K-ras gene expression in the regenerating liver of the patial hepatectomy was tested by using dot hybridization. The K-ras gene transcription after the patial hepatectomy is amplified and its RNA splicing patern is changed. In normal liver exon 4a is spliced out and only K-ras proteins containing exon 4b are produced. In regenerating liver exon 4b is spliced out and K-ras proteins containing exon 4a might be produced at least 1000% more than in the normal liver.

The definition of Crime Indictable Upon Complaint (CIC) is crimes which can be prosecuted only with complaints from the victim or his/her direct parents. Sex crimes are the representative examples, rapes and indecent assaults. According to the research referenced in this paper, 74% of sex crimes which had been penalized based on Republic of Korea (ROK) Criminal Code amounts rape and indecent assault are CIC. However, only 20% of perpetrators were confined, and the rest received non-confinement or non-prosecution determination. The review of criminal history checks reveals that 67% of the perpetrators had criminal histories and 39% of them had more than three documented offenses. The CIC was established in order to protect the victim's rights and dignity, respecting the victim's opinion regarding the incident. All kinds of sex crimes then should have been the CIC, but those crimes such as Injury Resulting from Rape, Special Rape, Rape by Special Modus Operandi, Sexual Assault among Relatives and Domestic Violence which have to guarantee the opinion of the victims are prescribed as non-CIC. We therefore conclude that the CIC should be abolished. The abolition of CIC will play an important role in crime prevention because severe penalties for sex crimes will be imposed on the perpetrators. In addition, it will help the sex crime victims retrieve their dignity by spreading recognition widely through the community that sexual assault is not only a social assault but an infringement against human rights.

짧은 혈관경을 가진 부분 족지 전이술을 이용한 수지첨부의 즉시 재건

We studied the results of the immediate microsurgical reconstruction of the distal digit injury with short vascular pedicled partial toe transfer. Thirteen patients with amputation or crush injury of the distal digit who underwent partial toe transfer at the authors' institute over 8-year period were reviewed. Delay between initial injury and reconstruction ranged from 1 to 9 days. All flaps were harvested on a short vascular pedicle, with anastomoses performed at a proximal interphalangeal joint level on the fingers and metacarpophalangeal joint level on the thumbs. Good to excellent cosmetic and functional results were obtained in all cases, with nearly normal-looking fingertip. The mean static two point discrimination was 10 mm. Immediate reconstruction with short vascular pedicled partial toe transfer is an excellent option for the reconstruction of the compostie defect of the distal digit.

체재형 가족농원의 주거시설에 대한 의식

The aim of this study was to determine the basic perception of Kleingarten house planning of Jeonbuk area. The survey method was used for data collection. The major finding were as follows: 1) Almost all respondents have a very positive attitude the participant of Kleingarten. Many respondents wanted the cheapest price for the Kleingarten rental fee and for the travel time between their home and Kleingarten to be under an hour. 2) Two different size of 45 and 66 $m^2$ were preferable for the house floor plans. The most preferable floor plan type chosen by the respondents was a house design with a terrace and the elderly householders especially preferred a house floor plan with an LDK design. 54.3 per cent respondents liked the log house and 93.3 per cent respondents liked the eco-friendly building materials such as wood, earth (Korean natural earth: whangto), and adobe bricks etc. 3) There were more needs for useful facilities such as a pergola, a grassy lawn, small ponds, a playground for the childrens, patio table settings, etc.

Dexamethasone이 황체용해에 미치는 영향에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

목 적: Glucocorticoid가 황체용해에 미치는 효과의 기전의 일부를 면역 조직학적 연구를 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 8주령의 Rat 암컷 30마리 대조군, 덱사메타손 0.1 mg 투여군 및 덱사메타손 1mg 투여군의 3군으로 나누어 황체용해의 차이와 대식세포의 침투여부를 비교하기 위하여 광학현미경을 이용하여 계수하였다. 결 과: TUNEL 면역염색 결과 덱사메타손 0.1 mg 투여군과 1 mg 투여군 모두에서 대조군에 비해 황체용해의 비율이 현저히 감소하였고, ED1 면역염색 결과 덱사메타손 1 mg 투여군에서 대식세포의 황체 내 침투가 현저히 억제된 것으로 나타났다. ED1 면역염색 결과 덱사메타손 1 mg 투여군에서 대식세포의 면역반응성이 대조군에 비해 감소되어 나타났다. 결 론: 덱사메타손은 직접 황체세포에 작용하여 세포자멸사를 억제한다. 또한 대량 투여했을 때는 대식세포의 황체 내 침투를 억제하거나 황체 내에 이미 존재하는 대식세포의 활성화를 억제함으로써 황체용해를 억제한다. Objective: This study was attempted to look at the effect of dexamethasone on the luteolysis of corpus luteum in rats by immunohistochemical study. Methods: Counting with an optical microscope was conducted to make a comparison on difference in luteolysis and penetration of macrophage into three groups: control group of 30 female rats at 8 weeks of age, dexamethasone 0.1 mg administered group, and dexamethasone 1mg administered group. Results: As a result of TUNEL immunostaining, the percentage of luteolysis was significantly reduced in both dexamethasone 0.1 mg administered group and 1 mg administered group, and after ED1 immunostaining, macrophage invasion was reduced in dexamethasone 1 mg administered group. As a consequence of ED1 immunostaining, the immune response of macrophage was much decreased in dexamethasone 1 mg administered group than control group. Conclusion: Dexamethasone works on luteal cell, so it can suppress apoptosis. It can suppress luteolysis by suppression macrophage invasion into corpus luteum or suppress macrophage activation in corpus luteum.

유네스코 무형문화유산 시맨틱 디지털 아카이브 구축: 이용자 중심 관계형 패싯 네비게이션을 중심으로

UNESCO clearly has a good user interface compared to other sites. However, it does not have a structure in which user-centric knowledge curating is employed by users. As such, the knowledge structure should be expressed differently in advance for users to enjoy such benefits. At present, almost all current information systems are lacking with semantic and contextual information. Moreover, these systems are deemed insufficient of interlinking various kinds of thoughts in our minds. Thus, it is necessary to model in advance what users are likely to think and provide an interface that they can easily utilize based on that modeling. Furthermore, there is a need for a new structural theory based on semantic technology that can make that possible. Therefore, in this proposal, theoretical and practical insights were presented for user interface implementation to which relational facet navigation based on the structural theory is applied. Moreover, this proposal intends to suggest a "thinking expansion platform" that allows users' ideation of different concepts, including those unfamiliar to them. 기존의 사이트와 달리 유네스코는 상대적으로 이미 좋은 이용자 인터페이스를 가지고 있음은 분명하다. 그러나 이용자가 기록물을 활용하면서 지혜롭게 선택 활용하는 이용자 중심형 지식 큐레이팅을 할 수 있는 구조로는 되어 있지 않다. 이용자 개개인이 이러한 혜택을 누릴수 있게 하려면 미리 시스템 측면에서 구조를 달리 표현해야만 가능하다. 현재의 거의 모든 정보시스템은 의미정보, 맥락정보와 함께 우리 마음속에서 만들어지는 생각의 다양한 연결고리를 무시한 채 만들어져 있다. 이용자가 생각함직한 것을 미리 모델링하고 그 모델링을 바탕으로 이용자들이 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 이용자 중심형 인터페이스가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 시맨틱 기술 기반의 새로운 구조론이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 구조론에 기반한 관계형 패싯 네비게이션이 적용되는 이용자 인터페이스 구현을 위해 이론적이고 실용적인 모델 제안에 이어 프로토타입 수준의 실제 아카이브를 구축해 보았다.

기관이용노인의 관계적 공격성 경험에 관한 연구 -Colaizzi의 방법론을 중심으로 한 융합방법론 접근-

본 연구는 기관이용노인의 관계적 공격성 경험을 깊이 있게 탐색하고, 그 경험이 갖는 의미를 이해하는데 목적이 있다. 기관이용노인의 관계적 공격성 경험과 관련하여 노인은 '무엇'을 경험하였으며, '어떻게' 경험하였는지를 구조적인 기술로 발전시켜 '경험의 본질'을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 부산시 기관이용노인 중 관계적 공격성 경험이 있는 노인 7명을 대상으로 비구조화된 질문지를 바탕으로 심층 면담을 수행하였다. Colaizzi의 현상학적 접근으로 분석한 결과 최종적으로 구성된 의미는 32개였고, 이를 다시 16개의 주제와 5개의 범주로 나타내었다. 5개의 범주로는 '힘없는 나'., '무인도에 있는 나', '내마음의 회오리', '세상속으로 보내는 나', '꺼져가는 나'로 분석하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 노인의 관계적 공격성 예방을 위한 실천적 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of relational aggression that old users of institutions for seniors have, understanding what that experience means. In detail, the study tried to determine the nature of the experience through a structural description of what and how the elderly users experience relational aggression. For the purpose, this study made profound interviews with 7 elderly persons who sustained such aggression while using the seniors' institution in Busan. In the interview, a non-structured questionnaire survey was conducted. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological approach. As a result, the study identified 32 meanings of relational the experience which were in turn divided into 16 subjects, and 5 categories like 'I who am powerless', 'I who am in an unmanned island', 'whirlwinds in my mind', 'I who send myself into the world' and 'I who am dwindling'. Based on this result, this research made practical suggestions for preventing relational aggression as mentioned above.

구술로 본 1970년대 이후 전주지역 단독주택 부엌의 변화

The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of kitchen in a single detached house in Jeonju city after 70's. Oral life history method which has 12 women's personal narratives and 17 women's personal narratives with written reports was used as a research method of this study. The results of the study were obtained as follows: 1) It was beginning about late 1970 year that heating system and cooking place were separated in a house. 2) Many kitchens were reconstructed for indoor stand-up work place from late 1970's to the early 1980's. 3) There were major factors such as heating system, cooking fuel, and work center in the change of kitchen in old houses. 4) The kitchen toward the center with a living room was appeared in the floor plan of modem house after 1990's. The symbolic words of the indoor kitchen that work for women were 'warmness' and 'convenience'.

Cu 머쉬룸 범프를 적용한 플립칩 접속부의 접속저항

전기도금법으로 Cu 머쉬룸 범프를 형성하고 Sn 기판 패드에 플립칩 본딩하여 Cu 머쉬룸 범프 접속부를 형성하였으며, 이의 접속저항을 Sn planar 범프 접속부와 비교하였다. $19.1\sim95.2$ MPa 범위의 본딩응력으로 형성한 Cu머쉬룸 범프 접속부는 $15m\Omega$/bump의 평균 접속저항을 나타내었다. Cu머쉬룸 범프 접속부는 Sn planar범프 접속부에 비해 더 우수한 접속저항 특성을 나타내었다. 캡 표면에 $1{\sim}w4{\mu}m$ 두께의 Sn 코팅층을 전기도금한 Cu 머쉬룸 범프 접속부의 접속저항은 Sn 코팅층의 두께에 무관하였으나 캡 표면의 Sn코팅층을 리플로우 처리한 Cu머쉬룸 범프 접속부에서는 접속저항이 Sn 코팅층의 두께와 리플로우 시간에 크게 의존하였다. Cu mushroom bumps were formed by electrodeposition and flip-chip bonded to Sn substrate pads. Contact resistances of the Cu-mushroom-bump joints were measured and compared with those of the Sn-planar-bump joints. The Cu-mushroom-bump joints, processed at bonding stresses ranging from 19.1 to 95.2 MPa, exhibited contact resistances near $15m\Omega$/bump. Superior contact-resistance characteristics to those of the Sn-planar-bump joints were obtained with the Cu-mushroom-bump joints. Contact resistance of the Cu-mushroom-bump joints was not dependent upon the thickness of the as-elecroplated Sn-capcoating layer ranging from $1{\mu}m$ to $4{\mu}m$. When the Sn-cap-coating layer was reflowed, however, the contact resistance was greatly affected by the thickness and the reflow time of the Sn-cap-coating layer.
