        진로체험지원센터의 운영 개선을 위한 탐색적 연구

        목적 본 연구에서는 전국 진로체험지원센터의 운영 현황을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 진로체험지원센터의 활성화를 위한 탐색적 차원의 시사점 도출과 제언 제시를 목적으로 수행되었다. 방법 전국 218개 전체 진로체험지원센터의 직원(관리자, 실무자)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 진로체험지원센터의 인력 구성 및 업무 상황이 다양한 점을 반영하고자 표집방법은 확률적 표집 방법 중 층화군집표집(stratified cluster sampling) 방법을 활용하여 관리자는 센터장 또는 실무 책임자로 구분하고, 실무자는 실무 담당자로 구분하여 진로체험지원센터에서 자율적으로 관리자 및 실무자 각 1인씩 조사에 응답할 수 있도록 하였다. 진로체험지원센터의 운영 현황 분석을 위해 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 결과 진로체험지원센터의 인적자원과 관련된 어려움을 겪고 있는 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났으며 인적·물적 자원 이외의 어려움으로 센터의 위상 미흡으로 인한 어려움이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 국가 단위의 연수에서는 제도, 정책, 사회변화 등 거시적인 내용에 대한 요구가 있었으며, 시도 단위 연수는 지역사회 내 맞춤형 연계를 위한 요구가 있었다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 진로체험지원센터의 인력 적정화를 위한 업무관리 및 협업 시스템 구축에 대한 논의와 진로체험센터의 위상에 대하여 제도적 차원에서의 지원에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 또한, 진로체험지원센터의 요구에 따른 연수와 컨설팅의 내용이 제공되어야 하며, 진로체험지원센터와 유관 기관과의 네트워크 구축을 위하여 지자체, 시도교육(지원)청 등 센터 외부의 적극적 지원이 요구된다. Objectives This study analyzed the current status of career exploring support centers nationwide and aimed to derive implications and recommendations for the activation of these centers based on an exploratory analysis. Methods The survey was conducted targeting employees (administrators, practitioners) of all 218 career exploring support centers nationwide. To reflect the diverse staffing and operational situations of the career exploring support centers, we utilized the stratified cluster sampling method among probabilistic sampling methods. Managers were categorized as either center directors or operational managers, while practitioners were categorized as operational staff. One individual from each category was selected to respond to the survey autonomously within the career exploring support centers. Frequency analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0 software to analyze the operational status of the centers. Results The survey revealed a high proportion of difficulties related to human resources at career exploring support centers, indicating that challenges in staffing and resources, beyond personnel and physical resources, significantly impact the centers' effectiveness. National-level training emphasized macroscopic elements such as systems, policies, and societal changes, while regional-level training focused on tailored integration within local communities. Conclusions Through this study, it is necessary to discuss the establishment of a task management and collaboration system for rationalizing manpower at the career exploring support centers, as well as to discuss the institutional support for the status of the career experience center at a systemic level. Furthermore, there is a need for training and consulting tailored to the requirements of career exploring support centers, as well as active support from external entities such as local governments and provincial education offices to establish networks between career exploring support centers and relevant organizations.

        내부로부터의 학교 변화: 학교 안 교사학습공동체의 형성 및 발달에 관한 사례 연구

        Interest in teachers’ learning communities has proliferated in school reform over the last two decades. The number of studies about such communities in South Korea has increased since the mid-2000s. Because existing research has primarily focused on out-of-school teacher learning communities and changes in teachers, however, they have not yet clarified how teachers’ changes affect overall school change. Bearing this in mind, this study aims to explore the educational meanings of school-based teachers’ learning communities in the relation to school change. By utilizing a case study on a teacher learning community in a middle school located in Gyeonggi-Do,this study investigates how such a community is forged and developed, and contributes to school change. The study finds that the community serves a critical function in changing the school, as it provides a foundation upon which teachers share their ideas and practice them together in order to address “our school’s” problems. In particular, the study shows that the roles of teacher leaders, the characteristics of learning materials, and the flexibility of community organizations are all essential to the community function.

        `학생맞춤형` 고교교육과정 실현 가능성 탐색: 교육과정 클러스터 운영 사례를 중심으로

        Various efforts have been made to realize a curriculum tailored to individual students` interests and aptitudes in general high schools. This study focuses on the curriculum cluster of Kyeonggi-Do as an example of an effort to implement a tailored curriculum, and explored the possibilities and limitations of this tailored high school curriculum. Three high schools(or cluster schools) in Kyeonggi-Do were used as case studies to determine the expectations of the local educational authorities, teachers, and students regarding the curriculum cluster, how they have responded to the cluster, what kinds of problems and limitations have arisen, and what further efforts are necessary for implementing the cluster. The study revealed that the expectations of the local educational authorities, teachers, and students are complex. Moreover, the cluster has enabled the teachers and students to experience new and diverse learning beyond the school boundaries, and they are most concerned about the positive effects resulting from the challenges that the curriculum cluster has posed for the schools. Notwithstanding the positive effects, maintaining the “+1 course” system has presented limitations and raised concerns about the cluster. Thus, the results of the study suggest that in order to implement a tailored curriculum in high schools, the variety of learning experiences should be emphasized, rather than just initiating various courses, and an appropriate networking system among the schools is required.

        일반고 진로교육에 관한 주요 쟁점 검토: 교육목표와 실행 주체를 중심으로

        An interest in career education has been increasingly acknowledged in school education. Further, multidimensional efforts have been made to reinvigorate career education in schools. However, career education perspectives on the directions, definitions, characteristics, and actors, particularly in general high schools, tend to be incoherent, and some are even contradictory. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore various discourses on career education in general high schools, including a critical review of the core issues of the goals and actors relevant to career education. Then, educational implications can be developed to provide more balanced, constructive future research. This study used qualitative content analysis to review the major political documents and academic articles on career education. The results showed that the goals, actors, meanings, and emphasis of career education, as well as expected students’ attitudes and the roles of schools’ and teachers’ in career education are described ambivalently and ambiguously in the literatures. Therefore, this paper discusses the need to clarify the definition of career as lifetime in the national curriculum. In addition, the importance of student agency in career education should be strongly stressed.

      • 디지털 전환에 대응하는 대학 진로교육 발전 방안

        이 연구는 디지털 전환 시대를 맞이하여 우리나라 대학의 인공지능 등 디지털 인재 양성과 진료교육의 방향 및 과제를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 연구에서 실시한 대학과 산업체 대상의 설문조사 결과 대학 신입생의 디지털 문해력 수준, 대학 디지털 인재 양성의 산업체 적합성, 대졸자의 디지털 분야 취업, 대졸자의 디지털 분야 창업, 대학 디지털 인재 양성에 대한 전반적 만족도, 정부의 디지털 분야 정책에 대한 만족도 등에 대해 두 집단 모두가 부정적으로 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라 여기서는 1) 대학 이전 초․중․고 단계에서 보편적 디지털 인재 양성을 위한 시스템 구축, 2) 디지털 인재 양성을 위한 법률 제정 및 정부 차원의 컨트롤 타워 구축, 3) 인공지능 등 디지털 분야 전문 교․강사 확충, 4) 소멸 위기에 놓인 지방대학의 디지털 특성화 대학으로의 전환을 위한 정부 지원 강화, 5) 인공지능 융합교육(AI+X)을 위한 산학연 협력 촉진 등의 정책 과제를 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to derive the directions and tasks of cultivating digital talents and career education in universities, focusing on new technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, which Korea is lagging behind in the era of digital transformation. According to the survey on universities and industries, both groups showed negative evaluations on the overall evaluation of digital literacy level of college freshmen, career guidance for university digital talent training and suitability for industrial use, employment of college graduates in the digital field, activation of young entrepreneurs in the digital field of college graduates, overall satisfaction with college digital talent training, and satisfaction with the government's digital education and career education policy. As a result of the analysis of this study, it was found that it is necessary to seek new policy measures in six areas. First, it is urgent to establish a system for universal digital talent cultivation not only in the higher education stage such as universities but also in the pre-university stage such as K-12. Second, it is necessary to enact laws for the cultivation of digital talents such as artificial intelligence and the establishment of control towers at the government level. Third, the training and retraining of professional teachers and instructors in the digital field such as artificial intelligence should be carried out in depth. Fourth, support should be strengthened so that local universities in danger of extinction can be converted into specialized universities in the digital field. Fifth, it is necessary to establish a system in which universities, industries, and local communities can cooperate for the convergence education of Korean artificial intelligence. Finally, efforts should be made to establish a new start-up in the field of digital new technology such as artificial intelligence.
