환대산업 직원의 심리적 소유감이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between psychological ownership and organizational effectiveness, and the difference between contingent workers and permanent workers' perception of psychological ownership. Data were collected from the workers of hospitality industry in Korea. Hypotheses were examined by using regression analysis, SPSS statistical program. The results were as follows. First, psychological ownership had a significant effect on organizational effectiveness; job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Second, in comparison with contingent workers and permanent workers' perception of psychological ownership, the result showed the permanent workers perceived more psychological ownership than the contingent. This article concluded with implications for operators and managers in hospitality industry and future research directions.

The purpose of the study is to identify the impacts of employee‘s perceived ethical climate on subjective career success and organizational commitment. And it is to examine the mediating effect of organizational commitment in the relationship between ethical climate and subjective career success. Data were collected from employees working in service encounter departments (room and F&B divisions) of five star hotels in Seoul, South Korea. Hypotheses were examined by using path analysis and the results were as follows. First, ethical climate of hotel had a significant effect on subjective career success and organizational commitment. Second, organizational commitment had a significant impact on subjective career success. Third, the mediating effect of organizational commitment between ethical climate and subjective career success was confirmed, which means it played an important role in ethical climate leading to subjective career success. The findings of the study can suggest practical implications to utilize efficiently human resources to hotel managers for hotels' sustainable development.

Due to inaccurate safe navigation estimates, maritime accidents have been occurring consistently. In order to solve this, the precise positioning technology using carrier phase information is used, but due to high buildings near inland waterways or inclination, satellite signals might become weak or blocked for some time. Under this weak signal environment for some time, the GPS raw measurements become less accurate so that it is difficult to search and maintain the integer ambiguity of carrier phase. In this paper, a method to generate code and carrier phase measurements under this environment and maintain resilient navigation is proposed. In the weak signal environment, the position of the receiver is estimated using an inertial sensor, and with this information, the distance between the satellite and the receiver is calculated to generate code measurements using IGS product and model. And, the carrier phase measurements are generated based on the statistics for generating fractional phase. In order to verify the performance of the proposed method, the proposed method was compared for a fixed blocked time. It was confirmed that in case of a weak or blocked satellite signals for 1 to 5 minutes, the proposed method showed more improved results than the inertial navigation only, maintaining stable positioning accuracy within 1 m.
대안학교 출신 북한이탈청소년의 대학진학 진로결정과정에 관한 질적 연구

This study examined North Korean refugee adolescents who graduated from alternative school in terms of decision-making process for entering university and their adjustment after entering university. For this purpose, a qualitative case-study was conducted by investigating the four North Korean refugee adolescents’decision-making experience with semi-structured interview. Participants commonly experienced recognition of necessity for entering university, overcoming social exclusion by studying, and re-exploration of their career interests even after entering university. In the recognized necessity for entering university, the most influencing factor was the increase of motivation for studying by experiencing different social system. Participants who experienced maladjustment in regular schools chose alternative schools, which provided more 1:1 educational opportunities and enhanced emotional support, thereby overcoming social exclusion. While exploring their majors, they tended to select their majors as a means of surviving strategy in South Korea rather than realizing themselves based on their real interests and aptitudes. Participants entered university still showed lack of self-confidence; however, they recognized the necessity for re-exploring their career interests based on their real values and aptitudes. Implications for effective counseling strategies are suggested based on the results. 본 연구는 대안학교 출신 북한이탈청소년이 대학진학 준비과정과 진학 후 적응과정에서 경험하는 진로결정과정을 질적 사례연구방법으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 대안학교 출신 북한이탈청소년 4명에 대해 반구조화된 면접 질문지를 바탕으로 심층면담을 실시하여 이들의 진로결정경험을 수집하였고 이들의 대학진학 및 진학 후 진로결정에 영향을 미치는 핵심적 요인들을 추출하였다. 이들은 크게 대학진학의 필요성 인식, 대학진학 준비과정에서의 사회적 배제극복과 생애전략, 대학 진학 후 진로재탐색의 과정을 공통적으로 경험하였다. 대학진학 필요성의 경우 사회체제의 변화로 인한 학업동기의 향상이 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 정규학교 적응의 어려움을 겪은 이들은 1:1 학습의 기회가 많고 정서적 지지를 많이 받을 수 있는 대안학교 선택을 통해 사회적 배제를 극복하고 대학 진학을 이룰 수 있었다. 또한 전공탐색의 경우에는 자신의 흥미와 적성보다는 한국사회에 적응하기 위한 생애전략으로서 전공을 선택하는 경향이 나타났다. 그러나 자기주도적 진로탐색이 부족한 상태에서 대학에 진학한 이들은 진로의 갈등을 경험하며 진로재탐색의 필요성을 인식하였고 소극적 수혜자가 아닌 적극적 행위자로서 다양한 진로탐색을 시도하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 북한이탈청소년의 대학진학 및 이후 적응과 관련하여 남한사회의 적응맥락과 진로발달맥락에 따른 상담적 함의와 시사점을 제시하였다. 이러한 결과는 북한이탈청소년들을 위한 진로상담의 지원 방안과 개입 방안을 모색하는 데 필요한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
