Recently, OA, TC systems have been applied to intelligent office buildings and an access floor system is needed to manage wires for these systems. The floor-based air-conditioning system was introduced to use access floor and aim to economical motive such as reducing floor to height level. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate comprehensively the indoor environmental performance of office buildings with floor-based air-conditioning system in cooling period. The physical measurements were carried out. Measurements were made of the thermal environmental factors such as air temperature, relative humidity, air velocity, globe temperature, and the other several environmental factors such as the indoor air quality and the illuminance of working plane, etc. The indoor air quality was evaluated by measuring the concentration of suspended particles, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide in the room. This paper appraises the various indoor environmental factors of the room in office building with floor-based air-conditioning system, and thus, it suggests the basic data for assessing the indoor comfort based on field measurements.
가변풍량제어시스템과 냉복도밀폐시스템의 적용에 의한 데이터센터의 냉방에너지 절감 효과 분석

In order to keep the data center server room temperature condition, cooling energy consumption has been rapidly increased as the increasing internal heat gain from the server devices. And the cooling units for server systems are fully operated to satisfy the indoor temperature condition, it results in the excessive energy consumption. There are many wastes of cooling energy which is caused by the structural problems in data center server room. For example, a leakage by the electric cable hole, mixing or recirculation of hot air from the hot aisle to the cold aisle, short circulation of the CRAC(Computer Room Air Conditioning), and others. So there are many strategies to reduce the waste of cooling energy in data center. In this study, cold aisle containment system and variable air volume system were proposed among the various strategies to reduce the energy cosumption. To verify the effectiveness of the energy saving system, test bed which is same with exist server room was set up in IDC(Internet Data Center) building and comparative experiments were carried out in actual conditions. As the result, in case of setting server room temperature 30℃, the server device inlet temperature exceeded 27℃ class 1 condition of the ASHRAE standard. But in case of setting server room temperature below 26℃, the range of inlet temperature of server system was 18~26℃ by cold aisle containment system. In case of variable air volume system and setting server room temperature 26℃, total energy saving was 19.8% to conventional cooling system. After all, variable air volume system and cold aisle containment system were proved to be the effective solution for energy saving cooling system.
반사거울 방식을 이용한 중정 내 자연채광 성능 분석 연구

To lead lighting inside. design solution and mechenical solution can be used. A inner court and atrium are samples for design solution. However. physical and environmental elements for building design are not taken positively into consideration. So low position of the inner court is difficult to reach lighting performance and a urban landscape gets damaged. On this study. selecting a building with a inner court, best design method is suggested to apply reflecting mirror. building direction. building shape and solar position are considered to deside the setting angle for reflecting mirror. Performance for the setting reflecting mirror is verified through various simulation cases. and is got more lighting performance than the present situation on the building inside.
질소(窒素), 인산(燐酸), 가리(加里)의 시용량(施用量)이 시호(柴胡) (Bupleurum falcatum L.)근(根)의 유효성분함량(有效成分含量)에 미치는 영향(影響)

시호근(柴胡根)의 품질(品質)을 향상(向上)시키는 재배법(栽培法)을 확립(確立)하기 위하여 질소(窒素), 인산(燐酸) 및 가리(加理)의 시용량(施用量)이 시호근(柴胡根) 중(中)의 유효성분함량(有效成分含量)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 조사(調査)하였다. Saikosaponin a의 함량(含量)은 질소(窒素) 12kg/10a까지 시용량(施用量)을 증가(增加)할 경우 다소 증가(增加)되었지만, 18kg/10a의 시용구(施用區)에서는 감소(減少)되었다. Saikosaponin c의 함량(含量)은 삼요소시용량(三要素施用量)에 대한 효과(效果)가 인정(認定)되지 않았다. 에탄올엑기스의 함량(含量)은 인산(燐酸) 12kg/10a의 시용량(施用量)까지 증가(增加)되었지만, 가리(加理)는 시용량(施用量)의 증가(增加)에 따라 다소(多少) 감소(減少)되었다. The effects of N, P, and K rates on the major ingredient contents in Bupleuri Radix were studied in the field experiments for two years. The contents of saikosaponin a were increased with increasing N application of more than 12kg/10a. The content of saikosaponin c was not affected by fertilizer application. The amount of ethanol extract was highest at the P rate of 12kg/10a, but decreased with increasing the K application.

시호(柴胡)의 주(主) 약효성분(藥效成分)인 saikosaponin a 및 c의 함량(含量)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 조사(調査)하기 위하여 산지에서 채취(採取)한 1년근(年根) 중(中)의 saikosaponin a, c의 함량(含量)과 재배지(栽培地) 토양(土壤)의 이화학성(理化學性)과의 관계(關係)를 규명하였다. 시호근(柴胡根) 중(中)의 saikosaponin a 및 c의 함량(含量)은 각각(各各) 0.141~0.479%와 0.042~0.094%의 범위에 속(屬)하였다. Saikosaponin a의 함량(含量)은 표토(表土)의 전질소함량(全窒素含量)과 부(負)의 상관(相關)이 인정(認定)되었다. Saikosaponin a 및 c의 함량(含量)은 시호근(柴胡根) 중(中)의 Fe의 함량(含量)과 공(共)히 부(負)의 상관(相關)이 인정(認定)되었다. This study was carried out to find out favourable soil conditions to give good quality of Bupleuri Radix for Korean medicine. The major ingredients were saikosaponin a and c, which were determined by HPLC. The contents of saikosaponin a and c in the root were determined to be 0.141-0.479% and 0.042-0.094%, respectively. The content of saikosaponin a was negatively correlated with the total nitrogen contents in surface soils, but that of saikosaponin c was independent of physico-chemical properties of the soil. The contents of saikosaponin a and c were decreased in the root with high Ca and Fe.

약용(藥用)으로 넌리 사용(使用)되는 황금(黃芩)뿌리의 품질(品質)을 향상(向上)시킬 수 있는 합리적(合理的)인 재배법(栽培法)을 정립(定立)하기 위하여 삼요소시용량(三要素施用量)을 각각 달리하였을때 황금(黃芩)뿌리 중(中)의 무기성분(無機成分), 회분(灰分), 유리당류(遊離糖類) 및 baicalin의 함량(含量)과 건조근(乾燥根)의 수량(收量)에 미치는 영향을 조사(調査)하였다. 질소(窒素) 18kg/10a 이상 시용(施用)할 경우 baicaln의 함량(含量)이 감소(減少)되었다. 인산시용량(燐酸施用量) 증가(增加)에 따라 유리당류(遊離糖類)의 함량(含量)이 증가(增加)되었다. 회분(灰分) 및 엑기스의 함량(含量)은 삼요소시용량(三要素施用量)에 대한 변화(變化)가 인정(認定)되지 않았다. 10a 당(當) 건조근(乾燥根)의 수량(收量)은 질소(窒素) 12 kg/10a, 가리(加里) 6 kg/10a의 시용량(施用量)에서 증가(增加)되었다. This study was conducted to find out the effects of fertilizer application amounts on the root yield and the available constituents contents in root of Scutellaria baicalensis George. The baicalin contents decreased when nitrogen was applied at 18Kg/10a, but were not effected by P and K application. The contents of fructose, glucose and sucrose increased as applying P nutrient, but decreased with N application. The contents of ash, ethanol extract were not effected by fertilizer application, but acid-insoluble ash contents decreased as the N and P application increased. The root yield increased when nitrogen and potassium were applied at 12Kg/10a and 6Kg/10a, respectively.
