일극집중사회 일본, 도쿄의 코로나19 : 중앙-지방, 중앙정부-지자체의 역동

東京のCOVID-19状況はパンデミック初期の頃から、全国の感染拡大の中心となった。大都市は、人口数や人口密度、流動性、また匿名性により、感染が拡散する条件が潜在化しやすく、その感染経路の把握·追跡が難しい。本論文では、2020年4月7日緊急事態宣言、2021年1月8日の緊急事態宣言の再発令に焦点を当て、東京都並びに生活圏である首都圏3県の新型コロナウイルス感染症の状況や感染拡大への対応·方策を分析する。また東京一極集中という社会問題が、パンデミック時代の社会にどのようなリスクを与えるのかを考察する。 COVID-19は全世界に拡散し、それと同時に地域での局地的感染から全国へと拡大した。そのための感染状況の把握や、感染者に対する治療、感染の拡大を抑えるための対策を立てる際、国と自治体の緊密な協力が求められるようになった。防疫と医療の体制を構築するにあたり、中央政府と自治体の役割分担が戦略的に重要であり、地域状況に応じた都道府県知事の局地的な危機管理が必要になるためである。しかし, 現在の日本の地方分権が抱える問題として、責任の所在が曖昧な部分が多々存在し、そうした矛盾がCOVID-19危機の際に顕在化していると考えられる。本論文では、感染症対策や対応において地方自治体や都道府県知事が有する権限に注目し、中央/地方の構図では「中央」、国/自治体の構図では「自治体」として存在する「東京」の二重性に着目する。そして、東京都を中心に中央-地方政治の相互関係や競合に焦点を当て、国と自治体の軋轢がもたらす地方分権の矛盾と課題に関する論考を行う。 This paper analyzes the COVID-19 response of Tokyo as a global metropolitan city focusing on the 1st State of Emergency Declaration of the Abe Cabinet on April 7, 2020 and the 2nd State of Emergency Declaration on January 8, 2021. The COVID-19 situation in the Tokyo metropolitan area has been outstanding since the beginning of the Pandemic and has led the spread of infections nationwide. There is a latent possibility of an explosion of infections in global metropolitan cities such as Tokyo due to the size and density of population, global mobility and anonymity. This paper analyzes Tokyo's COVID-19 response and clarifies the vulnerabilities of a Polarized Society in the Pandemic era. COVID-19 spread all over the world, and at the same time, regional infections spread nationwide. Therefore, the relations between the central-local governments are essential to controlling the COVID-19 situation. Inter-government cooperation is crucial for measures against COVID-19 in relation to various local implementations. This paper focuses on the authority of local governments in response to COVID-19, shedding light on the dynamics between the central and local politics in controlling the COVID-19 situation. This paper discusses the political ambiguity of Japanese decentralization, while also considering the challenges of the pandemic era.

시클로텍스트린 포접복합체 형성에 의한 항바이러스제 아시클로버의 용출속도 및 생체이용률

N/A To improve the solubility and dissolution rate of acyclovir (ACV), which is low oral bioavailability due to its properties of slight solubility in water and incomplete gastrointestinal absorption, the solid inclusion complexes of ACV with αCD, βCD, DMβCD in molar ratio of 1:1 were prepared by the freeze-drying method. The inclusion complexes were investigated by solubility study, UV, IR and DSC. The dissolution rate of ACV was significantly increased by ACV-CDs inclusion complex formation in artificial intestinal fluid at pH 6.8. The enhanced dissolution rate of ACV could be due to an increase of solubility and the formation of an amorphous structures through inclusion complexation with CDs. Especially, ACV-DMβCD inclusion complex enhanced the maximum plasma concentration levels and AUC following oral administration compared to those of ACV alone. The present results suggest that ACV-DMβCD inclusion complex serves as a potential carrier for improving the solubility, the dissolution rate and the bioavailability of ACV.

발전용 합성가스 엔진의 수소 혼합 비율에 따른 연소 특성 연구

바이오매스나 기타 유기성 폐기물로부터 가스화공정을 거쳐 얻을 수 있는 합성가스는 환경보호와 화석연료고갈 방지 측면에서 유망한 대체연료 중 하나로 여겨지고 있다. 그러나 가스화로부터 얻어지는 합성가스는 일반적인 천연가스와 같은 가스연료에 비해 발열량이 낮고 연료조성이 불균일하여 내연기관에 적용시 안정적이고 지속적인 운전이 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 저발열량과 불균일한 가스 조성의 특징을 가진 합성가스가 연소에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 고효율의 엔진을 개발하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 저발열량의 합성가스를 모사하기 위하여 천연가스에 질소를 희석한 연료를 사용하였다. 또한 체적당 발열량을 유지하면서 동일유량조건으로 합성가스에 수소 혼합비율을 10~30%로 변화시키면서 연소 특성 변화를 살펴보았다. Internal combustion engines running on syngas, which can be obtained from biomass or organic wastes, are expected to be one of the suitable alternatives for power generation, because they are environment-friendly and do not contribute to the depletion of fossil fuels. However, syngas has variable compositions and a lower heating value than pure natural gas, owing to which the combustion conditions need to be adjusted in order to achieve stable combustion. In this study, a gas that has the same characteristics as syngas, such as low heating value (LHV), was produced by mixing N₂ with compressed natural gas (CNG). In addition, this study investigates the combustion characteristics of syngas when it is mixed with hydrogen in a ratio ranging from 10% to 30% with a constant LHV of total gas.

행위중독 치유를 위한 도가철학적 접근

본 논문은 실천철학, 즉 철학상담의 관점에서 노자철학에서 강조하고 있는 ‘멈춤의 지혜’를 통하여 중독 치유에 대한 하나의 시론적 접근을 시도한다. 어떤 사람이 무엇에 중독되어 있다는 것은 바로 어떤 물질과 행동에 대하여 자기 조절 능력을 상실하고, 자신의 의지와 상관없이 몰입되는 것을 말한다. 다시 말해, 더 이상 자신의 의지에 의한 상태가 아니라, 주인에게 구속되고 권한이 양도된 채 명령에 따라 하는 노예로 전락한 상태라는 것이다. 외물의 구속에서 벗어나 주체적인 삶을 살기 위해서는 기존의 잘못된 가치관과 생활방식의 전환을 가져오지 않으면 안 된다. 가치관의 전환은 일상적 생활에서 벌어지는 사유와 행동의 자동적 전환을 멈추는 것이다. 이러한 전환은 자신의 의지에 호소할 수밖에 없다. 우리가 약물에 의존하여 구속의 상태에 벗어나는 것에 도움을 받을 수 있을지 모르지만, 최종적인 것은 자신의 세계관과 가치관의 변화에 따른 의지의 발현을 통한 행동 변화를 가져올 때, 비로소 구속의 상태에서 벗어날 수 있을 것이다. 행위중독의 문제는 뇌 질환의 문제로 보는 것이 아니라, 인간의 신념과 가치의 문제로 다루어야 하고, 상담을 거치면서 의지 발현을 통한 행동 변화를 유도해야 한다고 생각한다. 그것을 위하여 노자의 ‘멈추면 위태롭지 않다’라는 지혜를 주목하지 않을 수 없다. This paper attempts to approach addiction healing through the 'wisdom of stopping' emphasized in Laozi philosophy from the perspective of practical philosophy, that is, philosophical counseling. When a person is addicted to something, it means losing the self-regulation ability for a substance and action as well as being immersed regardless of one's will. In other words, he is no longer in a state of his will, but in a state of being bound by an owner and has transferred his authority and degenerated into a slave following orders. In order to live an independent life away from the restraint of foreign objects, we must bring about a change in existing mistaken values and lifestyles. The shift in values is to stop the automatic shift in thoughts and actions that take place in everyday life. This transition has no choice but to appeal to one's will. We may be able to rely on drugs to get out of the state of restraint, but the final thing is that we will only be able to truly get out of the state of restraint when we bring about a change in behavior through the expression of will according to changes in our world and values. The problem of behavioral addiction is not viewed as a problem of brain disease, but as a problem of human beliefs and values, and I think it is necessary to induce behavioral changes through the expression of will through counseling. For that, we cannot help but heed Laozi's wisdom of “it is not dangerous if it stops.”

영화의 주별 흥행성과에 미치는 영향

This study examines the relationship between actual word-of-mouth (WOM) information and Korean movies’ box office revenues. Using a sample of 68 Korean movies released in 2010, this study investigates the dynamic patterns of WOM and how it helps explain box office revenues. The WOM information was collected from the Naver Movies Web site. It is considered the largest web site in Korea in which film audiences visit and write their own personal evaluations. Most of their evaluations contain positive or negative judgements on the quality of the film in question. The results show that movie audiences tend to hold relatively high expectations before release but become more critical in the opening week and subsequent weeks. WOM activities, which are the most active in the opening week, offer significant explanatory power for both aggregate and weekly box office revenues. However, most of the explanatory power comes from its volume, not its valence. The valence of word-of-mouth is only significant in the opening week and the very next week after being screened.

프로골프선수의 성취목표성향과 스포츠 수행전략 및 경쟁불안의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among achievement goal orientation, sports performance strategies, and competitive anxiety of professional golfers. Through convenience sampling method, selected 218 survey questionnaires were used for final analysis from professional golfers. With the collected data multiple regression analysis were performed by SPSS 21.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the task propensity and ego propensity impacts positively(+) influence on self-talk, control of condition, and imagery and goal orientation, and the ego propensity impacts positively(+) influence on relaxation. Moreover the task propensity impacts positively(+) influence on emotional control. Second, the achievement goal orientation impacts no significantly influence on cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety, but the task propensity and ego propensity impacts positively(+) influence on state confidence. Third, the control of condition and emotional control impacts negatively(-) influence on cognitive state anxiety, and the emotional control impacts negatively(-) influence on somatic state anxiety. Moreover the self-talk, control of condition, imagery and goal orientation, and emotional control positively(+) influence on state confidence. These results mean that improved their sports performance strategies and state confidence through achievement goal orientation of professional golfers, and improving their competitive anxiety through sports performance strategies.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality in golf training facility on consumers' repurchase intention. Total respondents for this study were 273 golf consumers joining actively golf training facility. This study to analyze the data collected utilized t-test, One-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, there were significant differences in facility factor and price & location factor of service quality in golf training facility by gender, education level, and handicap variables. Second, there was a finding that service quality in golf training facility significantly influenced on consumers' repurchase intention. Only facility factor in service quality in golf training facility significantly influenced consumers' intention to repurchase.

한국프로야구 타자의 고액연봉에 영향을 미치는 경기력 요인

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between high annual salary and performance of the Korean professional baseball batters. The data on annual salaries and performance of total 187 baseball batters were analyzed using answer tree analysis method. Sixteen independent variables, batters' performance of 2006 season, were used to measure the effects on the high annual salary of 2007 season. The results of this study were as following. First, there were five significant variables affecting high annual salary for 2007 season Korean professional baseball batters. Second, a player's on-base percentage variable was found to be the most influential variable to get high annual salary. The variables of playing career, the number of hitting, the number of homerun, and a walk and a hit by pitch were followed as significant variables affecting high annual salary for the Korean professional baseball batters.

직장인의 여가스포츠 참여동기가 소비행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of company workers' motives to participate in leisure sports on their consumption behaviors. 600 panels from Internet surveys were collected as the population of the study. The method of the statistical analysis used in this study, were correlation and multiple regression analysis through the SPSSWIN 12.0 statistics program. As a result of these data analysis, the conclusions of this study are as follows. First, it is found that all the secondary factors of company workers' motives have an effect on media information consumption, in the order of external ostentation, social relationship, body form management, health, and purification. Of these, purification has a negative effect. Second, the factors have an effect on experiential tourism consumption, in the order of external ostentation, purification and social relationship; the last one has a negative effect. Third, the factors of external ostentation and social relationship only have an effect on supplies consumption, in the order of external ostentation and social relationship. Fourth, all the factors of the said motives have an effect on personal participation consumption, in the order of purification, external ostentation, body form management, health and social relationship. Fifth, all the factors of the motives have an effect on sports web site consumption, in the order of body form management, social relationship, health, external ostentation and purification. Sixth, all the factors of the motives except for social relationship have an effect on stadium watch consumption, in the order of external ostentation, health, body form management and purification.
