適地植裁 評價基準을 위한 CHECK LIST 개발에 관한 기초적 연구

This paper is a basic study on evaluation criteria for standard development of optimal planting. This paper is focused on systemical and resonable landscape woody plants. According to this study, we can make a better quality of green space and affect environmental improvement. The expect effect is as followed. 1. Optimal planting and tree selection is possible for maximazing potential power of site and landscape woody plants. 2. Landscape woody plants can be presented new harmonized planting pattern of ecology, function and aesthetics instead of former aesthetical woody plants. 3. This study can present new direction as planting indicator of landscape planting design. This study classify placement characteristics and trees, then allot weighted value as evaluation criteria. ‘범죄피해자 권리 및 지원제도 안내서’의 이해도 평가

2015년 4월부터 경찰 수사관은 모든 범죄피해자 조사 시 ‘범죄피해자 권리 및 지원제도 안내서’를 피해자에게 의무적으로 교부하여 범죄피해자의 실질적인 권리 보호 및 복지증진에 힘쓰고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 범죄피해자의 권리에 대한 일반적인 인식을 조사하고, 안내문 형식으로 제시되는 범죄피해자 권리의 세부 내용 중에서 일반인들이 정확히 이해하기 어렵다고 판단되는 전문적인 법률용어를 실제로 얼마나 이해하고, 어떻게 해석하고 있는지 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 여대생 73명을 대상으로 안내서에 기재된 어려운 법률용어의 의미를 주관식으로 측정하였으며, 안내서에 대한 일반적인 평가를 조사하였다. 연구결과, 전반적으로 범죄피해자에게 안내서를 제공하는 제도가 매우 필요하다고 인식하고 있었지만 안내서의 내용을 제대로 이해하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 안내서에 기재된 법률용어 중 공판조서와 확정판결의 경우, 용어의 실제 의미보다는 용어를 풀어서 해석하는 경향을 보였고, 항고와 재정신청의 경우, 용어가 의미하는 시기를 잘못 인지하였다. 이를 통해 안내서에 기재되어 있는 특정 법률용어의 경우는 사용을 최소화하고 일반인들도 이해하기 쉽게 수정해 제시하거나 용어에 부가적인 설명을 추가해야 할 필요성이 시사되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 통해 정책적 제언을 제시하며, ‘범죄피해자 권리 및 지원제도 안내서’의 수정 및 개선점을 논의하고자 하였다. Since April 2015, police investigators have been mandating the Victims' Rights and Assistance Guide for all crime victim investigations to protect the rights of the victims and promote welfare. This study evaluates the general perception of the crime victims rights and examines how the legal terms used in the guide, which are deemed difficult for the general public to understand, are interpreted and understood. Specifically, 73 adult participants were asked to provide meanings of specific legal terms used in the guide and examined the general perceptions of the guide as well. The results showed that participants generally recognized that the system for providing a guide to crime victims was highly necessary, but the contents of the guide were not understood properly. Among the legal terms used in the guide, ‘report of trials’ and ‘final and conclusive judgments’ as well as ‘appeal’ and ‘an application for a ruling’ were poorly understood and misinterpreted. This suggests the need to minimize the use of certain legal terms in the guide and present them in easier for the general public to comprehend or to provide additional explanations to terminologies. Finally, policy implications and limitations of the study were also discussed.

The Effects of Horticultural Activity Based upon REBT Group Counseling on the Self-Expression and the Degree of Depression of the Female Marriage Immigrants’

This study was conducted to investigate the influences of a horticultural activity program applying REBT group counseling on female marriage immigrants’ self-expression and the degree of depression. The subjects that applied for the program are 14 persons. With them, 10 sessions in total were carried out for two hours per time on every Wednesday at the J. gun (County) Social Welfare Center from December 17, 2013 through February 25, 2014. To look into a result of a pre-test on homogeneity between the control group and the experimental group. For self-expression as a result of a t-test in the control group, there was no significant difference in the average (p=.825), t=0.42 (p>.05). For depression, in the control group, as a result of a t-test, there was no significant difference in the average (p=.142), t=-1.145 (p>.05). To look into the change of self-expression according to the process the program. As a result of a T-test in the control group, there was a very significant decrease, t=-7.675 (p<.001), it turned out that self-expression decreased during the program . As a result of a T-test in the experimental group there was a very significant increase, t=9.899 (p<.001), it turned out that self-expression increased during the program. As a result of Wilcoxon signed-rank test in the control, there was a significant increase (p=.016), z=-2.410 (p<.05), it turned out that their depression increased during the progress of the program. As a result of a T-test in the experimental group there was a very significant decrease, t=-7.175 (p<.001), it turned out that their depression decreased during the process of the program. As a result of a Pearson Correlation analysis on the factors of self-expression and factors of depression, their score of self-expression after the program had a significantly negative (-) correlation with their depression score (r=-0.705) after the program. Like the above results of the study, the horticultural activity applying REBT group counseling is effective for improving female marriage immigrants’ self-expression and reducing their depression.

「범죄피해자 권리 안내문」의 이해도 비교연구: 2019년 개정 전․후를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to compare the current victims' rights guide, which was revised during 2019, with former victims' rights guide to determine whether the current guide improved the comprehension of victims' rights among lay people. In addition, we examined the effect of the level of education and perceived stress on the comprehension of the victims' rights. A total of 289 participants were asked to answer a series of questions to examine their comprehension level of the victim's rights and to measure their level of education and perceived stress level. The results showed that the objective comprehension level the current guide condition was higher than the former one, but no difference was found with the subjective comprehension level. The interaction effect between conditions of the guide and educational level was not found on the objective comprehension of the victims' rights. The effect of the conditions of the guide on the subjective comprehension of victims' rights indicated a tendency to decrease by perceived stress. Finally, policy implications and limitations of this study were also discussed. 본 연구는 2019년 하반기를 기준으로 개정되어 현재 사용하고 있는 개정 후 범죄피해자 권리 안내문이 개정 전과 비교하여 일반인들의 범죄피해자 권리 이해도를 향상시키는지 파악하는 것을 목적으로 진행되었다. 더불어 학력 수준과 지각된 스트레스가 범죄피해자 권리 안내문과 함께 범죄피해자 권리 이해도에 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 성인 남녀 289명을 대상으로 연구자료를 수집 및 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 전반적으로 개정 전과 비교하여 개정 후 범죄피해자 권리 안내문을 읽은 조건에서 객관적 범죄피해자 권리 이해도가 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 주관적 범죄피해자 권리 이해도는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 개정 전․후 범죄피해자 권리 안내문과 학력 수준의 상호작용 효과는 객관적 범죄피해자 권리 이해도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 개정 전․후 범죄피해자 권리 안내문이 주관적 범죄피해자 권리 이해도에 미치는 영향은 지각된 스트레스에 의해 부적으로 조절되는 경향성이 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 정책적 제언을 논의하였으며, 본 연구의 한계점과 더불어 후속 연구를 제언하였다.

The Purpose of this study was to reveal the Law-Protected Trees related to the patterns of landuse according to the Hemeroby Index in Naju City. The results of this study were as follows : 1.According to the land pattern classification (in Naju City). it was appeared that the hightest hemeroby index part of the space is a oligo-hemeroby. 2.This study revealed that the most frequent hemeroby index based on the vegetation structure is a meta-hemeroby. 3.This research showed that major land utilization patterns of Law-Protected Trees are located both β-euhemeroby and α-euhemeroby. 4.The supplementary facilities where Law-Protected Trees are located consisted mainly of both poly-hemeroby and meta-hemeroby

알칼리하에서 UV 흡수극대 파장 이동을 이용한 Nitrofurazone 정량

Nitrofurazone in exsiting method is determined by measuring absorbance in 375nm. This method is anxious about inhibition of 5-NO_2-furaldehyde derivatives and inconvenience of procedure. So we studied new determination method with shift of U.V maximum absorbance wavelength in alkali. 1. The shift of absorbance to a longer wavelength was extreamly in DMF, ethanol. 2. DMF-NF solution appeared constant absorbance in KOH concentration between 2.8 and 14×10^-3mole/l. EtOH-NF solution appeared constant absorbance in KOH concentration between 2.5 and 5×10^-2mole/l So this KOH concentration can be used determination of Nitrofurazone.
