건축물 골조공사 먹매김 시공자동화 로봇 프로토타입 개발

건축물 골조공사에서 먹매김 작업은 건축물 구조부재 요소를 정확한 위치에 시공하기 위해 높은 정밀도가 요구되나, 현재 인력에 의해서 진행되어 작업자의 숙련도에 따라 먹 위치 정확도 및 정밀도가 저하되고, 정보손실 및 오류 발생에 따른 생산성 저하 문제점을 갖는다. 이를 해결하기 위해 전반적인 먹매김 공정의 자동화 및 정보화 기술 도입이 요구되며, 건설로봇을 활용한 먹매김 자동화는 효과적인 수단이 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건축물 골조공사의 먹매김 시공자동화 로봇의프로토타입을 개발하고 기초성능을 평가하였다. 개발된 로봇은 크게 주행부, 마킹부, 센싱부, 제어부로 구성되었으며, 골조공사 환경을 고려하여 다양한 주행방식과 마킹부 이동 및 회전이 가능하도록 설계되었다. 주행 및 마킹 성능 실험 결과, 주행거리 오차 및 마킹 품질측면에서는 만족할 만한 성능을 보였으나, 일부 주행방식과 마킹 정밀도 측면에서의 개선 필요성이확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 개발 장비의 지속적인 개선 및 성능 보완, 전체 먹매김 공정의 자동화 시스템 구축을 진행하고자 한다.

공항 면세점의 서비스스케이프가 고객 만족 및 이미지에 미치는 영향

Despite rapid growing in domestic duty free industry, weight of income from airport duty free area is relatively decreasing because of rapid progress in downtown duty free area. The purpose of this research was investigating the relationship between airport duty free servicescape and its effects on customer satisfaction and image for duty free shop, in order to maintain own competitive advantages. In pursuing above, previous studies related to servicescape, service value, customer satisfaction, and image were examined for literature review. Based on this previous studies, research model were constructed. Hypothesis was verified by effect. Data from 305 samples was employed for final survey. The main results show that functionality, attraction and convenience were meaningful factors to effect perceived servicescape. On the other hand, cleanness and comfort had few or no influence on servicescape. The perceived servicescape affected on service value and customer satisfaction. Service value had positive effects on customer satisfaction which was discovered to affected on image for duty free shop.

In the process of developing an industrial robot, various simulations should be conducted to evaluate the driving, movement, and performance of the robot. Space and time constraints exist to manufacture existing robots and implement various simulations, and efficiency is reduced due to high costs. To solve this problem, many simulations can be conducted by implementing the same movement and working environment as the real environment in virtual reality using digital twin technology. This study proposes a process for establishing a digital twin model of automated layout robots. Using the digital twin model, it is expected that it will not only evaluate the hardware performance of the robot in the future, but also verify the robot's algorithms such as motion planning and work process, identify and solve potential problems in advance, and prevent problems caused by software.

음양의 대립과 통일에 관한 인문학적 고찰 ― 역과 사물의 상관성에 대한 사유를 중심으로 ―

역은 광대무변한 우주를 이해하기 위한 인간의 부단한 노력의 산물이다. 천지 만물의 상을 본떠 만든 괘는 우주를 8개의 개념으로 범주화함으로써 괘의 상호작용을 통하여 만물의 변화를 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 하였다. 사물의 기저에서 작용하는 상반된 성질의 음양은 음효(--)와 양효(-)로 표상되고, 대립과 상호작용을 통하여 중화(中和)를 이룸으로써 우주 만물을 표상하는 괘상을 형성한다. 역은 천지와 똑같다(易如天地準). 양자역학이 발견한 초극미 영역의 원자(atom)는 양성자(+1)와 중성자(0)로 이루어진 원자핵과 핵주위를 불확정적으로 움직이는 전자(-1)로 이루어져 있다. 이것은 물상을 표상한 주역의 괘상이 天(陽)·人(中)·地(陰)로 구성되어있는 것과 비교할 수 있다. 현대물리학은 우주 공간에 미만해 있는 양자장(Quantum Field)이 양자를 고리(loop)지어 공간 네트워크를 형성함으로써 전체적으로 하나를 이루고 있음을 말하고 있다(Loop Quantum Gravity). “홀로 고립되어 존재하는 이치를 가진 사물이란 없다”라는 장재(張載)의 말처럼 초극미의 세계는 입자 홀로 고립되어 존재하는 것이 아니라 입자이면서 동시에 파동으로 상호작용을 통해 서로 관계성을 맺으며 변화의 과정 속에 존재한다는 것이다. 대립자인 음양의 상호작용은 중(中)을 이루고, 천지의 상호작용은 인(人)을 이루니 인중(人中)이란 균형과 조화를 이루어 합일된 중화의 영역이라 할 수 있다. 천지지합(天地之合)의 중심축으로 시소(seesaw) 작용을 통해 균형을 잡아가며 상호작용하는 조화의 중심자리이다. 소립자는 홀로 존재하는 것이 아니라 상호작용을 통해 관계성으로 존재하듯이, 만물도 그물망처럼 연결된 관계망 속에서 상호작용을 통해 일체로써 존재한다. 삼라만상이 하나(一)에서 비롯된 형제라는 사실을 아는 것, 서로 그물망처럼 연결된 관계망 속에 존재하는 동일체이면서 외양(外樣)은 서로 다른 양면의 모습일 뿐이라는 사실을 자각하는 것이 곧 공존(共存)의 첫걸음이라 할 수 있다. I Ching is the product of human constant efforts to understand the vast universe. The image of all things in heaven and earth is categorized into eight concepts, so that the change of all things can be easily understood through the interaction of the Gyae. The Yin and Yang of the opposite nature acting on the basis of things are represented by yinhyo(--) and yanghyo(-) and form Gyae image that represents all things in the universe by neutralizing them through confrontation and interaction. Gyae image is the same as heaven and earth. The atom in the ultra-fine region discovered by modern physics consists of an atomic nucleus consisting of protons(+1) and neutrons(0), and a negative electron(-1) moving around the nucleus uncertainly. This can be compared with the fact that the I Ching representing the things is composed of heaven(陽), Man (中) and Land(陰). Modern physics refers to the fact that the quantum field, which is less than the space of the universe, forms a space network by looping the quantum(loop quantum gravity theory). The world of ultrafineness does not exist in isolation alone, but in the process of change by forming relationships through interaction. The interaction of Yin and Yang, the opposite, makes Middle(中), and the interaction of heaven and earth makes Man(人), so InJung(人中) is the area of neutralization united in harmony with the balance. It is the central axis of heaven and earth, and is the center of harmony that interacts with balance through seesaw motion.. Just as a particle does not exist alone but exists as a relationship through interaction, all things exist integrally through interaction in a network connected like a net. It is the first step of coexistence to realize that Samramansang is a brother derived from one, and to realize that the appearance is only the appearance of two different sides, which is the same body in the connected network like a net.

Granular cell tumors are relatively uncommon benign laryngeal lesions thought to originate from Schwann cells. The granular cell tumor occurs everywhere in the body, especially in the oral cavity. Most oral cases are located in the tongue. It has no preference for race, sex, and age. Because pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia is frequently associated with granular cell tumors, it should be differentiated from squamous cell tumors. Confirmative diagnosis should be made histopathologically and supported by immunohistochemical staining using S-100. Treatment of a granular cell tumor consists of a wide local excision by the endoscopic, transoral or laryngofissure methods. Recently, CO2 laser has been used to remove granular cell tumor with clear resection margin. We have recently experienced a granular cell tumor of larynx, so we report it with a review of literatures. (Korean J Otolaryngol 2002;45:1114-7)

There is concern about the increased risk of accidents from manual investments dueto ground handling service operators, aging equipment and manpower shortages. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of ground treatment services and safetymanagement at the airport. Therefore, this study analyzed the domestic and overseasground operation status and the license handling procedure of aircraft handlingbusiness. In addition, a case study on the evaluation system of international organizationsexamined the applicability of the certification body to the Korean situation. It ispractical in that it provides policy implications for improving the quality of groundworknot covered in previous studies. This is expected to improve the constitution, improvequality, improve airport operations, and operate safely.
