        When World Was Ⅱ came to an end in 1945, Ye Kwang-soo fell into a dilemma of being criticised as a pro-japaness. In spite of this criticism he endeavored to reconstruct nationallism and to resurrect humanism, with a firm belief of Jacob in Genesis who had slept upon " a stone pillow". How A Stone Pillow is a collection of essays with the theme of nationalism and humanism. Meanwhile, Ye Kwand-Soo was repentant of what he had done in the Japanise rule and wrote a historical novol, A Dream, with much regret. But by the passage of Anti-Nationalist Punishment Law with the organization of the government of the Republic of Korea, he was imprisoned. Fortunately, he became released due to disposition not to institute a public action of the Law and he wrote another historical novel, King Dongmyong of Love, using the materials of the King, the founder of Kokooryo Kingdom. In this novel Ye showed a way which the new-born Republic should go. The stbjects treated in this novel are King Dong-myong's love of woman, his love of his people, and his idea of national identity. Ye was kidnapped to North Korea in 1950 when the Korean War broke out. His works written after 1945 can be grouped into the fourth period of his literature.

      • 누적공차 관리시스템의 개발

        With increasing demand of micro mechanism and precision engineering, tolerance technology play crucial role in mechanical engineering. The ability to interpret tolerance specifications ensures manufacturer interchangeability and standardizing. Nowadays, most engineering drawing jobs are preformed by CAD software. Hence there com increasing need for interactive tools of tolerance analysis with CAD software. This study is to build graphic interactive tools for tolerance design in conjunction with CAD software. This graphic tools provide prompt menu bar by which we can input tolerance specifications of the specified geometry in the CAD screen. With the input tolerance data, this software perform Monte-Carlo simulation and tolerance analysis results are also displayed in the screen. This approach provides and promissing tools for tolerance analysis when use commercial CAD software.

        가상머신을 이용한 DoS 공격에 강건한 웹 서버 시스템

        The cloud computing is technology which gives flexible and solid infrastructure to IT environment. With this technology multiple computing environment can be consolidated in to a single server so that maximize system resource utilization. Better processing power can be achieved with less system resource. IT manager can cope with increasing unnecessary cost for additional server and management cost as well. This means a enterprise is able to provide services with better quality and create new services with surplus resource. The time required for recovery from system failure will be reduced from days to minutes. Enhanced availability and continuity of enterprise business minimize the codt and the risk produced by service discontinuity. In this paper, we propose framework architecture that is strong against denial-of-service attack.

        This paper Backstepping design with Sliding Mode Control for AC Servo Systems. The robustness of sliding mode control can be used for backstepping technique to solve the uncertainty problem. A scalar design using Lyapunov function is developed for high-order systems. The result can be easily extended to non-linear system and used with many other sliding mode control results.

        The Effects of Water-Based Exercise on Muscle activity and Gait Ability in Stroke Patients

        Purpose: This study attempts to determine the effects of water-based exercise performed on stroke patients in their muscle activity of lower extremity and gait ability tests. Methods: The subjects were 20 stroke patients, who were randomly divided into a water-based exercise group and a land-based exercise group, each including 10 patients. Both exercises were performed 3 days per week, for 40 minutes a day, for a period of eight weeks. Results: The water-based exercise group showed a greater increase in muscle activity of lower extremity compared to the land-based exercise group. The water-based exercise group showed a greater increase in gait ability than the land-based group, showing a significant difference and better efficiency of water-based exercise when compared to land-based exercise. Conclusion: From the result of this study, we found that water-based exercises are more effective in improving muscle activity of lower extremity and gait ability. The patient is considered to be used by itself to involve the treatment and the risk of falling from the lowered state into the treatment method for the intensive treatment of stroke patients to be useful in improving the strength and ability to walk.

      • 미세먼지 저감을 위한 지방자치단체 대응방안

        주민이 체감할 수 있는 만족도를 제고할 수 있는 지역에서 발현되는 대기환경(미세먼지) 측면에서의 정책적 방향이 제시되어야함에도 불구하고, 주민의 체감 만족도는 전반적으로 제시되고 있으나 이를 상향시킬 수 있는 대기환경 측면의 정책적 방향에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 대기환경 오염 물질 중 미세먼지에 대한 원인 및 대책을 논의하는 단계에 직면하였지만 지역차원에서의 원인 및 대응 방안은 미비한 실정이며, 따라서 대기환경 오염을 주민수요와 연계해 정책을 설정하여 주민의 삶의 질을 증대시킬 수 있는 방향성 제시 및 토대 구축이 필요하다. 또한 대통령 국정과제에 대한 실증적인 영향을 주민체감 차원에서 국민과 함께하는 정책의 영향을 실증적으로 제시할 수 있는 방향의 설정이 필요하다. 기존 국정과제 중 하나인 미세먼지 저감 대책에 대한 지방자치차원에서의 대응방안을 모색함으로써, 대외 운영에서 제시되지 않았던 경제적인 효과측면을 고려한, 해당 정책 변화에 대한 타당성을 제시하였다. 환경변화에 대비한 지방자치단체의 대응 전략을 구축하기 위해서는, 환경변화 요인 중 미세먼지 발생으로 인한 영향이 증대되고 있어 지방자치단체 차원에서의 대응방안을 모색하여 지방자치단체 특성에 맞는 실전적인 대응전략을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 2010년부터 2016년까지 미세먼지의 영향 원인 파악 및 지역 간 연계성을 파악하였으며, 지자체의 효율적인 미세먼지 대응방안을 설정하기 위한 대응 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 사전적으로 시·도별 및 국내·외 수범사례 및 정책 현황, 사회조사를 활용한 만족도조사 결과를 파악하였으며 미세먼지 대응정책과 주민만족도를 연계하였다. 미세먼지와 관련된 기존 연구에서는 미세먼지 발생 요인을 지역 내에서의 원인과 외부적인 영향으로 구분하고 있으나, 외부 요인에 의한 영향에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 더불어 미세먼지의 원인으로 산업화 및 산업활성화, 산업구조 변화 등이 논의되었으나 지역 내로 한정되었으며, 국외 요인에 대해서는 크게 도려되지 못하였다. 또한 지역 간 연계가 되어있는 미세먼지 흐름의 특성을 반영하지 못하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미세먼지와 초미세먼지로 구분해 지역별 원인을 사전적으로 파악하였으며, 이를 통한 결정요인을 도출하였다. 그 결과 미세먼지의 지역별 연계에 대해서는 지역 간 연계가 이루어지는 것으로 나타났으며, 개별 지역별로 영향을 받는 지역에 대한 파악이 가능하였다. 또한 특광역시를 권역별로 구분하여 초미세먼지의 상호인과관계가 존재하는 정도를 권역별로 제시함으로써, 특정 지역 및 권역에서의 미세먼지와 초미세먼지가 변화하게 될 경우 영향을 받게 되는 지역 및 권역을 도출하였다. 미세먼지 및 미세먼지 발생의 원인을 파악하기 위한 패널자료를 활용한 모형 구축으로 인구밀도, 2차 산업 활성화, 지역의 발전정도가 영향을 주는 것으로 파악되었다. 더불어 외부에서의 영향을 파악하기 위하여 풍향, 풍속, 베이징의 농도 변화를 고려한 결과, 북향, 풍속 증대, 베이징 농도의 변화에 따라 국내의 미세먼지 및 초미세먼지 발생 정도는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 미세먼지 저감을 위한 중앙정부의 역할로 국가 간 공동연구 및 협력 강화로 오염도 개선을 위한 기초연구 강화, 미세먼지 대응체계제도기반 구축, 지역 및 권역별 맞춤형 미세먼지 정책 설정의 필요성 등을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 국외 및 국내 요인에 따른 유형별 정책을 제시하였으며, 실질적인 미세먼지저감 관리체계 구축을 위한 역할을 제언하였다. 더불어 지방자치단체 차원에서의 대응방안으로 실질적인 저감 기본계획 및 조례 설정, 주민참여를 통한 미세먼지 저감, 지방자치단체 간 연계를 고려한 지방자치단체 협업형 미세먼지 대응방안 구축, 미기후를 고려한 도시계획 수립, 도시숲 확대 등을 제시하였다. Although it is necessary to present the policy direction in terms of air environment (PM<sub>10</sub>) that is expressed in areas where residents can feel a sense of satisfaction, the satisfaction level of the residents' experience is generally suggested, but the atmosphere that can be improved research on the policy direction of the environment is needed. In addition, although it is faced with the steps to discuss the causes and countermeasures for airborne pollutants, the causes and countermeasures at the local level are insufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to set up a policy and establish a foundation to increase the quality of life of residents by establishing a policy in connection with air pollution to residents' demand. In addition, it is necessary to present an empirical impact on the national affairs of the president from the perspective of the resident experience to suggest an empirical effect of the policy with the public. By establishing countermeasures at the local government level on the countermeasures for particulate matter reduction, one of the existing national tasks, the validity of the policy change was suggested by considering the economic effects that were not presented in external operations. To this end, it is necessary to establish a strategic response strategy in order to establish a countermeasure of local governments in preparation for environmental changes, and find the impact from the occurrence of particulate matter among environmental change factors is increasing, and the countermeasures for local governments are established by establishing countermeasures at the local government level. Therefore, this study identified the causes of particulate matter effects from 2010 to 2016 and the connectivity between regions, and suggested countermeasures for establishing effective countermeasures for particulate matter in local governments. In order to suggest countermeasures, prior grasping cases, domestic and international crime cases, policy status, and satisfaction survey results using social surveys were identified, and particulate matter response policies and residents' satisfaction were linked. Existing studies related to particulate matter are classified into particulate matter caused by local causes and particulate matter caused by external influences, but the effects of external factors have been relatively insufficient. In addition, the causes of particulate matter were discussed such as industrialization, industrial revitalization, and industrial structure change, but they were limited to the region. In addition, it could not reflect the characteristics of the particulate matter flow that is connected between regions. Therefore, this study divided the particulate matter and fine particulate matter into the causes of each region in advance, and derived the determinants. The regional linkage of particulate matter was found to be interregional, and it was possible to identify the affected areas by individual regions. In addition, by categorizing metropolitan cities by area and presenting the extent of the inter-causal relationship of fine particulate matter by area, it is possible to identify areas and areas that are affected when the particulate matter and fine particulate matter in specific areas and areas change. It was found that the population density, the activation of secondary industries, and the degree of regional development were influenced by the model construction using panel data to identify the particulate matter and the cause of the particulate matter. In addition, in order to grasp the influence from the outside, this study considered the wind direction, wind speed, and Beijing concentration change, and showed that the incidence of particulate matter and fine particulate matter in Korea increased with the change of north direction, wind speed, and Beijing concentration. Therefore, the role of the central government to reduce particulate matter suggested the necessity of strengthening basic research to improve pollution through strengthening joint research and cooperation between countries, establishing a system foundation for particulate matter response system, and setting up customized particulate matter policies by region and region. To this end, this study presented policies by type according to foreign and domestic factors, and suggested a role for establishing a practical particulate matter reduction management system. In addition, as a countermeasure at the local government level, substantial reduction long term fundamental plans and ordinances are established, reduction of particulate matter through participation of local residents, cooperation plan for cooperative particulate matter for local governments in consideration of linkage between local governments, and urban planning considering microclimate establishment and urban forest expansion were suggested as a plan and countermeasures.
