한국판 보스톤 이름대기 검사 단축형(K-BNT-15)의 의미단서 고찰

Purpose: Cueing is a common facilitation technique for impaired naming. When retrieving the words, semantic information is activated. Sematic cue are commonly used to retrieve information from person memory. The present study investigated the high frequency core meanings of the K-BNT-15 for verbal definitions task in normal elderly. In addition, the study confirmed the comparison of the high frequency core meanings for normal elderly and younger people. Methods: Fifty-six normal elderly and sixty-five younger people participated in the study. Normal elderly and younger people performed word definition tasks of K-BNT-15. Task performances were analyzed on the number of semantic features and divided into four semantic categories(functional, relational, physical, categorical) Results: The results were as follows. First, With regard to semantic categories of each K-BNT-15 words, ten of the 15 words showed higher ratio of relational definition. Second, It is found that there is a difference in high frequency core meanings of the K-BNT-15 between two age groups. Third, Core meanings of 10 words that showed difference between the two groups, normal elderly group showed significantly higher ratio in relational definition. Fourth, supplementary meanings of 10 words the showed difference between the two groups, normal elderly group showed significantly higher ratio in relational definition. Conclusions: The present study investigated the high frequency core meanings of the K-BNT-15 in normal elderly and compared with their core meanings with those of younger people. The results of the study can be utilized as a useful information in evaluation and treatment of the K-BNT-15.
주행 환경에 따라 바퀴와 관절 주행을 동적으로 변경하는 다관절 로봇 시스템 개발

장애물이나 경사지가 많은 협소 지역에서 탐사 활동을 수행하는 로봇은 험지에서도 이동할 수 있는 자율주행 방법을 필수적으로 제공해야 한다. 본 논문은 협소 지역에서 탐사와 객체 탐지를 위해 주행 상황에 따라 바퀴 주행과 관절 주행을 동적으로 변경하면서 이동하는 다관절 로봇 시스템을 제안한다. 다관절 로봇은 마찰력과 수직항력, 토크 값 등을 고려해 설계한 운동 모델을 기반으로 바퀴와 관절 이동을 변경하면서 자율적으로 주행한다. 관리자는 관제 서버를 통해 로봇이 수집한 탐사정보를 실시간으로 확인하고 필요시 로봇의 원격제어를 수행할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 사람이 접근하기 어려운 협소 지역 탐사나 재난지역 인명구조 활동에 활용할 수 있기를 기대한다.
제주산 감귤꿀과 유채꿀의 항산화 및 멜라닌 생성 억제 효과

In order to investigate the potential of Korean honey for whitening cosmetics, we prepared citrus blossom and oilseed rape honey from Jeju island in Korea. Citrus blossom and oilseed rape honey were showed antioxidant activities, such as 1,1-diphenyl-2-pycrylhydrazyl (DPPH) (IC<SUB>50</SUB>=29.25 and 41.5㎍/mL, respectivity) and 2,2′-azinobis-(3-ethyl-benzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) (IC50=38.25 and 59.25㎍/mL, respectivity). We measured their inhibitory effects on mushroom tyrosinase and melanin synthesis in B16F1. Both citrus blossom and oilseed rape honey were showed inhibitory activity higher than positive control, arbutin against mushroom tyrosinase. Citrus blossom and oilseed rape honey significantly prevented melanin production without effects on cell viability. When 25㎍/mL of citrus blossom and oilseed rape honey were applied, they reduced melanin contents of B16F1 melanoma cells about 62.25% and 70.25%, respectively. Therefore, this study suggests that citrus blossom and oilseed rape honey may be useful as a natural skin whitening agent.

This study investigated the removal efficiency of residual pentane from paclitaxel according to the drying temperature in the case of rotary evaporation, and performed a kinetic and thermodynamic analysis of the drying process. At all the temperatures (25, 30, 35, 40, and 45 ℃), a large amount of the residual solvent was initially removed during the drying, and the drying efficiency increased when increasing the drying temperature. Five drying models (Newton, Page, modified Page, Henderson and Pabis, Geometric) were then used for the kinetic analysis, where the Henderson and Pabis model showed the highest coefficient of determination (r<sup>2</sup>) and lowest root mean square deviation (RMSD), indicating that these models were the most suitable. Furthermore, in the thermodynamic analysis of the rotary evapora-tion, the activation energy (E<sub>a</sub>) was 4.9815 kJ/mol and the standard Gibbs free energy change (ΔG<sup>0</sup>) was negative, whereas the standard enthalpy change (ΔH<sup>0</sup>) and standard entropy change (ΔS<sup>0</sup>) were both positive, indicating that the drying process was spontaneous, endothermic, and irreversible.
