 정당성을 확보하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 이것은 제도화된 시혜이고, '여민동락'과 같은 철저한 민본사상에서 출발하고 있다는 점에서 오늘날에도 여전히 유용한 의미를 지닌다. 한편 이 유교의 사회복지는 공동체를 통한 사회복지를 추구한다. 유교의 사회복지 사상에서는 공동체의 생산 증진과 공동체적인 연대를 강화시키면 백성의 부양문제는 저절로 해결된다는 전제 아래서 사회문제에 대한 직접 개입보다는 간접 개입을, 사후적인 대응보다는 예방을 더 중요시한다. 한편 유교에서 백성의 부양은 단순한 물질적인 부양만이 아니라 심리적인 부양까지도 포함하고 있다. 이처럼 유교에서는 공동체를 통한 간접 개입을 시회복지의 원칙으로 삼지만, 4궁(窮) 등과 같이 공동체 자체에서 부양되지 못하는 경우에는 국가가 직접 개입할 것을 강조한다. 이것은 일종의 잔여복지이나, 자본주의 사회의 잔여복지에 비하면 더 마지막 조치라고 말할 수 있다. The social welfare system in modern world is generally recognized as the most effective measure against the social problems in capitalist societies. When a social welfare program is introduced to solve a social problem, however, it used to cause another new problem at the same time. In order to overcome this circularity, we need to consider not only quantitative but also the qualitative aspect of social welfare. In line with this problematic, this thesis tries to examine the social welfare thoughts in Confucianism in order to rethink the meaning of social welfare. In contrast to the modern social welfare as a social right, the social welfare in Confucianism was basically regarded as the grace of a king whose purpose was to legitimate his domination. But it was also based upon Confucian humanism and institutionalized into the Confucian govern mentality. It was practiced through the Confucian communality whose basic concept lies in the traditional family system. The social welfare in this society was to be fulfilled automatically by promoting the production and by consolidating the solidarity of the community. The social intervention, therefore, was principal1y indirect and preventive rather than direct and postfactum. The social welfare supports in Confucian societies included not only the material but also the psychological. In these senses, it sounds like that the Confucian welfare system reached the very high standard. Although the real practice should be cautiously differentiated from its ideal state, we may find interesting implications from the social welfare thoughts in Confucianism.

        신규 프탈로시아닌계 염료를 이용한 면직물의 염색 및 견뢰도 특성

        Dyes for military uniforms are required to have high color, light, wash, and rubbing fastness properties along with a combined visual and infrared camouflage. Some phthalocyanine chromogens can absorb light in the near infrared (NIR) region. Thus, phthalocyanine dyes can be used for military uniforms requiring infrared (IR) camouflage. In this study, direct and reactive copper-phthalocyanine dyes were synthesized and applied on cotton fabrics for IR-camouflaging. The absorption maxima and the molar extinction coefficients of the synthesized dyes in water were 666-668 nm and $50,100-63,900Lmol^{-1}cm^{-1}$, respectively. The synthesized dyes, 1-4, exhibited good build-up properties on the cotton fabrics with dye 4 showing the best result. The cotton fabrics dyed with dyes 1-4 showed moderate light fastness, good color fastness, and very good wash and rubbing fastness. The NIR reflectance of the cotton fabrics with dyes 1, 3, and 4 was within 15-80% in the range of 700-1050 nm satisfying the South Korea Military Standards.

        췌조직과 성장 발육에 따른 흰쥐 조직내 S-Adenosylmethionine Synthetase 활성도 및 S-Adenosyl-L-methionine의 분포

        S-Adenosyl-L-methionine synthetase (ATP: methionine S-Adenosyltransferase, EC 2.5.1.6; AdoMet synthetase) catalyzes the biosynthesis of S-Adenosyl-L-methionine(AdoMet) from methionine in the presence of ATP. To elucidate the role of transmethylation reaction in the pancreatic tissues, we examined AdoMet synthetase and isozyme activities, and AdoMet contents in the various tissues. The activities of AdoMet synthetase marked the highest in the kidney, and the lowest in the testis among the various tissues of rat. Considerable amounts of AdoMet synthetase activities were detected in the pancreatic tissues of various animals except for those of frog. The level of ${\alpha}$ and ${\gamma}$ isozyme activities were present in the pancreatic tissues of various animals, while ${\beta}$ isozyme activities were detected as trace. AdoMet synthetase activities of rat brain, liver, testis were decreased with growth. In the rat pancreatic tissues, AdoMet synthetase activities were increased during 16 days after birth and then decreased between 16 and 47 days of age. Levels of AdoMet contents of rat brain and testis were decreased with growth. However, AdoMet contents of rat pancreas were decreased until 26 days of age, and then increased thereafter. AdoMet synthetase isozyme patterns did not vary with growth in the pancreas and testis. But, in the liver, ${\beta}$ form is strikingly increased with growth.

        2·28민주운동의 기억과 기념 방식

        본 논문은 2·28민주운동에 대한 새로운 기념 방식을 제안한 것이다. 기념이란 역사를 공적으로 기억하고, 이를 통해 우리 시대의 가치를 재발견하는 문화 기획이다. 2·28운동에 대한 기념 또한, 1960년 2월 28일의 역사를 多衆이 기억하도록 전략적으로 재구성한 문화적 행위이다. 2·28민주운동 기념회관 등 현재의 2·28 기념 콘텐츠는 전통적 메모리얼 방식에 가깝다. 근대 이후 메모리얼의 전형적인 기념 방식은 기념비나 기념탑, 조형물, 상징 문구 등 시각적 상징물을 통해 사건과 특정 인물을 강조하는 것이다. 이는 사건의 역사성을 홍보하는 한편, 이를 근거로 하는 특정 권력 이미지를 선전하는 방식이다. 그러나 2·28운동의 가치는 민주주의와 정의를 향한 학생들의 저항에 있다. 결코 역사적 성전이나 영웅 서사가 아니다. 말 그대로 정의를 향한 학생들의 저항이 2·28의 정신이다. 그런 의미에서 2·28민주운동의 기념 방식 또한 기존의 메모리얼을 방식을 넘어 기억의 역사화를 위한 새로운 기념 방식이 필요하다. 즉 기억의 동시대성과 가치를 중심으로 하는 기억의 공유를 기획해야 한다. 따라서 2·28에 대한 기념은 역사적 기억을 호명하는 우리시대의 가치, 즉 정의의 기념이어야 한다. 2·28민주운동의 기념 방식은 2·28을 관람하거나 기념하는 사람들 스스로가 구성하거나 재현하는 참여자 중심의 공유 방식이 되어야 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 전제 위에 2·28운동의 기념 공간 및 집단 지성 콘텐츠, 관람자 중심 전시 콘텐츠와 디지털 프로그램 등을 제안한 것이다. This paper proposes a new method of commemoration for the February 28 Democratic Movement. Commemoration is a plan to publicly remember history and rediscover social and cultural values based on the identity of the group. In commemoration of the February 28 Movement, it is also a cultural act that strategically reconstructed the history of February 28, 1960 to be remembered by social multiple groups. However, the current contents of the February 28 Memorial Hall and others are closer to the mythical Memorial method. The typical method of commemoration since modern times is to emphasize only events and specific figures through visual symbols such as monuments, memorial towers, sculptures and symbolic phrases. This is a way of promoting the historicality of events, while promoting the image of power in a particular society based on them. However, the value of the Feb. 28 movement lies in the resistance of student intellectuals toward democracy and justice. It is neither a historical holy book nor a hero's epic. It was literally the pure resistance of youth intellect to justice. In this sense, the commemoration method of the February 28 Democratic Movement also needs a new method of commemoration to mean memory beyond the existing memory method. The contemporaries of memory are the contemporaries of value, and can be realized through the sharing of memories centered on value. Therefore, the method of remembrance should be a memorial of the value of calling historical memory. In that sense, the commemoration of the February 28 Democratic Movement should consist of justice-value content. And avoid the formal display of justice or the method of mythical commemoration of the character. Rather, it should be a way of commemoration through the sharing of justice, which is organized or reproduced by those who watch or participate in the Feb. 28 commemoration. Based on this premise, visitors can propose commemorative spaces and collective intelligence contents of the February 28th Movement, and visitors-oriented exhibition contents and sharing programs.

        북한시의 서정과 개성 문제

        This study is on lyric and personality of North Korea poem. North Korea lyric poems has been to write the beginning of North Korea literature. But, Be getting the atmosphere of North Korea society was being stiffened, North Korea lyric poem is not appeared in the stage of North Korea literature. But, Some poets are write lyric poem in spite of conditions of a dogma of North Korea literature. Specially, North Korea society was being changed dy the break of socialist economy caused by the crisis of rural economy, social disturbance, and a sense of fatigue to unitary system of 'JuChe' and so on. A view of stream of North Korea poem, Lyric poetry of North Korea is created as follow writer and work.<br/> First, A work of poet Kim, soon-seok expressions identity of a nature in the realities of life. Second, Poet Kim, cheol expressions the union of familly in the state of seperation. Third, Lyric poems of North Korea since 1980s is lyricism.<br/> The problem of lyricm needed for dealing successfully with schematization, inclination toward prose, similarity, idealization in writing poetry was an issue in North Korea poetry.

        강 구조물 접합부의 건전성 감시를 위한 램 웨이브와 확률 신경망의 적용

        This study presents the NDE (non-destructive evaluation) technique for detecting the loosened bolts on joint steel structures on the basis of TOF (time of flight) and amplitudes of Lamb waves. Probabilistic neural network (PNN) technique which is an effective tool for pattern classification problem was applied to the damage estimation using PZT induced Lamb waves. Two kinds of damages were introduced by dominant damages (DD) which mean loosened bolts within the Lamb waves beam width and minor damages (MD) which mean loosened bolts out of the Lamb waves beam width. They were investigated for the establishment of the optimal decision boundaries which divide each damage class's region including the intact class. In this study, the applicability of the probabilistic neural networks was identified through the test results for the damage cases within and out of wave beam path. It has been found that the present methods are very efficient and reasonable in predicting the loosened bolts on the joint steel structures probabilistically.

        1950년대 김수영 시의 국가/개인 문제와 시민성

        In the process of nation-state systematization fully progressed after the Korean War, literary circles of those days had been either captured by nation-state ideology or brought forth amorphous individual as the subject of the times must like youth modernists. For Kim, Sooyoung, however, he recognized relationship of the nation/individual as one's internal contradiction, and showed unique linguistic phenomenon by trying instead to convert that contradiction into momentum for poetic action. Thus, exploring mobility of life that occurs between nation and individual was equivalent to exploring the core of poems of Kim, Sooyoung who always explored realistic shearing forces. On the other hand, Kim, Sooyoung recognizes horizontal existence of both nation and individual. For this, Kim, Sooyoung begins to convert impetuous internal contradictions of life that surround the nation and the individual into poetic action and linguistic tension. This is possible by continuously disclosing mobility of life towards individual's free existence and democratic nation through poetic subject's practical actions and recognition. Kim, Sooyoung doesn't realize that mobility by confrontation based on distinctive scheme but by continuous precaution against imperialism that entered into daily life. That, in turn, was a unique linguistic action which forms subject of the times by disclosing one's internal falsehood and looking at oneself with disdain and sardonic view.
